My mom has gotten the run around all morning at Arlanda. Ended up at the same counter she started at with the same sour customer service lady she spoke with who could have helped her but chose to give her a confirmation number and told her there was nothing more she could help with until I called customer service and demanded that they help her. Then all of a sudden the information she needed was given. I will never use Lufthansa or Lufthansa Discover.

Acabamos de volar con Airchina, 8h en el avión oliendo a Durian desde Beijing y los azafatos riendose sabiendo que pasajeros llevaban Durian. Se lo han retirado a 1h de aterrizar y siguen riendose.

Extremly bad support. Don’t expect anything if you have a delay or rescheduled flights.
Smooth flight. Economy leg space is more spacious than other European airlines. Movie selections were the latest, unlike most European airlines.

The food was OK, too salty for our taste. Room temperature was kept normal, unlike Air France, who will freeze you to the bones on flight.

Non-European Immigrants in the check-in counters speak poor Swedish and English. Did not register my mileage membership despite me asking them twice. Terrible terrible terrible. 👎

Not happy, it’s your own flight and they telling me unexpected too many planes landed, are they not pre booked for over a year? We ended up missing next flight due to long un boarding experience, likely will try to avoid flying through Sweden air port or use SAS services, I planned a very short stay visit with my family and this delay is taking priceless time from me. I also noticed many other passengers had same issue
Please BEWARE I checked in a luggage here from Stockholm to Rome. Only time I checked in my bag and I had multiple items missing from my suitcase when I retrieved my luggage. I had a fleece jacket northface, a dress, a skirt, a top only to count a few. I am disgusted that these things are happening at their airline. I trusted them with my stuff and they have no respect for peoples belongings. Im left with hardly anything to wear for my trip. It’s not material stuff I’m upset about but all the planning I did for this trip. I work hard for money as do some of us and it’s not right that someone thinks it’s okay to steal period. It is not! I would like for someone to contact me but so far it looks like this happens very frequently. I’ve traveled many times before outside of this airline and this has not once happened to me until I traveled with SAS. They don’t care.
Worst flying experiences to date. They lost our back and have zero information about where it could be. The information they provided us on who to contact, is not in service. Do not fly this airline!
Horrific treatment of customers and traitors to their people.
Not only do they give away your paid seat to other customers and scream at you for questioning the act but they made a commercial that is traitorous to their own people.
Attacking their main customers.
Steer away from this company at all cost.
Won't wait even for a few minutes for you to catch your connection. Even if you arrive 20 minutes before the connection flight's departure, they won't let you board and instead reschedule you for a much later flight. I've never had similar issues with any other airline. If you can avoid it, don't choose SAS.
This is probably the worst airline I’ve flown worldwide. Numerous changes to our flights in timing, and in one example, from being direct Stockholm to Paris to being via Oslo. Terrible customer service in not communicating these changes. I think the worst part about all the changes and delays is that NOT ONCE did airline staff/flight attendance apologise for the situation - even if they read this from a script and said “sorry for the inconvenience” it would be nicer than ignoring the situation completely.
In these and other flights, you’re basically on a bus with wings. Flight attendants very cold. It’s well worth paying a little extra to fly another airline.
We flew business class from Stockholm to Chicago and it is always an amazing experience to travel Business with SAS! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and speak multiply languages. The food is also really good!
The selection of movies has gotten much better since last year!
The seats are super comfortable and private which really makes it feel like a first class trip!
Their prices are often very affordable if you keep a look out!
