The place is not very busy. Their food court doesn't have many options. Might be due the places like McDonald's, etc, located elsewhere in the mall.
It is a nice place to visit with options to eat and for entertainment. Parking can be a challenge at times.
Beautiful shopping center with little restaurants.
Cineplex movie was good. Food was excellent. Our server was prompt and our food came out hot and ready. Always enjoy VIP movies.
Great location, they have a nice little sit down space in front of the cinema with water and tables, really cute in the evening if you're thinking of going with some friends or a date.
Abundant shopping and food choices. Luxury spa and grocery store here as well.
To me i personnally think this isvthe best chinese Mall in Ontario. Lotsbof different restaurants you can find here.And mostbof them are good.

The movie theatre here is quite large and the lots of options to buy foods. Though the shopping here normally isn’t going to get you anywhere. Wish there were more variety of stores.

Downtown Markham offers a wide variety of shopping and dining options. The mix of popular retail chains and local boutique shops ensures that there is something for everyone. The dining scene is diverse, offering a myriad of culinary experiences, including Asian, European, and North American cuisines. However, the area could benefit from a more extensive selection of fine dining establishments.
A nice neighbourhood complex of retail shops, restaurants, offices, hotel, Cineplex Cinemas and residential condos, with ample parking for large events on parking lots. Busy place for many community events.
Good sized plaza, anchored by a No Frills store, a MacDonald's, Shoppers Drug Store, Canada Computers, and a wide array of restaurants stores shops and services. Parking is good , easy to enter and exit.
Parking here, and just generalized traffic is a nightmare.
The roadways need to be wider, the turn radius adjusted to allow better through-put.
Who ever designed this parking lot was not keeping the best traffic flow in mind and more how much parking they can get...
The no frills on site will never fill up their parking lot so make the input traffic road larger!!!

The Origin is the newly-given name to the whole shopping centre complex that houses the Cineplex, Goodlife, Good Catch, Kiu, etc. It was formerly simply known by locals as "the downtown Markham Cineplex building" which I guess got kinda awkward. Why developers Remington didn't bother giving this building a name when they first built it (instead choosing to retroactively name it close to a decade after the building went up) is beyond me.
Still, it doesn't change the fact that now I can properly do a review of this place. Many units have come and gone (there was once a Thai Express here!) But honestly the fact that it's got a Chatime, a Lucullus, a Good Catch, and the VIP Cineplex makes this place worth a visit. Underground parking can be a mess at times, but otherwise, it's a nice "mall" and definitely the centrepoint of Downtown Markham area.

A one stop plaza, highly convenient, bank, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants.
Basically good for your daily needs.

Went to Cineplex VIP. Loved it. Food and alcoholic beverages served in food court with great view of downtown through huge glass windows. Very spacious, super comfy seating. Highly recommended for date nights or groups.

This is the prettiest Mall that I've been too in a really long time- just look at how beautiful they have it this time of year before Christmas 🎄
Clean facility with top stores. A place for everyone to visit. They have cool art works and displays. Good bubble teas and snacks.
I would say it’s a good place to walk around and shop. I would definitely recommend for a date or family. Security is good as well.
