Bill Dunn was great with our house fire at first but we cannot get in touch with him since. We have texted him a dozen times and he won’t return a call.

I had a house fire in January 2023. Considering the chaos... I did not want to add one more thing to my plate. These guys were AMAZING!! I'll admit, I was a bit concerned if I needed to get anything done for the contents list for insurance, but they were on it!
Trust the process everyone. You may feel worried or like things are going slow... but these things take time. They went above and beyond helping me get coverage/money back for everything and I couldn't thank them enough! I'd give 10 stars if I could!! 💯💯❤️❤️

Bill was great when we met with adjuster on-site. After that Bill answered one of my phone calls but then has completely ghosted me since. No return calls, texts or emails. My next step is to drive to his office in person and see what happens. My advice is to not use this company. I honestly don’t know what I paid for.

This guy took advantage of a family member. Since he’s not a fire insurance expert I guess this company thought it was a great opportunity to steal money and think nothing of it. Now that they have his money they essentially ghosted him and the job is no where near done.

Accurate Claims stated that their job is to “advise and assist in the measurement and documentation of the insured’s loss.” When I engaged their services, my understanding was that in exchange for 6%, Accurate Claims would be documenting my losses by preparing a statement of repair replacement costs, presenting that to the insurance company, and actively negotiating on my behalf. This has not happened.
The insurance company’s initial Actual Cash Value (ACV) offer was immediately accepted without reviewing it and without giving me the opportunity to review it. Accurate Claims was not able to answer basic questions about missing items in the ACV because, as was stated on the phone to me, they’d first “have to go read it.” Accurate Claims failed to follow the promise to find answers to my questions. At one point Accurate Claims stated that their strategy would be to “supplement” the claim during the construction process to cover missing items. Yet at another point when asked what their involvement would be going forward, Accurate Claims stated, “not much” and a subsequent email demanding payment stated that Accurate Claims has "successfully completed its job" and that the work is “almost fully complete.” Meanwhile, construction has not yet even begun.
Accurate Claims has neither met with me or the contractor that I’ve chosen, nor have they been involved in any discussions regarding these supposed supplements. Thus, Accurate Claims has failed to fulfill their promise “to advise and assist in the measurement and documentation” of my loss and to negotiate on my behalf. They have not done the work associated with the invoice they have sent me—an invoice that stated I owed them 10% of my settlement, when the contract clearly stated 6%. Attention to financial matters seems to be sloppy; multiple requests for answers regarding a question on the check I sent to cover the 6% on the Contents payout were ignored and it was over three months before I received any type of financial confirmation or statement.
Furthermore, I believe that Accurate Claims colluded with others to pressure and manipulate me to select their chosen contractor without disclosing whether they had financial interests in my decision. I received phone calls from Accurate Claims and other business they are associated with asking me which contractor I was considering, disparaging anyone I named, and urging me instead to pick their preferred contractor.
I have put forth four offers to buyout this contract in order to terminate it so that I have full control over my claim moving forward. I have also indicated I would be willing to consider counteroffers in order to reach a fair and private settlement. The only counteroffer that has been put forth is that I pay 6% on the ACV settlement in full for services that were never rendered. I have clearly stated that I will pay more than I have previously offered, but I will not pay anything close to what has been demanded ($9,918.21) for services that were not rendered.
My offers to negotiate a fair buyout have been refused and Accurate Claims has responded to my emails claiming payment is owed because "We are now SEVEN months in to your claim." I find it incredible that they will ignore questions for months on end--and then turn around and use the fact that time as passed as evidence of their claim to collect.
While I remain willing to negotiate a buyout that is fair for both of us, I have no other choice than to pursue public means to warn others so that they do not sign a contract for services that will not be provided.

To watch your home and everything inside it burn down to the ground is one of the most traumatic, venerable and humbling experiences you can go through in life. William Dunn came in and truly educated me and my family on every step of what was to come. He put me, my husband and our children in a very comfortable hotel that same night. The next day there were so many phone calls from different entities and insurance company's asking questions I had no idea about. Bill Dunn made a very stressful and painful process bearable and informative. He maintained stellar communication throughout the process, handled difficult conversations and leveraged his 30 years + in the industry to advocate for me and my family as his client. he made us feel prioritized safe and gave our family a piece of mind.

Accurate Claims and William Dunn came to me as my house was burning down. William told me exactly what was going to happen, when it would happen and how. And sure enough it was just like he explained. I then signed up with Accurate Claims and they fought with the insurance company and proofed that it was policy limits. William found me a very nice hotel to stay in until he then found a luxury house for me to be comfortable in while my entire house was repaired and updated! William came through with his word and made such a stressful situation so easy for me.

our house caught fire i year ago today . we never experienced anything like this and did not know what to do. thank god we met Chris Logsdon that day and he walked us through the process. Chris must be used to dealing with people during these times and was extremely efficient and professional. Chris was able to get the insurance to cover the lose and turn it over to a contractor. while keeping an eye on the process and answering all my questions. hope i never experience another fire like this but if i do i will definitely contact maryland insurance adjusters. all in all extremely happy

I had a fire at my residence, which as you can imagine, was very overwhelming just to see and experience. Upon my arrival at the scene, there were tons of people everywhere... fire, police, and "others" which i couldn't understand. One group present was the Maryland insurance adjusters, and the guy Jermaine, walked me through my property as if it was his job to do so. I didn't realize it at the time, but clearly he should've waited to be welcomed in, and he had no business asserting himself in my personal business until he was actually hired. He was very presumptuous, and in hindsight, I see that he tries to take advantage of the fact that people are overwhelmed in the moment. I didn't invite you here, and clearly yall are using the 911 scanners, but don't come on the scene like you are essential because your not. His whole air was very off-putting to me. The other more seasoned persons demeanor was way more palatable for my taste, but overall I don't like how they do business. Would never recommend them and only kept the card so that I could complete this review.

Chris got me a great settlement from my insurance company. It was almost 3 times as much as they offered at first. If I ever have another fire at my house, Chris Logsdon will be the first call I make it. If you have Maryland Insurance Adjusters working for you, you are in good hands. I know I was.

Dear Maryland Insurance Adjusters. I am writing this letter to express my sincere thanks to your company for helping with my insurance claim. I had no idea how challenging it could be to have to deal with my insurance company doing a crisis. Thankfully, Chris Logsdon was there to support and guide me through the entire process. He was kind, professional, and knowledgeable about all aspects of my claim. The settlement that he negotiated for me were substantially more than my insurance company originally offered. I would gladly recommend your services to anyone. Thanks again!

My house fire started at 1:45am and I was devastated. I raised my kids in this home.Everything I owned was in my house and all of my belongings were burned and thrown out the window into a huge pile. I had no idea where to begin. “MIA” was there and explained everything to me and put together a game plan for me. They knew all of the company adjusters from my insurance company and had several claims with them at the time(I asked for proof lol). They put together a total burn list for me and itemized most of the items that the fire dept threw out the window. Borden actually went in and found my husband’s high school diploma from 1972 and shoe shine box. These were priceless items that insurance just cannot replace. Chris goes above and beyond. He really has lots of experience.

Being a property manager of a large portfolio of real estate in Baltimore I realized it is best to consult and/or use a public adjuster in the event your property sustains any damage. We manage almost 60 properties and our clients count on us having solutions to ANY problems that arise. Lighting strikes, burst pipes, house fires, roof damage, storm damage, etc… Maryland Insurance Adjusters do it all. Be an expert at hiring the expert. Call Chris Logsdon, he is a great resource.

My families experience with this company was second to none. We didn’t even know we could get someone to advocate for us until we had a fire. This company was able to negotiate our home repair , content loss and temporary accommodations. This was done while our house was being rebuilt. Never think you can go this task alone as insurance companies have only their best interests in mind. Insurance companies are a business and act as such.
Even our agent , we had forever , cared more about his bottom line and bonus. The agent seemed to care less about our families well being. Accurate Claims came through for us in our lowest point , we lost everything it was such a low in our life.
I can tell you this company gave us piece of mind , guidance , and advised us every step of the way. This company developed a timeline and process that we were able to easily follow and the experience of the staff made us comfortable with our devastating situation.
They even have an additional support help line email to answer daily questions that from time to time we had questions in our initial stages. I don’t know if all public adjusters service their customers like this company. You can feel confident in choosing this company.

My house fire started in the middle of the night and Maryland Insurance Adjusters were there to help at this time of need. I never experienced anything like this and would not know where to begin. I lived in the home for over 20yrs and had no idea what the value of my belongings so I would not have been given the proper value of my things without him. Chris is very knowledgeable when it comes to the insurance industry. I also had a family member that claimed to have 100s of items in the house and slowed down my claims process, but Chris was very patient with this headache even when I was not. I am very thankful!!

Chris Logsdon with Maryland Insurance Adjusters , I wouldn’t touch him with a 10ft pole. Smooth talker with all the answers ended costing me money by not paying attention to the details of my claim. I went back to my insurance with missed items but it was too late. Take your claim seriously and hire a reputable adjuster that will help you instead of cost you more grief than you already have.
