Wanna share something which I like about the gulf air staff Hyderabad about the service and attention they have given to me regarding the flight from Hyderabad to London on 16th of June. Where MR. MD NAVEED the staff of GlobeGroundIndia had assisted me very friendly and supported me while I was waiting for my food at airport. Had a nice flight from Hyderabad to Bahrain and Bahrain to London, and food is good.

I hoped after the takeover by Tata, I would be able to see nicer and functional seats , but 20% of the seats in business class we’re having issues with reclining and the entertainment system is absolutely awful. Being a born Indian I would definitely prefer Air india over others if the service improves. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Food is also average. They need to improve on the seats and make it fully functional.

Gulf Air, hyd airport arrival team is very bad, our two pieces Lagguage was taken by some other passenger, we have been waiting from 18th December till 26th December 2023. Ibrahim, Sr. supervisor is a burden for Gulf Air, he didn’t call and update the status to passenger, 8 days passed, no call from him, when we call him he is not giving proper reply. Mr Ibrahim doesn’t understand passenger problem and he is not fit for customer service. Gulf Air and GMR Airport service is very poor in tracing the lost baggage. They don’t concept of customer service. I don’t know how the rating agencies not aware about this.

The worst airline I ever travelled, the airline lost my bag till now
Had a worst experience yesterday in the flight, never expected this kind of service from Air Arabia.
4 Star because of their new entertainment system. You need a fully charged smartphone and lol your own earphones. A complicated process. 80% of the passengers could not use. Don't travel Gulfair if you wish to use entertainment system on long flights. Otherwise airline is good. I suggest Gulfair to get feedback from the passengers on their funny entertainment system.

Gulf air Airport staff in hyd is totally worth it not to book a ticket again from gulf air for lifetime.

I booked the ticket through GulfAir from Chicago to Hyderabad, Then completed journey via Paris and Bahrain.
When landed Hyderabad waited for baggage till last bag,afterwards no baggage arrived 😟 Contacted local
officer But didn't workout, explain him that I have a meeting, and have everything in my checked bag ,
Now I have no dress or shoes,
today which is next day I contacted again to ground officer ,he said today also not arrived.
Now I'm in very much difficult condition to buy new dress and shoes.
Please reimburse my expenses for this cause.
Or else please let me know what to do

Poor customer service.
1.Was asked to initially pay 18k+ for a flight that cost 16k+ on the Air Arabia website. Had to bargain with the employee to being the price down.
2. Only cash accepted, no online payment option, no swiping machine.
3. Water cooler available but no disposable glasses(see pic).
2 stars because the employees were polite.

Worst airline ever, lost my baggage and they couldn't locate even after 15 days, guys in the call center have no information, they cannot even escalate to any senior, their answers are hilarious. Will never fly this worst airline.
My wife had a flight on 15 June and on confirming on call with the gulf air office she carried an extra bag within the weight limits but the staff at the airport did not allow her to put the bag in check in luggage.
The staff at the airport was not welcoming at all and treated my wife badly . She was traveling with 2 kids and they did not allow the porter to keep her bags at the belt she had to do it herself.
I request the action owner to kindly look into this matter . They do not argue with men as men are bold and they mistreat the women because they cannot fight back.

One of the staff members reply is not gentle / not in a respectful manner. He is not able to clarify the chaos and satisfy the customer by their reply. While on the other hand, there was another person who is very kind and supportive.

I wish to share a Zero Star rating for RGIA, Hyderabad Air Arabia Staff unfortunately you can't. The behavior of the Check In staff is totally un-professional and I could see many a passenger being held up not being allowed to check in and wasting hell of a lot of time in the bargain. My experience recent past flying to Sharjah from RGIA was miserable. I was made to wait for 3 Hrs 30 Mts for check in (many others too)
