I went to this store because needed to solve a situation with my account and the manager and all her staff are super helpful. Excellent 👌 customer service.
Vibrant area. Good for spending one day. Loads of tastes and different shops. A bit hot due to open air building but you can cool off in some shops with good AC lol.
If you ever have the chance to go you need to experience Skyview Observation Wheel... Take your time. Walk around and explore. It's a great place 😃

This place used to be called midway mall when I was young. I've been coming here at least once a year.
Had a great visit. Clean. Wide variety of stores. Great food. Cannot wait to go back!

Brickell City Centre is a wonderful mall in downtown Miami. There are many fashionable, trendy, high-end shops and restaurants. Whether it's shopping, people watching, or restaurants, this mall has it all!
It's a nice place where you'll find a lot of locals and tourists hanging out. There are plenty of restaurants and shops and given its location, it's usually pretty busy. One of the main reasons is due to the charter cruises and yacht tours that depart from here. Overall, it's not bad but you'll find better restaurants and shopping at nearby Brickell City Centre.
Great place to shop with high end stores. If you go be prepared to spend money. With stores like Rolex, Coach, Levi's, it's a beautiful place to visit. Though not a lot of food options inside the mall.
Love this place. Return every time when I'm in town. Good places to eat. Nice boats to see and tours and a speed boat Thiller ride you can catch from here. Not to mention all of the neat shops and vendors. Sit by the water and enjoy a nice refreshing beverage. Or walk around and shop with your beverage.

I have to start by saying...I'm not a shopper. I don't like shopping, window shopping, or walking around the mall for leisure. I'm the type of shopper that knows what I need and where to find it. I go to the store, grab and go. That's the shopping experience you get with me.
With that said...Dolphin Mall is a one-stop shop. They have everything you might need and more. It's more of an outlet. There are plenty of places to eat, live music at night, movies, activities, and bowling, they have everything in this one place. Why I gave it 3 stars? Too packed, too many people, and parking is always an issue here. Although there's plenty of it, it's always an issue. Again I'm not much of a shopper so going here for me is on my "DO NOT go here if you need to pick up something quickly" list. This is more of a place I visit when I'm going to the movies, Dave & Buster, or I have family from out of town that want to visit this mall. There's another outlet in Florida City which I rather go to. I do have to say this place is great if you like shopping and you like to make a day of it. You can definitely spend the whole day here, do some shopping, get a quick bite for lunch, continue your shopping, have a drink somewhere, get some yummy dinner, and hang out late night listening to live music. I haven't used the restrooms so can't really say if they're clean.
I did go yesterday to drop my daughter off to hang out with some friends and discovered this new place in the food court called Wok On (I think that's the name) delicious!!!! I'll go back just to grab another one of their to-go boxes. It's very pricey but the food is a healthier version of Asian food and it is delicious. Did I say delicious already? Once I remember the name I'll update my review.

Love this mall...so many stores...
One of our closest shopping plazas and it really has everything you need from Fresco the grocery store, Valsan, a beauty salon, smoke shop, liquor store. Only issue is the parking can get messy when it’s busy.
Mall is neat, clean and has a ton of stores
The mall is lacking as it always has been. The environment is dark and lacks lighting. The theater they took out years ago for a Costco is gone. The styling and color choices are outdated. This mall has great potential due to it literally being surrounded by housing. Hopefully, the added Microcenter and Outback on the lot can add revenue for them to start revamping this mall (and do it correctly). I could see this being better than the other nearby malls if done correctly.
Very Big Mall,lots to do here. Beautiful sights, about eight or nine different zones in this mall. Get ready to walk and have some fun. I've never seen so many places in one mall. Very extraordinary 🤩❤️

It's a nice shopping center.
It is one of the coolest malls in Miami. There is something for everyone in this mall. All major retail stores and designer stores are in the mall. The mall is very beautiful and well maintained. It is beautifully decorated. I loved the little pond with fishes. The children’s play area is also very nicely done. Lot of greenery in the mall and fresh air which looked really nice.

The only thing wrong with this place is the security kid where throwing water bottle from up stairs to people in the bottom and theu did nothing this is how people get hurt

The is a modern and beautiful place However since it’s semi-outdoor, it’s hot walk from one place to another. But, we still love and enjoy it. The vibe is great and have many brand name stores and popular restaurants.

I was looking for chocolate glazed donuts on Dunking Donuts and a hot chocolate. Only have simple glazed donuts and nothing else. No hot chocolate, either.
The best thing about this mall is its security setup, cleanliness, and relaxing ambiance. Security guards are everywhere. It is safe and peaceful, and nothing but fun to stroll here. Everything is here, from their wide selection of restaurants and coffee shops to the shopping center and toys! They got it all in one place.
It's clean, the staff I interacted with is nice. They have a lot of different stores and it's pretty spacious. The only thing for me is that, although there are store brands, there isn't that many bigger brands (for example aritzia) or any store that sell sustainable products. Still worth a visit.

Radio Shack? Really? Haven't been to this mall since the 80s and 90s. Good place to go when they suspend your driver license. Get a number and pray. There's a home depot and Sam's or something.
Amazing mall, it’s incredibly beautiful. It’s big, it has a lot of stores like Nike, Tumi, Apple Store, Zara and on the top has a cinema and a food hall. There are also stores to buy sunglasses, chocolates… everything. The views are amazing and the location is perfect.

Great, well-maintained mall with many different shopping options. I love the variety here and the general vibe. They always have good music playing here wherever you are within the mall. Parking is also not too difficult to find & they have numbered and lettered sections for each spot.
The chickens in the parking lot were the best part of this mall. The Marshall's (or was it TJ Maxx?) was the only store we cared to enter. There are definitely better malls in the broader area.

like Fresco y Más for there discount but this particular store 122Ave and 8St. i have an issue regarding cashiers ..they are very strict on self check out no more than 10 items but then they don't have enough regular cashier and its a long wait to pay.

This is amazing to stay in a hotel and go shopping all at once! I didn't get the chance to visit all the shops, the ones I visited had lovely things. The building is clean, again, shops are lovely. Definitely looking forward to returning. More than likely planning a day trip just to go to the mall.
With the exception of having to Pre-Pay for parking, it is a very nice and secured mall and a good place for conferences
Great place to visit
Despite its bustling atmosphere, this mall is a must-visit due to the plethora of shops and vendors, all located right along the bay. Although I didn't purchase anything during my visit, I did have a pleasant lunch and even went on a boat tour. Overall, this is a fantastic place to take a stroll and soak in the sights and sounds.
Our next family adventure take us Brickell City Centre located closed downtown Miami, an perfect spot to spend a Sunday visiting store from the best brand of the country or around the world.
They have a lot fun for all members of the family, even restaurants that compete for which is the customer's favorite since the quality of their food is of the highest quality.

All time there is crowd, in general the cashiers are unfriendly....
It all seem like it's gone down the hill, the mall used to be better especially with the cinema etc. Now it's very dark and gloomy and strange, some food places etc are good especially the chinese place with the crab ragoons. Hope they completely remodel this mall and make it better and nicer in the future.
A lot of hidden treasures in here, you should go and walk around.

It is wonderful in addition to its variety of stores, it has to be able to apply for the license with notary and lawyer services and on its second floor it has an exceptional school that provides wonderful service and that left me delighted with the treatment of its workers and especially of Barbara.
ABSOLUTELY love this place i get all my supplies wholesale for my jewelry business only hate that’s you have to post for parking so this is no good for quick errands

It’s decent
One of the oldest malls in Miami. You find all you need for your shopping: Burlington, marshall s , Ross, old Navy, etc. Lots of parking and many small retailers. Nice place to visit. Food is good.

Really nice place to shop and hang out. My husband had to go to the DMV where he was made to wait for three hours then sent back home empty handed, but the Mall, Midway Crossings was really nice.

Smaller mall however it has a Ross, Burlington, Marshalls, 5 Below among other shops. They have a good court, and a Frozen Yogurt shop, love to go there after shopping, frozen yogurt w toppings, yum! We always have a fun trip here.
This is only a shadow of its former glory but with some great stores holding on. Go visit while you still can. They really have to do something about the $7 parking fee as that will limit visits and prevent regular customers. I hope they come up with a new business model and eliminate the fee.

The mall is located next to a Doubletree Hotel. You will see the hotel before you will see the mall. It is not easy to miss. It has two floors. And a good variety of stores inside.
The parking is $7 cash only and a $3 reentering fee. They have a designated area. I was told that they do tow away vehicles that don't pay for the parking or parked in the front. The lot is pretty big. It is shared with the hotel.

Gorgeous shopping mall, I’ve never been to one like it. It’s different because it’s like an outdoor mall that’s covered. There’s 4/5 different levels of high end stores and department stores, they have an apple, saks fifth ave, Rolex, cole haan, etc. Paid parking is available in a garage downstairs.

Malibu pools. Be careful what merchandise you buy, my swimming pool filter resulted to be very old technology. They never have in stock, and good luck to find online. If they order it you must wait a lot. Not recommended
highly recommend!!! I constantly have a hoot as soon as I visit this mall. there is lots to do purchasing in all the shops, together with the hollow shops. There are a ton of awesome eating places there, and moreover masses of sports as nicely. it's so accurate that our daughter desires to do her birthday there with pals. i'm capable of deliver this mall my highest possible recommendation! just love thwe entire atmosphere . feel so precise to be here

About six years ago, I put five stars. Now I’m gonna put one star. Reason traffic here sucks crashes come left and right no respect to other people the service here very difficult to maneuver I went the other day and I saw like at least five crashes around dolphin mall step up your game. Nothing more stop putting new things and not worrying about the traffic invest in that. I had the privilege to get some video of other people it’s very unsafe. Instead of putting effort to make the drive space at least more restrictive to prevent entitled drivers, they more effort to charge for parking that was literally free months ago and limiting parking for the actual employee who spend time there. The only reason they’re standing is because of Nike.
