Don’t come here , the lady here asks for id while the son & husband don’t, evertime I come here the store is super dirty
Nice grocery store. Well laid out and easy to find what you’re looking for. Staffed seemed nice but did not offer assistance. Self checkout was easy and lots of parking spots in front. I also like how discounts auto applied without a membership.
They don't respect their prices and they think that because you're Latino you can't read... the manager doesn't respect what her price posters say.
I only go in for the Bushes Honey Beans because I can't find it elsewhere. I always buy 3 to 4 cans because I use them in some of my recipes. It never fails that a worker looks in my cart and makes a dirty face because the amount I buy and point frank I could be careless, but I find it very stupid and rude.
HORRIBLE experience, my dad who's been shopping at this store for years was RUDLEY told to leave all because he took a few bags. If it's 40 cents that needs to get paid for good customer service, then let me know where I can pay that please and thank you

The produce is consistently poor, and the salmon is never fresh, often having a terrible smell. Management should consider ordering smaller quantities or restocking more frequently to prevent these issues. I likely won’t be returning—it was a complete waste of money and ruined my dinner.
Amazing community and friendly employees. I come here once a week to restock for my meal preps. They have plenty items to choose from. Don't miss out on the Chocolate toffees for a car snack too.
Dom, the gentleman behind the counter, is hands down one of the kindest, most welcoming, and helpful individuals I've ever encountered. His exceptional service is the main reason I keep coming back. The higher prices at this local shop don't bother me at all because the personal touch and genuine care from people like Dom make it worth every penny. He even remembered my name after a week — truly outstanding!
I have never seen a grocery store or a business in general this terribly managed. I have had nothing but issues within the past couple months, before it was great which leads me to believe someone else was unfortunately put into management. My last pickup 4 bags were forgotten to be put in my trunk. Therefor I had to come back the following day - I work 60 hour weeks hence why I do pickup for lack of time. I was given a $10 gift card so this is the ONLY reason I came again. It is 3:45 - already been waiting 10 mins, I get a phone call that it’s going to be 30 more minutes and they wanted to give me a “courtesy called”. My pick up was for 3pm-3:30pm how is this a courtesy call??? The worker who called me was very sweet and she had just arrived to work therefor there is no blame to put on her. I don’t want to put any blame on the staff as they are always courteous, but when I spoke to the manager she was nothing but degrading and just showed she didn’t care. But come on, I don’t want to say the job is easy but if it was smoothly ran before seems like the change in management was idiotic. I will be avoiding his Ralphs like the plague now, unfortunately it is the closest store to my house. It seems like “something small” but having constant issues and with such a heavy work schedule I don’t have time to waste for someone who can’t do their job right. PLEASE demote whoever is “managing” this store.

Ralph's now requires that I take the time to get my phone out and scan every item that's on sale for digital coupons. I do not want to use my phone to shop for groceries so I will no longer be going to Ralph's.
I love this place. The cashiers are always friendly, and they make you feel comfortable and welcome. They have a Ramen noodle section!
This is a great market and I drive across town to shop there even though there's 3 markets that are way closer to my home.

I come here and always get the whole herb chicken that I pair up well with vegetable broth. I prefer the herb chicken because it has that garlic salt flavor. Sometimes whole chicken is cut into parts and it is usually more season. Highly recommend get chicken into cut parts. I tried other sprouts location not nearly flavorful as here. Who's ever behind that counter cooking that chicken I must say you got home cooking skills. Your doing a spended job.

Whole Foods sold out to Amazon. And you can tell from before to now.
P.S. I would give alpha beta market three stars. But at least Whole Foods have kept some of the suppliers and carry some non GMO products. But I see some engineered food and the food bar is not listed as even organic.

New family owns and runs this store. They are friendly and helpful. Also the prices are great.
I love my neighborhood store! They have a little bit of everything and their store is clean and organized. The owner and everyone else who works there are so friendly (and funny)! I enjoy getting my icy cold coke zero and snacks from them whenever the mood strikes!
When I first walked into this grocery store, I was stunned. It was beautiful, clean and spacious. It was if Gelsons and Costco had an offspring this would be it. The selections are plentiful and neatly arranged. The aisles are as wide as Costcos so there are no logjams. The employees are great and they seem to love their jobs. It’s perfect.
Sprouts is great, but the fact that you get hit up virtually every time to sign a petition, save the whales, or cast your vote for something gets really annoying. I can't think of the last time I went there and didn't have someone pepper me with questions and even follow me out to my car despite repeatedly saying "not interested." I can't think of another store in the area that has this many people stationed out front ready to pounce and share their opinions.
Either vons nearby are much much better nicer and cheaper.

I'm sure it's a great convenient store, but it's definitely not an Asian grocery store. Google has it listed that way.
They advertise in their flyer they offer weekday hot food offers. I paid Lyft $6 to go there only to find out they didn't offer at that store. There pet food area has bare minimum as well as the household area. They don't even sell cigarettes. Very small store won't be going back terrible experience.

Calls itself an Asian market but just a small convenience store like 7-11 that specializes in ramen bowls.
Friendly, kind, helpful people working there. Wide selection of quality household items, drinks and snacks. If only they had hard liquor, it'd be perfect but they do have a wide selection of wine for your last minute roasts. Only complaint is they're not open at 3am for those sleepless nights

I placed an order through Instacart. The shopper had difficulty finding items such as bananas, Roma tomatoes, yellow onions. Several Kroger items as well. Bacon, fresh green beans, frozen mixed vegetables, croissants to name a few. My husband worked in the grocery business his whole career. Someone doesn’t know how to order. My next weekly Instacart order will be from a different store.
Worst Vons I've shopped in California. Only had 2 of the 11 items I needed. Service is horrible! Unfriendly and unhelpful employees in the Deli. The bathroom is unsanitary and dirty. Where is the mgmt team at this location? Just horrible!

The products themselves are fine, however the employees are extremely rude and inattentive. No one really seems to help if you're looking for somthing. Most of the time they're usually talking amongst themselves then actually working.
Way over priced. Why when I look online there's no superior in Pedro, when I'm trying to request an uber. The prices are a total rip off. The milk with wic sticker not covered as wic item at register 1 gallon cost over $6 with tax 😵🤯. I probably could've gotten it cheaper at a 7-11 or a gas station! Not worth it. And update the Google or association to its current name to match the building. 😒
This store caters to the Latino community and everyone else that appreciates authentic ingredients for their cooking. We went by for white tortillas which've been shrinkflationed and priced up at large corporate markets across town. Like, $3.00 for 10, 8" inch tortillas, not even a dozen! Walked into the Numero Uno market and the tortilla display had stacks of 2 dozen tortilla packs for $3.49!!! We got our torts and went on to finish our errands. Tortillas aren't luxury food items. Why they're priced so high is ridiculous!!!

I went to San Pedro to pick up my printer cables at Office Depot, and then, I went to buy groceries at the Sprouts Farmers Market. They had a big parking lot and there were plenty of parking spaces.
I went inside of the market. It was cleaned
and organized. They had all kinds of sales signs at the store.
They had a variety of meat & seafood
selections, and they offered full services. The Deli department had all kinds of fresh-made deli meats, hamburgers, sushi, sausages, & pre-made foods.
The produce department had a large selection of organic & good-quality produce.
Also, they had all kinds of grains & nuts.
They had a coffee ground machine, and you could grind fresh coffee beans.
Then, they baked fresh, nutritious, and
tasty bread every day. I bought oatmeal,
cranberry & walnut cookies & organic
tortillas chips.
They also offered their store-brand product. products.
When I went to the fresh fruit aisle, I found that they had sales on fruits.
I grabbed the largest seedless watermelon.

Very nice people work here. Just moved here and happy to find a nice mini mart around the corner. Has a large variety of drinks, snacks and last minute cooking sauces and food items with a lot of other good stuff. 🤗🌻👍💐

Von's used to be very reasonable on food, meats, fish, chicken, vegetables, fruits, dairy items, juices, etc. But now the prices went up so high just like everywhere else.
For that reason, I can only shop here for few items and shop somewhere else for other items I need in the house.
Their bathroom stuff are more expensive now, too. I only buy them here when they're on sale.
Von's has a pharmacy for anyone needing to fill a prescription or vaccinations.
I like their Starbuck Coffee. I sometimes, stop their once in a while, for coffee while I am in the area.

Albertsons meat section is great! They have plenty of good quality meat for less! Staff are nice, they have well organized store and free parking on-site.

So I came here to buy a few things, sandwich cheese, R.C. cola, and turkey breast slices.. and knew I had enough.. but when the cashier paisa lady rang me up, I seen that she was charging me 1.79 when the sign clearly said .99 , when I told her that to do please do a price check, she stood quite and said nothing so then I talked to her in Spanish and still no response so then I told her why is she charging me 1.79 .. she said cause of taxes lol.. .99 + .10 crv and tax soda should be 1.29 not 1.79.. and when I told her that she still would say anything so then another cashier came and gave her a barcode not to fix the price but to take off the item.. I told her no did you not hear what I requested.. I want the item still and you need to fix the price.. she never acknowledged us and never tried to make things right .. the name on the receipt says A. PRADO. the only thing she did tell us is have a nice day and I hope you like the security help. Once I talked to the manager. He was backing her up . Didn't want to listen to what we said, cutting us off when we were talking and tried to tell us that they have specials when you buy 3 of them.. well sign the sign did not say that and I showed it to him and said oh we made a mistake.. you damn sure you did.. I'll never go back here again and hope weights and measures does their job.. they like to rob people with there false advertisements.. shame on them .. their customer service sux!! I rather go to the one on 1st and bandini... never had issues there..

The owner is very nice and has everything I need if I forget to buy it from the bigger stores. One of the hidden gems is the Pan Dulce (Mexican Sweet bread). It's from a local San Pedro Bakery.
Above-average supermarket, with good selection, always a bit more expensive than neighboring Ralph's, no self-checkout. The people who work there are the reason you feel good shopping there. If I was just basing the review on the staff, it would easily be 5/5.

You might buy something unexpected here.
Does the wonderful place! The staff here are helpful. They even recognize you if your a regular. So it makes me feel special. And if they run out of the food or the diet Snapple I like when they fill out a rain check and then I had expired rain checks and they still honor them. Just be very careful in this parking lot. There's a white kid with blond hair that was going around trying to destroy the parked cars with his skateboard and also spitting and urinating on cars. I called LAPD as soon as they saw it was a white kid they did not rush to do anything! People of color and women beware when you go to this store cuz you will be treated differently. And please report if you see this white kid with blond hair destroying cars. Or doing anything bad.

Pretty disappointing this time around with the cake. No they do not have Pokemon.. I decorate the cake with the toys.. Over 5 yrs Feb-June I always order a cake with marble and chocolate double layer without no fillings and non dairy wip frosting. Haven't had a issuse until last week for my son cake.. It was a new decorator and she told me that they never do a marble and chocolate or half and half.. Sorry to hear that. Sad part is my regular guy was put of town that normally knows how I like my kids cakes and it has never changed in flavor over 5 yrs it has always been the same..Mind you that is 5 months of cakes with 3 months of 24 count cupcakes every yr. All of a sudden NOW. as of May 2019 Vons no longer make double layer cake of chocolate and marble cake sheet.

Love my Vons.. But yesterday my regualr cake decorator wasn't there so another person did it. Went and picked up my son cake and it was great on the top but what happen to the sprinkles on the side border. Next month gotta order another cake. My regular decorater told me she not gonna be there next month cuz she is gonna to train someone in another store.. Ahhh
