Use to always come here. Dr Yasmin and Dr Sheeran is great but usually only available morning.

But this time i come at night time, there a locum doctor called Vanitha (refer to image) give really bad service .I have a eczema problem which got confirm with all other dr from other clinic and she rudely said this is not eczema just a pimple and refused to give me the meds. She is so rude, arrogant and speak to us the customer with high voice. This is really bad for this clinic reputation

Even the nurse comment on how rude she is and asked me to come weekdays morning for better doctor and service.

In short, do not come to this clinic on the night period

Very efficient and reliable clinic, they handled my staffs medical needs with great care and passion.

My son was referred by a clinic to clinic Ng & Singh to do X-ray as he was suspected having fracture on his leg.

As he's a special kid, he has difficulty going thru the XRay process and he refused to enter the XRay room. After struggling for about half an hour, a Doctor Rasween came to the rescue. He pulled me to his consultation room to explain to me what he saw and gave me very constructive advise.

He has given my son better quality pain killer and asked us not to go through the XRay process as from his experience, my son has no fracture.

True enough, my son was able to walk and situation improved the next day

I must also compliment the nurses there who are very caring.

Thank you Dr Rasween and team! I will be my family doctor from now on.

Very bad service.Im having flu and dry cough and went clinic to consult the doctor.Once my turn i enter the doctor room not even i sit ,the doctor ask me do you have any flu or cough and straight away send me to treatment room, just check my temperature and BP.Then they ask me to do RTK and influenza test.Once the result is negative they didn't inform me want to consult doctor or what ,i was wait there almost an hour then my mom just ask the nurse at counter how long we should wait,and the nurse said oh you no need to consult doctor ,just take medicine. I was so disappoint ,Im having dry cough and flu but the doctor didn't check my throat infection at all. If the doctors scared for patients why they want to open the clinic?? Really very bad service and I really not recommend this clinic to anyone.

Not recommended, better find nearest clinic from this clinic. My son got sick , he just light fever. doctor said he just take antibiotics & paracetamol (liquid). Then the staff give me lot of medicine that my son not needed. The staff give me cough medicine and other medicine. My son not cough. He just fever. My wife also saw the staff add water from kittle to antibiotics medicine (it's look not professional & not hygiene) then them charged me very expressive than other clinic that I've ever go.
