I have been struggling for 3 years to find a health insurance broker who i feel really cares about me. Tamir was incredibly knowledgable and spoke to me from the standpoint of someone who understands the healthcare system and what it is like to be someone in need of healthcare. He explained all the plans and the details of each one to me very clearly, answered my questions with thoughtful responses and made me feel truly taken care of. It’s been 4 months and I have not heard from the assigned claims representative for my case! I need answers.
Tina is amazing! She is knowledgeable, efficient, patient, helpful and explains things well. After having private insurance coverage for so many years and suddenly losing it is scary. There was some sort of mixup with the medical coverage for my kids. My sister was on speaker phone with Tina and I was listening in. At this point I was a bit stressed out thinking no medical coverage. Tina put us at ease saying don't worry, let's see what's going on. She did her computer magic and found out what was wrong and resolved it. She was very patient with us and you can tell by the way she was talking that she actually cares. Her employer should be commended for hiring such a high caliber, able, highly skilled and caring person. She didn't treat us like a number. She treated us like a human being. She has my profound gratitude.
Office space is very clean and the environment is friendly. Workers there are very nice and helpful. Good customer service and overall good experience there.
If their insurance company approve medical supplies oxygen Supply or any type of wheelchair that you need it processed as soon as possible but it's taking a long time but insurance to get it approved when people need it......why the insurance company do not do follow-ups to find out and verify if they got their supplies to patience...
I had a very good experience on this office. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. The location are very convenience for public transportation. Near B& D train to Grand Street and N , Q , R, 6 trains to Canal Street .

It's expected that there was a lot of Chinese clients and employees at this location (middle of Chinatown). Even though I felt out of place, I was still helped with my situation and clarified about my coverage. Very much appreciated.
