Panda Express

The service today was amazing ! I stopped coming to Panda Express because every time I would go they would forget a part of my order . I went today and to my surprise they were very organized ! Not only was my order spot on it was also hot and fresh !! Will definitely be returning soon !

Huge disappointment. Food is overpriced and not good at this particular location

I ordered today for collection. no one informed me that part of my order was no longer available. they gave me a order and closed the window. Bag was sealed so that I couldn't open it in the car. When I got home, it turned out that half of my order was missing.

They are racist. My family and I came here hungry and ready to eat. We walked in and there was one lady in line, we patiently waited while she,like us, saw the various options and didn’t quite know what to decide as an option on her plate. She ask for a sample(no biggie) she eventually made her decision and moved forward to the register, we move to the counter to select our tray options and food choices. I, still not really sure what exactly I wanted as my other meat option, asked for a sample. Crazy thing is, I was told by the worker that samples were not allowed, she could not give me a sample. I stand there completely astounded because I just saw with my very eyes the sweet looking white woman ask and receive a sample with no conflict, just a “here you are ma’am” as she headed her the black pepper chicken with a smile. Now, not even 2 minutes later the company has suddenly change and are implementing a no sample policy. Smh listen, I won’t say the whole place is racist but that girl definitely was. That was so uncalled for. We left and won’t be going back

You guys really need to hire people with actual brain cells. When I order and pay for a family meal with veggie rolls, I expect a family meal with veggie rolls. Is your job really so difficult that you can't make sure a customer's order is sent out correctly? I live too far to be able to go back to your restaurant and get my ENTIRE order. So, I guess Merry Damn Christmas and you're welcome for the free money.

Franchise restaurants are popular because you know what to expect when you arrive. This location and chain store is no exception. I enjoyed orange chicken over fried rice and knew exactly what it was going to taste like before I ordered. Friendly, helpful service and free fountain drink refills made this a quick and delicious lunch break.

I’m gonna be honest, the quality of this Panda Express has went downhill over the years. One: they don’t fill up the orders like they used to. Now they are filling them half way now, which mind you is a family feast which is over $40 of food to feed at least 6 people. Two: they no longer pay attention on putting everything you ordered, I already received a few orders with missing boxes and they still charge me for them. I live about 45 minutes away from the nearest Panda Express and I can’t drive back to complain to them for a refund of the food they haven’t put. Three: we always order through the app and when it’s time to pickup our order it’s never made and we have to wait more for the food to be made. What is the point waiting for the order to be prepared and picked up (which is about 15-30 minutes), go to the store and they tell you that it’s not even ready and that you have to wait another 15-30 minutes to make more of the entrees.
