Had my first massage here yesterday; the massage, once we got to it, was excellent. Massage therapist was an absolute pro. However, it was 40 minutes after my arrival before the massage started, because the bldg wasn't open when I got there, and they don't heat it when not in use. I have Autism & cold sensitivity is my main sensory discomfort, so had to wait 40 minutes for the bldg to warm up. If this had not happened, 5 stars.

The owner reached out to me after my review, and was so nice and understanding, very professional, especially considering they could have been offended. My goal is to provide an honest review, and I can honestly say that the owner cares very much about their guest experience! I think that they deserve my extra star for their effort to make things better. 🤍

This is my third and probably final time to go get a massage from this place, I have been there with my wife for couple massage before and I been there alone, on both occasions the massage was good and the time was accurate. Today I was scheduled for 5: 30pm and I got a text from them asking me if I could come in early at 3:45pm instead. I agreed and got there 3: 35 pm. The massage session started at 3:45 by 5:00 pm the therapist worked out of the room and said we are done and my massage was for 90 MINUTES. I am not great at math but I am capable of calculating time and this case I was denied my last 15 MINUTES on top of a very poor massage. I explained to her the area I wanted more attention on ,but it was like she didn’t care. I was there to relax and have a good massage which I valued in my health regiment but she had ear pieces on and got her audio so laud I could hear First Lady Michelle Obama voice talking to a crowd and getting applause. She barely applied any massage oil, most of time the she was massaging me with the blanket over my body my elbows, my wrists were never touched not to even talk about massaging them my hips likewise. Before I paid I let her understand how much bad experience it was for me this time around, and since this is first time I met her there I let her also knew that I am returning costumer, she acknowledged it and offered me a discount of which declined and instead gave her a tip, half of what I intend to give getting in there, only because I would rather be wrong than me doing wrong to people.Really bad experience this time. In about couple of months I will be going to Massage Envy instead with my wife, thank God she was not with me this time for the bad experience.

She apologized candidly and offered me a full refund or another full 90 minutes massage. Thank you so very much Grace for reaching back , after hearing from you I am definitely coming back. You were my first therapist there and believe me ,you did an excellent job then and here again you are saving the day.

Went in for foot reflexology. After doing much research on foot reflexology I’ve also learned that some people could be taught and specialize in foot reflexology and others could just give you a really good foot massage. In this instance I believe I just got a really good foot massage. So as far as the massage itself I would say she did well and I probably would’ve had a better experience with a full body massage.
As far as my experience? It was freezing in there which makes it hard for me personally to un-tense my body so I didn’t really feel relaxed. The water I soaked my feet in was cool, the “blankets” which were actually just towels that I was given to stay warm were freezing and discomforting because they were towels. I scheduled my massage for 11am she arrived at 1056 as well as myself. I sat w my feet in cool water for 24 minutes while she had to fix her phone and deal w issues at her other business. My massage ended at 12:35 which was inconveniently pushing back the time in my day. Usually when you run a business you have a late or cancellation fee for the customer and I think that should be taken into consideration as well for the person providing the service! If the service provider is late w the service why should I suffer ? my time and money should be valued as well.
Fast forward to the end of my 6/10 foot massage… I paid the $60 for the service, I turned around to rush to my next appointment but then I was asked “how I would like to tip”. 😐😐
Now I am someone who works in a tip based industry so i’m more than considerate as well as VERY generous when I tip. ANYwhere I go. But I deem it very unfair that I not only had to pay full price but then was insisted to tip when i didn’t have the best experience. I just know that when you make the customer seem like you care by knocking off a few bucks or throwing in something free or offering maybe an additional service or something for inconvenience it makes not only themselves but also their time feel appreciated. I get we all have unexpected things come up but as a business owner but that should not reflect back on the service you give your customer. It’s not my fault somebody quit another location. I would’ve much rather her say hey you know what i’m running behind in time i have a few things i need to take care of would you consider coming back at a later time. THAT. would have been appreciated. But instead my day got pushed pack 35 minutes because of issues that weren’t mine. It seemed more like a situation where you were more interested in getting your money than you were in making sure you had a satisfied customer. I’m very upset at this whole experience, I wouldn’t recommend & I will not be returning!!!!

I asked for a deep tissue sports massage, and it was the best ever. My body felt like dough being kneaded. It was an awesome experience and I feel much better. I will definitely be coming back !

I am not joking when I say Grace is a miracle worker! Both times I've seen her my pain levels have gone down significantly after the massage. I will be trying to come more often now, thank you Grace!!

New Yang Kang- the very best! Been to many places- by far this place is exceptional! I walked in with slight pain- I walked out feeling like light- that is worth it and worthy of a decent 20% or more tip! Just my take! The effort put in by each massage therapist is amazing- The best massage for total body and mind wellness!

I am so happy I found this place. I am so relaxed during the massage I almost fall asleep and afterwards you're in a glow. The massage targets what you need and what you didn't know you need! I couldn't recommend it more. Very conveniently located as well. Going to be going back regularly!

Stressed out mother of two here. I booked an impromptu 12pm massage the morning off. It was my first day in town after driving in from Staten Island so I had no idea of the area. I relied on Google reviews and found this location. Easy online booking. Great, clean location with parking. Grace is friendly and made me feel comfortable. This was my first massage in over 15 years. The room is warm, clean and inviting. I had a one hour massage and wished I had booked a longer session. Warm oil was used part of the time. She concentrated on my upper back, shoulders, neck which is what I requested and needed. She found knots I didn't know I had. There was so much tension released. Just the right amount of pressure. Excellent customer service. Don't hesitate. Book. I can't wait to return.

Had a fantastic massage by Iris. I was very impressed with how clean and neat the spa was. They use heated oils and hot towels very nice. It’s was very relaxing and well worth the price. I will return soon and will recommend to my friends.

I came here a few times already, each time is different. The last time i went was the worst one. When i come here with my mom one time, they keep chatting during our session and leave the room and come back. The last time i went which is a few weeks ago, the girls is not only doesn't understand pressure point, muscle but she applied so much pressure on the bone caused soreness the next day. I can totally tell if a massuse doesn't received proper training, because i frequently get massage like once every other week. I never have such a stressful massage like this time, she blast out Chinese music on her cellphone like she is at her home. Totally unprofessional!!!! I will never come back. Don't let the price fool you, you do get what you paying for. Spend a little more and go to someone that will help you relax, and know what they are doing. This is very dangerous.
