Not reliable for wic transactions even though you buy wic approved items they won’t cover them. Then when you try to resolve the issue they give you a hard time, only consistent thing is attitude, lack of drive for costumer satisfaction, and wic approved items not being covered.

The baby section is always full. If you have WIC it is the only place it is easily shown. The bathroom is very always clean. The salad bar is always nice. I only ever had one hiccup with the deli were they got the wrong date for my son’s birthday and did it a whole month early. ( I go to Publix now for cakes) I will go here for salads and etc. they don’t have scones.
The prices are insane I could not believe how much I saved shopping here instead of a local retail store I will be going back!!
Great store they have so many items to choose from milk's cheaper than Walmart eggs are about the same or just a little bit cheaper than Walmart better meat selection than Walmart better hamburger selection better sausage selection a better bakery that has sugar-free baked goods since I'm type 2 diabetic and I have to stay away from sugar that is fantastic The prices are better than Walmart you just have to shop and choose wisely I didn't see any self checkouts I think all the checkouts are staffed milk is cheaper than Walmart I'm staying with Ingles market anywhere I go I enjoyed this store in Seneca

Terrible, awful, horrible customer service! I don't know where Ingles finds these snotty, rude people to work for them ( IRS Discard pile?) but I have never been so disrespected in a place I've spent my hard earned money. You ought to be ashamed of yourself. There is a reason why it's called the "service industry" people. Wake up and open your eyes! Without us customers, there's no you. But it seems like you really don't care.

Terrible customer service in the pharmacy. Instead of trying to help me... they were very rude and even made false claimes I threatened them. Instead of the boss trying to help me was also rude. Bunch of Karens. You're job is to help people not make assumptions or belittle people. Do your job
well i've been in 7 different times to get rotisserie chicken. Always after 11 or right on the dot. I have been able to buy it 2x. Also bought the fried chicken without inspecting it in the package one of the those times and it was old and dried out at 12 noon. Black and burned. This management team obviously cares nothing about rotisserie birds or take home foods. What is funny is they lose out on a three times a week customer that is always taking other items, butcher meats etc. FIX IT! Please.

The store is clean not as clean as the Food lion I work in. The hot bar was well stocked. My only complaint is you can't buy a money order without a Ingles card. I didn't bring one the young man behind the service desk made a big deal about not just scanning one on the stack next to him. I wasn't sending laundered money to the Taliban I was just paying my cable bill.
Good prices. A variety of stuff I didn't know you could get in large amounts. Very clean store. Very organized. Will be back.
Went to Pay Less grocery store just out of curiosity, never having been there before. Very nice store and employees. Decent prices. Will be back.

Wide isles for easier wheelchair accessibility. Still need help accessing upper shelving. Most things I needed were where I could reach so didn't need assistance.

Not too thrilled with the lady at the register! Older lady with long grey hair! I don't go to her register for a reason! Whatever register I go to, she comes flying over to bag my stuff! I don't want her touching my groceries! She looks nasty to me! I didn't appreciate her throwing my stuff in the bags, and breaking my chips! I don't want to be rude, but it's coming!
The majority of staff is always friendly. The deli department is always attentive and helpful. Clean and organized. However, the seafood department staff doesn’t seem to be content to be there. I noticed you have to wait for some time and the person that usually is there is not cordial at all. I do not buy seafood anymore at this location. Everything else is great!
Nice store, lots of great products and options. They have a Starbucks-something Muncie Payless locations don’t have. Friendly staff, but the floors and restrooms were absolutely filthy (the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars).

I got my General Tso's Chicken and Macaroni and Cheese and Blackberry Cobbler and 32 ounce drink saw people sitting at tables inside eating their lunch, asked an employee "Aren't there tables and chairs outside in the sunshine?", to which she said yes; then went outside and sat in the sunshine and had my lunch like at an Italian sidewalk bistro (or whatever it's called, sidewalk cafe maybe) and ate every bite except for two or three pieces of the chicken. The Blackberry Cobbler was just what I needed for dessert. I coulda got two helpings of Blackberry Cobbler and been happy with that. The drink machine was out of order, so I got blueberry and mountain dew icee/slushee mixed frozen drink instead, which was very refreshing. I think I drank all of it, 32 ounces by 3 p.m. Decent. I wish I had someone to share these quality experiences with.
That place is in a league of its own. Cheap prices, lots to choose from, all dye-free stuff. Shop at Aldi's & be happy!
Always check the expired products on the meat it's not good to buy meat even if it has green on one side it's still not good for you the meat is toxic to the body I wouldn't recommend buying meat there I would check every expired product there before buying it.. you can get food poisoning stomach cancer from eating expired products I try to tell my brother-in-law that and he never listens to me but now he has a big for a stomach it's bloated out every part of his body is thin but his stomach it's bloated and it's from eating expired products but of course that is just my opinion.. other stuff you can buy there that is safe but I would not recommend buying any edible foods you have to check the expired product before buying it.
Very nice store but Google maps does not tell you how to get there correctly. It has you about 100 yards off.
I like this grocery store for all that they offer and their specials are great. The staff have all been kind and all of the Ingles that I have been in are like this and are always nice and clean .
Very outdated nasty parking lot it's full of pot holes and trash the meat section looks bad the workers aren't the nicest not priced well either I won't be coming back to the place before they changed it to Stronger market it used to nice with a good owner but then they changed it and I hate the place not what it used to be!

Im assuming that all ingles cafes suck 12 and was told it would be a hr before a pizza would be ready and 30 mins before seasme chicken was up. Cant even say ita due to being short staffed when there 10 people in the area

The owners that has been here for a year suck and dont care about u. You use to beable to chose what meat u want not no more the laddies that use to work here waa the best these other guys here. Suck and are unprofessional

Always clean really nice workers the bathrooms aren't exactly the cleanest but other than that definitely a good place to get your food and shopping game on!

I sent my sister in to do a return, while I did a return at Hobby Lobby. I came back to her standing outside, crying because 2 different store employees made her feel absolutely horrible for doing a return. They talked down to her, and embarrassed her the entire time she was doing a return. In a line full of people.
Telling her that she should have just donated the food if she didn't want it. Asking her how poor do you have to be, to return food? Asking her if it was really worth the return for only $17? You know we are just going to throw it away?
I have never had a problem with ALDI before, and I am contacting corporate.
We are from out of town, and had 3 different adults buy similar things while we were shopping. All at this store, in separate trips, but on the same day. 2 days ago. We are leaving town tomorrow, and I'm not flying with 20-30 lbs of unopened baking supplies added to my luggage.

Pharmacy pick up orders needs help. Their system in place needs to be better. Always a problem because they ask for all the information over the phone and they can never hear you. Just take the name and verify the rest when you go outside?
My husband and I enjoy shopping at this store. They are a little higher than your average grocery store; however, their is no comparison to their Bakery, Deli, and Produce. They offer many varieties of fresh foods. I also enjoy the salads, yogurt parfaits, and homemade breads. The location on Hwy 81 makes it easier to get in and out with all of the traffic. The employees there are friendly and do their best to serve you.

The most non customer oriented store I have been in from the pharmacy to the customer service desk. The front desk clerks will stand there and chit chat with friends while customers are waiting in line to be waited on and the pharmacy won't admit to any failure on their part when a prescription is sent to another store. They have some major stocking issues! You'd be better off to go to the Dollar General store.
1st Time visiting Aldi, and will be my last time also. Totally rude manager. I just had saw someone walk into the place so I assumed something may have been wrong with the door, it was 8:58 AM, I assumed the place was open like most grocery stores they open at 8AM, so I slid the door open and walked in. By that time it’s 9AM. She starts with her smart mouth saying if I see the door is closed I should know there open, all sliding doors are closed correct, well if a business is closed shouldn’t you have the door locked. She was just totally rude for absolutely no reason. I asked for the DM phone number she said if you want the number to aske the other manager that was in there. Seems to me if she can’t deal with the public why does she work in a field where you deal with people. She needs a desk job. Totally unprofessional and I don’t do this on reviews but this was beyond any confrontation.
We placed a curb side order for the first time yesterday. We didn't get some of the items. Called the store and they apologized and they were super nice and made everything right! We will definitely be going back to this store from now on!
For the day before Thanksgiving, I was expecting the crowd to be a lot worse than it was. The only problem I had was finding the bread. Everyone was nice and helped us out and told us where the bread was. Thanks you.
This Publix like all Publix is really clean. I was able to find everything I needed and there were plenty of employees around the store if I needed anything. Upon checkout the cashier was very welcoming and the bagger even asked to take out our groceries. Publix never disappoints
The store is great, clean and well stocked. The people are very nice folks. I'll be shopping there often! They have the best fried chicken in this town!
This is probably one of my favorite neighborhood market locations. The well stocked shelves and friendly staff make me swing by at least twice a week! They keep most of the lanes open, too, so you’re not having to sit 30 minutes to check out.
Propel Packets 10 pack> "for Years " were $1.97,,, now $3.48 .But , they have their "Gerneric Junk Brand" for what Propel was priced at a hIgher price than Propel was, but ,, > you get only 5 packets !!! , big Markup WOW !!! They really care about lower Prices,,,, uh No !!! Slaw was " for years" $2.67 a pint ,now $4.27.for > Cabbage ? > Most abundant Vegatable other than "Potatoes" ,. Stopped buying Slaw and getting "Canned Green Beans" much cheaper and Better. !!!

Isles aren't really wide enough, they are always stocking. Good for getting a few items check out lines can be long at times
I have a new grand baby they never have the formula we need I love the store but I have to go across town to get I just wish they would stick the shelves better.
I shop here regularly and mostly enjoy my encounters with the staff. However, tonight I have encountered one of the most rudest employees. For some reason Caden had a rude demeanor and made me and my roommate uncomfortable. At least the bagger was kind and helped us with the bags, but talking to Caden was very short and had a stank face. I hope the next encounter will be different.
I love this place. They have random, awesome deals on things...I love the organic options and the fact that they have items without all the dyes in them. Would definitely recommend. Only con is I do not like the layout of the store. Oh and I absolutely love that they added self checkouts. High fives!!!!

1 cashier. She was very good. Isles blocked completely with a girl stocking. Things I needed on both isles. COMPLETELY BLOCKED WITH CARTS N BOXES IN AFTERNOON. LIMITED selections. Come on now. I have shopped this Anderson store for years. This was unacceptable. Stock at night or early morning. At least a floating cashier . Your prices have risen like other markets. You will loose my business if this continues.
Real nice store, with a great selection, but when checking out, the cashier put my deli smaller clamshell containers sideways in the bag along with my chips, and lottery tickets, should have used another bag, now there's oil all over my tickets.

The worse costumer service I have ever received from any store, and I’m not even on the hood lol. If I could not give a star and send this message to everyone I would. I needed help and I was told to go to the same place I was. I was not offered to be shown or try in help with anything else. So obvious the workers didn’t want to work or help. Worse experience I had. They could see I was taking care of a kid and needing g help and they made me feel like they didn’t care!

I love food lion. Their sales are inflections, when, they have a sale, it's truly a sale! I purchased some crab legs, my God, they were good. The people who work there are very kind. You can find anything you want there. Very clean store.
Love this Aldi with its 5 self check out stations. Always in and out quick. The other Aldi on 28 bypass in Anderson Sc., not so much. You can't even find the single cashier to check you out. I've walked out of that one 3 times due to the inconvenience of wait times.
Everytime I come in for one thing an example would be marshmallows, what I think the tag underneath says $1.39 and this is what I am charged on my card is $1.99 and they take my card and insert it into the card reader and select on the card reader what they think I want for me. I just not getting the right feeling from this place.
Good employees but store cannot handle the volume of customers. I am sympathetic to the changes since Covid but produce is never stocked very well and quality not as good. Regular staples have often empty shelves. Buggies being pushed through store for pick up orders is hard for in store shoppers to maneuver. Anderson could use another Walmart market on the Belton Honea Path side of town.
I like Walmart neighborhood, however they are so busy there. Sometimes, food and produce may be missing from the shelves. We need one on the southeastern side of town. Like on belton, highway. New homes will be built soon near there. We need another grocery store bad.

This store is a prime example of why I don’t and will never support black owned businesses.(unless they were born in africa) And I say that as a black person. If your store schedule says open at 10am why tf am I standing in front of your store at 10:45am waiting for you to open. If your store sign says “open” why tf am I standing in front of your store at 4:00pm (6 hours after you open) wondering why you’re not open. Why are your employees asking customers to use/borrow what they paid for? Why are employees standing outside talking when there’s costumers inside waiting to be checked out? This place is GHETTO, and I hate using that word to describe black people but it is what it is.

Awesome store to shop. It's location is close by. The prices are decent. I can just get groceries & the few items that are nonfood(toilet paper, pet food, Tylenol, shampoo, ect ..) without having to walk the distance of a football field plus. I absolutely LOVE the amount of self checkouts because I usually don't have to wait long. We need more of these smaller Walmarts IMO.
While It's not Publix It is open at 10 pm (closes at 11 pm). Most of the checkout lanes are self checkout.
Some stocking is done during the day. But most is done at night. So you'll understandably have to navigate around pallets and carts of groceries.

Been going here for meat packages for over 2 years and have never really had issues. Yes the parking lot is very messed up, and the store has a funky smell and looks run down. But the meat was always good and had great prices. This last time we bought 140$ worth on meat packages and had several problems. First the chicken wasn't frozen so when we went to bag it and freeze it the house filled with a nasty sour smell. The date on the bag had expired over a month prior. So took it back and they replaced it and gave us new.The guy tried washing new batch off with water before giving it to us, but the new batch had a slight funky smell also. We were sketchy on the safety of it for sure. But the guys are super nice and we have never had a problem until we went to thaw out pork chops for dinner and when we went to cook them realized they were brown with spots of green on them. I felt I needed to write this because something changed with there standards. We trusted this store with our money for several years and think others need to be aware. I'm not sure if training needs to be done or what happened but its such a shame. I dont know if we will ever feel comfortable buying meat from them again. Accidents do happen but these kind of accidents could really cause damage. We feel we got robbed. And we are sketched out on eating any of the other meat we have in our freezer.
This store rocks! Huge and comfortable isles while shopping for the coolest inventory ever! Very squeaky clean store to add to your shopping joy. I drive the extra miles from Lavonia to Anderson to shop here. The bakery, flower department, pharmacy, and ready made foods are my favorite parts. Oh, and the cheese section too. And the fresh sushi is delicious!
Clean spacious market. Very good deals if one pays close attention and is flexible. Also a good place for photo ops.
Overall a decent grocery store. It’s getting expensive but this isn’t only this place so they get a pass.

Not really different from any other store EXCEPT their glutton free items actually taste good. Their products are definitely worth the money and a primary reason I will continue to shop with them.
Prices varies but usually more economic than everywhere else. Shop smart and check dates but you can easily stock your pantry to feed a family of 5 for 2 weeks spending less than $200.. lost a star because they don't allow you to use the restrooms even if it's a potty trained toddler needing to go

I used to really like this place. Back when prices were more reasonable. For example a gallon of milk was not that long ago $2.39-$3 now its $4. Here's another store that should change its name. When prices are no different than other stores, what are you saving alot on? its still a decent grocery store. Another thing has changed is the people. There used to be nicer workers there. The man that runs it now walked right by me without saying a word. I was the only one in that area. This ain't the first time.He's a very unfriendly person. The cashier is the same, wont speak and too lazy to put bags in the cart. So its an ok store.
Bought $200 worth of meat and it was brown and had a smell to it but they would not replace it. That will be the last time shopping from there

Have some pacients with this location a new owner of the business and He was left in a mess . The store has come a long was in past 3 mths . I have a really good feeling the store is about to become bigger in customers far more abundantly than when firdt owners had it . just cause the hole they caused my new friend to have to over come and standing outside of it here recently

Use to be the best place to shop until a new owner took over. They won't honor an advertised special in the sales flyer saying they don't have to because they are independent. Use to have the best steaks in town but not now. Had a meat person come out and check a price for me I had to wait on her and when she got to me she smelled like a dirty ashtray Guess I interrupted her cigarette break. I won't be back

not the most extensive selection, admittedly... but the prices at this place make it incredibly worth shopping here. the price breaks are CRAZY... my father-in-law regularly buys his favorite salsa by the pallet - its regularly valued at around 15$ a jar and here he pays a dollar a jar. the staff isnt overly friendly, but ive yet to have a displeasurable experience with anyone. overall, while you may have to stop elsewhere for a complete grocery order, its definitely worth making the extra stop by here while your out simply because of the insanely low prices on pretty much everything. where else can you get a box of 9 full-sized "softees" donuts for a friggin dollar? nowhere.

A favourite neighborhood grocery of mine. Shelves are always neat and so far staffs are quick to re-stock. Gotta love their range of Chips more cookies. Also my favourite place to stock some Asian food options eg Sriracha, light soy sauce, eggroll wraps, pork feet etc. The options they carry is great for the last minute run out.
Great prices, is a bargain hunters dream. Animal lovers shop here,!Also, if you are in a rush for drink, quick snack or a smoker needing a pack or carton this is best priced store in town, in and out more convenient than a conventients store! Guess it kinda is but with a lot more.. LoL!
Placed my first pickup order here and it was a great experience!! Super easy!! A woman named Rachel brought my groceries out to me, and explained details to me of how things work etc, going out of her way to help me, and such a cheerful attitude... 😊👌 I will definitely be shopping here again with the online ordering. But if shopping on a budget is what you have to do and don't mind getting groceries that isn't as soft as you'd like it or as crisp as you'd like for it to be......then I'd say GIVE THEM A TRY. The milk is good. And none of the items are expired.

Newly renovated low prices and pretty decent quality store branded items. Great customer service much cleaner than the food loin on South blvd. I went there last night to do my shopping after work and I loved it!
Good food 🥑🥝 However prices have doubled... Fudge Bars use to be 2 boxes for $4... Now they are $3.99 per box....
