This is not 1 Pacific Place but Mactan Alfresco.
It's a good court with lots of small food outlets and tables for dining.
It's very uncomfortable and hot as there is no aircon.

its not a mall its just the "Outlets" Mactan newtown has like Renstaurants and robinsons
