Had a great experience today. Was in town to see a friend and had to be dropped off before my flight. I was immediately greeted at the door and given a tour. I told them that I had a long time till my flight, and they showed me to the rest area they have with comfortable recliners and dimmed lights. They even asked when my boarding time was and set a timer for them to make me up so I wouldn't miss my flight. They even sent me out the door with snacks for the flight. I am very appreciative of the volunteers who were their today.
Food here is absolutely amazing. It can get busy during peak hours but the staff work very hard to keep the place neat and orderly to accommodate. I have to emphasize that the food is restaurant quality here. I highly recommend paying a visit.

Today I was flying through Washington Dulles airport and had a short layover, so decided to go there and get some small bite before boarding my next flight to Nashville.
The United Club is a bit congested, tight space, but pretty nice and comfortable for visitors. Very nice and friendly staff, who welcomes every incoming person.
Regarding the food and beverages, it's rather American standard here. That said based on my experiences from similar sort of clubs or business lounges in Europe, in the US there's less choice of food to pick from. But it was a good stay and enjoyed it. 👍🏻

Nice USO. It's outside of the security area, so just be advised. No restrooms, but located next door to airport facilities. Little on the small side, but cozy enough with snacks, coffee, water and sodas. Quiet room has comfortable recliners.

Great lounge at Dulles. Wonderful assortment of hot and cold food to please the vegetarian an meat eater. The bar around the corner has a great selection of drinks. The wifi and other amenities (like clean showers) are convenient. Staff are friendly. This experience made our flight very enjoyable.

Absolutely the worst United club experience I have ever had. It took me 3 United club passes to get in for two people because I scanned it improperly and it took two passes. Two people have a couple drinks together and they get a drink for the other. Forget about it, “one drink, one person”. I have been to to many United clubs where my wife and I have enjoyed drinks where only one of us went and got a drink for the other. No problems.
The United Polaris experience is indeed wonderful. Food is great and the seating comfortable. We ran into one of the most courteous and helpful lounge manager in Munich. Everything is organized with passenger comfort in mind.
Probably one of the better, if not the best, lounges of any US flagship legacy carrier. Staff were helpful and generally attentive. Lounge definitely but not surprisingly gets packed in afternoon and evenings due to overseas departures. The sit down restaurant is a nice feature but offers somewhat limited menu.

Great Lounge Experience

I had the pleasure of visiting the Turkish Airlines Lounge at Dulles before my flight to Istanbul. I was impressed by the spacious and stylish lounge, which offered a variety of amenities and services.

The lounge has a large buffet area with hot and cold dishes, including some Turkish specialties. The food was delicious and fresh, and there was plenty of it. I also enjoyed the coffee, tea, cheese and dessert selection, which included some mouthwatering baklava and Turkish delight.

The lounge has comfortable seating options, from couches and lounge chairs to small dining tables. There are also six TVs with headphones that you can borrow from the entrance desk. The lounge has large windows overlooking the apron, which offer a nice view of the planes.

The lounge staff was friendly and attentive, and kept the lounge clean and tidy. They also offered to help me with my boarding pass and luggage. The lounge has free Wi-Fi, which was fast and reliable.

The lounge is open to Star Alliance Gold members, international business-class and first-class passengers on Star Alliance carriers, and Priority Pass members. The lounge is open from 6am to 11pm daily, and is located in Concourse B.

I highly recommend this lounge to anyone flying from Dulles. It is one of the best lounges I have ever visited, and it made my trip more enjoyable. Thank you, Turkish Airlines!

I have to leave a bad review. As an Army retiree traveling with my wife's mother and our nephew I was told they couldn't come in because my mother in law didn't have an ID...ok...I imagine that could've been overlooked but understand if It couldn't since she's not my dependent. But my little nephew who wouldn't have an ID anyway because he's underage?? They didn't know what to say to my enquiries and told me they had to many guests but when i looked around they 7 open seats. I always saw the USO as a fine organization who was there to make servicemembers feel comfortable and at home. Well today they have failed miserably in both respects.
Nice lounge! Staff very friendly. Not a huge selection but good food with definite Turkish flair. Bar opens at 9am. Nice option if you’re AMEX or Priority Pass at Dulles.

Hate to leave a bad review for a USO, but the staff today around 4 pm was very sketchy. They aggressively asked for donations, but not in the box or to the official USO foundation where we make a reoccurring donation. One lady literally covered the donation plastic box with her hand and pulled out an envelope and said, "Not here, here" as she motioned to the envelope. They said that since I was a spouse, they wanted us to donate to enter. I said I would wait outside with our stuff and gestured for my husband to continue. My husband was so uncomfortable that he refused to even enter to get the water he wanted. We decided to skip a visit altogether and will sadly not visit or support this location. Very unfortunate, so many locations are already closing, and the staff attitude here was like a business lacking customer service, unlike so many of the caring, truly selfless volunteers we have encountered over the years.

I don’t normally travel United but did and my gate was nearby so wanted to check it out. I’m not a member but they allow military to go in half off. The front desk member me a and my party first encountered was a bit “gruff” to put it plainly. The second person was very pleasant and thanked us for our service. So 1 for 2 from the free throw line. The lounge area itself was descent. Food options were kinda meh but alright. I couldn’t see paying $59 to get in here though. Overall it is kind of middle of the road. Not the worst but not the best either.

Very crowded! Since a lot of people have Priority Passes, it gets really crowded here and the staff have to limit the people they let in. There isn’t a lot of space in the lounge. However, the food is decent (Turkish cuisine) and there is a bar inside. There are plenty of drink options as well.

A superb lounge - spacious, well equipped, although you need to make some effort (a long walking distance from the departure hall). Frankly, having been to United Club a couple of times before, I did not have any high expectations.
Yet the variety of drinks and food (one of the best grilled salmon I have ever had in a similar venue) are truly phenomenal. Well done!
I’ve always loved this lounge. Even tho it’s on the smaller side with decor being hidden due to the sheer amount of ppl, it’s got this timeless airline vibe. Although they pack the lounge to the brim, they keep the food and refreshments going. It’s hard tiresome work dealing w all the freeloader (me incl.) guests, but they make the best of it. The food is always consistently good. Where else can one get better lentil soup than the Turkish Club Lounge? Nowhere! And the drinks are better than many snooty “Wharf” restaurants. I love their meat stews. Reminds me of grandmas stews from when I was a kid. Hearty, tasty, w LOTS of meat. They’ve got all the Turkish staples, including tea! Sometimes we come to the airports hours early to do club lounge hopping, and Turkish Lounges’ is always the best.

The Polaris product in the air is so-so, but the on-the-ground airside product is fantastic. Lounge is comfortable, stylish, well decorated and well equipped. Lots of space for everyone even at peak times. Fast WiFi & lots of power outlets, easy to find & conveniently placed. Food is ok by airline lounge standards. Has shower facilities.
I spent a pleasant few long layover hours here with no complaints.

Unusual location for a club... In the basement! Not the usual bright airy space of other clubs. Lots of space thru a maze of hallways to find food and beverages. Small restrooms due to side constrictions.
I checked out this lounge, which won recognition a few years ago for its quality. It was 7:30am and the lounge had a Turkish breakfast out: Scrambled eggs, oatmeal with cinnamon, a bean stew, yogurt, and fresh and dried fruit. A robot moved about the lounge with a bin for patrons to put their dirty dishes in.

While I appreciate the chance to eat Turkish food, the flavor was flat and lacked zing. The pastries did not seem fresh and there were a few small flies on them.

The decor was fine, although it could use an update. I have been to quite a few lounges, and I would say this one was average at best.

Finally had the chance to review this lounge for international business traveling. Great space with some a la carte food options ( hot & cold options) not exotic but decent to have a meal or snack with some drinks. There seems to even shower rooms here. Didn’t need but could be a good option for a long layover

What an amazing experience! We were there Sunday around noon and had exceptional service from the bartender and from the waitress in the restaurant. The bartender gave a ton of her favourite options and ensured that the drink was to my preference before and after. The waitress was welcoming and attentive. Keep up the great work!
It was my first time visiting the Turkish Airlines Lounge and it was a great experience. The lounge was clean, staff were very friendly and delicious Turkish Halal food with great selection of drinks. The bathrooms and Shower room were really clean as well as the whole space. It was Easy check in with Priority Pass and they were so helpful! We look forward to visiting in the future.

we highly recommend everyone to visit this lounge if you have the Priority Pass card!

After being stranded at 0530 after a night of delays, my wife and I went to the USO and the staff there was absolutely amazing. They have a darkened room with big recliners and blankets and we were able to catch some sleep and then enjoy some coffee and stuff.

We’ve both used the USOs before at other airports and have never had a bad experience. This one is conveniently located near baggage claim and we thank all the volunteers and the USO for what they do everyday.

Friendly and welcoming. Not the largest USO around, nor the smallest, but well stocked and relaxing. Yes, they are outside the TSA point (but that is not their call, so I can't downgrade them for it). Hours are reasonable, and they have stayed open past normal hours during weather emergencies. Remember, they are staffed by volunteers, so I appreciate anything they do for service members, families, retirees, etc.
Thank you so much to everyone at USO who made our stay so great! It's amazing how so many people can make you feel absolutely welcome! I can only recommend coming here if you're in the military or a Diplomat! There's a sleeping room, food, drinks, a child's play area. Great!
A beautiful lounge that accepts priority pass membership for entry. The food was all very fancy (it would have been too fancy for my kids). I think this compares well to a centurion lounge domestically except that it wasn't crowded as the centurion lounges tend to be. They had shower facilities and the restrooms were omnisex (one person at a time), so on occasion there was a line, but it wasn't bad during my visit. I enjoyed the cold brew coffee tap, the kombucha tap, and the "Turkish tea" and wasn't hungry so I didn't try any of their beautiful buffet. My coworkers and I found the robotic trashcan to be amusing.

When I am back next year, I'll remember to check this lounge first (if they don't cancel their Priority Pass affiliation).

In general much the same as other United Club lounges. Good seating options including the leather seats with charging, dining area tables with three chairs, high top seating with chargers, and business area with cubicles . The nice part is some seating right at runway level looking out at the gates. Bright and sunny and interesting views of the goings on. Other areas are more subdued lighting for those looking for a calm restful place to wait out the layover.
I was able to see breakfast and lunch and breakfast was a make your own breakfast sandwich or plate with eggs, biscuits and ham. Hollandaise sauce and garnishes. The typical set of cereals, breads and Illy coffee machines. They have a freestyle Close machine for the soda fiends and waters and juice. Lunch was a nice selection of sandwiches, a Mac and cheese bar, cookies, chips, tortilla chips and salsa and salad bar.
Mohammed was tending bar and was courteous and prompt.
My OCD picked up a couple of scones that were askew but other than that well kept and frequently tidied by the staff picking up dishes and trash.
On a Saturday near noon the place was fairly empty so seating was plentiful and easy.
Well done all around.

Regular United Club Lounge.
Very friendly stuff and a pretty good choice of snacks and drinks. In the back is a bar as well.

Typical sham United Lounge for non-business travelers that caters primarily to their credit card holders. Neither milage status nor a PAID first class ticket will reliably gain you entry. Filled mostly with vacationers. Because this lounge is primarily for their credit card holders the place is packed wall to wall and food is shoveled out like a low end cafeteria. You’re better off getting a quiet seat at one of the full service restaurants in terminal D.
The food in the buffet was very cheap. Dry pork loin, lousy pasta, stale cookies.
The bar was good, but the lady at the bar accidentally spilled a drink on me as she set it down. Great selection though, but not the full United Polaris drink menu.
The quiet rooms were anything but quiet. United should have provided much better noise-suppression. I got no rest in the quiet room.
We did not use the showers, or the Dining Room.
For an ultra-premium United lounge and the absolute BEST of the BEST product that they offer to truly elite customers, I expected better. A LOT LOT LOT better.
Amazing. A major step up from the normal United Business Lounge. I am spoiled now. When I am able to I like coming here a few hours before my flight. They have excellent phone rooms where you can have your Zoom meetings. The food is incredible, there is a well-stocked bar, and even a classy restaurant. All free, of course. Don't forget to tip the waiters and bartenders though
