I love the quality and brand culminating in it's prices
I bought a Jack Wolfskin jacket and within 2 years the waterproofing had failed. They don't last. I thought they were an outdoor brand, but online reviews tell me they are just a fashion brand. I wish I had checked that before I bought on. Don't buy if you want it keep you dry.

Great service all this week! Been at a work conference in this area and served amazingly by Natalia - she went out of her way for each of my visits for lunch and I loved the cafe which was great and had a calm atmosphere during a very busy work week for myself haha - great m&s (although toilets could do with a bit of work)

Had several JW products and quality is good. However, their online customer service experience been awful so far. Order arrived 2 weeks late with no communication - I had to contact them to find out what was going on. Product arrived, no return label in box. I had to pay to return item. Returned item at local post office heard nothing. Once again had to contact them after 2 weeks to find out why no refund processed. ‘We are experiencing delays and / or your item might be lost’. There are so many great outdoors brands out there communicating well with their customers, JW do not fall into this category so I would avoid until they sort it out.

Purchased a navy twill jacket from Battersea today. Received excellent service from Ellie and her manager. Would highly recommend this store.
We were looking for a sweater. A sweater with zip. I tried it on top of my shirt, and I was told that I was not allowed. I questioned how it is possible to say that, as this way I was not going to buy the clothes and probably no one would. The sales assistant told us that it is not his problem if we don't buy nothing. 😱
Ok, we didn't buy, and like us many others. But at least the sales assistant didn't have to tidy up the clothes that clients try.. am I right?!

Very small collections of men shoes. In Greece we have a lot more options. I was looking for a pair of Chaymon but there werent any options.
The Makeup counter is absolutely brilliant.

M&S has always been one of my favourites for snacks, fruits or drinks and this branch on Oxford Street is surprisingly very spacious and many choices of groceries on sale. Came in to get a drink and was pleasantly surprised. On top of this well orgainsed supermarket , there is also a M&S cafe up on the 1st floor with comfortable seatings and serving quality affordable Afternoon Tea Set.
I picked up a couple of shirts to try. The lady attending me, left me in the dressing room. I tried to get her attention to try other sizes. She completely ignored. The security guy tried to find sizes and help. By then, i was so unhappy with my experience that I left.
I bought my wife a Bracelet and a Pair of shoes, and even though the product was amazing I was more impressed with the service I recieved. A gentleman named Abiola made the whole process awesome with banter and great customer service he personally escorted me up to Ladies shoes after i bought the Bracelet from him..Abiola thank you mate..10/10

Amazing and kind staff! You could be greeted by 10 people once you walk in! One who would support you when browsing and choosing clothes. Please don’t stop doing this! 🤩
Products are good quality. They are towards the higher end of the spend, however, they are an investment for a lifetime, especially the jackets and parkas.

Razeb is really professional, helpful and very patient. He listened well to my needs and spent lots time helping me measure the size, very impressed with his service and will surely be back again.

I had an amazing experience in this Tommy Hilfiger store. Helen was very helpful and informative with me all the time. I come from a small, joyful town and how kind she was to me made me feel at home. I’ll definitely come back again next time!
After having such a bad customer's service experience from the NEXT store, Oxford Street. I wrnt over to this M&S store to look for trousers, etc. I spent the same hours. One hour in M&S. Spent over £200. Spent another £100 upstairs-Men's department & have afternoon tea at M&S cafe. What a great change of atmosphere. I must admit M&S does always uphold their customer service so well. Never fail customer's expectations. And thanks so much to the cashier, Yvonne on G. Floor. She really makes my day. Especially after having such a bad experience of customer service from the NEXT store. I will definitely recommend anyone to shop at M&S. Highly recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I never bought nice trainers cause I couldn't justify the cost but finally took the leap and bought my first pair of gucci leather trainers and I was super excited about. I bought it in April and by today (June) it was already had wear and tear in the inside. I was bummed out because they were beautiful but it didn't make sense to already have damaged interior when I barely wore them.
I called them and the gucci rep asked me to go in the store so I went back to Harrods.
Ornela was the employee who was helping me figure out a solution. She was very understanding and patient in listening to my issue. She helped me find a resolution which I'm happy about.
I'm giving 5 star for the customer service received my the phone call rep and Ornela. This is the type of service you expect from a luxury brand.

I've been there to send a parcel to Portugal via DHL. The south asian guy forced me to use Parcel Force, which doesn't have any assistance in Portugal. Now the parcel is stuck in the customs and I can't do anything unless wait. I have reported the store to DHL, as the store assistant said that DHL and Parcel Force were the same company.
I visited dior luxury accessories department at Harrods and was assisted by Kasai, she was lovely and so helpful. She’s definitely a great asset to the team, Dior are very lucky to have her. She went above and beyond for me. If you do visit this store, ask for her she will make your visit that much better.
Excellent customer service. Didn’t catch the name of the shopping assistant but she had an attentive eye. Paper bag from another shop broke down whilst we were there, and the lady immediately reacted and offered us a new bag. Excellent heartwarming gesture.

Purchased a hat from gucci harrods and they sell you the one that's on display. I purchased the hat at 6pm when they where closing wanting to pay cash but they would only accept card. When I got home and took the hat out of the bag it had all orange makeup on the inside rim . I messaged the sales assistant who said he would get back to me about returning the item and they didn't bother . I wish I purchased from somewhere else now as once they sell you the item they really don't care if you're not happy with it. Plus your paying alot of money for a display item that many people have tried on
Discovered a flaw on the saddle bag I bought. Tried to reach Dior Harrods (men's department) for well over 5 weeks with dozens of phone calls and emails to ask if I could return it, but kept getting ignored. Not even Harrods customer service and Dior UK HQ could get a hold of them. All they could do is leave callback requests. Never got a phone call back.

I was completely lost and confused in harrods and overwhelmed over the crowd and due to that I separated from my husband in the shop and went with my son to the children’s designers level. The SA in Burberry kids was the finest and nicest I could ever imagine. She noticed that I’m overwhelmed and looking for my husband while trying to entertain my little son, she helped me to entertain my child while looking for my husband. We did not finish buying anything from burberry that day but it reminded me once more of the high quality of service I always received by burberry. Thank you so much lady. I will always remember your kindness.

When I tried to make a reservation online it was showing it is fully booked until January !!
But when you walk by the Café you see a lot of empty tables!! We had to wait for half an hour to get in when there was empty tables!! Maybe that’s their policy

Badddd customer service!!! I done a refund in Gucci harrods where I got the item, I didn’t get treated good plus they gave me old 50 notes they said they don’t have new notes so I took it but when I start shopping in harrods! couple of shops refused to take the 50 notes so when I went back to Gucci they refused to exchange them for me they said they don’t have it so they made me wait with my husband and 3 children for 1 hour at the end they open their till and gave it to me 😡😡😡😡 why they made me wait 1 hour and they were trying to get the new notes from harrods customer service while they do have it in their tills 😡 soooooo upset why they lied to me ? Is this how you treat your customers??????

The treatment my family and I received at the House of Dior was nothing short of magnificent. From the newly opened gingerbread-themed café to the skincare and jewellery boutiques, the customer service was exactly what you would expect as a Harrods client.
The Christmas atmosphere was well and truly in full flow with the Christian Dior lights that have taken over the display at Harrods for F/W 22, and extended into the café that is a spectacular representation of the brand's decadence both stylistically and gastronomically. My favourite part was the handcrafted Dior biscuits that were available to purchase after having lunch/tea.
A special thanks to Dimitra at the skincare boutique that assisted me in finding the perfect mousse cleanser for daily usage. It is a product that I will have great use for as someone who greatly appreciates a range of different skincare lines.

I just brought me some jeans I have no idea if there fit because they don't have a changing room all it would require is a is a booth and curtain. I do wish they would cram less into the store and be bit more imaginative with space also I like both more space between women/mens clothing just to make easier to shop. Open later on a Saturday would be really helpful because I work near by and finish at 6 so I could have time to pop by. A decent selection of clothing especially for those who have their own style.

Genuinely nice and kind gentlemen was trying to help me to find a purse I wanted to buy inside Harrods store on the ground floor (the small Burberry station). Couldn’t find the ine I liked but I was stunned with how polite and respectful he was!
I had pleasant experience in Gucci two days ago. Ladies were absolutely lovely and found me a purse I really wanted! There were some inconsistencies in the price as same purse just different color was £40 cheaper and they tried to explain they increased prices and this one must have had the old one. Bit unprofessional but I cant say any bad word the customer experience was really nice. I felt valuable even that I wore a bit unfresh T-shirt :D

Fab service from Lydia Chu at Burberry. I bought a cashmere scarf for my wife's birthday from the Knightsbridge boutique. I wanted it to have her initials and wasnt able to go back to the store to collect. Lydia got it delivered to store, repackaged it and made it look wow, then got it delivered to the restaurant that I took my wife to for her birthday. She made sure that it got delivered before we got there. My wife was thrilled to see it get bought over by the waiters as she was not expecting it. Thank you Lydia

The store had a wider range of genuinely discounted items in the past but has gradually become an extension of the standard discount strategy in most stores. Racks are packed and areas cramped with reasonably priced clothes and some genuine discounts.
I bought some jackets today and received extremely bad service. I got to the till and there were only two staff serving yet they were busy chatting with each.
it got to my turn and while the cashier was serving me, the other cashier was still chatting with her telling the one serving me that her last customer was very rude, disregarding the fact that I'm a customer wanting to be served quickly and efficiently.
While the cashier was scanning my items, I notice the prices coming up on the till are different amounts from the PRICE TAG !
i drew her attention to the price Tags and she said there's NOTHING she can do about it because the scan have the RIGHT price and the TAG is a mistake!
I asked her to check with a manager because this is not the only jacket there with that price tag, there are others of the SAME jacket with the SAME PRICE TAG.
Supervisor came and said I have to paid the price on screen because this is a mistake.
I then said to her that I understand mistakes happens but all the other jackets have the same price tag therefore, I have to pay the price advertised.
She refused and said take it or leave!

Bit of an odd place to have a British/London souvenirs shop in some ways. Now that Brick lane is hip and trendy and with the influx of tourists, there's always a market for this kind of thing. Nothing good nor bad about the shop, especially if buying trinkets is your kind of thing, otherwise the merchandise on sale is fairly standard souvenir items like cups, key rings, pens, books, photos, masks, t-shirts and postcards etc. Nothing likely to be aimed at locals and Londoners. The prices are reasonable. Go for it if it's your kind of thing.
Lovely souvenir shop north of Brick Lane. Open till 10pm what is super convenient for customers. Overall it's all right. Highly recommended!
Wonderful Little shop! Loved the postcard display out front and all the little souvenirs inside. I bought myself a nice London T-shirt and the shop owner Das was super helpful.

This shop is known for thief’s and the managers and staff are involved in this. They have cramped the shop floor so badly that the kids section has no room for parents with buggy’s to move around in, leaving them no choice but to move away from there buggy to look at cloths. Many people have had their phones, wallets, and purse and handbags stolen from this shop. I am one of them. I was expecting staff and manager to help me but instead they started playing the avoid game with me. One staff member was so rude that I will never step into that shop again. They are working along side the thieves in The Mall and High street. Reason I say this is because, the amount of people who’s belongings are stolen in that store on daily, you would think that management and the head office would do somthing about it. They have CCTV installed but when a theft happens they can’t see anyone or anything. ( my advise reduce the cloths rails on the floor, make room so people can walk around with out having to rub up against each other. When your cramped in a shop and everyone is passing by you having to squizz passed u don’t realise who the thief is.

( my advise reduce the cloths rails on the floor, make room so people can walk around with out having to rub up against each other. When your cramped in a shop and everyone is passing by you having to squizz passed u don’t realise who the thief is.
VERY VERY BAD SHOP STAY AWAY AND IF YOU CANT THEN KEEP YOUR VALUABLE LOCKED UP IN YOU KNICKERS
For me the best TH store in London. They Always have a new stuff for ladies and much more than the one in Regents. Good choice of clothes for kids as well!! Staff is very friendly and they always give you a chance to walk and look!!! I'll be back soon AGAIN ;).xxx

Such a great store with a wide range of Tommy Hilfiger which I love. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially the Irish sales assistant Kevin he went above and beyond to make sure my shopping experience was fun. I really felt like his suggestions suited my personality and body shape. I will be back and highly recommend as I felt the team were so efficient, friendly and provided service with a smile.
