April gave me the facial of the year. my face felt wonderful when she was finished. Joze gave me a wonderful massage taking care to hit my trouble spots!

Alicia gave the most incredible massage, taking her time and working out every one of the awful knots in my neck, shoulders and back. People usually give up because I have so many, but Alicia patiently put everything she had into working through my tension, giving me such tremendous relief I wanted to cry tears of joy! I had my first message today! I had a prenatal message with Jessica. She is and was wonderful. She worked on big problem areas that feel nice and relaxed now. She was very personalble easy to talk to and comforting. I don't think I could have asked for a better first time only I wish it was longer. Will definitely get another one hopefully soon.

For the first time I had my roots touched up by Stacey of sage salon yesterday. She did not leave any color stain around my forehead and behind my ears which I normally get whenever I do my roots touch ups by other salons in franklin. The service was flawless.

I love everyone at Brian Richards . The staff is amazing. They do an amazing job with my type of hair. Excellent atmosphere, clean , respectful and shows care to the clients.

I have been getting my nails done by Eden for the past few months and am loving them and her. I have been doing the GelX and it’s helping to protect my nails while growing them. Eden is professional and extremely talented. I would highly recommend her.

Men’s cut - A calm and professional setting with absolute artists working there to cut your hair. While my stylist is amazing, it is clear that Brian has gathered a group of amazing hair artists together.

I don’t think you can get a bad haircut here and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Any time I have to call this location there is an issue. I'm told to call this location because I set up my account through ME at this location. I no longer live here, and go to a closer location to my home.
The last time I had transferred a session to my fiance, I was not told I could do this once every 6 months for the same individual.
I called to transfer a massage to my fiance for a $10 transfer fee, to which I would agree to, as I did last time--and I was told I couldn't "because that individual received services within the past 6 months." I had not been told about this policy before, and when I inquired further I was told by Paul "its just how our system works." Paul would not give me his name over the phone and joked and laughed when I had mentioned we would be reaching out to corporate for his lack of service skills.
When I had asked about a possible cancellation fee, as I set this appointment up for my fiance, I was told Paul didn't have an answer for me. I wasn't told it was a standalone and separately operated franchise location, I was told "I don't know, I down work at that clinic." He probably meant location of the franchise from the context of conversation.
Subpar customer service from a manager, with over 10 years of experience... just because you have longstanding record of servicing roles, doesn't mean you did a good job at it. Mr. Paul Logan, you are a greedy and rude person. I hope your workers see you for who you are and quit before it's too late. You guys should apply to a different location if you enjoy your work at ME. I suggest North Attleboro. Dennis is a great masseuse, and forgive me I don't recall the names of the girls at the desk, but they know how to service clients at the reception desk, as well as on the phone.
Best of luck to those who choose to get services at this location, I am surprised you haven't shut down yet.

I’ve been to a few locations, this is my number 1 favorite spot! The front staff are friendly and helpful, and they employ a great professionals with a variety of skills to tackle whatever you need! Louis always has a good story or interesting perspective to share that makes the whole experience top notch!

I had a great facial with Cindy yesterday! It was so relaxing and I felt like my skin was perfectly taken care of! She was attentive to my needs and able to help the areas that I hope to be able to improve! Thanks again!

Nice Place, Nice People. I'm writing this comment almost a year after the appointment. They thinned out my hair without warning me that they would. I have thick long hair and they "thinned it out quite a bit" according to the hairdresser themself. I was really disappointed and even after more than a year my hair has not regained its thickness. I have been here before and the haircuts went well but this time...it didn't. I feel like the workers didn't understand my ethnic hair. My hair felt healthy and silky but very thin, it lost 1/2 of its thickness or so. Once again they didn't tell me until the end that they thinned it out.

I’ve been utilizing Brian Richards Salon for years and always have a great experience. All the stylists that I have seen have been professional and skilled and their pricing is right on par with what a good salon should charge. I’ve brought my 3 year old as well a d she loves how special they make her feel - and ai love how comfortable she is - with all the staff. Easy on line scheduling as well as friendly desk staff to call for anything you need.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, getting my hair done by Emily and she’s never done me wrong! Her and the whole staff at Sage are so sweet and hardworking. Making sure you walk out of that salon feeling like a model. I have no bad things to say about this place, it’s perfect! If I were to recommend a salon to anyone it would be Sage Salon for sure. Thank you Emily for being the best!!

Jade has been cutting and styling my hair for a few years. She pays attention to the details and I always leave feeling and looking great! Recently I had Kathryn color my hair as Jade was unavailable and it is beautiful! She spent quite a bit of time talking with me about what I wanted and she nailed it! Great salon, great customer service!

You will not have a bad experience here. All the stylists are very good at what they do. Taylor Delltorre has an amazing skill at what she does. She makes you feel beautiful inside and outside. Stacy is also an amazing hair stylist (I'm a hopper depending on who I can get an appointment with) I have never left disappointed. They both get to know you and style you like you want. If you are looking for skilled stylists, nail care, pedicures, or even facials..... definitely try them out.

Cristen at the Franklin Massage Envy was amazing! She listened to what I wanted and really honed in on certain areas that have been the most sore during my third trimester. She was very sweet and easy to talk to. I highly recommend her and this location!

I highly recommend Brian Richards Salon in Franklin. I have been seeing my stylist, Rachel for many years and have followed her here to this salon and so glad I did. The salon is very clean and the stylists are all so talented. Also, being able to book appointments online is so convenient! If you’re looking for a new salon definitely check them out! You won’t be disappointed.

I just had two amazing experiences at Sage Salon! The first was a keratin treatment with Stacy that was life changing. Then I returned for lash extensions with Gabriela, which was a wonderful experience, the lashes look incredible! I already have 4 return appointments booked with both Stacy and Gabriela!
