very good bubble tea, i prefer gong cha over cha point any day, firstly, its much cheaper and they offer BROWN SUGAR pearls. like how good is that.

As a regular customer of GongCha, I was deeply disappointed by my recent visit to the Riverwood location. Upon entering, the lack of clear staffing roles left me waiting unnecessarily, unsure who was serving and who was another customer.

During the payment process, the situation became even more frustrating. While I was about to make my payment, the individual who appeared to be the manager was on the phone and abruptly interrupted the transaction. Without any prior acknowledgment or explanation, they inserted themselves into the process, demanding that a surcharge be added to the total. This interruption felt rude and disruptive.

Furthermore, when I asked about adding my membership card for loyalty points, the response from the staff member behind the counter was dismissive and unwelcoming.

While I’ve had positive experiences at other GongCha locations, this particular visit fell short of expectations. I hope that constructive feedback can lead to improvements in customer service at this branch.

Amazing place! Went there with my friends to get a quick drink, ended up sitting together laughing and chatting for at least an hour. The atmosphere and decorations are absolutely lovely, the music is great and at the time that we went it wasn’t that busy whatsoever! It’s a great place to chill out when they aren’t busy, nice a/c and vibe.

Ordered a peach green tea with lychee jelly the first time, the second time I got a mango green tea with strawberry popping boba! Both times were delicious and very enjoyable, totally recommend! <3

Wow!!! Just wow. We drove nearly 30 minutes just to try this bubble tea place as we wanted to try a different one (we are sick of Gong Cha, Share tea and Cha time lol) and they have 4.5 stars… worth the drive!! We ordered Premium Pearls Milk Tea and Tiger Fresh Milk together with the Maple Waffle Bites. Wow just wow! The best!! and the waffles are so fresh too. Bubble tea just had the perfect sweetness. Will definitely be back again thank you 🩷

I had a premium milk tea with black pearl (less sugar, 30%). That was really good! 👍❤️ There are some tables and chairs, so you can chat with your friends while having a nice baba tea.

I ordered 2 cups of milk tea with white pearl and they gave me black pearl. Please instruct the staff to actually READ as this is clearly not the first time for this according to the reviews you received

Service should be more friendly. Also find it rude that staff talk in their language in front of the customers. Staff never says hello, please or thank you.

Bought Matcha Red Bean with Pearls. Got the order and rushed to catch the train. Found out no pearls were added 🤦‍♂️

I ordered the tiger brown sugar milk tea from the happy hour menu. When I got home with my bubble tea, it spilled everywhere with a cut in the cup they gave. I came back in and they made it again and apologized for the inconvenience.

I tasted it and it was amazing. The bubble tea was up to par with the competing Gong Cha just down the road. This was my first time coming in and will definitely be coming back. Just please use better cups guys, tea that good doesn't deserve to be in such a useless cup.

This afternoon I ordered 1 drink, was still waiting 20 minutes later. Fair enough, they were busy, though they actually got busier after I had ordered. Was only a few orders before mine initially. I think they need a better system when it’s busy. As a group who ordered before me got their drinks first. Asked where my drink was and they couldn’t even find it. I think it was mixed in with other drink orders?? Also seemed they weren’t actually making drinks in order they were received. They said they’d make it straight way which was good. But the drink was wrong and I was late for an appointment already (never thought I’d be waiting over 20 minutes for one single drink). So unfortunately had to cancel and get a refund. Which is a shame as the drinks are great and I was really looking forward to it. Hopefully better service next time round.

Pretty good bubble tea shop. Consistent and fresh. love the flavours so refreshing. fast service nice welcoming place. They offer green tea or black tea with a lot of options for topping and you can also control the level of sweetness.

My new go to Gongcha! Service was great and our drinks came out really quickly. White pearls were perfectly chewy and drinks were delicious.

Just amazing. Interior is superb. An artificial touch of greenery. Smiling staff. Service is good. Cha Point written on thd entrance left wall has no match. LCD's are there to give you an overview of the special products. Two drinks in a single cup/glass with partition looks great. Presentation is lovely.
