Great food and meal for two
Super fun experience with circus like decor and performers throughout the evening. The food was delicious and cocktails tasty!
Llegamos a medianoche al cumpleaños de una amiga. Cuando llegamos las estufas se habian apagado horas atras ya que no les quedaba gas y cuando preguntamos al personal si podian cambiar el gas y prenderlas nos dijeron que no. Habian 5° de temperatura esa noche. Cuando preguntamos si podiamos pedir algo para comer nos informaron que la cocina habia cerrado a las 11pm (el bar cierra a las 2am) y que solo estaba abierta la barra, por lo que pedi una lata de bebida, la cual demoraron 20 minutos en traerme. En cuanto a la calificación, no puedo calificar la comida ya que la cocina estaba cerrada a las 11pm, el servicio no me gustó por la mala disposición del personal de cambiar los balones de gas y por la demora de 20 minutos en traerme una lata de cocacola y el ambiente lo unico que puedo rescatar es la decoración que es increible, hay pocos bares tan bonitos como este, pero la poca preocupación por el frio mató la experiencia.

Comida rica, buen ambiente, pero la atención pésima. No se si fue algo particular del día porque había varios grupos grandes pero la demora para pedir y luego recibir las cosas, incluso para pedir la cuenta fue demasiado larga.

Hands down the best meal we had in Chile and really decent value. Highly recommend the sea urchin pasta - pasta was freshly made. Despite us not speaking Spanish, service was really friendly and warm. We would have returned had it not been our last day in Santiago!
Unbelievable atmosphere. The food was delicious and the drinks were strong but just what we were wanting. Fernanda, our waitress, helped us with the menu, we’re foreigners, and made us feel like we were the center of attention. My fav restaurante in Santiago!!! The best too.

Fui por el descuento qué hay en marzo y, a pesar de la mala puntuación, fue una experiencia muy agradable.
Los cócteles de autor eran muy ricos y la comida también nos pareció sabrosa. No tenían las papas trufadas que promocionaban pero comimos papas vegetarianas y pizza de setas.
La atención por parte de la mesera fue desganada en un inicio pero eso no afectó mucho, ya que de todas formas tomaba nuestros pedidos.
Volvería y lo recomiendo, no se dejen llevar por la mala puntuación, especialmente si tienen descuento.

No lo recomendaría. Reservé para las 18:30 y al parecer el personal aún no estaba preparado para atender. 40 minutos de espera para que me trajeran una cerveza que pedí al llegar, habiendo sólo 3 mesas ocupadas a esa hora.

Tropicalia Bar en Santiago fue una decepción. El servicio fue pésimo; el mesero ignoraba nuestros pedidos e incluso reprendió a la cumpleañera. Aunque la idea de un bar clandestino es interesante, la ejecución falló. La comida era mediocre, pero los tragos estaban buenos. No lo recomendaría.
This place offers a different experience with its circus-themed vibe, as well as the quick shows happening from time to time over the night. Cocktails were great, great service, and food was just OK, nothing memorable. Prices are average for the area. Recommended for a drinks night with food to share more than for dinning.

This is without a doubt the best steakhouse I've eaten at in Santiago. All of the details are in full display; from the perfect lighting to the personalized service and of course, the amazing steaks.
Just exquisite. Delicious food, excellent wine list, beautiful ambiance, great service. Everything I want in a restaurant.
The Truffle Kobe burger is juicy and delicious. The fish selection is limited but the tuna as perfectly seared and incredibly tender.
The Caesar is carried by the tender juicy chicken. Both the ribeye and skirt steak were very good. Do not order the crab. Cheesecake was one of my top 5 all time!

Atención lenta, claramente falta personal de salón y al momento de pagar solicitamos el descuento que publicitan en sus redes sociales y la garzona de manera desafiante me dice que le muestre la publicación y que lea la letra chica. Al hacerlo la letra chica decía “muestra esta publicación al momento de pagar y obtén un 25% de descuento” a lo que ella me responde que ya cerró mi cuenta en el sistema y que ya no la puede volver a abrir para hacerme el descuento. Intente hablar con el encargado del salón y tampoco se hizo cargo.

Our prime Steak was cooked to perfection. The salad beautifully presented. The ambiance was enhanced by the background music. The service was excellent. We're going back again, 2 days later. If you love steak and love an excellent dining experience, this is where to go. Deborah Olson

Best restaurant I’ve been to during my 5 day trip to Santiago. Wish I have gone to La Dicha earlier so I could go more than once. The atmosphere is cozy and chic, staff is super friendly and professional and food was amazing. Prices are fair considering the size of portions. A must go restaurant in Santiago. 10/10 recommend.

Los tiempos de espera más de 80 min para una cerveza, 50 min mas para la comida. las pizzas bañadas en aceite la coctelería paupérrima y la atenció para que decir pedí un gin y cuando pedí la cuenta me

Fui porque había un buen descuento, aún cuando la valoración era muy mala. La principal crítica era la mala atención y la lentitud. Me llamó mucho la atención porque el lugar estaba llena, muy buen ambiente, la comida y tragos muy buenos y lo mejor fue la atención. Lo comenté con el garzón y por eso me animé a escribir este comentario. Si sigue así lo recomiendo 100%.
La llegada al local es una experiencia, ya que está bastante escondido. Sin embargo, es un lugar agradable a la vista con muy buena ambientación. En cuanto a la comida muy sorprendido de buena manera con la calidad de las hamburguesas. Las papas fueron mi único problema y es que cuando llegaron estaban frías, pero de sabor muy buenas. Las papas trufadas y la blue burguer fueron mis preferidas, las recomiendo.

Expensive food, good quality of cuts but they messed up the cooking, I ordered it Medium it came Medium Rare, I sent it back and it came back Medium Well. Basically just a ribeye steak + side dish (just grilled vegetables) and 2 sodas cost me almost 60 dollars (with tips). Service was a bit slow and we didn't feel welcome, like they didn't put much effort and felt a bit of passive aggressiveness. It was around 10 degrees outside and around the same temperature inside since the doors had a huge gap where wind would come in, we and other customers had nowhere to sit but next to the entrance door (it was around 5PM and the rest of the restaurant was closed) and most of us had coats on while eating. My girlfriend was uncomfortably cold, I asked them to either move us or turn the heating on, they said the rest of the restaurant was off limits and said they would turn heating on but they didn't.They did send complimentary bread and some tiny tasting portions but those were blend. I noticed that an american sitting right next to us had a different standard of service, probably because they presumed he would be a high spender. Beer cost (USD) almost 8 dollars each and Coke was over 4 dollars (with tips). Had I ordered enough to leave with a full belly I'd probably spend 200 USD for 2.

The Chilean Seabass set the bar for a gastromic delight. Could eat there every day.
Nice place, good drink and food but not great. The try of tiramisu desert is not recommended.
La verdad el ambiente buenísimo, pero la atención HORRIBLE. Por favor cambiar urgente a los meseros, hay uno extranjero que claramente se vio superado por el trabajo, tenía que estar recordándole a cada rato lo que le pedía. Cuándo vino a cobrar no pude darle propina porque habría sido una verguenza premiar esa atención, además me intentó cobrar como 15 lucas más por copetes que nunca pedi.

I was brought here by some work colleagues for the full xpurse steak dinner and was completely blown away. Everything was top-notch from the starters, the drinks, the service, and of course the food. Our server seemed to have a 6th sense and knew exactly what to do at all times.

The place is always busy and the AC wasn't working when we were there so it was 🥵 in general the cleaning needs to improve although all the food ordered was delicious. The garlic salt that comes with the steak is the best! Portions of sides are huge so plan on sharing.

Very beautiful setting, beautifully presented food. I would say my dishes (vegetable tartare and the fish of the day ) can be less salty. Esp the vegetable tartare which was excellent but i find the salt was over-powering. The Patagonia lamb and the side salad was excellent however. It was not bad fine dining at all for the price we paid.

This is an incredible restaurant that specializes in seafood. The dishes are abundant and very well prepared. The service is also commendable.

Coming back for the second time for their avocado burger. Both food and service are exceptional! Any non Spanish speakers ask for Franklin when being seated ;)
Creative tapas-like dishes (try the gyozas and the nitro mango) carefully presented. Excellent cocktail list and nice surroundings (although some may not be fans of the spot, half underground in a commercial and restaurant area).

It was new year's eve..... and we didn't have a reservation.... but that was not a problem for the amazing people of this restaurant. We have great drinks, amazing food!!! And a great waiter- Hugo!!!!

Food is ok but a far cry from what this restaurant used to be. The sides are small, the wine options not complete and the service levels let this restaurant dow. I will not be returning having visited for over a decade and calling it one of my favourite places to eat in the world.
We went to malva loca for dinner today and everything was fine. The food was creatively prepared and tasted very good, I had a very tasty michelada and my girlfriend had delicious vegan food. The service was very friendly.

First time there today: Ambiente very nice, service was very friendly and engaged! Pulpo de parilla was very tasty but quite a small portion. The lomo liso and fries have been much too salty. The pisco sours have been expensive and especially the Chile version very small. Finally be mindful with the Santander 40% discount offer on Wednesdays: the manager explained us that in THIS particular outlet on Alonso de Cordova the discount doesn’t apply. Decide yourself- we will not come back!
One of the best steaks I've had in Chile ! We enjoyed a nice May night in Santiago, sat outside, and enjoyed a nice cab and 600g steak. It was cooked perfectly and one of the nicest pieces of meat I've had in Chile. The kitchen was a bit backed up, but the staff communicated it very well.
Demencia has a small but very well done menu. We absolutely loved the mini sandwiches! The food is inventive but delicious, which can be difficult to find in achulé. Definitely one of my favorite places in Santiago!

I am from the USA and have lived in and out of Chile a couple of times and one of the things that I have missed while living in Chile is a place with not only great atmosphere but good food and well prepared drinks. This place checks off all 3. The place itself is beautifully decorated and very trendy. The food is tasty as well as presented perfectly and the drinks fantastic. The service was very very good too! My husband at the end of our night thanked one of the co-owners because her and her business partner got it right. If only there were more spots like this all along Chile.

Le Due Torri has always offered great pasta dishes. And continues doing so. Even during the pandemic, service is good and they offer good options following sanitary rules and restrictions. Always recommendable.

Delicious food and professional staff - next to a bike trail by a park - so great people watching! I enjoyed the filet mignon, which was cooked perfectly. All in all, a pleasant experience in a wonderful neighborhood. I will be back, and I will come hungry!

This restaurant serves up solid meat fare but the service is lacking considering the prices. In our recent visit our orders were brought to the table in truly haphazard manner - one salad was brought our 10 minutes before the appetizers, while another one was brought our after everyone had finished eating their main course.

The food was great, however the service was the star here. We had a large group and everyone's food came out perfectly. The servers ensured our Pisco Sours remained full and they created a special desert arrangement that was divine.

This is by far one of my favorite restaurants. The wait staff is attentive but not overly so. The let you take your time with both your meal and your dinner companions. There is a great selection of wine at reasonable prices. The food is not cheap, but it is well worth the price. They get it right every time. Next time I am back in Chile, I will definitely eat here again. I highly recommend it.

The Best Italian restaurant of Santiago
Party of 4 and kid but extended to 5 and kid which seemed difficult for staff to understand when the person arrived. Waiter tried to tell us there wasn't another bottle of the same wine available and then proceeded to try upwelling other wines. Another more polite waitress arrived with bottle in hand and then gave great service. She was duly rewarded when the tips came. Nice place but also very expensive for a steak house.
This is one of the very best steakhouses in all of Chile, and Chile has very tough competition in this category of restaraunts. I have eaten at this location and another one in Costanera Center, and both have good meat and good service. They have one of the widest ranges of cuts of meat available, and frequently carry tomahawk cuts. They are the only steak restaraunt I have found so far that carry entricot (T-Bone), and the only one that carries the king of all steaks, the Porterhouse.
Don't let my 4 star review fool you. The quality of their meat is as good as it gets in Chile. I gave this specific location 4 stars because competition of steak restaraunts in Chile is the most fierce of all other categories in Chile, and when I ate here, they were completely out of papas (potatoes), which is a staple side dish with steak that NO steakhouse should ever run out of. It would be about the equivalent of a hamburger restaurant that runs out of papa fritas (french fries).
Nevertheless, they have great steak and good service that will not dissapoint. I may upgrade the to 5 star in a future visit to this location. (I will grade other locations seperately.)
I think it is also worth mentioning that Santabrasa also sells their meat in premium grocery stores, and consistently is the very best qualtiy of all Chilean beef suppliers. The only beef supplier available in Chile that I have found that could truly stand up to Santabrasa meat quality is Swift, but that brand supplies corn fed beef from the U.S., which is not even a fair fight. However, it still serves as a testament to both the quality and consitency of Santabrasa beef. The service we had in this location was very good, and notably better than the location in Costanera Center.

I think it is also worth mentioning that Santabrasa also sells their meat in premium grocery stores, and consistently is the very best qualtiy of all Chilean beef suppliers. The only beef supplier available in Chile that I have found that could truly stand up to Santabrasa meat quality is Swift, but that brand supplies corn fed beef from the U.S., which is not even a fair fight. However, it still serves as a testament to both the quality and consitency of Santabrasa beef. The service we had in this location was very good, and notably better than the location in Costanera Center.
I highly recommend this restaurant. Been to many places and this one is by far my favourite. The patio is big, the inside the restaurant is upscale and very well designed. The food is absolutely amazing. Make sure you have steak. The pisco sour is also a must. The service is fast and they are also knowledgeable of the meat and will recommend great salads, wine and desert to compliment your experience. Dinning here will cost you a little more than most restaurants in Santiago but it’s worth every $.

Excellent cuts of beef. This time, I tried the ribeye with a side of truffled mac & cheese and it was wonderful.

The inside stank of raw blood sausage and foul smelling wine, had to eat on the outside tables even though there were smokers around. The prices are relatively high compared to similar places. The meat was well cooked, they followed the custom grilling instructions I gave them. The biggest downside is the size of the servings, you will end up still hungry even after spending about 23,000 pesos (about $35, amongst the highest amounts you can spend in a restaurant in Chile) for a small serving of beef, a tiny portion of fries, and a tiny bottle of soda.
