Listed a property for 1.95m . I confirmed whether the property was available to which the agent confirmed it was . Wasted my 6 days and made me chase after them throughout. I placed an offer and suddenly the property is sold 0.25m more than listed.

I am waiting to see response time on my A/C complaint. Which I have put in 5 days back and still pending even with followup (cost is only AED 200 but not willing to do )..........
I had rented from them a flat for 3 years, they are always helpful, beginning of this year they are offer me to buying flat. I did this them as well, and I don't regret I feel now more even.
