Been here on and off for 5 years .there is a good selection of products. But for the last 3 years the air con barely works.there is mostly no refrigeration.there is no frozen foods just ice cream?.you see all the refrigerators only 1 out of 4 work,? The cold drinks are warm.
Apart from escalator failure, quite a nice mall. Pleased the air con didn't fail.
My favorite Vietnamese restaurant sadly closed forever 😢. Otherwise good food options and a fun place

I was third person in the line with my cart and im pregnant .I decided not to go to priority lane since its not picked time, and its few more step. I did forget some snack so i leave my cart and took 5 steps to grab some choco mucho for my kids., when i returned almost finish the last customer so im next , i felt so bad when the cashier grab the closed signaged and put on the table without a word. And the cashier was with the senior cashier and told me to go to priority lane. They dont gave me a chance since im the last customer. super rude and no proper mannered worker they, i never go there anymore. and i went to another counter after go to customer service for a complaint and i hope they will some action.

A very nice place with lots of flashlight lights, sounds and color. It was quite fun and I really enjoyed the free premium coffee and the juice.
The seats were really comfy, the place was very clean and the air was purified (no dust and cool air).
The washroom was fancy from the sink to the high tech toilets.
I recommend this place if you want to spend a few hours here.

This mall is very convenient, accessible, however, the place gets too hot when there are more people.
Best not to go there.
Okey naman ang mall may mga food chain at store like mang inasal,orange brutus,chowking,7/11,savemore but inside of the store a few stall open ,if you looking some cellphone repair shop or you want buy some accesories still on the mall..this mall is okey but not is your first choice..

Little small with usual outlets but as a foreigner, if you're using cash, make sure you exchange in Cebu as this place has very poor exchange rates
Un gros bazar 🤣, bonne chance pour trouver votre taille. Aucun vêtement n'est mis par série,ou taille ou couleur, tout est mélangé, je comprends pourquoi il y a pas beaucoup de personnels comme dans les autres mall ,ici pas besoin de plier ranger mettre en ordre 🙄

Escalators not been working for months. Under maintenance Hmmmmmm laughable to say the least. Many rats running around which is more than I could say for the staff. To many and Most no idea of what they are supposed to be doing. Floor managers unable to organise.

Their sales attendants on the 2nd floor were kind enough to lend my lola a seat as she is waiting for us. Kudos also to the cashier at the grocery area (Senior/PWD) on that day (Dec 13, 2023 around 12pm) she's so welcoming and awesome! She allowed my lola to eat her kitkat by the steel chairs. Small act of kindness is EVERYTHING! 💕💕💕

This is not 1 Pacific Place but Mactan Alfresco.
It's a good court with lots of small food outlets and tables for dining.

Department store is large and well stocked. And they'll deliver for a flat fee starting at 450 pesos (higher if your farther away), I think no matter what you want delivered. And they deliver same day. Grocery store is also large and great for dry goods. Meat section is okay and they're a little weak on produce. (We prefer SM Hyper for meat and produce, but gaisano is better for most everything else.) Food court is a little limited, though if you're looking for something quick and cheap there are a bunch of food stalls in the grocery. Be nice if there were more other stores. It's a good selection but nothing to jump up and cheer about. Escalators seem to be broken all the time.
1st and 2nd floors look nice.. I enjoyed Shopping in the Mall and having lunch.. Employees very helpful both men and women..

its not a mall its just the "Outlets" Mactan newtown has like Renstaurants and robinsons
It's the same as Gaisano grand with fewer products and slightly cheaper. I will be going there more often as it's closer to home.

Great place to shop, it's a bit expensive but they have everything there. Bought the food I needed and also 2 pairs of curtains for the bargain price of 398 a pair.
I haven't ventured up stairs yet but will when I have more time.

If you are going to the beach and pass by Basak, you can shop at this place for your beach needs! Meat, chicken for grilling!

I pity the people working there. It's been hot for quite a long time. They say the aircon was being fixed but it has been ages since they had a cold mall. People go to the mall to relax , and chill out and feel cold. Instead we wanna go home right away because it's better at home. Although they sell cheaper items that's just the downside of it.
This place has all the fast food stalls and stores usually found in a mall not as big as an SM but OK. Prices are not too bad.
I only went to the ground floor so I cannot make a comment on the other levels.
I went all the way up to the 4th floor today to purchase an antenna for my TV. There is a huge selection of household goods up there.

The building is secure but poorly maintained and designed with cheap materials so basically falling apart. Fairly typical but worth mentioning.
The place is nice and relaxing.
It's a little limited as to what products the larger Gaisano Mall as to offer. It is also limited to one floor but, there is a good supermarket, department store, and winery. To avoid long queues at the checkout, it's better at this saversmart that the Gaisano Mall further up the road. Staff are also friendly.
Convenient for shopping. Not much items you need since its a new one and the 3rd floor us not yet finish but at least they have the Shakeys outlet pizza.

Been here since I was a small child. When my dad was still with me 🥲 I remember those times whenever I come here. It’s as though it’s never changed in the span of two decades. It’s a relic of the old times.
This local mall reminded me of 80's and 90's vibes, very nostalgic. The music played here was 80's music, which I loved them all! Although it was not very exciting and up-to-date as compared with the SM Malls in Cebu, I still love this one 😉

Mid-range department store. On the ground floor there is a large grocery supermarket, there is a lot inside, but not everything. There is no beef among the fresh meats.
However, you can find there pork, chicken, sausages, pads for girls, peanuts, sunflower oil cumin seeds, fruits and vegetables, and so forth.
You can pay by cash or bank card there.

I always visit this mall to buy stuffs and to hang outs. Well for me, this is a typical mall you can find fast foods and stores inside this mall it's a common setup don't expect too much if you're planning to visit this mall. This mall needs a slight upgrade on their facilities and they need to fix their AC systems. Note, they have NBI & LTO satellite offices inside this mall.
Location is great. Makes the commute much easier. There are a lot of famous fast food chains and a whole lot of different stores. Overall a good mall if you're in mactan. this is also where almost all jeepneys/mini buses pass through.
It has an ok number of stores. Particularly liked the Seafood Island restaurant but not sure if it’s still there. Anyway, there’s a grocery shop inside and a McDonald’s, so it’s enough. Not to mention a National Book Store, so if you have something to find, this is the space. It’s starting to show its age, but it’s ok. The establishment still looks alright.

I only ever come here for the V-Hire rides either to SM City Cebu or to Ayala Center Cebu. In all the experiences I have had going here for such intent, they were all satisfactory.
Although, yes, there have been a handful of times where the drivers will certainly wait until their van is brim full, I don’t think much of it. They are simply making a living, and I get that.
It is therefore up to us to manager our time wisely so we actually arrive early wherever we’re headed.
Anyway, I digress, the mini mall itself is truthfully quite mini hehe. It offers only a small array of stores. The ones I have so far been to is the grocery section itself and the pharmacy. Both are what you can expect from a small establishment: limited but still helpful. There’s a hospital nearby, so it of course doesn’t hurt having those facilities there.
Two other things to note, though.
One, the ATM stationed there often runs out of money and can be more of a hassle than an actual convenience. So if you’re looking to cash out here, I would suggest finding another place to do so, if you can help it.
Two, there’s no cash-in stations except Rose Pharmacy if your bank or e-wallet supports it.
Ultimately, you can’t cash-in or out, but other than that, the mini mall is good! It is well-maintained and is not too untidy.

Smaller than the usual Gaisano Malls but has the basics for your daily needs. A supermarket and department store with some concessionaires like food, gadgets, finance services and a drug store.

No aircon for the longest time. Broken escalators.broken glass. Don't shop here! This store is broken! How can they continue to operate like this! Maheatstroke ka sud sa mall! The broken glass does not even have a warning or safety sign or cone. Very dangerous for small kids or even adults that don't notice it.
I love this place as always. There's a positive aura in this area with a perfect view of airplanes about to land in Mactan International Airport. They have eat all you can there. DIY just opened the other day. Whatever. Skin Clinic. Travel and tours. Milk tea shop. Pet shop. And a very clean comfort room. E-games. McDonald's. "Saekyung office! It's a condominium by the way, if you want to reserve please contact me, I would be happy to receive incentives from them for referring you! 😁
I cannot forget the Greek salad at Shakey's Marina Mall. It was my first time to eat Greek salad and it was so good. I also like the buffet at Ding Qua Qua.
The mall is an open type mall wherein it caters to BC market including both local and international. A five minutes away going to Airport. A very nice mall do business with as they cater to a 100,000+ thousands of MEZ employees, local residents and other foreign tourist. They have a wide range of restaurants including DIMSUM, THAI, EUROPEAN, FRENCH, ASIAN, SINGAPOREAN, KOREAN, FILIPINO dishes and those BAZAAR stalls that you can even hangle with the prices, they also have SALONS, a mini MOVIE CINEMA, Massage, Department Store, Appliance Center, Boutiques, and many more. Has accessible parking and clean common restrooms.

I love it because you can go directly to the airport there for only Php 7. Just ride the jeep from the Mall to the Airport Terminal 1
