The service today was amazing ! I stopped coming to Panda Express because every time I would go they would forget a part of my order . I went today and to my surprise they were very organized ! Not only was my order spot on it was also hot and fresh !! Will definitely be returning soon !
Huge disappointment. Food is overpriced and not good at this particular location
I ordered today for collection. no one informed me that part of my order was no longer available. they gave me a order and closed the window. Bag was sealed so that I couldn't open it in the car. When I got home, it turned out that half of my order was missing.

Do they have security at Walmart but those guys there they don't do the security for the parking lot over there that is pretty much push all the criminals out of the Walmart parking lot area over to the Chinese and the Mexican restaurant area . That's what makes it difficult to go inside to get food.

Always my go-to restaurants in Fayetteville for Thai. The location is in South Fay, which is a fun experience in itself. The server was having a weird night, I'm guessing. Order was messed up and he wasn't happy we were there. Came in a hour before closing but people also still had menus. This was my first bad experience there and I've gone plenty of times.
They are racist. My family and I came here hungry and ready to eat. We walked in and there was one lady in line, we patiently waited while she,like us, saw the various options and didn’t quite know what to decide as an option on her plate. She ask for a sample(no biggie) she eventually made her decision and moved forward to the register, we move to the counter to select our tray options and food choices. I, still not really sure what exactly I wanted as my other meat option, asked for a sample. Crazy thing is, I was told by the worker that samples were not allowed, she could not give me a sample. I stand there completely astounded because I just saw with my very eyes the sweet looking white woman ask and receive a sample with no conflict, just a “here you are ma’am” as she headed her the black pepper chicken with a smile. Now, not even 2 minutes later the company has suddenly change and are implementing a no sample policy. Smh listen, I won’t say the whole place is racist but that girl definitely was. That was so uncalled for. We left and won’t be going back
Horrid business practices. Food would be good if you got the full order you paid for, but of course they would rather lose a loyal customer rather than admit they got the order wrong. It's not even the first time, but usually i just deal with it because I forget things too, it happens. But here it happens a lot and i live too far away to keep coming back when they screw up. Then they blame the customer as if they are trying to steal the chicken fried rice and just want go back to get more without paying. I'm sorry but your chicken fried rice is not worth driving a half hour to get twice.. if I was going to act like something was missing from the order, it would have been something better and more expensive than your chicken fried rice. They were extremely rude and very stubborn, didn't apologize for screwing up. After they gave me an attitude and acted loke i was lying, i asked for the $10 tip to be returned to me and they refused. When my husband called, the man threatened to harm him after my husband voiced his opinion on their so called "service". You lost a long time customer that actually tipped well and was kind, I hope the chicken fried rice and your pride was worth it. Good luck keeping customers with that attitude, because I sure won't be returning when I know I'll only continue to recieve service like that. Someone else will be more than happy to recieve my business because it's clear that this business doesn't value their customers or care to keep their business.
Love the Thai atmosphere but food is disappointing. Beef tastes like it's been in freezer for a long time... Potato tastes weird... Spend almost $60 for a group of 2 after tip wasn't expected.

They have the best Asian food around the East side of Fayetteville! Flavor, portions, price, & wait time are ALL ABSOLUTELY GREAT! Their clear soup is hands down the BEST I've ever had & I can feed my family of 7 with 3 combo meals 🤘🤘

So the food is really good but my issue is the horrible customer service! The old lady that’s always there is extremely rude and I placed a order today (call in) and waited in line for 15 minutes so then I went to simply let her know I’m here and in line (because she called my name) this lady response was I heard you (but she purposely ignored me )but you have to wait and I told her of course I do! She goes on to be nice nasty to others rolling her eyes at people and just over all a nasty acting person and had a never to have a half holy half hood shirt on 🙄 lady you are just straight mean (100%)! Oh and another thing she treated her white customers (it was about 4 in front of us) really nice 👀 And made them ordering a priority but once it was finally my daughter and I turn (yes my 10 year old was with me smh) they prioritize making sure everyone else had they stuff (the old mean lady ordered the guy at the counter to do that 👀) he apologized for the wait and we finally paid and left! The entire situation rubbed me wrong on different levels but the great thing was I turned it into a dialogue with my daughter about how nasty people can be and how you can handle things properly and also why never to spend another dime in a place that mistreats you because they are not worth it! I will definitely not be coming back 👌🏾!
The food was absolutely delicious, and the portions were generous. I took off one star because of the bathrooms. They are in an outside hallway and don't seem to have any climate control. I could have overlooked that, but they were dirty.
Relaxed, hole-in-the-wall feel, authentic taste and best service in Fayetteville. My wife and I loved it and will be returning and recommending! Best miso soup I've had. Pork katsu, sushi, and sashimi were all fresh and incredible. The green tea was so good too.

You guys really need to hire people with actual brain cells. When I order and pay for a family meal with veggie rolls, I expect a family meal with veggie rolls. Is your job really so difficult that you can't make sure a customer's order is sent out correctly? I live too far to be able to go back to your restaurant and get my ENTIRE order. So, I guess Merry Damn Christmas and you're welcome for the free money.
Service was no problem. Food was ready when I arrived. However, my 7 year old granddaughter found a piece of rubber band in her fried rice; which was also greasy. The Tum Yum soup was too salty. I notified them about the rubber band and they were very apologetic and offered to remake the rice, but I declined.
Idk what happen to this place food wise it has went downhill a goodbit the lo-mein noodles use to be good now they look pitiful and like plain spaghetti noodles most the time when with food. The thai seasoning use to be on point now most plates I order are hardly seasoned to the correct spice level. Usually not enough you have to get a hot if u want a medium. I've been coming here since a child and I'm a grown man with children of my own and I still come here but the service and food has changed drastically.
I have never had a bad experience here sometimes the week's are long but the food is well worth it a little bit pricey but again well worth it

Just ordered one lunch special, they had me waiting 45 mins when my order came out 30 mins before. It was sitting there getting cold while I waited staring at them, waiting for them to call my order while they called up people who order long after mine.and when I finally had enough and demanded to know what was going on the girl at the register just shrugged and said she was sorry in a very dismissive and disingenuous tone. Food was cold by the time I got to eat it. It was such an infuriating experience I will never be going back and I ordered food from there at least once a week
Pud Thai noodles with chicken and shrimp mild with no peanuts on the side was delicious. I got this for my lady but after seeing how good it looked and smelled I had to try the noodles at least and delicious oh so delicious. If you’re vegan just say no meat and you’ll love this one . Highly recommend Asian cuisine.
I have always loved this place since I first found out about them! I always come here for sushi! I have not been here in a while and I believe they got some things on my order wrong. I ordered a spider roll because of crab (soft). It doesn’t taste like crab…more like chicken for the Mexican roll. I ordered a yellowtail roll and got an Alaskan roll. Don’t get me wrong, I have tried both rolls, but they were not to my liking. I will still come back because I love their food. It was probably just a mix up. It happens. I should have checked. Didn’t think I had to because they were ALWAYS correct.
Love this place! The Basil spring rolls reek of basil and the fried spring rolls are the best in Fayetteville that I've tried. We normally do takeout for here, the website works really well and they package the food really well so there is no leakage on the way home.
We got carry out last night, the beef fried rice and California roll is fantastic!!! Ordered extra spicy Mayo to go with it and it was delicious! Highly recommend this place.
Pickin up they give u bigger shrimp but only 5 of them were in the plate

I frequently come here. This is my Asian restaurant of choice since being here in Fayetteville.

The waitress Mel was super friendly, it was slow but she took very good care of my table, pointed out a few menu items we might like after discussing flavors and whatnot, she really knew the menu. The food was really flavorful and filling, and I loved the option to sit outside, might be taking the porch next time I eat here.

The food is always incredible and has been for years. If you go ABSOLUTELY make sure to get the braised pork belly appetizer. It is one of the best dishes I have had anywhere in my entire life. I also highly recommend the green goddess roll and the smoked cash roll. They are incredible paired together but also great separately. Service is always good!
While the restaurant is beautiful and staff was kind it's hard to call it good when the food leaves something to be desired. At $22 I was expecting better than what I received. The Pad Thai was very bland and covered in a thick, gritty textured sauce. It wasn't bad per say, but I've had much better pad thai from much cheaper places. I usually have no trouble finishing a plate but I have about half my order left with no want to finish it.
I called in to ordered a Lo mein party tray, it was so good and it was ready in 10 minutes. Price is very affordable. 100% will be back.
As far as strip mall Chinese goes it was okay. I got the sweet and sour chicken lunch special that came with fried rice ($8) Also got an order of crab rangoon. I didn’t eat the fried rice and finished half the other stuff. Tbh I would have never picked this place but my friend wanted to give it a go. The folks working here were nice though!
Absolutely not! The chicken fried rice is a hard pass. Lacked any kind of Asian flavor, but had a mild taste of soap. My husband had to use several packs of soy sauce for it to be edible. I refused! I ate four spoonfuls and packed it up. I don't usually leave reviews unless I feel strongly. This is my attempt to warn others.
Freshly prepared pineapple fried rice! It was delicious and we will be back next time we are in town!

I tried steamed dumplings 🥟 oh, it was amazing 🤩 spring peach water 🍹 it's so delicious 😋 and I had problems with seafood ramen soup 🍲 it was so salty and had a strong strange (extraneous) taste that for the first time I couldn't eat the meal at all, but the waitress was kind, and without any problems, I replaced it with a sunset sushi roll, and this time it was really delicious (very interesting taste 👅).
I will definitely come back, as this is a wonderful place!

I can't say anything except that it's that good. I have not been disappointed in anything I've tried. I love their menu and their service. I have so many favorites from the papaya salad, spring rolls, fresh rolls, noodles, cury... I can go on. When I crave Thai food. This is the best in town.
If I could give 6 stars, I would. The food here is in a league of its own. The panang curry here was life-changing - and I've had panang curry before. The other offerings on the menu are all similarly amazing - like the pineapple fried rice, with its sweet savoriness, and melt-in-your-mouth sauteed slices of tomato. Service is very fast and even friendlier. I have to come back here.
I got a lunch special chicken pad Thai. It was phenomenal to say the least and probably the best pad Thai I have ever had. The price was unreal for a massive plate of food, a drink, and two spring rolls. Overall I’d say that it was a great experience. If you’re reading this you need to try their food.
They used to be better, but they kept increasing their prices. It $21 for a simple fried rice and steak now. Plus the rice barely has any veggies in it.

Don't know what happened, but both dinners were way over salted, didn't have much flavor and one was swimming in soy sauce.
Even the egg rolls tasted like they came out of the frozen food section of a food lion.
To each his own I recon, place seemed busy enough but I won't be back.

Food was super fast and good! Only downside was they only give you one cup of sriracha, even it’s for a different person. But the girl that took our order was super nice and helpful!

I go here often, I can't get enough it's so delicious... the portions are very generous also... I love there Thai tea... you can choose your spice level and if you choose no spice they will bring you some chili pepper powder that u can add to your liking!!!

It began promising and ended poorly. Nice atmosphere, pleasant staff, good sweet tea, yummy salad, and miso soup. That's where the promise ended. Everything on the dinner plate was tepid at best. 6 tepid shrimp, steak was nothing like Shoguns or Kobe's. For the price, you get a lot more at the other 2 places than here and better tasting. To top it off, husband and I both were running to the toilet afterwards. We both had shrimp teriyaki. Wanted to like it. Wanted to so bad.

It is very hard for me to get impressed in a restaurant, but this one did impress me.
The meal in a hot stone plate is somewhat else, something I never tried before. The meal remains hot for hours, you can taste the same bite you tasted at the beginning any time even after an hour of serving the plate.
I will go again for sure. The staff is amazing, you get your food served and they leave you alone, my best type of staff 😀

Always always an incredible experience. Lovely attentive staff, fast service, and delicious food. Best Thai I have found in Fayetteville. And their Chinese is amazing too! A few of our favorites are pad thai, thai basil, general tso chicken, and cheese wontons!
The meal made me sick. So sick I fasted. That is why I gave the food one star. It was average tasting. Nothing memorable about the meal, but the service I will not forget. The waiter berated me for putting the sweet and sour sauce container on the plate after I finish my average tasting meal. I guess I am the only person that stackes empty plates, bowls, etc thinking it helps. I will never go to that place and I will tell all my friends to avoid eating there.
The atmosphere was great and was nicely decorated. The sushi was also good but the main entrees weren’t the best in our opinion. The steak was very small compared to what we are used to and the fried rice had a ton of carrots in it which made it taste more like carrot than fried rice. It was okay and we are glad that we finally got to try it after driving by so many times but it just wasn’t for us. We prefer Kobe steakhouse.

Stopped in for a quick lunch and was very pleased. I ordered the fresh Thai rolls and the drunken noodle mild. All of the ingredients in the rolls were fresh and flavorful - as was the dipping sauce. The drunken noodles were fresh and flavorful. It was also a nice sized portion so I took leftovers that were enough for a lunch the next day.

A great place lunch. Was not to busy and the service was great. I'm a fan of Thai Basil and ordered it with chicken and 3 stars. The heat did not disappoint but the chicken was dry and overcooked. Vegetables were fresh.
I've been trying all the local Thai food spots and I think I've finally found one that I will become a regular at. This food is so good. I loved the spice level. Every bite was so full of flavor. This place is definitely one of those shopping center gems. The lady at the front counter was nice and patient with me asking questions. I'll definitely be back soon.
I grew up on Thai Pepper. Been a loyal customer since 1994 and when I found out the owner retired and her brother took overI knew the restaurant was in good hands. Great customer service, quality food, clean establishment with affordable prices. Thank you for continuing to serve the community
Order through door dash, I ordered a Thai coffee and green curry. Thai coffee was great however the green curry is super water down.. it’s not a traditional curry so I would recommend going somewhere else. When I received my order, the bottom half of the container was just filled with water.
This was a very nice experience. The food was very good and the service was excellent. They have a buy 3 and get 1 free roll and nigiri deal which is nice. And, their specialty rolls are 10-15 bucks, generally. The sashimi was fresh and the miso was delicious. My brother got the teriyaki salmon and really enjoyed it. We will definitely be back.

I literally ate two plates and forgot to take pics so I took a picture of my moms plate but I tasted everything in the picture 😂. Everything was fresh and delicious. The service was good as well. The price for the 3 of us on a Sunday was less than $50 so not too bad.

My wife and I just ordered dinner and oh my goodness.. so freaking good! We got general tso chicken and shrimp fried rice, fried chicken wings and vegetable lo mein as well as the hot and sour soup with wontons. When I tell you everything was amazing! So so impressed and is my go to from here on out.
So so so good. The ambiance was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the service was superb. My husband got Yaki Udon and I got the build your own Ramen. The side of fried rice was some of the best we have ever had. You must come.

We agreed we both could’ve gone up one more spice level. The Pad Thai lunch comes with 2 spring rolls and we ordered an appetizer of pork dumplings. Portion size is substantial. I ate all mine and was definitely too full. My wife had enough for left-overs for a light dinner.

Had the drunken noodles, it was about 18$ for the bowl, and 3.50 for the soda. ive been here before with friends, and usually good here but the quality has gone down with it alot as of late. The portion for it was sizable but the sauce wasn't as good as it was. Overall it had a lackluster flavor. Cilantro was also a strange choice in it as well.
My friends got sushi that was nearly the same price at around 17$, and the portions were pretty small for the price.

Franchise restaurants are popular because you know what to expect when you arrive. This location and chain store is no exception. I enjoyed orange chicken over fried rice and knew exactly what it was going to taste like before I ordered. Friendly, helpful service and free fountain drink refills made this a quick and delicious lunch break.
Day 2 of exploring Thai cuisine in Fayetteville. Pleasantly surprised at this restaurant with a very tasty beef Pad Thai. Green onions really came out in this dish. I still like to add a bit of lime juice to my dish which wasn't in my takeout order.

I really enjoyed the Chicken Katsu that I ordered and the soft shell crab tacos are delicious! The service was a little slow but they were playing Princess Mononoke above the bar so that was a plus! They have really good cocktails too. The interior is a little fancy but they don't have a dress code so the atmosphere is still relaxing. The food is absolutely worth the price!
2nd time here. We planned to have the buffet like the 1st time, sadly it's only for Friday and Sunday now. But we still enjoyed our food. Everything was tasty and the server/s are very accommodating. We'll be back for sure.
I’m gonna be honest, the quality of this Panda Express has went downhill over the years. One: they don’t fill up the orders like they used to. Now they are filling them half way now, which mind you is a family feast which is over $40 of food to feed at least 6 people. Two: they no longer pay attention on putting everything you ordered, I already received a few orders with missing boxes and they still charge me for them. I live about 45 minutes away from the nearest Panda Express and I can’t drive back to complain to them for a refund of the food they haven’t put. Three: we always order through the app and when it’s time to pickup our order it’s never made and we have to wait more for the food to be made. What is the point waiting for the order to be prepared and picked up (which is about 15-30 minutes), go to the store and they tell you that it’s not even ready and that you have to wait another 15-30 minutes to make more of the entrees.
So delicious and fast friendly service. These guys are the real deal authentic , fresh food. This spot definitely became one of my regulars .💯
I can’t say enough about this place! So delicious! We tried the Thai Tea, the cheese Wonton, the lunch chicken pad Thai, lunch chicken Thai fried rice, pork red curry and the Tom kha! Y’all!! Delicious!!!! Best Thai i e had in forever! Come check them out!! You won’t be disappointed!!
My first time ordering from Panda Express. We placed an order online for pickup. First disappointment: There is not a large menu to choose from. We ordered 7 plates at 8:30pm. The system said the order would be ready at 9pm. We arrived at about 9:05pm. Next disappointment: The order was not ready when we arrived. They said they were waiting on the chicken to cook. Third disappointment: Another couple arrived after us and got their food first. And all 15 cars going through the drive through got their orders in a timely manner. Fourth disappointment: At about 9:30pm they brought 6 plates... missing one.. we had to tell them there was a plate missing... now a longer wait. Fifth disappointment: Three of us came to pick up the order so the manager on duty only offered 3 drinks for the wait. Finally ready to go at 9:40pm and a 15 minute drive home.. So from time the order was placed to walk out the door with the food was an hour and ten minutes. But wait... a sixth disappointment... one plate was not made correctly. It did not have what was ordered. And because of the long wait the food that was prepared early was not hot. I am not impressed.
Cannot say enough about how wonderful our experiences with Sakura have been over the years! The food and the service is tops. The staff go above and beyond to make your little ones happy. My daughter and her friends really enjoy watching their sushi preparation and the chefs are happy to entertain. When the owner found out it was my daughter's 7th Birthday yesterday and she chose to eat here for dinner, they put her sushi on a boat and surprised her with a special dessert to share which was super delicious and super thoughtful! The prices are fair and they almost always have a deal going on such as buy 3 get 1 free on sushi rolls. I highly recommend visiting and enjoying their service and hospitality first hand!

I normally don’t do reviews but this place was way to good not to do a review on. All of the food we ordered came very quickly. The sushi was incredibly fresh. And the food was very good. The selection is great if you want sushi or if you want more traditional Chinese food. I would highly recommend this place.
Great little quick lunch spot. The sushi is high-quality and well done. The hibachi chicken has great flavor. The bento boxes are amazing. Service is friendly and fast and the prices are incredible for the portion size. Wonderful addition to Airport Plaza and the Mexican restaurant next-door is also a find.
Family owned and operated Thai restaurant. Atmosphere is relaxing and decor adds some authenticity. The menu selection is good and the service is attentive. There is outdoor seating if the weather is good. Thai tea hits the spot everytime. If you haven't tried Thai food, then branch out and give this place a try!
Some of the best sushi you can get in Fayetteville. Portions are large and well prepared. All the gradients taste fresh with no aftertaste. All the sushi made fresh to order no premade sushi in this restaurant
We love Boonma! We are frequent flyers now and the sweet lady that works the front knows our orders by heart. Always a friendly atmosphere and the food never disappoints.

I've been a customer here for nearly 8 years and it's only gotten better with time. I really like just about everything. No complaints! Best Thai food in Fayetteville with fast and friendly service. I love the Pad See Ewe, the beef and cucumber salad, the basil spring rolls. I wish I had the money to eat lunch and dinner here every day! Talented kitchen with well balanced recepies. Thai food is best spicy, so their medium is definitely on the hot side, but perfect for my tastes. Great place to have a relaxing lunch or dinner. Good atmosphere and great food!
Delicious food for a good price and great service. The food is so colorful and tastes just as lovely. Many regulars frequent this restaurant because they know how good the food is. Yes there are only a few tables but whether you eat in or dine out the food will not disappoint.
