The management seemed disorganized, creating awkward situations for both customers and staff. While the employees were polite, they looked uncomfortable asking customers to leave tables after sitting for hours. Clear leadership and better organization could make a big difference in improving the experience, but I don’t plan on going back again.

If you love to dance this is the place. Everyone just vibes to the music and you feel as if you're at a discotech in Europe. Great place to go with friends or meet new people. Great DJ's. Staff is very friendly. Rose room has great shows where there's interactions with the crowd.

Bouncer was rude. It was just my friends and I in the club, NOBODY ELSE!! And he tried to dress code my friend for wearing Jean shorts. I would have understood being rude because it’s late and if it was busy, but you ONLY had a group of girls who were excited to party but decided to treat us horribly. NEVER COMING BACK

It's a hit and miss with the crowd. No control with the weed smoking on the patio. The smell is all over the bar and patio.

Wednesday night is Mexican night. So much fun!

Be careful using your card here. I had an $86 tab, tipped $25 then received a charge of $200 and my original charge of $111 was cancelled. I’ve been going to these places for YEARS to support my community and the establishments and I was charged way over the amount that was supposed to be charged. I went to another bar related and I was charged for one of the charging devices but never received it. Then I was given a number where I’ve had to inquire about it several times and nothing has been done. Be careful using your cards at these places.

As a straight guy this place is pretty fun. Really big dance floor , good music , and people just letting loose and having fun. If you just want to chill and watch the madness there’s an upstairs area. Also an outdoor area for the smokers. The space is pretty big and there was a whole drag show going on also. Drinks weren’t too bad. Paid $7.25 for wells.

I didn't like this place so I don't know if other people might like it to each their own but it's not going to be my go to place

Im not sure how to justify a $20 dollar cover charge for this place. I visited the Rose Room and they spend more time talking then performing and when they do perform the performers seem not to actually enjoy what they do.

The drinks are vastly overpriced and poorly made. It’s great for college kids and twenty something’s. Not a place for adults

next time I’ll bring cash. The bartender charged me a five dollar tip which the service wasn’t all that good so I didn’t add one ! Came with a friend and paid for both of our shots and they put an additional $5 charge . Will never be back . Nice club though

I've always had an amazing time here at kaliente club been coming to this club for years love the drag shows and the drinks are very good and the bartenders are always very courteous and friendly for the comments that I read this is a gay bar so that's why there is not a lot of straight people that go there but for the straight people that do go there I've had friends that are straight have always had a good time there and a lot of my straight friends and gay friends still love this club and I am gay July 6 2024

I've had so many fun, wonderful, and memorable nights at S4! I love looking back on such times, and enjoy looking forward to making many more there! Great drinks, killer music, and one of the best dance floors in town.

I have visited this establishment a few times with my friends. I truly appreciate the ambiance and enjoy watching the dancers perform. There's the area outside with tables & seats to relax & talk.

Alby is the best bartender there is. I love this place and having him as my bartender just makes my experience that much better. I came here on my birthday and he gave me the best service.

How is it possible that I came with an INE (legit voting ID from Mexico) and they wouldn’t let me in to the only “Latino bar” on the strip with it???? Every other club on the strip took my INE with no problems… this is very disappointing.

The doorman was very unfriendly and racist. How is it possible that with a Mexican ID my friend couldn't get in? I took my friend there because it is the "Latino" place since he is on vacation in Dallas. The truth is that this place is useless, they lost 6 clients that were going to have drinks there.

Everything about this place looks like fun from the outside but this place needs better bouncers. Drunk people complain about bouncers but these Only discriminate. I wasn’t allowed inside due to having a hearing aid. I wasn’t allowed to go in due to not being able to hear him with all the outside noise. After trying to talk to the manger I thought things would turn around and maybe they would apologize but they were prideful and decided I wasn’t worthy of going in. DONT TRY COMING IN HERE.

We drove four hours to see RPDR Mirage and while she was wonderful to meet, the experience was awful and we didn’t even stay to watch her perform because the entire experience was awful the moment we walked in.

It was incredibly packed, we tried to make ourselves a little spot in the crowd but everyone was pressed against each other to the point my partner and I made friends with the people around us since our bodies were just on top of each other anyway. The patrons were rude, probably due to being squished, and at one point a security guard came shoving through the crowd and my partner had to tell him to say excuse me rather than shove people.

The meet & greet was a MESS and it wasn’t even totally Mirage’s fault. First off, yes she was late and I totally understand that. But we saw 3 other queens in Houston the weekend before, they were also late, and it didn’t interfere with the rest of the show. If you want a smooth m&g, at least sell the tickets for 5-10 dollars at most. There was NO line, people would just step in the little makeshift line that other patrons were making and security never did anything, there was no rope to guide anyone to where they needed to be. That’s just the line issue, but once the M&G started, the hosting queen said “We have 45 minutes so keep it moving” and they did VIP first (which would have been fine!) but did nothing to stop fans from talking with Mirage for long periods of time, taking shots, taking forever to get up and walk to where the pictures were. Like they were totally unorganized other than “We have to do things at these times” with no plan on how to do them it seems.

It feels as if you’re going to host someone that popular (We all know she’s gone viral, she’s become a hit despite being second out) you should actually sell tickets with a limit so you don’t have your patrons stuffed in the tiny tin foil box of a bar.

Feb 16, specifically came in to see RPDR S16 star, Mirage. Was overly packed, security was ZERO help in controlling the crowd when it was time for the Meet & Greet. Had to result in pushing through a barely moving crowd. Literally packed in like sardines, even security was having trouble getting through. A few people were YELLING at others to get by just to leave. I understand that trying to maintain an eager crowd is difficult but we, as patrons, are entrusting the establishment to handle our safety while ensuring a good time. Tonight they failed, feeling my chest being compressed against another human being in that manner...I wouldn't wish that upon anyone. Never coming back if they decide to host another beloved queen.

Update: so my brother, who also attended the event with me, when he finally go outside after pushing his way through the barely moving crowd. He overheard the security outside the door telling another patron, who also had an extremely difficult time trying to leave through the crowd and was telling them about it, his response was, "oh that isn't my job". How is it not security's job to ensure OUR safety and regulate capacity for this type of event. If you care for your own safety, don't come here since they CLEAERLY don't care about you.

Service is not the best and security as well. Was here for my birthday and a friend of mine had one drink and slipped on someone else’s spilt drink. The blunders ambushed him and said he was too drunk to be at the bar? One drink? We just walked in. We are not going to fight with the bouncers though because we are not wanting problems. But reading these reviews more than us have had this problem.

We came here to have a good time and there was a miss understanding with the entrance with one of our friends which caused them to get kicked out. Then they started picking on another friend and said their ID was not theirs when it clearly was hers. We had to call the cops just to prove it was hers and yes it was her. She ended up with a big scratch on her arm because of the security pulling her out the coat room which everyone goes into Be warned that they need to be trained how to handle situations like this because the way they handled this one was all wrong.

HORRIBLE. MY FRIEND GOT HER ID CONFISCATED AND WHAYS CRAZY WAS… IT WAS REALLY HER! Staff does not care. They were being petty and waited almost two hours for cops to get there and all the cops did was give her her ID back. Like never again will I step foot in this dirty ugly establishment.

Come to Kaliente if you wanna get your real ID confiscated and then get thrown around by the staff! It’s upsetting me and my homegirls cause we feel like well damn if you can’t go to Kaliente for birthday drinks where the hell can you go?!

The bouncer was very prejudice and I understand that there's rules and. I'm a paying customer band I don't appreciate the way he was towards me. They will never get my business again...

A lot if improvement, love the atmosphere, bar tenders are very attentive and always have a big smile on their face! Great music and drag show!

The reviews about overcharging are TRUE! I’ve been to TMC multiple times and always used a card but TBH I never paid attention to it. After multiple people have said they are overcharged o decided to take cash and pay in cash the other day.
One bartender was charging $4.75 for a drink, the other bartender was charging me $13.25 for the same drink. HOW????
Like I appreciate the discount but why is one undercharging and another overcharging… it makes no sense.

Had the best time while visiting Dallas. The DJ played great music all night long and the staff was friendly and fast service! I can’t wait to return next year if the trans organization make contest here again ☺️ and the drink Frozen Margarita was very good and delicious 😋🍹

One of the best gay nightclubs I've been to. The music is great, love that they also have other areas to play pool, or to simply enjoy a high quality drag show. It's one of the few places that close very late, the only thing is that they stop selling alcohol at 2:00am but you can still buy water or other non alcoholic drinks to keep you hydrated. I was surprised that there were lots of guys with their shirts off, others even wearing jockstraps or tiny shorts (in some clubs this is not allowed at all), so I really loved that you can be yourself in this place. Highly recommended.

It’s a little packed on Saturdays but that’s my favorite day to go see the Havana girls especially Anastasia love herrrrr their shows and drinks are Amazing and if like to dance this is the place 😘 this photo was barbie weekend success ❤️

Please don’t go there staff are so rude we drove 5 hours from San Antonio Tx to Dallas to spend my friend birthday at kaliente club abt we arrived at 10; 15 pm and they finde let us get I cause they staff me member said my grid was drunk so we end leaving the place I understand it’s rule and regulations but she wasn’t drunk at all we was t drink at all we was at group of people of 10 people and it’s March 20 ,2032 at 10;15 pm please next time assign professional people since They been so rude and not professional at all with customers!! They told us to go to another clubs are around the area!!!

✨ New to Texas … just moved here .. so iHad to find a new “ spot “ TMC definitely holds that place for me!! iLike pop music..& of course r&b.. heck , iLike it all. They have a super diverse playlist , plus the staff is not only iCandy but SUPER friendly.. no one likes rude iCandy anyway lol. But yes !!! Special shout-out to ROBERT ! He’s 1 of the bartenders but he’s my personal favorite bec when iFirst came to TMC iWas alone & he talked to me , kept the drinks coming , he definitely made me wanna come back .. then iMet these beautiful human Jaili !!! Super sweet , fabulous ,& can werk the heck out of a pole !!! MY FAVORITE spot in Dallas 🥰💕🏳️‍⚧️
