Since the pandemic the top portion is pretty much empty. There is Mudbay and a vets office but that's it. LA fitness members use the parking up there but it's otherwise pretty dead. There are a few store fronts on the bottom that are empty too but the most business it gets is from Whole Foods and LA fitness

Since this is NOT a large store, they sometimes do not have items that are carried by the larger Bellevue Store.

This is a wonderful Whole Foods. The Team Members that work here are very helpful!

Regarding "Roosevelt Square, per se, the City Block as a whole: with the Whole Foods Stores' main entrance facing NE 64th and not counting the other surrounding businesses on Roosevelt Way and those on NE 65th.. the upper parking lot businesses with the retailer, Mud Bay and, a new animal vet hospital site that replaced Starbucks and two massive 15,000SF each, empty venues (Bartell Drugs vacated and uninhabited for far too long.) ... to be quite candid, it feels a bit like a morgue. which, it goes without saying, is typical of many Seattle business communities these days with our downtown 3rd Ave core from International district to approx Marion St. setting the gold standard for failure thus creating an unsafe and uninviting shopping environment.
Whole Foods, L.A. Fitness, Mathnasium, seemingly are the primary draws.
(I can only speak for myself, but as a frequent shopper in that area, the busy businesses require tough security measures to secure that level of busy-ness. They each, out of necessity apparently invest in high level security guards and Cams for the purpose of theft prevention and to provide their clientele a safe environment while shopping.

You can find almost anything here, great place to go... Love this place ❤️

I returned today to the new, (thankfully delightful, clean, and refreshing) Roosevelt Sq., Seattle, LA Fitness location @ 65th St. & Roosevelt Wy. which I had visited before its completion, followimg my long tenure, and FINAL visit to my once-favorite, but now-repugnant (dreadfully operated, deteriorated, unventilazed, poorly maintained, including UNSAFE fitnrss machines, hostile and rude staff, uncaring and unprofessional management of the 24hr. Fitness, Northgate, Seattle location.

Once a bustling hub for shopping and leisure, now struggles with safety concerns and a noticeable decline in business activity. While it still offers a variety of shops and amenities, the pervasive atmosphere of crime has diminished its appeal for many visitors. Despite this, there are still gems to be found among the shops and restaurants, and efforts to revitalize the area may offer hope for its future. However, until significant improvements are made to address the safety issues, Westwood Village remains a shadow of its former self.

Very neat and organized store, the layout of the store makes it very easy to navigate and shop thru everything!

The best shopping experience in Seattle. The best shops with beautifully landscaped gardens.

We absolutely love visiting the University Village. Unique shops, easy parking, everything here one could want/need, it’s simply a great place to shop & relax. From Williams Sonoma to QVC, Pottery Barn & Allbirds, UV has it all.

We attended a birthday party and had half of the room with some open sections. It was simply setup, but parents and kids enjoyed it. Odd that the same door was used for the other half of the room. Each birthday session was paired with an hour of public ice skate. It was fun and the hot of ice skate was plentiful.

Pet friendly , feel comfortable to walk and rest . There is a lot of shop , restaurant or art . Wish we have this in our country !!!

I have not been there for so long and I’m so happy to visit Westwood Village it changed all the old stuff and they built many shopping centers

I haven't been to this place in years and stopped by yesterday and it is unfortunate what has happened to it. Most of the stores were closed, there were homeless people asleep on the floor all over the mall. I went to Barnes & Noble and I will say good for them because they got their items back but there was a theft in the store while we were there. Then I go outside to my car and there's a homeless dude pretty close to it who's yelling at people and then drops trow and took a dump. There was a security guard nearby and I went and pointed out the guy to him and he just smiled at me, shrugged, and gave me the "oh well" hands. So clearly security doesn't care. Really sad. I used to love this place.

They don't ever seem to have much in variety and doesn't matter the second you walk in the store they treat every person as a theive it's rather uncomfortable rather be in peace and go to ross

Escalators frequently broken, and there is a strange yet unrecognizable smell.
But the trains stop there, and then leave again, and they usually even open the doors for a moment while they're stopped.
So it's useful.

So, many different venues and events they offer (not to mention ample parking).

This place is very spacious it's clean and it's neat. There are a couple of guards there 24 hours a day so it's very safe. The signage is completely understandable. It has an elevator to take you down to the ground floor of the parking lot which I appreciate since I use a walker. It's a very very well thought out structure possibly the very nicest station to stop at when using the link. It's in a great location right next to the mall and the Kraken Ice Rink. The library is within a short walking distance.

Lots of places to shop all around. And people were so warm!

Routine shopping, with good service AND a beautiful City Park. Heres'a couple photos:

It gives you access to shopping right in the hotel heavy tourist district and has some cool stores. We left with a lovely mineral specimen and some yummy candy. We happily paid extra for the overhead as we were tourist passing time. It's great for that.

UVillage is very nice. Very busy. But on a recent trip to Pottery Barn, I got Doris Day parking RIGHT in front of the store.

Set up to move max people. Tickets are on the 1st flr the escalator up to the trains. Plenty of room for hundreds of people at a time. Multiple exits to clear incoming passengers. Overall, very clean trains.

We may go here with something in mind and not find it. But.. there is always something that grabs our attention at a price which can't be refused. Friendly atmosphere. Speedy checkout even when there is a line.

Not my favorite mall, not the worst. It contains my second favorite PF Chang’s, so there’s that. And I love that it is one end of the Monorail. Gotta love a good monorail!

Probably my favourite shopping area in Seattle. Great food and drink options, clean and nicely decorated area, good selection of shops. The highlight is of course the huge Apple store. Always nice to walk around and shop here.

This place has potential to be great. Unfortunately this has been chosen by the homeless and drug users as Home base. My only problem is seeing them wandering around the parking lots aimlessly. They also need to upgrade the store selection and add experiences AND ad security.

A bit smaller but in a nice spot. The outside park was super cute and the Anime store even had BTS and KPop merchandise (unofficial).

There's plenty of parking and a good variety of stores. But it's Seattle, so theft is commonplace, and security can do nothing about it. Some stores are worse than others. Some stores feel outright unsafe at times.

This listed as a mall but in comparison to the malls where I’m from, this was a bit disappointing. Not many stores. However on the plus side, there was a I guess train station that takes you to the Seattle center with great views

Bacesed next to beautiful pikes place market, lots of area to explore.

A nice shopping complex with ample free parking. They have good number of resataurants and home decor shops.

Beautiful place. There are a lot of clothing stores, car showrooms, food joints. There is parking available.

It's very comfortable to take a walk and go shopping here. The scenery is beautiful, and the shops are diverse. It's a good location for taking nice photos. We didn't have much trouble finding parking, even though we went on a Saturday. It was a little crowded, but not too bad.
By the way, the umbrella they provided is very cute, and I heard they change the colors according to different seasons. I think it's also sweet that they provide umbrellas.

Nice place for shopping and walking for hours. A lots of places to eat and cafes ☕️

Daiso is out of business- thats the 4 instead of 5 star review, that and there are lots of homeless people about looking shady and asking for money. The Mexican restaurant was hotter inside than outside,in the middle of summer, but the cashier was very friendly, fast, and good attitude,it was clean too. Whole Foods is here too and received 45stars.

Absolutely love University Village and all of the shops there. It's a great place to hang out, rain or shine, with a variety of shops to fit nearly anyone. It's definitely upscale but I feel like nearly anyone can find a store that they're interested in here. Most shops are dog friendly. There are three parking garages which are all super convenient. Public restrooms here are nice despite how busy it is. We love coming here.

Plenty of parking, public transportation available. Convenient to have a pet supply store, Ross and Target all in the same plaza.
I was able to price compare and purchase my items within a one hour window. It was great! I got an awesome deal and quick service on a Sunday afternoon.

The Kraken Iceplex in the Northgate Station is my home away from home. They also have a Red Robin and there’s a 5 Guys across the street so, yeah, this place is fantastic.

Love shopping here. Love the atmosphere and the layout. Restaurants available. Abundance of space to walk around. This place can hold a large amount of crowd. The restroom stalls have their own sink and trash container (really like that). Dog friendly. Many shops available. It’s a fun place!

Stopped by specifically to grab the monorail. The monorail station itself was clean and easy to use.
Looks like there’s some shops here, including a Nordstrom, but we didn’t explore beyond the monorail area.

This business center is EXTREMELY inconvenient for people with various mobility devices. I use a power wheelchair and ended up having to drive halfway around the block just to find an accessible entryway.
I will not be back anytime soon. Come on, get your acts together.

My favorite shopping area is close to seattle. Although there aren’t a huge variety of stores like other malls, they have a good variety. The surroundings are pretty too.
They have many places for food and drinks. There is plenty of parking but it can take a while to park. I usually like to go get some hot chocolate or Rachel’s ginger beer and do some shopping or just window shopping and walk around.
A lot of cute shops to do window shopping. Would highly recommend this place.

This is in the University District. I landed here as my Airbnb was located here. Be ready to decipher maps for parking, construction, and class schedules. It's not my flavor, so I'm looking for a more suburban neighborhood where parking is free and safety, more sure.

Easily accessible by public transportation. Good variety of shopping and dining options. Downtown Seattle Association does a great job keeping public areas clean and hosting events with music in the square.

Indoor or outdoor dining, best Indian food I've had in a long time. Great service, beautiful furnishings. Very nice.

What the heck is with all these astroturfed reviews. Listen. there’s no Nordstrom here. There’s no skating rink. There is a hardware store and an Indian restaurant which I’m sure are perfectly fine, as well as some small but tastefully classic apartments above.

This place is so amazing! It has an awesome Starbucks, a really cool gift shop, a big hockey rink, AND a study area next to Starbucks. It also has a nice porch upstairs to get some fresh air. This place is definitely a good place to chill. Or, if you're a hockey fan, play hockey, or just normally ice-skate (it's also a nice place to bring your kids after getting their vaccine, cause that's what my mom did😂)

If you love shoes, this is the place to shop. There are seven floors - each with a different theme, ranging from perfumes and purses to the finest. The sales staff are friendly and efficient. The only downside is if you are looking for sales and bargains this is not the place. But if you are looking for the best designers and brand names it is definitely worth checking out.

We love the buffet at Chutneys. The artifacts of the old Interlake School are delightful. So good that they preserve the building and it's free parking! There are dress shops and one craft store with lots of locally made unique craft items

Absolutely loved all the pictures that adorn the walls from the classes that attended here in the forties and fifties..
being able to see such Rich history in such detail and the activities that we're done here was really really cool!
I wondered whether or not the people who had attended had known that so many pictures and such Rich history was lining the walls.
I would love to go back and I can spend more time.

During the last 10 to 15 years, Northgate Mall and the surrounding area have seen a lot of improvement. There are a lot of new shops and restaurants here and they just finished adding a parking garage with an elevator out front. Macy's, Nordstrom's, JCPenney, Regal Cinemas, Barnes & Noble, a huge food court plus all the regular Mall shops are here. The mall now looks nice and well kept.
