When I got an apartment year ago it was in very poor condition, no cleaning was done, I found a cockroach there (and they told me it’s fine), a lot of stuff was broken, and they were fixing it for 1-2 months while giving me nothing but promises. Access cards for parking and gym were given to me after one month of my request. So clearly they have no interest in you after they got their comission.
Right now they’re trying to make me pay for stuff that was already broken without any proof that it wasn’t like that before, and trying to make me pay for wall repaint even when we don’t have anything in our contract about wall painting (I have it in my new contract for example). I even found one photo from year ago of damaged stuff and sent it to them, but they still put it in a bill as something that was damaged by me.
So basically they’re trying to charge for things that were already broken/damaged.
More than that, it’s been 16 days after I moved out, and I didn’t get my security deposit back.
Update: Hamisa reacted to my problem and solved it within 1 hour. Same way as she did with move in problems, so I got my security deposit back and didn’t overpay. Thanks to her

Terrible customer service. The agency always works in the favor of the landlords, and they are delaying the security deposit refund. Don't be shocked when they will send you a renewal offer that is 50% more than what you are already paying. Yes that's not allowed and not in line with RERA but still that's how much hungry for money and to trick people they are. I was never refunded about maintenance cost, and I gave up from it 2 years ago because it was frustrating to send mails and mails and try to call and resolve the situation. The worst money I ever spent was paying agency fees to them. I am still waiting after 1.5 months for my deposit to be refunded, and they don't pick up their office phones. When I moved in the apartment the AC bills were not settled and they asked me to pay them in name of the landlord so they will add that sum on my deposit. Even though they committed to it and I have the communication on mail, they are coming up with fake explanations to give back less money, and they are not even including the money I paid for the unsettled AC bills. I had a perfect experience with the agent, and he was accommodating, but once the relationship was transferred with their agency representatives, I never had a good experience. So be careful when you are signing contracts with them, you will need to waste a lot of your time and energy after that since you will need to deal with everything by yourself. Agency fee money is just a scam, you don't get any service for that.
Special mention to Rana Afifi, even with my limited availability time, she managed to show me a beautiful apartment, gave me all the necessary explanations. She also in a very professional way managed to resolve a complication with the help of Nicole. Thank you for your kindness Rana!
The most horrible services ever experienced in my 15 years in Dubai. They never provide solutions or pick up calls. Worst experience evet.
Listed a property for 1.95m . I confirmed whether the property was available to which the agent confirmed it was . Wasted my 6 days and made me chase after them throughout. I placed an offer and suddenly the property is sold 0.25m more than listed.
