Over crowded , very difficult to find an empty table. All food items are above average at reasonable price but it's not a relaxed spot for enjoying food with friend and family. Service always fast but we feel to complete our meal as early as possible due to crowd .Road side parking for cars.
Ordered Panner paratha which was good , recommendatuon to add curd with the dish as it's a bit dry .. And Ordered Mango Lassi . Lassi was the highlight and loved it !! Must try in summer

We ordered the Masala Papad, Chicken fried rice, chicken 65, Palak Paneer, Butter Nan, Chicken Tandoori and mango lassi!
Loved every bite that I had. Chicken fried was spot on cooked that I bet Uncle Roger would love it too! The chicken 65 was delicious and cooked well. What surprised me most was the palak paneer, spicy and spot on soft paneer! Yummy good! The butter nan was brilliant! Chicken tandoori, soft pieces of yumminess with that chutney, totally died on it! . And washed this all down with huge mugs of chilled mango lassi. Flavourful!
Overall, I loved this place and definitely recommend it to others who want really good and fresh food! damn! Simply loved it.
Will be going again to try other stuff on the menu one day.

Everything is good. I am a regular.. good service.. good food.. the only bad thing is the plate on which the food is served.. I think it is the plate that was there when the shop started.. time to change it.. everything else is good
The food was average in my opinion but the biriyani is good here and I would strongly recommend to have it when you visit. Moreover the the whole food service was pretty fast to my surprise even though the place was pretty crowded. Yeah the crowd is an issue If you are coming in large groups or for a quick meal,apart from that everything was nice do check out if you are nearby kakkanad.
I went there for breakfast and it was very crowded, so I guess it'll be like that at any time.
Ordered porotta and veg kurma, porotta was not warm and fluffy and felt like a flatbread, but the veg kurma was so tasty that it made me forget about the porotta's bad sides. It was too good for a basic curry. Enjoyed it all together.

Food tasted average and is a bit over priced. Tried their Paratha, paneer butter masala, lassi, chicken fried rice and chicken lollipop. The sweet lassi was good. Other than that everything was just average. The wait time for food is around half an hour.

A good restaurant to try North Indian dishes though they serve South Indian dishes as well. Small, but neat dining space, and good food. We felt the pricing is also fair considering the quality.
Things we liked - Neat dining space and washrooms. Good and tasty food. Wide varities of dishes. Good service. Fair pricing. Parking space.

A big hype given by one of my friend but not much great . Chilly chicken given is with loose gravy like fish curry. Fried rice is average in taste . I think most of the visitors ate lunch with fish fry . AC restaurant is too tiny and inside too much noisy. Feeling uncomfortable during lunch .
Aloo Paratha’s followed by the service was the best :) here !!

Butter naan was tasty and was a good combo with creamy chicken.
Had 2 types of chicken biryani and both were okay - felt more like spicy fried rice. Chicken pieces were tasty and soft.

Went heard it Sheraton was hopping for a big surprise... food was OK....normal vanities...nothing tasted outstanding... mainly went ther for desserts...to my surprise wasn't tht of a nice choices... pudding was good..and few cakes... and they only charge for tht much...so it's OK..but bad for those going ther for a grand experience... and biggest issue was wash room access from near to elevator... you cMt expect ppl to tk kids every time tht far from restaurent ... Or atleast offer a finger bowl OT tissues... service personal said they don't offer both...
They provide decent north indian style food. Loved their mutton rogan josh and paneer paratha. Rose lassi was bit too sweet for my liking.
This is near to Infopark Kakkanad. It looks like a North Indian restaurant and you get many food options especially vegetarian. The atmosphere also looks good as there are many pictures as well as seating. There is also ample parking available. It’s a bit expensive, however would recommend to try it.
Pretty decent and less crowded restaurant as a part of the Sheraton. Visited there for Buffet dinner with family. The cuisine of the day was Asian which made us left with minimum options to choose from as we don't like Chinese dishes.

The very famous Alakapuri of Kakkanad. Didn't justify the hype to be honest. It was just a ok experience. Had Biriyani. it was just a reheated biriyani which was nothing special. Tbh, it was below average. I've had better biryanis in so many other hotels. Too many customers and not neatly maintained and the whole place feels cramped. Will need to try their other items before making another review which I will. For now though, not impressed and frankly baffled by the hype

This was an amazing experience! And the place is phenomenal! The staff was extremely friendly and the atmosphere was simply amazing. The food, presentation, reasonable prices, service, and atmosphere are exceptional.

Great place to stay. Reception staff is polite and ready to help any time. I stayed here for 2 nights with my family on a 2BHK apartment and it was a great place to stay. Clean water is there all the time. Super clean rooms and toilet. Silent and calm place. Highly recommended.

I have stayed here last week with colleagues. We have taken 2 rooms. Clean and good rooms. we enjoyed lot. Cool atmosphere. Good staff. Privacy guaranteed.
We stayed for 2 nights in a two bedroom apartment. The rooms and toilets were kept clean. Only thing is they didn't provide plates, glasses, stove and utensils in the kitchen. Otherwise very good room at affordable price
Good service provided at a reasonable rate. Only thing to be noted was the mattress was bit old and rough, time to replace it.
Delicious food😋, they have good varities of dishes around. Service seems to be pretty good. Weekend seems to be full of guests.

Good food Good ambience. We had our lunch buffet at The Eatery. Starters, main course and desserts, all had good variety to choose from. I especially loved the Chinese platter and the desserts, fresh and light. I would definitely visit again.
The buffet lunch here was a total let down. Went to this place with high expectations . May be a bad day or something. Buffet spread was not that huge , it was very disappointing.
'The Eatery' is a okey okey restaurant... Expected alot more verity of dishes..verity of taste.. but disappointed. But the dishes they serves tastes GOOD. It has a good ambiance but even no receptionist were there even to guide from the entrance. Desserts items also were dissatisfied. But overall for the partying the Eatery is good.
Found The Eatery while searching for a spot to spend and evening with family. Went for the dinner buffet and was truly baffled. The spread was awesome. The salads, the slow cooked lamb leg, and exquisite desserts. Elegant ambience. Will recommend the Eatery to friend and family..
Deli is the lounge cafe at Four Points By Sheraton Kochi Infopark. A good place for quick bites. They serve delicious desserts and snacks. I have been here many time and love their food and service. They also have happy hours on displayed bakery products in the evening. Try this out. Recommended.
