Omg, the doctor was too RUDE to answer the call!!! I want to book an appointment after that when I want to ask some questions and hung up on me impatiently. I certainly wouldn't go back if it wasn't a designated place. RUDE KLINIK

This clinic does not even deserve 1 star. I had to give 1 star because google asked me to 😑 My 63 yrs old mum and dad came to this clinic and was told to shut up by the rude male doctor. Don't bother to run a clinic if you cant treat people kindly. The clinic also didn’t give any receipt. Please don’t waste your time coming here, please find other clinics
so pricey , even the doctor not checking me really well. The staff not too friendly and talking so loud at the counter. Even though have 3 patients but their action is so slow. The staffs not even respected the patient bcause they keep talking loudly at the counter .
Expensive clinic treatment for cough, flu for RM150.00 on 9.8.23 I walk in go get treatment for cough flu but I take saliva test at home is negative at Morning. Then 10 Aug 23 I go back to clinic to get MC or I ask them how to update Mysejahtera as I tested saliva test is positive but the Mysejahtera apps is cannot update I test positive from home. So I decided to go back to clinic. So the Indian nurse said I need pay another RM60.00 for the Rapid test. I only need to update Mysejahtera only. Really this clinic is blood sucker. Do they really have paid all the taxes LHDN must check this clinic.

Buat fomema untuk pekerja, first dah hantar email dengan ME form dah. Okay lepas tu push suruh hantar 2 set ME form by hand sebelum allocated masa kalau tak tak dapat appointment yg dah booked.
The Day- kena bawa lagi 2 set ME. Entahlah simpan ME form banyak banyak nak buat apa tah. Appointment kena delay sebab server down. Takpe boleh faham lagi.
Lepas fomema pula tunggu sampai 5 hari ya result belum update update. Last last call doktor tu sendiri dia lupa update sistem. SERIOUSLY?

Use to always come here. Dr Yasmin and Dr Sheeran is great but usually only available morning.
But this time i come at night time, there a locum doctor called Vanitha (refer to image) give really bad service .I have a eczema problem which got confirm with all other dr from other clinic and she rudely said this is not eczema just a pimple and refused to give me the meds. She is so rude, arrogant and speak to us the customer with high voice. This is really bad for this clinic reputation
Even the nurse comment on how rude she is and asked me to come weekdays morning for better doctor and service.
In short, do not come to this clinic on the night period

Doctor is very experienced in Occupational and safety related. Medical Surveillance and Pre placement screening also done well at affordable price wirhout long waiting hours. Very experinced in Skin diseases. Has been a known family doctor for many years

Very efficient and reliable clinic, they handled my staffs medical needs with great care and passion.
My son was referred by a clinic to clinic Ng & Singh to do X-ray as he was suspected having fracture on his leg.
As he's a special kid, he has difficulty going thru the XRay process and he refused to enter the XRay room. After struggling for about half an hour, a Doctor Rasween came to the rescue. He pulled me to his consultation room to explain to me what he saw and gave me very constructive advise.
He has given my son better quality pain killer and asked us not to go through the XRay process as from his experience, my son has no fracture.
True enough, my son was able to walk and situation improved the next day
I must also compliment the nurses there who are very caring.
Thank you Dr Rasween and team! I will be my family doctor from now on.

I hope all staff especially at front counter can improve their communication skill. Example eye contact, smile and also learn how to speak nicely when people call your clinic.
This clinic is the worst ever I've ever been to. I called many time but no one is answering. Never choose this clinic for fomema checkup wasting time having to walk in to the clinic few times to check the date availability. What's the point of the clinic telephone number anyway. Are we living in stone age, still?

Very bad service.Im having flu and dry cough and went clinic to consult the doctor.Once my turn i enter the doctor room not even i sit ,the doctor ask me do you have any flu or cough and straight away send me to treatment room, just check my temperature and BP.Then they ask me to do RTK and influenza test.Once the result is negative they didn't inform me want to consult doctor or what ,i was wait there almost an hour then my mom just ask the nurse at counter how long we should wait,and the nurse said oh you no need to consult doctor ,just take medicine. I was so disappoint ,Im having dry cough and flu but the doctor didn't check my throat infection at all. If the doctors scared for patients why they want to open the clinic?? Really very bad service and I really not recommend this clinic to anyone.
One of the best clinic. Doctors also treat the patients very well. Another thing the clinic is very clean and beautiful. The staff also treat the patients good.
No Star should be awarded to this clinic. I just went to this clinic because fall sick. Unfortunately not mc was given coz the Dr. just said normal sick condition. I was WHAT?? If im not sick I also dont want to go clinic better got prescription from pharmacist and the fee for medicine and consultation expensive.That why I'm weird why no patient in this clinic, then after do review wow all the review same. Have to wait for hours just to collect medicine after consultation. The so called nurses are so ineffective. You better look into your operating ways to improve efficiency. Your nurses have time to chit chat without doing anything. When asked sarcastically saying wait.
The worst clinic ever, so dirty and untidy for a medical center. The doctor was the only one working there and the place is seriously intolerable. You may not go again if went once and the price isn't cheap either!
Not recommended, better find nearest clinic from this clinic. My son got sick , he just light fever. doctor said he just take antibiotics & paracetamol (liquid). Then the staff give me lot of medicine that my son not needed. The staff give me cough medicine and other medicine. My son not cough. He just fever. My wife also saw the staff add water from kittle to antibiotics medicine (it's look not professional & not hygiene) then them charged me very expressive than other clinic that I've ever go.
Price I think very expensive just for dressing plus I'm not taking any medicine. The Indian female nurse who treat my wound, she's okay, friendly.. The doctor not friendly
Actually i dont even want to give any star to this clinic. Two days in a row i came because i was having fever, heavy headache, sore throat n cough. The first day was okay, the young doctor was very nice. Second day, i receive consultation with this rude doctor, i believe it’s the senior doctor. Before i enter the room, he SHOUTED my name n started to say something bout their sop, saying that it’s against their sop to give mc at night. Which is so ridiculous. In my case, i was having heavy headache in the morning which not possible at all for me to drive on my own to the clinic. My husband can only bring me to the clinic at night. But still the doctor said i should have taken a grab to the clinic. I got so speechless. Imagine, A sick person that couldnt get up taking a grab. I could only ask the doctor to think back about what he said. Really not making any senses. So frustrated with the doctor attitude, even the way he talked to me also I find it not proper. Raise voice n all.
Sudah la..klinik ni nk kaut untung je lebih...sistem pharma yg menguntungkan. This is pharma-based science. Who cares about the root cause of disease. Just treat the symptoms and hopefully new symptoms will appear and treat those symptoms too.. $$$

There's a lot more other clinic.The worst experienced. we came to seek the advice cause we sick but the doctor just assuming and even commenting we dont want to go to work even now still young and said if I old cannot walk still dont want to go work this young age.OMG. its too much.How can we work if we are sick.Im really speechless.The younger cannot sick then? Cannot have fever? Please change the attitude.

Wife went there with complain of abdominal pain, with no other symptoms. Got prescribed with around 9 medications, could be that the doctor is taking advantage of us having a panel supports. Me and wife have a medical background, hence understand which medications are not necessary. He even palpate my wife's ab without asking consent. Very unethical doctor and overall, a very bad experience. Won't return again.

Worst experience with both Dr and receptionist(rude) / nurse. The Dr Singh never listens to patient. He is Dr (I know everything). Beware you will be overcharged for some cheap medication. They also recycle patients medication prescription sheets into paperbags for medicine..

Very rude doctor and receptionist. Call for query Influenza Vaccine, the Indian/Pubjub doctor pick up call and very rude answering call and suddenly hang off my call without answering my further question. Then call for 2nd time, the receptionist was rude also. I guess they very stress here, or they dont know how to give good customer service to customers. They need to go for Customer Satisfaction Training. Please dont come this clinic, worried if you guys will be given bad treatment by doctor and low grade services 👎
This is my 1st & last time to get the service from this clinic. I went here for medical check up last Friday. They promise to give me a call once my blood test completed. Unfortunately, after 1 week no call from this clinic. So, I take an effort to make a follow up & they informed my results is out. But why no call as per promises???!! Then today, I visit the clinic again to get my medical check up report. But they let me to wait for an hour. I go & see the nurse to enquire is there any problem with my medical report? They told me that their lab forgot to provide my full medical check up report. I need to wait until they (lab) fax to us full report. Oh, what a waste of time!! Its not professional enough to attend their patient. Please find other clinic for any medical check up. I definitely NOT going to return to this clinic anymore. Now, please pray for me... I need the medical check up report ASAP. I cant wait for another hour as I also got many things to do!
