Looking for a Sunday brunch place and found several recommendations for PANTJA. Lived up to the hype.

Ordered the Brisket Hash. Potato was served pave style which gave it a unique and crunchy texture VS. Normal hash. Bit the potato was just the support for the beef brisket which was excellent. Very tender and flavorful. Not too much fat. Really hit the spot for brunch.

Modern upbeat restaurant and bar in Senopati. The food and drink from start to finish was excellent, clean and full of flavour in every bite. Top marks!! Highly recommend letting the waiter order you a cocktail of their choosing after describing what flavours you like…… A big shout out to Fernando who served us, great service throughout and taste in cocktails!

Good place to chill and deliciously made healthy food. I got the chicken pita. Taste good. Recommend

Came in for dinner with a group of 10. Very friendly and nice, considering this is from a fancy area its kinda surprising lolz.

The food that I had, beef tenderloin, was good. I also tried my friends focacia and it was good as well. The price is on the pretty hefty side but maybe bc of the premium ingredients?

The food's good and the portion is pretty big. In all the food I ordered, they always put a chili chops. Overall good!

first time dinning at here and totally in love with the atmosphere, service and the food was great! Would definitely come back and try their other dishes

A simple cozy and nice place to chill out or even work.

A nice simple place to hangout. Music is good and customers get to sing and enjoy with friends. Staff is friendly and chill. Food prices are very reasonable too.

Delicious fusion food with very interesting vegetarian options. It works well for sharing, as it's served on platters with serving utensils.
Cocktail options are unique and nicely explained in the beautiful cocktail menu.
For wine by the glass, there is only one option for red and one for white - so the selection is limited.
Atmosphere is great - though with the music and being a cosy space, it can get a bit loud.

I rarely write reviews but when I do, it means one has done something right or just the opposite.
Despite the fact that food was really good – I can’t say the same for the host(ess).
I had a reservation at 4pm, an early dinner or a super late lunch for a heavily pregnant woman like myself.
My husband and I, along with my mom, arrived at around 3.50pm. Most people wouldn’t have lunch/dinner that late or that early, which means the restaurant was empty at the time. (I’m assuming they’d be pretty packed after 5.30pm).
She greeted us, and took us to our table. The initial table that was assigned to us was a table that’s in the middle of the restaurant. Which was fine if I wasn’t 8.5 months pregnant. And so I asked nicely if I could have the sofa seating – just to have more back support and not having to have my baby bump touch the table if I was seated in the middle.
She hesitated and didn’t look very keen to let us sit on the sofa seating. She kept saying how the table was booked for another reservation at 6pm, and mind you this was not even 4pm yet. So, 2 hrs was very generous for the 3 of us to order, wait, eat, and be done with it. These days I wouldn’t even think of chatting or sitting for too long. I just wanna have my meal and go home basically.
I used to be a restaurant host too back in the days where I was in college and freshly graduated. I know exactly what to do and how things run. I wrote this simply because I was just annoyed by the fact that:
1. We were still 2 hrs away until the next reservation arrived.
2. The restaurant was empty so it wasn’t really a hassle that I asked for a more comfortable seating.
3. It wasn’t such a big request that she had to hesitate.

I understand that there are rules that you have to follow, and that you are required to make the tables turn and such. But you have to be situational and see how those rules fit to your clients, who will certainly have different requirements or needs.
“Will it cater to their concerns/condition?”
“Will it be suitable for this type of customer?”

I guess that’s it 🤷
Food was amazing though.
We had truffle sliders, PFC (Pantja Fried Chicken – you could ask for non/spicy ones/mixed), lobster rolls, Korean short ribs (served with a bowl of steaming hot rice), broccolini, and Campanelle (which was the only thing that was quite underwhelming from everything else we ordered).

Variety of options to choose for your mala bowl! Soup is flavorful and just the level of spicyness i like. Would def come back

-There is live band on the first floor, the atmosphere is generally lively with good crowd.
-Beers are decently cheap for a pub setting like this.
-There is a second level that is enclosed and is air conditioned.
👎:
-The only serve beers here, no whisky no other alcoholic beverages.
-The first floor is full of people smoking. It gets very bad if you don't smoke. Air circulation is not the best here.

One of my favorite go to healthy food place in Jakarta. They have lots of vegetarian options. I enjoyed their cookies and healthy sugar free ice creams too. Their meals are healthy but tasted good not blah.

Came here on a Sunday night around 7pm and not too busy. The service was really good, the waiters were very attentive and make good conversation with us. They also offered us off-menu selections from the grill like lamb chop that we ordered, and it was the star of the dinner. It was juicy, tender, and flavorful. The fusilli was good, the brocollini was fresh and seasoned well. After the meal, they showed us the dessert menu but we wanted to order cocktail. Definitely good choice because people came here mainly for their cocktail. The menu is extensive and at reasonable price. Although the total bill is still considerably expensive for me, but it was worth the food, service, and atmosphere that we were getting.

More misses than hits with this popular spot in Senopati. My only favourite dish is the grilled octopus. The rest was pretty underwhelming in flavour. Some of them tasted underseasoned for me. Ingredients were fresh and cooked to perfection but nothing mindblowingly delicious. Tried the "Ryu take-over" cocktail and found it too sweet for my liking. Their usual cocktails fared much better in my opinion. When asked for cocktail recommendations based on the flavour profile I'm looking for, waiter kept shoving the seasonal cocktails and some random cocktail. Not sure if she has personally tried the cocktails herself but upon reading the menu, the cocktails she recommended didn't sound like they fit what I was looking for. Glad I went with my own orders. Would rate this overall dining experience 3.5/5 tbh considering the $$$ damage (IDR 1mil/pax).

I really enjoyed the spicy malatang set menu which came with free rice and a drink. As a student, the set menu was very affordable and tasty as well. The environment and staff were also very friendly. Thank you :)

Pleasantly surprised about the taste, quality, and presentation of the food. I ordered the brown rice porridge which was very filling and delicious. Drinks including coffee were also nice. Atmosphere was just okay, nothing too special. Come here for the food and the gluten free cookies sold on the side. Limited parking space though, as expected of restos in the Senopati area, so we resorted to valet service.

Wonder why they have 5.0 on Google review, so we try this resto. Superb service. Authentic mala stir fry & soup.. the owner said they were in Neo Soho (before pandemic). So.. that's why it tasted nostalgic.

This place is mostly for smoking but they also have non smoking room at 2nd floor/mezanine
The pak Yan fried rice was tasty and not too oily
The iced coffee was also good, still tasted the coffee and the milk in balance
The parking lot is enough for about 4 cars and some bikes.

When you have mala and shao kao together it's perfect, you can have spicy and savory taste in one place. The seasoning is really spot on. The spicy lover will be satisfied here.

Loved the atmosphere and service! They have 2nd floor too ^^ nice and comfy... I think we went here at least once a month since they open ^^

I dont usually write reviews, but I gotta say this is one of the best ma la tang i have eaten so far in Indonesia. Definitely a must go, the owner is incredibly nice.

Good place to have healthy food. They offer a live balance concept. I often come during lunch time. You can customize our own salads and meals, but we can choose a set from menu. Grab yourself with freshly made juices, smoothies, and sugar free ice creams.

Terra is a nice place for having healthy meal. Well, I don’t call it healthy, because it always depends on what you choose. I love every veggies they serve, such as kale, broccoli cheese, creamy spinach and especially the asparagus and mixed bell peppers with stinky beans (pete), those veggies are very well-seasoned.

is good, beet pasta is one of my favorites, and also love the mushrooms!
• Dory fish and grilled chicken 6/10,
I don’t really favor the taste. For me it’s just so-so.

the portion was quite big and well-balanced, but the I think the crispy spinach was over-seasoned as I tasted it too salty.

The one with beetroot and the green one are very refreshing, but they use small size glass.

Price wise, quite expensive compared to how they serve only small portions, well.. it’s Senopati 🤷🏿‍♀️. As for parking space, be careful you might not get any parking slot during dinner time or weekends. I parked quite far from that place and walked.

This is coffee heaven in the middle of hot wet market. Whenever you doesn't know what to choose outside, just go inside. Several meal and drinks will refresh your memory.

This place has several points to be improved.
1. The food, so pricy yet it tastes so average.
2. The beverage, too much ice inside of my coffee. I personally don't like it
3. The waiting time, alomst 1 hour we need to wait for our beverages. Thx god we didn't die of dehydration.

But the place is somewhat good, and it's unique. Not too crowded and satisfying for the discussion with friends. I like it so much.

Then my conclusion is, if the place wouldn't be that good, this place could get 1 star from me

Bangi Kopitiam has quite an extensive Asian food menu covering Indonesia, Malay, Singaporean & now they even have Thai food on the list. The main area in Sabang outlet is all-smoking so for non-smokers you could go upstairs to the small room with the window overlooking whole resto downstairs.

My favourite drinks here is Auntie Yew White Coffee - white coffee with condensed milk; just the right level of sweetness. For non-coffee drink I usually go for Iced Milk Tea with grass jelly; the grass jelly really goes well with milk tea, giving a refreshing taste & lovely chewiness in your mouth.

For a starter, I usually go for the dimsum - siomay/shrimp dumpling or deep-fried beancurd skin roll/deep-fried shrimp ball.
For the main course I mostly pick Fried Rice with Chicken Chop & Ipoh Curry Special Horfun. I tried their noodles several times & finally concluded I'd rather not have it anymore since it taste more like instant noodles.

One of the specialty here is Malacca Portuguese Toast, the brown toast bread with kaya & butter fillings - best to enjoy while it's hot. I also like the brown kaya hailam toast which comes in toast & steam options.

It's my hangout place. Of course I would rate it full

Taste : 4/5 most food tasted is quite good!
Menu : 4/5 many many types of dishes.
Price : 3/5 wide range, usually in the 35k range and above.
Atmosphere : 2/5 large smoking area downstairs, smallish (air conditioned) non smoking area above.
Parking : 3/5 standard side street parking
Recommended : Sop buntut bakar, it's 75k nut delicious and large portion.

No wonder this place is so crowded especially in weekend. Their dimsum are delicious, but but pricey, 25k for 3 piece per dimsum. Consodering the place is located very strategic it's still oke. Service from waiter is quite fast. Good.
