Best Turkish eggs I've ever had!!!
I love their lunch menu, always fresh and tasty.
My only complaint was my potato pancake was literally soaked in oil, I couldn't even finish it it was basically a sponge. Besides that the atmosphere, flavor and easy ordering was good. Maybe get something else that won't be like drinking oil

The place has lost his charm. We ate here ten years ago when you could see the old ladies purring your soup out of the huge pots, and it was delicious. The place was crowded with local. Now it has the atmosphere of cold Macdonald resturant and the food is not good (oily pirugies and industrial salads). I think that for authentic place you have to search far from the touristic zone :(

A really nice place! I’m happy we stopped by for breakfast. The place is very cozy and pretty busy - you may not get the table right away as it crowds up fast.

I’ve been visiting gallery a lot, but even not imagine that such wonderful place could be hidden on the second floor.

The other reviews must be spam, this place was great. Sadly pretty empty on a Thursday night whereas nearby places were busier, perhaps due to the other negative reviews. Food was delicious, we have the dumplings to start and then I had the rabbit and my son had the sausages. All food was great quality and service was prompt but not rushed.
As for other reviews, jmyes they add 10% for service but that is clearly stated on the menu. We had no "hidden charges" and prices were generally lower than nearby restaurants . Certainly no crazy man in red shoes that other mentioned. People are either getting the wrong place or there has been some other major change. This doesn't deserve the abuse it is getting from others.

A restaurant with a summer terrace in the center of the city. Please, note that the summer terrace is a bit away from the restaurant itself, you can’t immediately tell that it’s the same place. It takes a while to wait as it seems that the restaurant is understaffed. The food was ok, the hash browns were a bit burnt.

Chanced upon this spot while searching for cafes. No regrets. The cauliflower soup was probably the best I’ve ever had. The quesadilla was delicious as well, and filling. The staff were pretty attentive and approachable too. Definitely worth visiting.
Great cheap food. For the price it was good and you can select exactly what you want (main, sides, dessert). Apparently these milk bars are subsidized so the prices are cheaper than standalone restaurants.

Wonderful place to eat, drink and enjoy the old square. We had the zurek soup which was lovely and served in a bread bowl, also the salmon and the chicken salads which were both lovely. The waiter was very nice and always asking how the food was and attentive to when we were ready for service. Top quality all round.
Customers wait for 40 mins for their orders to arrive including tea and coffee. Very unprofessional/incompetent staff. We waited for 30 mins and after receiving no attention had to leave. Do not recommend.
Stopped here this morning for some breakfast. It was such a beautiful morning that we had to dine al fresco. We were attended to quickly by our server. I ordered an iced latte and Tuekish Eggs. Everything came out as described on the menu and tasted amazing and fresh. Will definitely stop by for lunch next time!

A relatively quiet restaurant very close to the Warsaw plaza, with a small but very tasty selection of mostly traditional polish dishes. The service and food were excellent. Given its location it is also quite inexpensive. This is a clear recommendation for anyone who doesn't specifically require vegetarian options (of which there are little).
One of the greatest places in Warsaw, great food great atmosphere and great people. On Wednesdays you can feel like in 60s New York City because of jazz jams sessions

This place is great. Loved the private seating for 6. Food was classic Polish Food and awesome! Very authentic!
We have been frequenting this restaurant for many years. I would have given it a strong 4* rating in years past, but when we went this year the service was awful. I don't remember it ever being so bad.The young ladies in particular were rude and lazy. One of them has worked there since we first started visiting. It didn't seem she remembered us. They didn't appear to care we were regular customers. We began our dining with clearing our own table of dirty leftovers, with no display of any appreciation from the staff. We proceeded to wait at least 10 minutes for a menu, the waitresses occasionally glancing at us, so they knew we were waiting.The restaurant wasn't even busy. When it didn't arrive, I walked up to the "service" desk to find a group of them standing there chatting, the waitress with her back to me. They looked annoyed to find a customer speaking to them, asking to see the menu. Imagine that - a customer expecting to see a menu! Silly customer. I've heard of energy saving policies, not realizing it applied to their level of enthusiasm. They looked utterly disinterested in their roles. Unfortunately, the concluding payment didn't lift the experience. It would have been the ideal opportunity to show their refinement and elegance, offering an apology and an explanation, maybe a few mints and free coffee. Sadly, their final remarks were disappointing. Grinning at being told of our displeasure; something disturbingly spiteful about that. Perhaps our nationality wasn't welcome? Not exactly the epitome of a genuinely concerned and honest character. The food here is nice, but it's not worth putting up with that kind of service. We won't return in a hurry.
A superb jazz venue, very well placed, with an efficient bar and a small canteen-style restaurant. The concerts are talented, but the concert hall, small and with a certain charm, is unfortunately unbreathable and becomes a cauldron in summer! Tables and seats are also poorly organized, but we congratulate this enlightened amateurism on the initiative :) Great potential with a little organization...

Excellent place to try polish food. It's a canteen, so the food is simple but feels like traditional home cooking. The price is amazing, we got 3 vegetarian dishes and a side for £10. The kiosk screen also has an English setting.
Only downside is that we were too full from the main food so we couldn't order some pancakes for dessert.

You can tell this place is loved by locals. It’s crowded all the time! Food is delicious and cheap. If you visit Warsaw, mleczny bar is a must go to taste local kitchen. This place is the one you should go to.

Used to be a good place 3-4 years ago but recently the service quality just dropped to 0. Standing in line for 30-40 minutes just to get 1 drink and after that getting informed that the basic cocktail cannot be made. I understand you can be missing some of the ingredients, but at least offer some alternative for that and not just ignore your customer. Not coming back
A place needs to pay more attention to reminding their customers to control the volume at night. Their customers often start to make loud noises on the public street in front of the club late at night (0 o'clock) which greatly affects the rest of the people living around.

Bad service - starting from communication, ending with the most important thing - serving food and drinks. When placing an order for 4 persons (4 dishes, 2 coffees, 1 tea), no one informed about us about the waiting time (if place is heavy loaded with orders - it would be good be warned about it, because the place was not full of the customers). Food was brought to one person pretty fast, but to question about drinks the answer was: you have to wait 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, the rest of the food was brought, but not the drinks. You could understand from the employee that every request is like a burden to him. After we had eaten the breakfast and waited patiently for drinks for 40 minutes, a repeated question about drinks was followed by an answer - 5 more minutes. Well, when the hour had already passed and we still didn't get the drinks, we gave up, listened to the employees' complaints about the heavy workload, got a refund and left. The staff of the breakfast cafe should understand that in the morning - coffee/tea is top priority not just a nice thing to have. Motivated, happy employees = happy, satisfied customers. Management, please take care of your employees, that will pay you off.

We were sitting at the terrace waiting for service and my friend wanted to go to toilet and she was asked to pay 1 euro. Because she doesn't speak very good English, I went to see if it was a misunderstanding, and the waiters confirmed that we have to pay for using the toilet even as customers. The worst is that on the toilet door it was written on Polish that toilet is free for customers. So you only have to pay if you're not Polish!

I got the pork neck but the meat wasn’t to my liking. Not sure if the meat wasn’t properly cooked? There’s a gamey taste and the fats were too excessive for me.

Beautiful interior and cool jazz concerts, but the service is so awful I’d rather go to see the band in other city than come here. The unfriendliness and stiffness coming from the people at the bar are sucking all the joy out of this place

I highly recommend this place to everybody! If you are looking for an entertainment on the highest international level like in Dubai, Ibiza or Marbella you have to visit Chaton Warsaw!
Used to come here as a student. Its know gay friendly place but mostly EVERYONE friendly. Always fantastic atmosphere and delicious food.
Place is overall fine. As a event organiser, not good support as a technician side and even wifi. They gave the wifi details which doesn't works. Lights are enough but program for light was not available, I don't know why. Better prepare by ourselves everything else.

We visited this restaurant early evening. We were attracted to it as the outdoor area was busy. It was soon evident that that was because of a large drinking party of young men. We had checked the outdoor menu, when we ordered We found, for some dishes, the prices on the table menu were higher. The service was slow and slightly unfriendly (different to everywhere else we had visited). The steak was not cooked as as ordered, varying from well done to rare. The young men were frequently topped up with beer and shots and it became so unpleasantly noisy that we decided to go elsewhere for dessert. Upon paying we found the four small fried potato slices cost £5 per portion. When we queried why they were extra and the price we were told dismissively that its the same in London. Recommend do not visit unless you're just out for a drink.

Great restaurant with very tasteful decor and very tasty food. We ordered mushroom soup, breaded chicken fillet, baked salmon and rabbit stew and we love anything. I even loved the salad and mush potato that came with the dishes. As it’s a street from the mermaid square it’s less crowded. I also think it’s great value for money. Only 1 high hair in the restaurant
Great place in the city center of Warsaw! Good sound system and quite big capacity. Additional there is another club above Piekło nad Niebem which is even better and more magical!

I think this is my first one star review. I couldn‘t do anything different when tonight I saw four employees behind the Icecream frigdge washing spoons or walking back to me, even though they saw me. Some owner/manager should take some actions cause I think it shouldnt be the first time it happens. Afterwards I ordered an Espresso to a blond waitress and she did her job properly.
This is one of my favorite places in Warsaw for so many reasons! First and foremost - the dancers and entertaining shows are world class! From dance group ensembles to special acts from Ibiza and Barcelona - there’s always some fresh and new exciting show! Next is the food! 🤤 A delicious fusion of Polish culinary specialties with an international twist 👌🏾✨ And lastly - the location itself! 😱 3 floors decked with bare, restaurants, stages, and state of the art screens that altogether create an insanely exhilarating experience! I could come here every week and love bringing my friends because it’s just that wonderful everytime! ❤️

Was expecting to be disappointed by an over expensive place with terrible service - and it wasn't the case at all! While slightly more expensive than standard places, it is totally worth the price. Each of the food menu option was appetizing, and the fish we chose was amazing from the entry to the dessert, including a tasty soup and a ravishing main dish. Drinks options are fine - the cheapest wine is actually a great one, which shows how good the whole selection is - and service was great, pleasant and not trying to push anyone to spend more than they should. The show was great, can't wait to see their next creations! Only minus: they could be just the best cabaret in town, but as they try to also be a club, their policy of table reservation is messy and leaves you with a bad impression. If you don't pay extra they ask you to leave table after dinner, for no real reason as the other clubs are anyway a favorite option for most guests. In any case, was a great evening and will be back for more)

Fragola usually is great and serves some of the best ice-cream in town. The issue I have recently is that whenever we take out a big box we have to be lucky who's working at the counter. If it's the guy who I assume is the owner you get 900g+ of ice cream in a big box. For others the worst case scenario so far was 700g in the same box size. They all get the same instructions (seen that personally) still the content fluctuates by more than 20% at a constant price and containment size. This is a pitty because otherwise the place would be great.
Sometimes I go to Fragola when I feel like it. I really enjoy the food there and also atmosphere. My favorite dish there is parpadelle con pollo, meals are big and not expensive. I prefer this restaurant the most.

I've been to Top clubs in Barcelona, I've been to Marbella, I've been to Ibiza, Miami and Dubai. We have finally created international world in Foksal 19. The best entertainment in Warsaw and Poland !!!!❤️🔝🍾
No nonsense food, quick service as food was ready to good, handy for a work lunch. Clean tables and environment. You can take out too. If you just have mash potate and coleslaw it was 8zl you can't go wrong. The coleslaw choice was good and tasty and not full of mayonnaise or over oiled. Will come again to try other items. Clean toilet downstairs. They sell quality honey in glass jars. Boxes of tissues on tables. Been here a few times already.

The restaurant is NOT accessible for normal visitors! You have to buy a museum ticket to see the menu. Crazy!
As soon as you enter the building, a man (allegedly security. In Corona times, getting so close to someone that you can smell your bad breath is outrageous, by the way) tells you that this area is only accessible to people who have a museum card.
He couldn't explain to me why there was a sign in front of the door inviting us to the restaurant. Except that the corridor you have to cross is part of the museum and you are not allowed to enter it without a ticket. Unfortunately, the menu is in the hallway and not in front of the building, so you can't even find out what you could dine at this supposedly illustrious place.
Even a call to the restaurant management to clarify the matter somehow meaningfully led nowhere. Apparently, the EMPLOYED management there seems to believe that they are kings ruling over a mini-empire because they were allowed to open a cheap food shack in the wing of the castle.
I will recommend any tourist to avoid this place as there are dozens of nicer places in the area where you will be welcomed like a valued guest.

Ich werde jedem Touristen empfehlen diesen Ort zu meiden, denn es gibt in der Gegend zig angenehmere Lokale, wo man wie ein geschätzter Gast willkommengeheißen wird.

Was surprised to read negative reviews after I had eaten there. Both my friend and I had great food while taking in the ambiance of the square, complete with street artists (although the accordion player was rubbish)!
Had traditional Polish dish dishes including pig knuckle pictured.
Service was fine - although the waiter couldn’t smile (think that may be a Warsaw thing)!…

It was not full and I ordered the soup and it was great. I will recommend trying the place and having good prices. I see a few reviews of some kind of tax being charged. Just watch out for it. We paid the total price of what was in the menu already posted. No complaints from my end, please go and enjoy this Restaurant

This place has high quality food, drinks and desserts. However this high price point makes it that the wait staff are rude, dismissive and seemingly intentional with the level of anger they express to customers I saw. I left after seeing this as a pattern from multiple serving staff.

First thing I saw was girl with huge smile. After that was a lot of good and nice suggestions. Asparagus was missing some salt 🧂 and eggs too, but English breakfast was great with enough salt and garden is really amazing. It would be perfect if the ordering is from the table not at the cash register, at least I would not need to go again to leave a tip on the end. Somehow I'm not huge fun of that way of ordering.
First thing that come to my mind is value for money. Meals are cheap and portions are not so big, but everything is fresh and tasty. There is no service and you have to do a bit more, but in the same time you can seat next to someone cool and famous. This place is with typical Polish food and for everyone. Keeps the spirit of old times.

Upd: desserts are really tasty, but couldn't say it about normal dishes.
Today was a seasonal soup (don't recommend) and beetroot burger 🍔 (it thought it would be better, for me it was plain).

Surprisingly (for a shopping center) good and fresh food. Nice design, attentive staff.
Ein wirklich netter Platz zum Verweilen. Die Preise sind natürlich höher als woanders in Warschau, da das Lokal in der Innenstadt liegt (Cappuccino ca. €2,60). Der Cheesecake war gut. Aber für 2 Kaffee und ein Kuchen dann noch zusätzlich ein Gedeck verrechnen geht gar nicht.

Detailed Review: Went there for breakfast. The weather was very warm, so sat outside. It’s very peaceful and quiet on the patio. The staff is very kind and helpful. The service was quick. Went with the Tofu Scramble (6/10). It was good, but not something I would reorder. Has a distinct turmeric taste and was a little sour (lemon?). Not bad though. Friend ordered Eggs Benedict without bacon. She loved it (8/10). The portion sizes are a little too small. The coffee was very good! One of the best coffee at a café so far in Warsaw (not a specialty coffee shop).
Kubek w Kubek, thank you for your response! To answer your question, I think it would be great if you added more gluten free options (bread, pastries, and other GF dishes) and more meat/protein options like beef/lamb sausages and smoked salmon. Hope this helps!

There were many. I selected to eat at Cafe Rynek as their menu looked good plus they had side dishes available something I did not noticed from the other restaurants.
I chose to have starter “dumplings with red borscht” with a side salad.
I also had a dessert, vanilla ice cream with Advoccaat liquor.
I thoroughly enjoyed the started which was fresh and well presented and the combination worked well for me as there was just enough dumplings and the borscht was very tasty!
The side salad was nicely mixed with different leaves.
The service was nice, the restaurant was not busy at the time and I was served quickly and efficiently. I was recommended a nice wine to go with my food and I was well looked after when I wasp decided to attack me and my ice cream, the waiter helped me to go inside the restaurant (I was eating outside) so I could finish my ice cream.
Overall, my experience was great eating at that place and I will surely go back on my next visit.

Beautiful place, average service and food. Still, great to visit for a coffee.
Delicious and healthy meals in a youthful and trendy neighbourhood. Gluten free friendly options as well. We loved the rustic chic outdoor theme and the dj playing hipster lounge music was a nice touch. Would definitely come back here.
If you’re a small girl like me, you will need to bring an empty stomach and a big appetite. The breakfast here is amazing and though it might not look a lot, you will be full very quickly. Definitely a must try if you stay near the area!
A club located in the centre of the city. There are two floors with bars on each of them. Areas to both sit at tables as well as areas to dance. Sometimes they also host events.
Interesting venue with dining space, few bars and dance floor. Old walls and ambient light give a nice atmosphere. Popular at the weekends so better book table in advance

Great music venue with a pretty decent restaurant. You get some really good internation acts performing live here and they do awesome club nights on most weekends. The food in the restaurant is bowl (poke Esq) themed and really tasty. The portions are big too and prices reasonable considering how close you are to the more touristy restaurants. It's Abit tricky to find but definitely worth a visit
