This place is garbage. They take way too long and are not very organized. Got a text for an online check in after checking in 15 min prior. Let alone they didn’t put my last name in correctly so I couldn’t check in even though I’d already checked in. Then 2 hours later was asked to fill out some forms. What a joke!!!!! Still sitting her after 3 hours.
Zero stars would be a more accurate rating. I went in for a routine urine analysis drug test. Arrived at 6:02am just after they opened. They did not start calling any patients until about 8:15 am. The waiting room completely filled up, including several patients who were there for urgent medical issues. Even though I was the 4th person in the clinic that morning, I was not called for my test until 8:20. Completely unacceptable wait times. If there were urgent medical issues in the clinic that morning, those patients could have run into complications because of the wait times. Don't go here if you can avoid it. Truly unprofessional experience and waste of time.
I absolutely love each of the Doctors that are there. I feel as if some of the nurses are in such a rush to answer messages that they don't entirely read the full message. this can lead to a lot of miscommunication about medical prescriptions and need of approval refill as well as medical conditions. It can lead and has already lead to Being misdiagnosed and miscommunication of what's going on with the patient.

It would help to a lot an additional amount of time for admin to ensure that messages are being attended to correctly instead of rushed at this facility.
Came in at 10 am hoping to get my sore throat checked out, was told it would take two hours and they would call and text when I could come in. Never got a call or text so should up 30 minutes past two hours. Where I checked in and was informed they called, left a voicemail and texted me which I got none of those notifications. Asked them the number they had on file and it was correct. I showed them my phone with no text call or voicemail. They then proceeded to say I have to come back in two more hours since I missed the call…. Rude and unprofessional service. Came back 2 hours later and still hasn’t received a call or text. Would recommend going to a different urgent care.
It was a bit of a waste of time coming in. I came in for abdomen pain thinking they'd do more testing than just touching my belly and saying "well we can rule out appendicitis, but there's still a long list of other stuff it could be". Biggest issue I had is not having an ultrasound. They told me to take ibuprofen and schedule an appointment with my PCP. I kinda thought there'd be more resources or help. I basically had already googled everything the physician assistant told me. But at least their process is quick with an appointment.

The entire staff is always welcoming to me clinic my own experience has been great there dr Austin is very knowledgeable in his field of work would recommend this clinic to anyone
Went in for a rash that appeared all over my legs. Saw Roger and he was able to quickly id as hives and rule out other issues. Was knowledgeable and assuring. Provided prescriptions for steroid pills and suggested antihistamine so hoping that does the trick.
I absolutely love this place love to people. Everybody was very friendly nice the place is very clean. The drinks offered were very nice not cheap. I received a call back that was very professional overall I just really love this place. I was sad that I wouldn’t be able to Have a primary care doctor here. I wish I could overall great great experience.
Bring coming here for more than a decade and have always received the best care. I absolutely love everyone at the office and will continue to come here as long as I can
I have been a patient at Capitol Hill Medical for over two years, and my experience with both the front and back office staff has been consistently positive. Jacob and Donita, the front office team, have always been kind and compassionate, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere during every visit. I have never encountered any rudeness, and they have been prompt and efficient in addressing any billing or 3rd party surgical questions.

In the back office, I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Taylor, who was not only a joy to interact with but also provided effective solutions to my ongoing health concerns. During a period when my primary physician, Dr. Manos, was on leave, Dr. Taylor stepped in seamlessly, showcasing the high level of collaboration and support within the physician team.

Speaking of Dr. Manos, her dedication to patient care is truly outstanding. From our first meeting, I expressed my desire for a comprehensive and transparent approach to addressing my health concerns. Dr. Manos not only embraced this but exceeded my expectations! She takes genuine pride in her patients' well-being and consistently goes above and beyond to provide the best possible care. Dr. Manos has crafted a personalized game plan for my health, considering both generic and specific issues. Her dedication is evident in her willingness to discuss all options, whether good, bad, or ugly, and she remains committed to this collaborative approach over time. Even outside of regular business hours, Dr. Manos has been responsive to my messages, offering care instructions and demonstrating a level of commitment that sets her apart.

Dr. Manos and team have consistently delivered exceptional healthcare services. I am grateful for the outstanding level of care I have received and highly recommend this medical office to anyone seeking personalized, compassionate, and comprehensive healthcare.
Dr. Sutko and her team are the best! I appreciate Dr. Sutko’s expertise and highly skilled treatment along with her invariably compassionate care. When my PCP left Kaiser he recommended I seek out Dr. Sutko for PCP services. The nurse, medical assistant and receptionist were organized, efficient, and friendly. The facility is modern, clean, and has more updated technology than other Kaiser locations.
The clinic is in a convenient location, the staff is friendly and approachable. On issue I had was with getting a Follow up physical. I was referred by the VA, but was asked to produce my Regency Card. My DOT Exam was through Regency, but the Follow up was through the VA. My BP was 158/87 on the first check, but 25mins later, I was 181/100. So I failed my DOT Exam
Dr. Mayer was outstanding. Clearly explained things, gave us foot expectations and excellent bedside manner for my 85 year old mom!!
I went to Dr. R for many years she was very helpful. Really miss her now that I'm out of state 🔥 I was given excellent care here

I recently switched jobs and my dental insurance didn’t show up, after experiencing excruciating pain with my tooth. I’m a person who just moved to Seattle 6 days ago, and these people at zoom were just professional, friendly, and the most understanding people I’ve met. The front desk clerk was exceptional and the DR I met was truly understanding of my needs. Thank you so much for your care especially a day after a holiday.

So much better than waiting for hours at urgent care. This location had x ray capability which we needed for our issue. All of the staff were friendly and welcoming. Communication was excellent. The facility is clean, bright with roomy exam rooms and gorgeous floor to ceiling photo wallpaper of nature scenes. Check in and check out was a breeze. I made my appointment by phone and that was super easy. The operator found a facility in my area that had x ray capability and found a good appointment time. My daughter received good care. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend.
TL;DR: extremely understaffed and thus slow. This is not really an "urgent care" in the common sense of the word; it is actually an assembly line of employer mandated drug tests, physicals, etc. Definitely DON'T go here for elective care or even "urgent" care on your own dime, you will be seen anything but urgently.

Plan to spend AT MINIMUM 90 min-2 hours here no matter what. I arrived at 5:45 for a pre employment, non-observed drug screen due to reading reviews that arriving any later would likely result in a multi-hour wait. I was 4th in line. Doors opened promptly at 6, at which point there were 15+ people in line. There were 2 people checking people in which went pretty quickly. I heard them tell others in line behind me that the wait would be an hour. The first person in line got roomed at 6:17. The second person in line was roomed about 5 min after that. Then they started calling people out of order: the next person, who arrived quite a bit later, was roomed at 6:47. After 3 more people, 2 of whom queued after me, I was roomed at 6:53. I walked out the door at 7:00.

The employees here are doing their best to process people as fast as they can but they are TOTALLY understaffed. For some reason they don't accept appointments for drug tests (what the majority of patients seem to be there for) which is absurd given the wait times. It would literally be more efficient for everyone--including the clinic--if they just allowed appointments, let people fill out their contact info beforehand (it's an online form that they text to you while you're in the waiting room), etc. But since they seem to have a monopoly on employer-mandated drug testing in the area (while I was there, I saw employees from UPS, TSA, BNSF, the city government, several major hospitals, several tradies, etc) , I guess the scrooges who run the place only care about how much $$$$$$$$ they make not about patients. I feel bad for anyone who has to receive physical therapy or other return-to-work services here. I also feel bad for the employees because they have to deal with grumpy people who are tired of waiting for hours every d@#% day.

Another thing to be aware of is they don't disclose to you what drugs (5 item panel or 10 item panel or...?) they are testing for. Naïvely, I would have assumed this was not legal or at least not medically ethical since you can't consent to something if you don't know what it is, but I guess this isn't the case.

Note that there is parking in the back of the clinic.

I fell off a scooter in the rain and hurt my elbow. I went to Zoom Care and asked for a splint or a brace, anything to hold it up and stationary in order to relieve the pain. They told me that they could not help me and printed out a map to a hospital. I was under the impression that they treated sports injuries as it says on the door. They couldn't even treat a very minor injury I got from falling off a scooter. What a sham. Any first year medical student would easily know how to wrap an elbow to keep it held up. Apparently this procedure is too advanced for them. Do not go to this sham clinic!

Edit: ZoomCare's response is nonsense because in this case , they refused to even see me at all, therefore they did not refer me to a higher level of healthcare anywhere else. All I needed and asked for was a sling for my elbow. ZoomCare could not accomplish this which calls into question how they can complete any medical procedure at all as the one I requested was extremely basic.

While my experience during the visit was okay, my experience after the fact has not been great.

Zoomcare has a 5 minute late policy which they upheld when I came in exactly five minutes late. Not a huge fan of that policy, but it's their rules.

However, they don't hold themselves to anywhere close to the same level of strictness when it comes to their own timelines. I got an X-ray done and was told that it would be done within 24 hours. It has been 4 days now and I've still not gotten my results. I've called every day since the 24 hours passed and they've given me no reason so to why it's late or any actual timeline of when I will get it back. At this rate I genuinely think my injury will heal before I get my results, so I essentially wasted my money.

Don't bother with this hypocritical company. I'll try out uw next time in hopes of an in-house radiologist so I never have to wait like this again because this is ridiculous.
I did a walk in appointment and they had me in and out in less than two hours which I was impressed with (other Concentra locations I’ve been to have made me wait the whole work day). Only thing I that bugged me was the front desk staff having an attitude with me about not having my authorization papers and not thinking to check the email to see if they’d been sent over (they had). I had to call my company’s health coordination people and inquire about it and then tell him to check. Kinda annoying, but life goes on.
Friendly and accommodating staff. I went to the one in Rainier — very modern facility, had designer furniture and lighting! Wait time was minimal, even given I was a walk-in. They offer all the typical services of an urgent care clinic. Nothing negative to say really.
ok - I’m going to start with the pros first. So first, I love that even though this urgent care is in Queen Anne, there is a parking garage! Free parking for patients.

I had no problem, pulling in and parking and going right into the CVS. Another pro is that if you do end up needing medication from the clinic, it’s easy to have it sent right over to the pharmacy. They are side by side in the store.

I was also in an out within 25 minutes, which I really appreciated! I ended up going here vs. my normal Zoom care on Broadway because their prices are recently now out of control!

Anyway, I was sure I needed antibiotics, got the testing done to make extra sure, got my meds and drove home. Easy.

Ok - now for the cons. (Mostly) Everyone who works at this CVS clinic and pharmacy seems like they genuinely don’t give a monkeys butt if you live or die they are just there to collect a paycheck and go home. Idk if there’s just not enough help at this location or if I just came in on a day when the juju was “off” but it wasn’t it for me, ppl.

Also, one of the doctors/nurses (?) Idk who, just came into the room while my doctor was talking to me without knocking or explaining who he was which felt awkward and strange - just opened the door. I was like, who is this guy? 😆 Homie - you have to knock! What did your parents teach you? It was uncomfortable. I’m just used to people knocking at doctors offices/clinics.

Then they had me do a urine sample for my potential UTI. once I returned back from the restroom with my sample, they tested the urine in the room with me — don’t you have a separate room to do that? I know seems picky to say that but it was odd!

They literally whipped it up on the table and both of them stared at the pee soaked Ph strip while my lovely little pee bottle sat out awkwardly, staring all of us in the face on the counter. It just seemed a little embarrassing 🐸🤷🏼‍♀️

I also paid for the visit inside the doctors room, which, not a pro or a con, but it just felt kind of odd there wasn’t a front desk person.

I did not feel cared for at all as I did when I go to the ZoomCare. Also did not have the same “cleanliness” but again - it was quick and I knew what I needed before I got there.

So I was able to look past the awkwardness of it all. But I could see if someone genuinely felt concerned about their health and wanted to feel cared for and heard, this would not be the place to go.

TLDR: quick service, cheaper than most urgent cares if you’re paying out of pocket, good to go if you already know what’s wrong with you - but you get what you pay for and it feels very much like you are just a number and it’s not super clean or comfortable imo

Do not get COVID tested here. They have a very deceptive billing practice! Zoomcare at first seems like a great service. Lots of appointments available with a wide range of services BUT they are not upfront about their billing practices. At the time of your visit, it seems like a normal doctors office but it’s just a business. The doc that saw me was fine and knowledgeable but the problem is that they need to be more upfront that they are not a doctors office and list the amounts that they will charge you. When you check in and check out, they say nothing about what to expect next. The only reason I know I was charged is because I got an email a month later (today). So my total for ONE COVID TEST was $475 which is just outrageous, especially if you have no insurance. I spoke with someone about my bill on the phone and was shocked. My insurance luckily covered about half of it but I’m still out $160 for a COVID test and some OTC medication (that I should’ve bought elsewhere). If only I did a quick google search for Zoomcare’s billing scam because there are tons of complaints on this company. Gotta love “health care” in America. It seems Zoomcare is mooching off the lack of govt. assistance from the CDC regarding COVID and is deceiving people into getting a $475 COVID test. Absolutely ridiculous.
Had anxiety and an associated high blood pressure. Dr. Ronigistch always gave me diet change suggestions without a referral to a dietitian. Went to a different doctor that diagnosed be with ADHD and my blood pressure went down to a normal level (while taking prescribed stimulants). With eating disorders well documented to be more prevalent in the LGBT community, referrals to dietitians should be standard with any suggestions of diet change.
Great staff. Very respectful, courteous, informative, professional and supportive.

I normally love this clinic. It's basically the only one my insurance covers as an urgent care. I've been multiple times. Never any issues. I had an appointment for an issue that needed a female nurse today at 3:50. I guess they called and left a voicemail at 9am, which was super vague and I missed it just saying call back I have a question. That's on me. I own that. But I show up and they say we don't have any female nurses on staff. We need to cancel and rebook you. They didn't cancel my appointment. They didn't try calling again when they didn't hear from me. They didn't message or email me. They could have texted before. Anything. They waited until I showed up and was in the office to cancel. Said no I can't self swab, which 9/10 times they have me do anyways. And tell me they literally can't do anything. The system let me book this too. And in the appointment I put the reasoning. Saying I'm pissed I had to come in for them to cancel and waste my time is an understatement. So unprofessional. I'm angry. I'm allowed to be angry. I have these awful symptoms I now have to come in s different day to be seen for. That I have to suffer through. So angry.

Dr. Lauren has an attitude and seems unhappy with her job. I waited for the Dr for 30 minutes in the room, when I went outside to ask if someone is gonna come see me, the Dr asked in attitude if I made an appointment (which I tired but they accept walk ins) then she said they'll take care of the appointments first then someone will see me. I didn't like how I was treated. 2 stars for getting what I wanted at the end but otherwise 1 star for Dr. Lauren's attitude.

I recently had an unexpected accident that resulted in a deep laceration on my hand, and I want to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received at ZoomCare clinic, particularly from Cara. Her quick response to my injury was both impressive and reassuring. She assessed the laceration promptly and skillfully, explaining each step of the treatment process to me in a way that was easy to understand. Her calm demeanor and professionalism were a source of comfort during a scary situation.

Their customer service is excellent, and I appreciate their user-friendly app, which simplifies appointment scheduling. The front desk staff is welcoming and helpful. I've been receiving treatment from both Selena and Nolan for my back and neck pain, and I've made solid progress. I genuinely believe that physical therapy is something that everyone can benefit from.

Both my Dr and the practice have been nothing but kind and understanding. In my experience, they've been 100% trans supportive and knowledgeable and any care they can't provide, they've helped me locate. I'm so glad I found this place!
They prescribed me antibiotics for staph before my lab test came back. I spent around $250 on the appointment and prescription. I got a call a week later that said it was in fact staph. Followed by a bill for $400 worth of lab testing. I paid $650 for 30 antibiotic pills essentially. If the doctor had known that was going to happen why wouldn’t they tell me? When you go to an “affordable” clinic you think they’d be more transparent. This place is a scam.
Great patient experience! Super friendly and courteous. They have refreshments available during the wait. Like, bottled water, juice, hot tea, coffee and even goldfish snacks. The wait to see the physician was long but they did let us know they were super busy. I wish we could have been in and out within the hour, but it actually took 2 hours to be seen. I think partially because it was our first time and there was registration of insurance to be put into the system. But overall I would recommend Multi-care Indigo Urgent clinic for same day appointments. Booking was easy to do online too.

This was my first visit at Zoom and this location. I was in and out super quick and the staff Banen and Jon were so friendly and a good front face in the waiting area. You know how sometimes it’s super awkward sitting there in silence??? Not with Banen and Jon! We were talking & laughing the entire time and it was around a positive experience. Will absolutely continue to go to this location for future services! Would give 10 stars if I could!
Very efficient group of medical professionals who are kind and always willing to help. The location is VERY clean and ample parking. The staff reflects the same level of hygiene found around the premise and are very clean during test and physicals. This location does a lot of DOT and CDL related test so HAVE YOUR DOCUMENTS READY AND ANSWER THE QUESTIONS VIA THE LINK PROVIDED BEFORE YOU GET THERE! The faster your stuff is in order the faster they can get to everyone! People leaving a bad rating are just brats 🤣
Any idea how to get a hold of these folks? A friend talked to their doctor yesterday and told them that I was looking for a new PCP.
Our friend shared my specific medical needs and the doctor said they would would take me on as a patient and for me to call today. Every number I find brings me to the same call center that refuse to connect me to the clinic because their info says the doctor isn't taking new patients.

I've come here twice to get strep tests and it's been a pleasant straight forward experience both times.

Staff were friendly and respectful, and they do accept Apple Care (at least the United Health plan).

Definitely don't be late (there's underground parking you can get validated apparently), and don't expect them to do anything beyond the basics: this is a super corporate clinic that has basically no flexibility. Getting mad at the employees is dumb, they have zero power.
one nurse i talked to is
sarcastic and really have no patience talking over the phone . You are trying air your concern but she keeps interrupting you. maybe you get better service in zoom care
I saw Dr Hakala and she was awesome!
Felt taken serious and well cared for. I can highly recommend her.

Excellent, fast service here. They were even able to give my prescription directly instead of waiting at the pharmacy. They have really great tech too
Had a great wellness visit pre-covid however the office billed me for 30 min office visit when I went for my subsequent wellness visit. This happened when my doctor barely told me that she cannot discuss my condition in the same visit (1 min at max). After I appealed they rejected the appeal which is incredulous.

I sought this practice after transphobic and upsetting experiences with others in Seattle. Seeking to treat chronic pain and rule out a genetic disorder, a practitioner here told me to “take Tylenol and call the trans lifeline,” after repeatedly asking for an effective medication or a solution to constant overwhelm. If you’re looking for average care or basic respect, go somewhere else.

Today I was seen by Ellena: the most rude and disrespectful healthcare provider I’ve ever seen. She was dismissive and I did not get the sense that she cared about my health whatsoever. It was obvious that she didn’t want me there, and it seems she doesn’t want to be there, either. If you ask me, she shouldn’t be there. It’s alarming that someone who acts like this is supposed to be responsible for caring for people who need help with their health. She was incredibly unprofessional, from her language to the fact that she used the flashlight on her phone to check my throat. I’m beyond disappointed and upset.
The nurse at this clinic Jennifer Strobel almost killed my mother in law, an Asian lady who can not speak English. This nurse recklessly cut my mother's medication that she has been on for almost 40 years. She lost 15 lbs and could not walk. My mother almost died. We rushed to find a new Medical Doctor who put her back on her medication. This nurse should not be allowed to care for patients with complex cases. This nurse lacks of compassion, empathy and she is dangerous! She has no competence. My mother did not know she was a nurse, not a doctor. My mother was assigned under this nurse' care after her wonderful Doctor had retired, Dr Troiano. If you are color patient, have difficulty with communication and with vulnerability, avoid this nurse at all cost! Look for a real doctor, an Medical Doctor!

Clinic is good + getting appointments is simple. However, massive improvement opportunities with operations where I believe they are severely lacking. Case in point:
1. I made the appointment to get an x-ray done and when I reached the location, found out that the X-ray had been closed for the day
2. After getting the X-ray done the next day— my clinic has been waiting to get the X-ray from Zoomcare for a day and hasn’t received it yet- due to which I’m unable to make an appointment with a doctor
Staff there have been friendly and helpful, and wait times have been short. The clinic is clean and new. That being said they have very limited staff at this location, so Dr's often aren't available, or lab work isn't always able to be done without scheduling. Sometimes the lab work has to be booked very far in advance. In the end they refer you to the Capitol Hill Clinic instead as they have walk-in labs. It seems Kaiser is not giving this clinic the resources it needs to function on all cylinders. Note whatever Kaiser tells you, labs must be scheduled in advance at this location, you can't do walk-in labs.
I have been coming to this clinic for the last three years or more. Some of the best clinical staff and clinical professionals I’ve ever been around. Do you want quality care and someone who will go to bat for you? Look no further. My physician is Dr. Troy! I love love love him
What a smooth experience! The service was so fast and the spaces so clean. The PA Josh Collins was wonderful and everything was very nice and helpful. I only have nice things to say!
The worst of the worst. Stay away. the staff was rude, scheduled me incorrectly, and the doctor had the worst bedside manner I had ever experienced. None of my concerns were addressed, and I was told to remove my pants while the doctor stood there and watched and I refused to give me a gown. I brought these issues to the clinic manager who told me " well, that doesn't make sense since I only get 'kudos' for her, not complaints." So long story short, the reviews here are correct. The clinic has seriously declined and they don't care about you or your medical issues.
I had an appointment the other day to establish new care and do blood work and left wanting to tell all my friends about what an incredible experience I had!

Check in time was so quick, the doctor didn’t make me wait in the room forever, they made sure I was setup on the app to see my charts, they drew 7 vials of blood and gave me a flu shot and I didn’t feel the needles at all (the softest nurse hands).

I can’t recommend this place enough. It was so fast and easy and street parking was plentiful.
I really don’t understand how this place makes business. The staff never answer the phone, and when I went in person for something important I was left in front of the reception desk alone for about 45 minutes before I decided to walk out. If Kaiser cannot provide care at this location for its patients then close it down and stop promoting a fake clinic.
I attended an appointment today. They provided 1 of the 2 vaccines I was supposed to get. A rude nurse told me I could make another appointment because apparently my time has no value. I contacted kaisers customer service and they were equally unhelpful. I logged on to my benefits page and changed my benefits to blue cross blue shield. Kaiser lost a patient for 2023.
I cannot speak highly enough of this practice. I’ve been a patient here for six years now and they have been so wonderful with regular check-ups all the way to life-threatening medical events. Dr. McFadden is so patient and such a great listener and communicator. The rest of the staff are always kind and understanding. The facilities are always calm, clean, and comfortable and the on-site labs and imaging are so convenient.

Today, I went in with an appointment at 4 PM. *Important to know about this location, they booked three different appointments for that time because they have three different practitioners and three different rooms. I worked with nurse Lynn N.

She administered to me, my second HPV shot today.

What I liked about her was her kindness, bedside manner, and her discernment to triage me because my need was very brief.

She answered questions, engaged in conversation and I would definitely recommend her because even though they were in a bind today, with one practitioner not showing up, she was handling it well and she wasn’t grumpy with me when I asked questions while waiting, about needing to possibly reschedule and things like that.

I really appreciated her concern about me as well after the immunization was administered and when I shared with her what I was feeling. I would definitely recommend going here.
Dr Kneisl and her staff are quality professionals. They address whatever medical trouble I’m having in a thoughtful, pragmatic, professional and friendly manner. I would recommend Kaiser, Dr Kniesl and her team any day.
Though I had made an appointment online for a later time I went in at opening just to see if I could walk in. I was seen immediately and was in and out in less than 45 minutes. The staff was extremely kind, efficient and fast but not hurried. Very thorough and thoughtful. I genuinely appreciated the experience!!! Thank you!

I have only had exceptional service as a patient at Capitol Hill Medical. Dave has been wonderful, and eases my anxiety at my visits with light-hearted humor. He answers questions I may have without judgment, fills my prescriptions on time, and I've never had any billing issues or staff issues. Both of the front desk staff treat me just fine.

It makes me sad to see that others have had different experiences. I believe that the attitude you bring in is the attitude you'll be met with. This goes for any encounter in life.
