Has to be one of the worst lounges in the world. I really only go here to see the misery, if they are possibly a little better than the last visit. But no, it's just after 06:00 in the morning, dirty and nothing hidden, no staff. The place is a joke,

I won't even give one star to this lounge. Thirld world countries have a better lounge than this. It is a disgrace for Arlanda airport. The staff is so rude. The food is stale and cold., tables are dirty,
it smells bad in the toilet. Even hostel canteens have better atmosphere and cleanliness. Please DONT GO here and waste your money.

The worst lounge I’ve been in. Barley any food and if there was it was all cold. Had to wait 15 minutes for there to be cutlery available. Just really disappointed in the food selection. I would rather go spend money at a restaurant in the airport.
**If you have an Amex go to the pop up Lounge instead. It’s further away but has to be better than this.
In the morning eggs and bacon were served, closer to 12 a lot of food arrived, not sure why people complain tho
Worst lounge I’ve ever been to. The staff is clearly annoyed, the tables are dirty, the food and drinks selection is very poor. Waste of money, I would recommend sitting at one of the restaurants in the gate area.

Depressing place.

Absolutely disguisting!

Paid 380 Sek for this fancy garbage bin.

The food had the lowest quality I've ever seen in Sweden, I even think pigs got better food in general.

I feel sorry for the staff working there, and the owners can outright go and live in a garbage bin where they belongs. I think the owners might call themselves Garbage people?

Stay away from this cursed and horrendous place whatever you do!

Pretty bad lounge, understaffed, aged facilities, poor food and toilets cleaned rarely. Most of the times you see dirty dishes everywhere, I suppose due to the understaffing. The good thing is that at least you have some comfortable seating and plugs everywhere. Definitely not a business class experience...

A lounge with limited selection and service. All tables how dirty and cups and plates were on all tables. I had to clean one of the tables myself. Otherwise, there is bread and eggs and muesli as well as coffee and juice. The toilet was out of soap and people were clearly annoyed. I also had to stand in line to get soap in the ladies room.

Comfortable lounge in the upper level of Terminal 2 just a few steps from airport security.

No difference from any satellite town’s airport lounges. Only one toilet, no hot meal and front desk receptionist has to double up to do table clearing and cleaning. Disappointing

Terrible experience. Even the basic stuff is badly done: a bit untidy and gloomy interiors, but especially the very bad food selection, which reminds me of those dull East European airport lounges rather than capital of Scandinavia. The buffet is very unattractive offering a variety of cheap meat and wheat products, mayo salads and such. There are NO options for persons with any allergies: no lactose free, gluten free neither vegan options available, not even upon request. So crisps and Cola Zero are what you’re paying for. Compared to Helsinki Airport Finnair lounges, which are just amazing with these things, Atlanta Pearl Lounge is a very sad case that really should improve. Until that, not gonna recommend.

Not great.

I visited close to closing time and it was quite empty. There were few food options left. I was able to snatch a few chicken wings before they were gone.

There were few other options left, so you could choose pasta or salads, and very shiny apples.

The place wasn't that clean. I saw staff cleaning tablets a few times, however the floor was mostly dirty with all kinds of stuff left by visitors.

The area itself is nice and large so you can find a good place to sit with some privacy.

Service wasn't great, it didn't feel welcomed, I think staff had no interest in customers.

An okay lounge used by Air France-KLM alongside Priority Pass, Diners Club and others. There's ample seating and given that Terminal 2 is only used by a handful of airlines it wasn't crowded at all.

The food offering is mediocre with no fresh fruit/vegetable options and just a massive kettle of filter coffee. It does take a while before the buffet is cleared and replenished.

Location very convenient right above the security lanes (take a left after you pass security and head up the stairs past the dufry store).
Hard to know where to begin…
Is it the horrible staff?
Or the food that brings out a laugh?
After traveling the world all over,
This isn’t even a three leaf clover,
Worse place is hard to find,
If only the staff knew how to be kind,
Even worse than that,
No hot food and the beer is flat,
Better wait sitting outside on the floor,
This place made me head straight for the door!

it's quite OK lounge, at least they have hot food and basic liquor. swedish meat balls and a vegetable ball option. yeah it's true due to understaffing, the dishes aren't clear away all too regularly, but they do clear them. as with the norresken lounge, there is wine in tap
Worst lounge I have ever been to.
- No beer glass, beer from the tap, no wine, no champagne. With kid chips.
- receptionist doesn’t speak Swedish and no smile. She looks like she hates her job very much. It maybe her everyday job, but it’s not everyday we people fly business class. Or even fly somewhere.
- no place to sit. You find the place by yourself, if you can’t, you stand.
We pay triple for business class to Qatar airways, for my 50 years old husband’s birthday. He is not even happy.
It’s better to have a beer in the restaurant downstairs.
I’m thinking about minus 55 stars.
I hate this place.
