My experience here was fine for the first several months. In November, I came home from visiting family for several days to find my 2nd floor apartment flooded with dirty water from the sink— a clog in the shared plumbing had caused dirty sink water to backup into my unit. There was water everywhere. The flooding damaged much of my personal property and causes extensive damage to the floors (see photo). 2 months later, they have just started the process of repairing the floors today. They moved me into another unit in the same building. I was told this unit would be comparable, but it does not have a microwave or an active internet connection (both existed in my regular unit). I am currently WFH using my mobile hotspot. During this process, the building has not given me any sort of rent credit, despite the damage to my property, the limited use of the apartment I have had the past two months, the limited use of the apartment I have been transferred into while my belongings are in boxes, and the discrepancy in amenities between these two apartments. Additionally, I was informed by Luis that the repair of my apartment would take 7-10 business days, meaning I would need to vacate the unit for 2 full weeks, however the contractor told me this job would only take 2-5 days to complete. The reason for this discrepancy is unclear.

Update: The building gave me 50% off of rent for the month of February.
Love this apartment bld!! Such beautiful apartments - older but very spacious, renovated, with high ceilings and lots of windows. Right on Rock Creek Park which is such a bonus. This building is very professionally managed with a neighborly, homey feel. Going to miss it! Thanks for everything!
Amazing place to live at Crestwood apartments DC. Nice neighborhood and lot space in the apartment. Management answering any questions quickly. Luis and Ana has work with me through the application process making it easy. I truly recommend this place.

Crestwood apartments is amazing building, I have lived here since 2019. Luis and Ana are amazing and keep the building clean. And maintenance fixes issues quickly. My apartment is big and all utilitys are included. I recommend this building to anyone looking for an Dc apartment.
I'd like to tell you how my experience process was for me. First I was greeted with open arms. My experience from beginning to the end was wonderful I've had such a pleasure working with Mr Luis and Miss Anna at Crestwood and this relationship will have unending stories that will last a lifetime I believe.
I love crestwood apartments, both the managers Luis and Ana are amazing. They maintain the building clean and fix repairs quickly. My one bedroom is huge and the price is great
I have the pleasure of staying at the Crestwood and without a doubt, this apartment deserves a solid five-star rating! Any issues I have are handled personally and quickly by the building manager Mr. Reyes. The Crestwood overall is quiet and filled with wonderful families. I stay in a spacious one bedroom that overlooks Rock creek Park. It’s truly a sanctuary where I can unwind and recharge. The building offers front desk coverage and highly attentive maintenance staff. Furthermore, the location of the apartment is ideal on 16th St. NW. It’s a quick 8-minute walk to the 14th street corridor where many restaurants are located. At its price point I’m not sure you can find a better location to live then the Crestwood.
I just left an Stay Attache apartment at Logan Circle that has been my home for almost a year. The apartment was fully equiped and if something was missed it was easy&quick to get it. StayAttache has been working as a perfect balance of human team&online system until the very last minute: I needed to check the mail for an important letter once I left and they found the way to do it. I would like to thank Niah, Sandra, Kevin, Karla, Mariana...and many others I am sorry not remember the names! You do a good job!
Attache is extremely effective @ finding and delivery of temporary housing. All of the people are on the ball. They communicate early and performance is spectacular.
I recommend Attache, the people who work for attache and the program as a whole.
We used Stay Attache for a six week stay recently. We were very pleased. After we had agreed on a property and signed the lease, they worked with us to make a last minute change because we wanted to change properties. They were amazingly understanding and were great about this and helped locate a new properly over the weekend. They were attentive during our stay and responded to our needs very promptly. We would definitely use them again on our next stay.
I’ve just moved to DC from overseas and had a very positive experience renting a short-stay apartment through StayAttache. They were very easy to deal with and responsive through the enquiry to leasing to service stages. Highly recommended.
I've used Stay Attache in 2015, 2020, and 2023. Each time was exceptional and demonstrated Attache's consistency through the years. I am in the U.S. Foreign Service and frequently need short-term rentals before and after postings abroad. I recommend Stay Attache for short-term furnished rentals over larger corporate outfits like Blueground or Sonder -- I've done all three and can vouch. Stay Attache's a local, small team, extremely responsive. Customer service-wise, it's like a small business vs. large corporation. Their properties are also often bigger, in historic buildings, giving a really local, fun experience. I recently stayed in a beautiful cozy Brownstone in Dupont, which would highly recommend - 1739 Q St NW, Unit 1. For fellow government people, Attache is the best option for working with complicated per diem sliding scales and orders. I had to revise my billing several times and the Attache accounting people were always very helpful. Will definitely use them again!
As a frequent cooperate apartment user I found Stay Attache to be well above the norm. From the process of finding a place, working with USG per diem, and making sure all maintenance requests were addressed, they were top notch and very responsive.
I’ll definitely stay with them Again!
My name is Muluye and I have lived since 2015 and love it here. Luis Reyes is a great manager, maintains the building clean and in order. My apartment is huge with tall ceiling and all utilities are included. The maintenance team here makes repairs on time and quickly. I love this building and will never consider leaving here. I recommend to anyone looking for an apartment here in NW DC.
This was a wonderful and unique experience for me. I needed a long term accommodation in DC for four months and a friend turned me on to Stay Attache. The on-line review and selection process was user friendly. There were plenty of pictures and description so I knew what I was getting and where it was located. All the paper work was done online and keys were waiting for me at the front desk. I don't remember for sure, but I think I may not even have talked to a human during the process. While not part of Stay Attache, the folks at 601 Penn Ave where I rented an apartment were absolutely fantastic. Everything was in order and I even reserved a parking spot at the wrong garage (right next to 601) but the attendant took care of me and got me parked and moved my account with no issues. The apartment was immaculate upon arrival and came with all the amenities. Cutlery, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, blender, toaster...etc. everything you need to be like home. The pots and pan set was so nice (Cuisinart) I attend to purchase the same one when I get home. Thanks for a great experience!

I’d like to report a different and satisfactory resolution to my previous refund request due to ongoing plumbing problems and management’s inability to repair some smaller issues like the torn screen and non-working blind. While I had to push the issue into the public sphere to obtain this resolution, I would like to express my appreciation to Stay Attache for reaching a decision about an appropriate reimbursement. Kevin in the Maintenance Office has been a good listener and communicative, albeit likely bound by the company’s management in his decision-making about the reimbursement. He led me to believe that my concerns were elevated to the highest company levels. Once the company was interested in resolving them, it did so quickly and appropriately. The financial transaction was processed in a timely way. I can only hope that others will not have similar issues, as Stay Attache returns to its previous position of offering properly prepared properties that make living in DC fun, enjoyable and comfortable. Now that they have set this right, do give them consideration for your next long-term stay in DC.

My experience with Stay Attache for the nine weeks I will stay in a DuPont Circle junior one bedroom has been terrible. Unlike my prior ten-month rental in 2016/2017, this apartment has 1) lots of issues (like unworkable water pressure, a window screen with a hole that has yet -- after five weeks -- to be replaced, a broken blind, insufficient towels/non-matching bedding) and 2) hidden costs (including a higher than listed nightly price and a non-transparent service fee for renting for under 90 days in DC). I have had to do constant follow up with the maintenance folks and, while responsive on some elements -- like providing a step-stool, getting me a duvet cover that actually closes, etc. -- much remains unattended. The water pressure issue -- affecting the whole building -- is absolutely intolerable. When I requested a reduction in my second month's rent, I was turned down. I am saddened this experience has been so miserable and will not use (or recommend) them again! Beware!

I and four other college students were looking housing for our summer internship in NoVa. We had tremendous difficulty finding a place that suited our specific needs. We needed a place that was already furnished for a 3-month stay, had enough bedrooms for everyone, was within reasonable commuting distance to NoVa while still being close to DC, and was affordable. After considerable searching, we stumbled upon a property from LUXbnb. It was exactly what we were looking for. Additionally, Charlotte was an excellent renter who made the rental process extremely easy and was very communicative throughout the entire summer. If you are looking for housing in the DMV for a short-term stay, LUXbnb is definitely the place to look.

We recently stayed at a Luxbnb in AU Park. We had booked in to stay for 18 nights but left after 5.
Where to start?
1) apartment very dark , and smelled of mildew which was covered up by a very strong smelling cleaning product.
2)Bed was not a queen but a full size and the mattress which was extremely soft turned out to be an air mattress! (Areo mattress)
3) bathroom had no extractor fan and had a large damp patch on the ceiling. Also toilet paper provided was so thin it was useless. I had to buy some more.
We have stayed in apartments in France as My daughter worked for a similar company called Guest Ready and never encountered problems like these.
Obviously no one from Luxbnb has been to check there for some time. ( there was also a light bulb in the ceiling which was not working)
I would have thought that if the accommodation advertised for two people you should make it a standard practice to insist on a king sized bed.
Needless to say we won't be using LUXbnb again.

I stayed at one of the apartments for about 4 months and could not have been more satisfied. There is a massive amount of natural light during the day and it was quite spacious for a one-bedroom apartment. The older style of the building was also quite charming with some of the apartments having beautiful stained glass windows. There was ample storage throughout, including a large armoire in the bedroom, two closets, and cabinet/vanity storage in the bathroom. The fixtures, appliances, and furnishings were also well maintained. The landlords were very receptive and accommodating. The proximity to restaurants, shops, and metro was perfect, especially during the warmer months when we could walk to dinner and not have to worry about parking. Overall, was one of the best rental experiences I've ever had and would be more than happy to book another stay in the near future. Highly recommend!

DC Luxe has a great set of luxurious apartments in historic brownstone buildings right off of Dupont Circle. We loved our year-long stay there, and can't recommend DC Luxe highly enough. Although the apartments are professionally run (and professionally cleaned, every week, even for long-term stays!), the management is handled by an extremely helpful, down-to-earth couple who will genuinely respond quickly and proactively to anything that could come up. It's the best of both worlds--you feel like you're in a luxury hotel, but you have actual, human landlords who live just up the street and make the experience feel like home. For those on USG Per Diem, DC Luxe are absolute pros with the requisite forms and rules, and make the whole process as painless as possible. There's nowhere else we would rather stay in Washington, DC.

DCLuxe and their apartments in the Dupont area came highly recommended by a colleague. I stayed with DCLuxe in early 2020 for several weeks. The apartment was spacious, updated, and very clean. Everything I needed was included. The owners and housekeeper were very responsive, kind, and did a great job. I would definitely stay with them again, whether for personal or business travel.

We stayed at a LuxBnb property over Christmas break. The property was clean, cozy, and absolutely beautiful. The customer service lady was extremely helpful. She patiently walked us through everything and answered all of our questions. I highly recommend LuxBnb. We will definitely be using them again when we return to Washington DC.

Stay away from the place! Terrible management! Rules change as the "Guest relation Manager' of luxbnb pleases. She is rude, condescending and twists what you say.
Upon moving in, we found several hair in the sheets in one of the bedrooms. Upon informing the guest relation person of the company (luxbnb) running this place, she started a group text with me and the cleaning person twisting what we told her into a complaint for the "uncleanliness" of the apartment.
We had to make multiple complaints to have a trash can outside and for it to be collected. They requested from us that we put the trash cans to the limit of the property in the alley on the days of pick up 3 weeks after we moved in (and even though a property manager of their own company lived in the building)!!
The master shower has no pressure, we stopped using it after 2 days because the water takes 10 minutes to become warm.
The internet is spotty and the wifi connection on the tv rarely works (in 5 weeks, we managed to watch a netflix show in the tv 3 times)
The location of this flat is perfect, unfortunately luxbnb are amateurs. Even an individual who is not doing on a regular basis would be more helpful than their guest relation manager.

We stayed 5 days in their DuPont rental and were very impressed. The home is conveniently located to Metro Stations and restaurants. It is furnished quite nicely, with a generous supply of kitchen essentials - glasses, plates, silverware, etc. Everything was very clean and the 3 beds were very comfortable. A lovely home and we will rent it again when we return.

The service was excellent, the house was nicely decorated and very clean. Everything was well prepared for my comfort. Location was great because most of the places I was interested in were just minutes away, I am excited to book my vacation with LUXBNB next year.

They canceled my reservation because of a pricing error on their part and then failed to refund my money within the 3-5 business day timeline that they set for themselves. I find it dishonest that a business would cancel a reservation due to its own error without first refunding the customer's money.

Their furnished apartments in the Dupont area are convenient, tastefully furnished and well equipped. I have stayed in a couple of their different ones and given a choice, would not stay anywhere else in DC.
