It’s the saddest Mall I’ve been too. Little to no stores. The play area for kids, it’s just one slide and stairs. It’s very hot inside, and the food in food court area, for a snack I paid $15 … I was flabbergasted to say the least 🤯
It's a small outdated mall to begin with. Most employees at different shops look ready to leave. The big saving grace is the janitorial staff. They are super friendly and kind and do a hell of a clean up job.

Got hair cut at Upper Cut Social Club in the Yuba City mall, great team of barbers, great service, best barber Randy M. Jr.
I love mall to be honest. It's the perfect size for me. I can walk through the whole mall without getting tired. Don't need a break. It has plenty of stores to keep me occupied and accommodate my shopping plenty of food and dessert vendors to keep the kids happy. Has a built-in playground. They usually keep clean. Most of them all staff are really nice and security sometimes helps accommodate you. Example I had no bike lock brand new bike. Ask them to hold my bike in the security room. And they let me not saying they're always going to do this. But that person, working that day went out of his way to make sure I could still have my more time and able to make it home safely.
Great lil plaza especially Aza Sushi and yeah just carefully drive. People drive there like in a highway
At Lincoln Plaza we visited a place called Temple of Groom. It's a place to take your pet(dogs only because I've not seen a cat in there yet) to have it washed. Cut, cleaned, what have you. Good service and good staff.

People need to learn how to drive in this parking lot....this place would bennifit if they had security patroling the parking lot...unsure why they don't have it really...

I love how you can make an appointment instead of having to take your baby in first thing in the morning. I'm a night owl so this works great for us. We can set up an afternoon appointment and drop our baby off for a wonderful grooming go have lunch then pick her up. Works great for us. They always do a fabulous job. We have a toy poodle so they have to do a lot of grooming for her. She always looks adorable
This was once a great Mall, im sure. Sadly, malls seem to be going out of style. Several shops were vacant, but there was also a couple new stores coming in. I've never seen Hobby Lobby as an anchor store, but I think it's great! There's several food options as well. I think my only real complaint, there is literally only 1 set of bathrooms, and they are at the food court area, which is in 1 corner of the mall, so if you enter over by Hobby Lobby, or Boot Barn, you have quite a walk ahead of you to get there.
Music is too loud. Please turn music off. With the people talking, kids crying,etc. the music makes is too much.
With Turners, Hobby Lobby, Boot Barn, and more new companies coming to the mall it is rejuvenating the mall all over again.
Best people around! Kind and honest. .... been with them for years and everything has been great and pleasant

I haven't been to the marketplace Mall for at least two months
This mall have so much potential, but one biggest problem they have is the parking lot. The parking space between each vehicle is so narrow.
This mall has potential. It is very outdated. If that, the food court could be better to draw in more people to want to come to the mall.
Pros:
-Verizon & TMobile to pay your bills if you prefer walking once in once a month and check out the mall and dine in at some food that the food court offers.
-Planet Fitness is within walking distance
-Hobby Lobby is there to personalized your home decor (if needed). Lots of seasonal items come and goes and is on sale and even more discount as the season is almost over.
-Near Bank of America to do your banking needs.
-Near Target.
Con:
-All Stores needs an update or the whole entire mall needs a whole new fresh look. TOOOOOooo many parking lots. Its a whole entire heat island effect that its even hotter outside walking.
-Too many vacant slots inside the mall.
Side note: This mall needs something to entertained all walk of life, maybe a movie theater catered to kids (all G-Rated movies). A Dave and Buster or Round 1 Stadium maybe? Or maybe include a bowling alley perhaps? Just throwing ideas out there to hopefully revive what mall we have here in the Yuba-Sutter area. Namm sayinn...

I used to love this place. Now, I don't go here unless I have to. It just feels empty. There are no good stores anymore and the food court is majorly lacking in variety. I typically only go there for two things anymore. Otherwise, I take my business elsewhere. It's now a boring place to spend the day when it used to be really fun to go and shop.
Hillcrest Plaza is a pathetic excuse for a Mall of any kind. One retail store. One.

beware of the power up store in the mall they sell fake items i was sold fake sports/pokémon cards and when i asked for my money back she smiled and said there’s no way to prove that i bought them there she did not give me a receipt sad that the yuba sitter mall allows businesses to sell fake products even though it’s illegal i just wanted to burn the spot so they don’t keep scamming people
Great place to spend the day. Clean restrooms, food court and play area for the kids to enjoy. Lots of great stores and it also has the Planet Fitness gym on site. My family had a great time and we will be back for sure soon!
Stores like this are overstocked by the containers waiting to port and deliver from last year's and this year's hang up with shipping. You get some great deals right now. Crowded but the lines were really quick because they must have had 10 or more cashiers.
The shop we were looking for was not here.Comic book store. Phone number was out of service when we called to try and find them. So can't give stars due to not actually going in there

We really like Got Cakes their pastries are exceptional.
The mall is very clean and there is plenty of room for social distancing. The only problem is that most of the stores are still closed due to COVID-19 quarantine, but enough stores are open (such as JcPenney and Sears, as well as American Eagle Outfitters and Aéropostale) to enjoy shopping.
The one place that was packed was Nail Tech, which was full of people. Bath & Body Works is still closed, but SEARS is having going-out-of-business sales.

Its has some good little stores. Easy to get in and out of. Great for quick trip shopping.
My hairdresser works at Allure Beauty Salon in this building. Parking usually available, so it's convenient.
I don't really shop too much in this mall but when I do Its a good experience. We usually go to the arcade so my son can play and he has a blast. The people that work there are super nice. The mall itself has a nice food court and clean bathrooms. Its a small mall compared to other towns but it still has a nice blend of stores. I like the kids stroller cars that you can rent. My son loves them. The mall hosts some pretty cool events for kids a lot too which is nice. The parking there sucks though. It's always packed and hard to find a spot. Other than that it's a really nice family friendly place to shot. I totally recommend it.

Entertainment for your kids, you can ride with them on a stunning steam train , jumping on an awesome trampoline if you're light enough 130 ponds you also can jump they Also have a lot for your taste a lot of amazing shops from Sephora JCPenney to Dress for Less depends Also if you're hungry they have a lot of cafes they also have a store where you can buy food sometimes they have great sales for products at Smart& Final and finally you can get fit at the Planet Fitness.
