This once thriving centre has become worst than a dog box. No anchor tenant. Lots of empty shops. I feel sorry for the existing tenants. Shame on the landlords.

This is a true Sanctuary, peacefull, filled with light even on dreary days. All my FAVOURITE shops just happen to be there..PnP Clothing, Clicks, Milady's, Crazy Store, Woolies Foodies, Jack & Jill for yummy treats. Always Clean. And free under ground parking. Even, or especially on a bad hair day I can head over there for shopping...I ALWAYS FIND SOMETHING I FORGOT I NEEDED...just walk into Mr Price Home & come out feeling that you've spoilt yourself. Or suddenly get inspiration for that present you just cant find. Someone should award me with a Masters Degree in Shopping!!!

Great shopping centre to visit easy access for wheelchairs. Clean and very neat layout small variety of essential shops. Great place to eat out with easy access to parking. There are a few ATM'S for you convenience with friendly security for your safety. The toilet facilities are very clean with wheelchair access.

This place is great. I have been there a couple of times. It is big, with a lot of shops available. Including, more than enough parking space. This place is safe and very family orientated. Love it!

Such a convenient mall, full of every store you need. Had a party at my place and I needed more drinks and snacks, fortunately the centre is a couple minutes away, saving my day!!! And the quality of the veggies here is AAA

Nice little centre. Very easy to navigate and it has all the basic beads of a community mall. The Clicks is well stocked and the staff at generally very helpful. The Puck ‘n Pay is decent. The gym here is very nice, great facilities for the price. At has ample parking and all the amenities you need for day to day shopping.
The first time I have been there and this will definitely from now on be my place to go to.

I have been here a few times over the years. Never cared for it as it was a bit out of my way. However, recently, I met up with someone there. A couple of times, actually. Now, every time I do drive past there. I have nothing but love for it. A nice little get away from the norm
The mall is clean, security personnel is visible, tiolets are not up to standerd and you have to pay a fee to use it, there is a sombre mood in the mall as the lighting is poor on some levels,the mall needs an urgent revamp to revive its status as a premium destination for shoppers,all major bank has Atms available however more Atms are required to cope with the amount of foot traffic through the mall,surveillance system is fully functional adding extra security for visitors, there is always a trendy crowd in the mall, my experience was good but it can be better.

As a pensioner today, I remember this space as a magnificent and daunting in size post office in Central Cape Town. Memorable items still exist like the tower clock within the building and the outside facade. Today, they have converted it into a multi small business complex.
Much less shops then in the old day. But still worth visiting if you looking for a change of scenery from all the other busy shopping centres. Free/Paid Parking lot at the back of Building.
Upmarket quality mall. Very good service all around. Enjoyed shopping there. Delightful restaurants as well.
I was somewhat nostalgic walking in the Acre after so many years away. Finally visited fashion world as I remembered exactly where they were. I want to go back there because I found a few gems. And my daughter was impressed by their range of items.

The Acre will always be the Acre, but it will never have the vibe of the 90's. Enjoy walking through it to get to heart of Cape Town. Always bustling with people. Security seems to be good and visible. Cleanliness all-round and a variety of shops.

Convenient and accessible. But in winter they need to fix the leaking roof inside the mall. Otherwise good selection of stores.

The Mall is attractive in appearance and I'm sure the restaurants that have decks overlooking the pond have an awesome ambience. I didn't get beyond the Copy Express at the entrance as that was where my call was. I hope to be back soon.
My mall across the road. Convenient and neat. Half surrounded by water and nature. Set in a beautiful modern and very safe area. I always marvel at this and count my blessings. Recently discovered a small but wonderful Thai restaurant where I enjoy my favorite dish

Very limited variety of shops, pick n pay is rarely fully stocked, the butchery needs to bring in more variety. A toilet seat gas been broken for a year, stop to wash your hands is never available, and no paper towels to dry your hands. Very disappointing.

The mall is absolutely dead, the shop tenants seem so board, very little too offer in the food court, basically a large structures with a pick a pay and a gym, cleaners and security just sitting around on their phones.

Very nice and modern. Free parking's a good plus! However (according to my fiancée) the downstairs lady's toilet bins are a crime against humanity. "Nauseating with a smell that permiates the soul, a sight that will haunt her dreams. Worse then any public toilet she's ever seen".

Always great to stop here. You park in the the middle and make time to visit all these stores whether it's just to browse or to shop. There is something for everyone. From shopping to eating even the toilets are clean. Well done team. This always makes a person return.
Most shops are still not occupied. Unsavoury characters on the street outside, a pretty dangerous area to shop for the elderly. No security in sight.

Interesting shopping experience for anyone. Lots of stores/shops with fantastic merchandise at affordable prices. Vendors with their kiosks also on standby with lots of arts and crafts. If you are looking for bargains, lasting merchandise at affordable prices, give Grand Central Shopping Centre a try. You won't be disappointed. It's also a safe environment with lots of visible Security Officers.

We were able to use the clinic to update prescriptions, no reservations required. ATMs, grocery, quick bites, and all sorts of consumables available but the place lacks updating and the feel is either tunnel luck below the grand cavern above.
As single male I felt safe but was warned by locals to stay alert.
I wouldn’t necessarily recommend the place but I would say avoid it either.
As a middle of the city utility and metro transfer point it was ok.

I really loved the old Center Point and the new one is not quite there yet, but growing on me. Mainly because of the staff working at the businesses located in the Point. The fact that we don't yet pay for parking is a huge plus and I don't mind tipping the car guards because they are also friendly and helpful and always greet with a smile. There are a variety of stores in the Point and you can get most of what you need for your weekly or day to day shopping. Nedbank is good and other banks have ATM's on the 1st floor. The vibe is almost there! Well done to all the employees working here. The smile is all you need. Pick 'n Pay is a disappointment lately. Prices are not on many shelves. I know they are changing the whole store and everything is now on a different place, but why not just put the price on the shelf when moving a product ? Why have this nonsense of R299.00 on huge sign above the sugar? Many of the products have prices displayed for something totally different. The fridges also don't make sense. It's all total chaos !!

The manager was very apologetic and tried to make amends by offering me a new bag of dough, but you cannot expect him to babysit all the employees. A while ago it was a fly on the roast chicken !! Really guys, pull it together already !!

Great craft shop, candle shop and coffee shop in this centre that brings me back time and again. Ample parking off Caledon Street and low price to park. Friendly staff in the payment booth are the cherry on top for me!

Jade's Cakes and Bakes shop 19.A must to visit. Every thing is very delicious. Sweet and savory. Birthday, wedding special cakes, cup cakes everything the way you want it. Platters and so much more.

Awesome experience I highly recommend The Village Cafe. The Staff are amazing a huge thumbs up on their coffee. We did not eat this time but the food looks delicious portions are a nice size. What I saw of prices they are affordable too. Management rock!

I loved the side entrance which was accessible if you park on the side of the road. It is a beautiful mall. My hubby and i visited pick n pay. The service was excellent. Quick and easy. The cashier was friendly and the lady who packed the groceries was efficient.

I always love popping in here, when I visit the area. Crafters Inn must be the best craft shop Ive ever been to with the widest selection of supplies, and friendly staff. The little sewing store next door to them , Miriam's, always has a sypply of sewing needles for sewing machines, not always available at other stores. She is always eager to help.
This is a well situated Mall on Koeberg and Loxton streets. The mall caters for grocery shopping, banking and a good rang of shops. The mall can get busy, but is clean and modern. Parking behind the mall is ample except on big shopping days, then parking is a premium.

Not gigantic but nice to visit when you need to do some quick shopping. It seems like some shops are still being prepared for opening but I'm convinced you will enjoy your visit once complete.
Very clean surrounding, Almost all major banks ATM available , plenty of parking space even underground parking is available, more than one coffee shops/ restaurants. Nearby drive through fast food outlets, fuel station ,gym and surprisingly there is a smoking area. Very clean rest rooms which are also wheelchair accessible. Please tip the parking marshals.
