Great mall! Probably the best one in Cabo. Great place to explore on a hot day. However if you are a tourist, be prepared to be stared at.
Only locals shop here, you will not be seeing any tourists in there.

Pretty good place with nice AC to get away from the heat! Lots of places to check out and many souvenir shops and restaurants.

A most visit plaza and surrounds when you visit Cabos. All kind of stores, restaurants, activities etc...
Enjoyed visiting this mall. It was clean and offered a variety of different store options for everyone in the family. They had a large food court. Few different ice cream parlors. Parking garage felt safe and was also clean. The restrooms are constantly being checked and cleaned.
Crazy place with nothing but high-end. Retail stores pretty cool on the Marina. Walk.
Just remember, if you're approached by salespersons on the walkway, it's best to politely ignore them to avoid any pushiness.

A little confusing, no map available to find the different shops, lots of empty stores. Expensive compared to other shops nearby. Needs maintenance. Public restroom in poor shape and dirty.

I have been here twice. Most recently just this March 2024. And then 5 years ago. Overall, the facility is very clean and lots of stores and amenities. It is high-end. Not exactly what I'm looking for when I go to a Cabo vacation to buy Louis Vuitton purses haha. But I'm glad it's there is a nice place to take a break from the heat.

There are many shops like any other mall anywhere. On balance, it’s nothing really memorable. Having been constructed in a heavy tourist area, one would have expected something extraordinary.

I come to Cabo San Lucas many times. Luxury Avenue is one of the places I always visit. This high-end shopping center is comparable to most of the best shipping centers in the United States. It has many luxury brands. The shopping center also has many more affordable shops and a few excellent restaurants on site. I love to relax here after a long walk!
Excellent high end shopping mall in Cabo! There's a decent food court, lots of staple and unique stores, amenities, and incredible bead art!

Went in, realized we were in the wrong lot, and when we tried to leave the guy manning the booth kept saying “sorry, the computer system”. My partner was being “non confrontational” and handed of 200 pesos :[ THE GUY THEN PROCEEDED TO LIFT UP THE GATE WITH HIS HAND. Computer system my a$$

If you want to find Souvenirs come to this place. Walkable from the Marina. A little less pricey compared to what you would see closer to the Marina entrance. Bargain always. If they say 50 dollars, say 25 and see where it gets you

Fantastic place. I visit it and enjoy the exposition on the walls from Artist Vladimir Tajc. All this at Yandi Monardo art Gallery. Lovely
It's a charming little village, but of course lots of tourists and tourist traps.
DO NOT PARK in the small parking lot directly in front of the Plaza unless you like being threatened by an angry gate attendant with a large stick. I was short a few dollars(they only accept cash, which is not posted anywhere) and I believe he over charged me. He wouldn’t let us out and said we had to go back to the market to find more cash. Note, this was late at night and the shops were closed. It was the first time I did not feel safe. Btw, the plaza shops were great, but having your life threatened for a few dollars and overcharging gets you 1 star. Thankfully, another person helped me out with the difference.
An interesting mixture of shops. Mostly known high end stores with some souvenir shops tossed in. A casino and movie theater with both English and Spanish movies. A lot of art throughout. Outside has children’s play areas and a few kiddie rides - but no one was there to operate them.
If you are in Cabo stop here for Hard Rock Cafe, Cabo wabo and many other super interesting places. Avoid any pharmacy people try to get you to go to if they do not have a store front keep walking. The gift shops are endless and they even have Starbucks. Visit the marina and maybe catch a boat ride to the arch from here.
Typical Mexican resort town. Lots of people offering tours on glass bottom boats, taxi tours fishing tours, taxi rides and so on. Lots of shops selling the same things, all of which are probably from China, and vendors who are overly pushy and aggressive about selling their stuff. I was there for the day on a cruise ship, and I spent very little time on shore, because I found it fairly unpleasant. Friends who have been to Cabo San Lucas before told me that the best thing you can do is to take a taxi and get out of town as quick as you can! Apparently there's quite a few nice little towns and villages around that are quite nice, but Cabo is just the same as all the others, and that's not a compliment. I would not be in a hurry to go back.
This shopping mall had something for everyone in the family. My husband purchased some jewelry at a very reasonable price. You have to keep negotiating to get the best prices. They have plenty of restaurants too.
Seemed like a cruise ship tourtist location. Lots of little trinkets and small to carry on charms and nick knack. Felt safe, not a hostile envionment. It was the port location for our whale 🐋 watching 🛳 cruise. Lots of neat sights in the marina, even a sea otter! The boats were amazing, such a different life style! It was fun to see and experience.
There is not enough places to park, and the one taht tehy have are always busy. It has restrooms, ATMs, and lots of stores.
This mall unexpectedly expensive! A bathing suit, not name brand at 70% off was $50 US dollars🥴. I walked through many stores like Shasta no XL or 1X. Now we know we are thick off of the rice beans 🫘 🤪. Crazy but needless to say it saved me some money. Great location by the marina. Clean restroom.
Lots of shops and things things to see. Went to do the whale Watching cruise. The Lil kids selling bracelets can be overwhelming.
Shopping mall. Many available spaces. There is a Dairy queen, that was delicious. Shoe stores and sports wear stores, to get your workout outfit. Coppel, and Soriana for your other needs. The restroom was inside the mall and very clean. Just didn't find what I was looking for.

I'm not a shopper, so only 4 stars as this is for high priced shopoholics! Many fancy stores and beautiful setting with ideal location in Cabo San Lucas. Best part to me is the new Cheddraui grocery store there! Walking distance and good sale priced items. Also can get brand name toilet paper and the like! Don't laugh, that's important! 😅

A Mall with a Soriana as main anchor tenant, includes Coppel, Elektra, ATMs, Boutiques, Cinépolis, Fast Food Centers, Telcel, DAX, Banamex, Gym, Shoe stores, INNOVASPORT, AUTOZONE, gas station among many others, and enough parking lot.
It's a great area for shopping/ to get souvenirs. Most shop owners are pleasant, unless you don't buy from them or get what they want you to get in the store. People bombard you along the strip trying to sell things, so just be mindful and keep your whits about you. Overall, we were happy w/ the shopping experience.

Large mall with a wide variety of stores and services. Ample parking. Easy handicap access with elevator and wheel chair ramp for access to the second floor food court and additional covered parking. A good choice for shopping in Cabo

You can find stores like Coach, Purificación García, Swarovski, Victoria's Secret and more. If you want do to some serious shopping, this is the perfect place.

Nice upscale mall. Paid parking but inexpensive, make sure you have peso's to feed the machine on the way out of the mall to the parking lot. Several restaurants, I think there are actually 2 malls here not sure where one ends and the other starts....

Food bad at all restaurants except Asian, impossible to het into a non buffet restaurant after 7:30 although they close at 9:30 waited almost an hour for towels that housekeeping did not replace when room was serviced, restaurant was being cleaned from previous night during breakfast while we ate, bedding was soiled. Grounds were beautiful and pool party was fun. Too many cons for me to return. I expected more from the RIU brand.

You can find really cool souvenirs but you have to bargain for a better price, unless you like paying $15 USD for a fridge magnet!
My husband and I booked the Cabo tour with Snorkeling.
The boat ride was fun but the snorkeling was so much better.
We were in the water about a good 20-30mins and I ended up getting sick (I swallowed some salt water lol). My husband stayed behind with the guide for about another 10-15mins. Lunch was provided along with bottled water

We had a great time at the marina, they had a lot of vendors, nightclubs, souvenir shops and a shopping mall also some wonderful boats, yachts and people. The whole scene was wonderful.

What a beautiful place cabo San Lucas is. My wife and I had lots of fun snorkeling and playing with electric scooters

Beach was really nice. If you can bring your own shade tent, do so. The water was extremely cold in March & the peddlers are aggressive. I hate that Norwegian made th his port the shortest day, it had the best public beach access and safest shopping within walking distance. Made my children's spring break trip complete. If traveling by ship, you will be tendered in. It cost us about $12 USD/person to be water taxi to the beach

We stopped at this flea market style of shopping structure. There were a multiple number of small stores with most of them featuring the same types of items in their stores. There was some variety between the stores but most of them had the same items on display for sale. we try to visit as many of the little shops as possible and bought small trinkets and was on our way.

Great inexpensive food court. Many options. Great for a quick bite. Staff is friendly n helpful. Restroom are clean n neatly taken care of by staff. Great for shopping, movies or just browsing. Very nice.

The best mall in Cabo, well it used to be. I think they charge too much for rent. Stores are closing and a couple new one's. Parking lot needs asphalt as shopping carts won't roll at all. Just like using a jackhammer. Pesky street vendor's trying to sell you stuff or paint your headlights or wash your car with dirty water.

To crowded, there wasn't a table. However the Chinese food was very good and the Huge Tortas were excellent too. I highly recommend the Jamaica fresh water at the Chinese food, and the Cubana torta is delicious!

This is a super busy place. Almost any activity that can be done they have here. Shops and restaurants with lots of Barker's trying to sell you everything from fishing trips to blankets.
