As far as plazas go this one has almost everything you could need. I can do groceries, grab a coffee, pick up beer, take out, and fill a prescription without leaving the plaza. However, like just about every public space in this area, there's a fair bit of vagrancy in the parking and store front areas. Sadly, not a lot can be done about that it seems.

The customer service is really bad. No one cares about the customers at all. Please do not buy anything from Canadian tire anymore. There is a policy change to scam customer by not paying for their returns and giving them a store credit. Just be smart and go elsewhere. SAVE YOURSELF FROM THE CANADIAN TIRE STORES
Variety of stores located here. Could really use a face lift as it looks worn and dated. Parking lot could use a re-paving.

Small plaza, has some food stores
The Mall is mostly empty and barely anyone goes here anymore. The only this it is good for are phone plans since there are alot of mobile providers like Chatr in the mall.

This area is at a busy junction.
And hence a busy mall. Have a gas station, propane sales outlet, thrift store, and more.
Plenty of parking.
The mall is run down. Not many businesses are there. The footfall is very low. I visited with my family to go to the splatter world and had an amazing time and unique experiences. We had this host name Luke was great host. One of the best experiences of life. You guys must go to have fun times with friends and family.

A super normal shopping center, with old style shopping options. The building was unclean and messy. Only the Chinese merchandisers can be found The washroom was a mess! Absolutely, not recommend to anyone. There is nothing special here!
Chinatown Center food court was the best before covid hit us. There were many restaurants open to serve customers. But now there are only 3 restaurants open for business very sad. But the food are good and fresh. All staff makes you feel good.

I find this place is better than it appears. It solves most of your needs, McDonalds, Subway, drug store, grocery, sushi, upscale Italian restaurant, dollar store...

I wasn't too pleased with the environment or the atmosphere or the products that they carry I was looking for a specific item and they didn't have it well I'm just hoping that this is a one-time situation but I don't know I wasn't too impressed the stuff was purchase and polite the place was sort of clean the displays we're not so inviting

Loved this place. Went in before a show, so we didn't have all the time we wanted. Such a variety shops and booths. Loved the "underground" market in the basement.

The No Frills/McDonald's parking is a bad area. Lots of beggars. Food Basics parking is better. Traffic is also bad. You might see some cars driving fast in these parkings; making you feel unsafe. If you are backing up, people here don't like to give way ;-)

Neighborhood plaza has a Food Basics, fast food stores, pharmacy, salon, barber shop, clothing store. Plaza is walking distant for all people living in the area.
If you wanna find the Backrooms in real life, it’s this place along with the PATH

Nice mall better than Dragon City. Bit dark inside but it has a better variety of stores.

Cool pet shop on the bottom floor, bought a squeaky toy for my dog. Food court was a bit mid though as there was barely anything open even though I went at like 12 PM

There is a booth that sells luggage bags, action figures and phone accessories on the top floor. The man running the booth was a really chill guy and he recommended me products that I might like. His products were really well priced especially compared to Ebay and Amazon prices. I picked up a bag full of action figures for my collection.

Ryan, in the fragrance department, has a wonderful personality and it was a pleasure to be served by him. He’s an asset to Holt Renfrew who displayed excellent customer service that you expect when you shop at a luxury department store.

Good place for shooping and good dentist there
Couple of huge floors with various designer labels. Great deals for black Friday. Love the service provided to customers and the fragrances are the best! Definitely going back for one of those :)
Great produce, great prices, thoughtful staff (they always wrap an elastic band around your egg carton so that you don't accidentally make scrambled eggs on your way home!), and enough staff that you never wait long in the checkout line. Clean, bright store. Close to Sherbourne, a subway station with an elevator. Couldn't be better!
Maja is my favorite for Indian food
Don't live around there any more but will still go out of my way to go there or uber it. Love there Nan bread

This plaza's got the necessary basics like a pharmacy, grocery store, convenice store, a few local shops & restaraunts, and a public park nearby too. The public transit is very close. The parking lot is set up with stop signs in odd places so keep an eye for them if you're driving your car there.

Large variety of shops, primarily grocers and jewellers. Good things is that many retail options allows one to roam around and select what they want. Tamil groceries.
This corner plaza sits on a very busy intersection of Warden and Sheppard. Asian Grocery Food Depot, Italian Restaurant Remezzo, 24 Hrs McDonald's are among the most prominent outlets in this plaza. Besides, it has a small Dollarama, Subway, Sushi, pharmacy, etc. It has an average size parking lot, which unfortunately is not well maintained.

Meh! Its a cluster of a few stores inside. Not really a place to enjoy, no place to sit and people watch. Patrons are either coming or going, not really the type of place that later in the day or evening would it occur to me that it was a warm and inviting place to shop. When No Frills is closing for the evening, its like a competition to get out of the mall before security locks most of the doors and one exit is available to use. Good location to go shop for groceries. Meh!

Good produce! Large selection of frozen dinners for 1 person.very helpful staff .and everything you would expect to find in a really good grocery store with very good helpful staff
Greenwin Square Mall...this indoor Mall....a stone's throw to Sherbourne Subway Station.. is a personal favorite, as I've lived close by for 12 years now!!

A fairly small Mall, this one services a wide range of people from many areas east of Yonge...from the very moment it opens, until closing time Greenwin mall is visited by hoards of patrons. I wonder why?

Could it be the perfect balance of stores...each serving a special purpose, while the next store fulfils
another equally important service.

No Frills is centre stage...clean..
modern...great value. Rexall Drug store...I feel it now rivals Shoppers Drug mart.. has a big presence.
McDonald's is there as well, doing what it does best. Then we've got a Medical walk-in Clinic, Post office,
Unisex Hair Salon & a few more.

I've actually once made it to 3 stores, as well as the guy in the Lotto Booth!! For it's size, you get alot of "Bang out of your Buck" at
Greenwin Square Mall.

Great place to do some grocery shopping, pharmacy, or a dollarama pit stop. They have different food options as well, like Subway, Mcd's, and sushi.

They are doing some construction by the dollarama section, so watch your step.

I can give five Stars if I was living nearby since you got most of the necessities here. There is McDonald's, Rexall and the post office. There is No Frills for your groceries and another restaurant if you are hungry. There is a Consulate general of India here and other businesses. It is nice to have those places specially in winter that you don't need to go outside if you are waiting for your job to be finished otherwise you don't want to come here for shopping or eating alone.

Kinda dilapidated, but it’s still safe. A few stores are open, like the Chinese medicine store. Don’t be too wary of the graffiti.

Pretty interesting as a modern exhibit — capsules of entrepreneurship and memories lost to time.
Not much happening here, waiting for demolition and long deferred condo development. Lululemon will be the first major redeveloped retail space but it is still under construction at the time of this post.

Kind of unorganized, taxi drivers usually take an entire section, occasionally lots of pigeons. The greenery here is always dead, spring, summer, fall the grass and shrubs are always dead. But the stores aren't terrible, I like ABC dollar by pizza pizza, the staff are great there. Whoever owns the lot/plaza, not so much

Wow, what a shock. I haven't been in that plaza since 1999 and has it ever changed. Mcdonalds is still there and the wonderful Italian restaurant Remezzo,s. Now there's also a dollar store and a walking clinic etc. I love the improvements ✌️

The establishment has a finite number of retail outlets, resulting in a relatively low volume of pedestrian traffic. A food court is present, albeit with a limited selection of dining options. A washroom facility is available. However, it remains consistently inaccessible, and neither the security personnel nor the janitorial staff are able to provide an explanation for this inconvenience.
Went to Remezzo Italian Restaurant. I love the place...great atmosphere for families or romantic atmosphere it is all there. The food is so delicious and the staff is friendly and willing to please. You will not be disappointed. There is a lot of room in this place.

A lot of the reviewers here will say this place needs an overhaul and is gloomy but to me this mall feels like a relic of a bygone era.

There are so many small design quirks from the golden trimmed mirror hallway to the distinctly retro signage and unique stores. These aspects make this easily the most unique mall in the city, compare this to Parkway Mall in Scarborough, an actually dying mall that lacks any of these unique qualities.

Cumberland terrace is a fascinating piece of Toronto’s design history wedged in the middle of the most gentrified and out of touch neighbourhood in the city, and it offers a unique experience to those looking for a nostalgia trip or just an underground walk to the subway.

But yeah it could do with a few new stores, particularly in that food court, but I’d be lying if I said I’d be okay with a change of decor

This is a great store. Pricey but good service. If you're looking for something special for someone I would check it out. And girlies, if you're buying Designer makeup from Sephora come to Holt's instead.

It's very sad to see Cumberland terrace it's like a ghost town where all the shops and affordable stores that's like a ghost town I know I said it twice and washroom facilities they're hidden they need to revamp their mall used to be a popular place at one time sad still in a great location and it's convenient for shoppers on the subway line with all the condos downtown you forget that rebuild it or redesign it again bringing up to standard one time was the number one place to shop million management must change who knows or maybe there's change happening but it was a great day
They don't have indoor shopping. However, all products are available for delivery and pick up.

Changing my previous positive review after being hassled / discriminated against by a male manager. I was making my way to the clinic inside the mall, very visibly injured with crutches. I stopped to rest for under a minute and he popped out of nowhere, insisting that I stand up immediately and "rest in the clinic instead." I explained repeatedly that I just needed a minute, clarified the situation repeatedly. He would not back down and treated me as if I was some kind of bum camping out in the mall. Never apologized, never offered to help. Absolutely humiliating.

This was my first time at this particular bulk barn. They have a huge selection of cake decorations, baking supplies, baking tools and much more. I'm impressed. Additionally, they are taking a lot of precautions during this time to keep customers safe. They let very few customers in at a time. Customers have to sanitize their hands before entering the store. They help you scoop and weigh things so no one touches the bins. I was overall happy with the arrangement.

With the crammed, crazed atmosphere of Eately just across the street where you have to line up, it's wonderful to go to this little, quiet oasis where service is extraordinary and you feel pampered at every step.

After finishing up some shopping, my friend and I popped into the cafe and it was a perfect stop. Relaxing, civilized, the most attentive server we've had in ages who gave great advice on menu selections and the perfect drinks to go with them.

If you're in the neighbourhood, treat yourself. It's a wonderful spot with a good vibe -- comfortable and elegant.
Absolutely gorgeous place to be with a taste of luxury and great service!!!
We enjoyed every moment- from food to interior and window view!!
I've shopped at this plaza a few times. They have a Food Basics, pharmacy, variety store, Doctor's office with walk-in clinic, dental office, Mr. Sub, coin laundry and some offices on the second floor. Parking is never a problem.

An eclectic mix of stores inhabits the second floor of this retail complex that spans the back end of buildings that run along Cumberland St from Bay St to Yonge Street. The lower floor is primarily a food court with the third floor has been leased by an international Language School.called International Language Academy of Canada.
High end quality brands and good services, happy and excited people 😊 everything you need and when you need to love your self you got to visit @holtrenfrew

This food court's interior could use a bit of a renovation. Compared to the connecting tunnels to the Holt Renfrew and shopping section on Bloor, it looks really old and not modern at all.

Other wise, the food providers here are quite nice. You get your typical food here like Chinese food, salads, wraps and etc.
