It was my first time last week. I was long overdue for some relaxation. Being able to do the float while it was quiet, dark and in solitude really helped me relax and rejuvenate my spirit. I will be doing it again!
Also, Vonte' was great and so welcoming.

Great experience. Read some reviews about this type of therapy before coming in. I read about how many millionaires including Michael Jackson used these therapies to help meditate, medicate, and maximize their health and wealth abilities. I was very suprised at my ability to float without thought. I drifted off at least 4 times into a deep slumber and woke up back into my meditative state. My body feels absolutely light and I can not wait to do this again, as I’ve decided to add this to my self care routine. David was just as great of a host as his hair, very friendly and professional. Definitely try if you are in the buckhead area.

This was my first experience at Floasis and it was absolutely phenomenal. David gave me a very informative orientation of what to expect and he was correct. I’ve never been in a state of relaxation such as this. I will be back soon.

This experience was totally awesome!! The float was amazing, the facility is very clean and accommodating and David was a pleasure. I would definitely recommend!!

I really enjoyed this. The location made me a little nervous when it came to parking. SeatHouz has you covered. I enjoyed the convenience of having both inside one room. Then the extra perk, was so well needed. Would come back & a recommendation.

This was my first time trying out a sauna and it did not disappoint. Prior to coming in, I was experiencing lower back pain and just not feeling energized. Lauren was very friendly and explained all the features and procedures. I paced myself throughout the 50 minute session and took breaks in between. Making sure to stay hydrated and not get overheated. I felt so much better as soon as I left. My back pain was alleviated and I felt much more energized. I will definitely be back.

My first return to a sweat in over 2 years, this is the best recovery boutique studio for me.

Bring your own towel, because they don't have any if you go there for the latter appointments of the night!

This is not the first time there's been a problem with towels, so it's time for me to write a review.

After showing tonight, to my surprise there were NO TOWELS IN THE ROOM... ZERO! This is NOT GOOD! Thank goodness I had a small hand towel with me and the floor mat from the Sauna room. I also looked in the other shower area, and no towels there either. Folks, it's 30 minutes before closing and both of the 2 rooms with showers are completely out of towels and missing the deodorant that's normally there as well. Hummm... were they closing early without sharing that information with me?!

FYI... like most clients there, I shower after each visit, due to the vast amount of sweating that happens in the 160° sauna.

My appointment was at 7:30 PM, I was early. They recommended 40 minutes in the sauna, plus they give an addition 15 minutes for dressing, breaks and such. They close at 9 PM. There was more than enough time for me to get showered and out before 8:45 PM

Upon leaving I inquired at the front desk and was told by the gentleman that "the towels were taken up for the morning appointments". Wow!

I know what your thinking and yes...they do have a washing machine and dryer on site. So why are they short on towels each time I visit? I go random nights, not the same each week.

Note to all others. Go in the daytime. Apparently you don't count for much if your visiting in the evenings.

Super disappointing 😞

The package of amenities are so helpful all together. I love going straight to the cold plunge from the sauna. I definitely feel like the cold plunge benefits my body like nothing else, possibly even more than the sauna itself.
I try to always book the double sauna whenever possible so I can stretch and do yoga inside. The staff is top tier. They tend to do a great job hiring people who have great energy that compliments the space and the sense of comfort and wellness.
I will say that I wish there was less turn over because I enjoy familiarity. I've been an unlimited member for almost two years and I'd say 99% of the staff is so friendly they become a really important part of the overall good experience. I would say, it's definitely best when they have two staff members present at a time. It's impossible for one person to play all the roles well by themselves. Out of the different sauna based wellness spaces in Atlanta, so far I feel like SweatHouz reigns supreme because of the cold plunge and massage elements.

Really love the staff and they’re are often great deals! Cold plunge is around 40-45F usually which is pretty great

Infrared sauna feels really good despite only hitting 175F—but personally wish it were bigger so you could practice yoga inside of the sauna

Furthermore, I would love if they had a “drop-in suite” for members that you didn’t have to book, could hold up to 10 people for sauna, and (admittedly being aspirational here) containing a cold plunge as well

Second visit to Perspire, but first time at the Virginia Highlands location. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative (it had been awhile since I had been to a sauna, and they helped set expectations). The facility is very clean and comfortable. There's a television in the room that you can select whatever entertainment or ambience or meditation material you want. And there's a shower for afterwards - definitely needed it.

I joined SweatHouz 3 months ago, I have had the opportunity to visit two locations, but Midtown exceeded my expectations, everything clean, the comfort of the place and something that is missing from the other locations I visited was the service and customer attention but here In midtown the very friendly team especially Chris. They made our self care experience so much better!! Thanks Midtown Team

The staff is always incredibly friendly. The space is clean & modern. The private saunas are amazing --plenty of room to do some stretching if you feel like it! (If you have a membership, you can book a room with a private shower as well.) Having the TV is nice --I can throw on an episode of Queer Eye or Great British Baking Show or a sound bath on YouTube. I feel immediate benefits after a sauna visit. I feel so relaxed and sleep like a baby!

My wife and I went to perspire and loved it! The staff was all super friendly and helpful. It's a great setup with TV's in every room so you can relax and catch up on your favorite show at the same time! Would definitely recommend!

Clean, friendly and convenient! I’ve been coming to Perspire VH for about a year now and can totally tell the difference when I’m not consistent. Having the TVs in the individual rooms makes all the difference with my attention span, lol. Showers and products are top notch too. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful - shout out to V and Alec!! 10/10 would recommend, I’ve already turned a few friends on to this place, both to this one and one in the DMV!

Perspire is a great place to relax and get a good sweat in for a fair price. The staff here is extremely kind and welcoming. They take time to learn your name and always ensure the saunas are thoroughly cleaned between sessions. I’ve really enjoyed my membership here over the past year!

My husband and I LOVED our experience here! The staff member at the Pharr Rd location was super friendly and did a great job explaining things to us first-timers. We didn't know what to think about infrared saunas before our first session and were amazed by just how relaxed and recharged we felt after our session. We will definitely be back!

First experience floating for me. Highly recommend! They made me feel comfortable and informed. I was worried about the extreme darkness but easily adapted—the full experience is totally worth it! My mind and body felt relaxed and relieved. An absolutely amazing adventure!

I’ve been going to the VA Highlands Perspire for months and I love it. It’s super clean and the staff is so friendly (shout out to V!) - my room is always ready upon arrival, perfectly set up, and welcoming with a friendly sign and chilled essential oil-infused towel for cool down time.

It’s going on 2 years at this facility and I can’t be more pleased with the staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and personal attention. The service is top notch. The benefits are scientifically documented. Virginia Highland is my favorite spot for self-care! My only complaint is that they’re not nationwide; I travel.

I came here about a week ago... Service is great.... Place is extremely clean like extremely... I do think if I came get back here I'll do the sauna instead of the float. I had water in my ears for over a week.,... If you don't like pitch dark rooms then just know the rooms get dark..... Cool experience.. It is relaxing..,. I may hv to take his advice n try after a workout.. Nothing bad to say about this place .

Session was excellent,but they do not offer you water before or after even if you’re about to pass out after your session and they do not offer you to use the restroom before or after session knowing you just detoxed for an hour!They did not valet my parking as described in message that they would,I paid $12.50 for an hour to park!They harassed me for a week to buy a package of sessions after I told them NO!
I will not be returning!

I’ve been a customer here for 3 years. I’ve had several issues and this is my first time requesting to speak to a GM, the owner, or regional manager which I was told I’d talk to on several occasions…. It’s been two months and I have the text to prove it. I also sent two emails and no responses at all. The treatment is disgusting that no one can hear what a client who has been paying and not causing any issues had to say. I found out they aren’t on the BBB but I’ll be referring this same message to them as well. I’ve never been treated so significantly and I recommended this place to several people which I didn’t receive credit for because they are so disorganized and it’s really simple. Also some of the staff is rude. They have a high turn over ratio because they aren’t hiring the right people. Before I cancel my subscription I had to let this out for anyone else putting up with this nonsense. One complaint for something that wasn’t right shouldn’t take 2-3 months with empty promises. Also it’s false advertising on a lot of there rooms. Which doesn’t get to the max heat they say it does.

Been a member here for a few months, and I’ve visited multiple studios in different states now. This location is really good, the staff is excellent, extremely helpful and friendly. They really know how to take care of their clients and accommodate them. I would definitely recommend this location.

Absolutely love this place. The font lady was so great let me get in my room 5 minutes before and it was ready. I was so happy. Made my day!!!!!!

Visited for a second time, absolutely loved it. Great customer service. Very welcoming. My room was ready for me with extra towels and a cold essentials oil face towel. The small things matter!

I came here by the introduction of my yoga studio; I believe they partner with different fitness studios to get their name out there. The whole booking process was extremely seamless, I was able to book and communicate with their staff via text for the reservation which was super convenient.

I ended up sharing a suite with a friend. The suite is large enough for 2 people without feeling too cramped. I took 2 stars off because despite letting them know my preference in advance(chromotherapy, cold compress scent, etc), they did not set any of it up. And even though I arrived 6 mins early, I felt very rushed. The lady on staff that helped me took me to the suite and almost immediately started the 1-hr timer even though my friend had not arrived yet. When I questioned her, she said "we have to start on time or we will fall behind schedule". I'm fine with starting on time, but I was early and it was not the scheduled time yet. They also texted my friend regarding doing a cold plunge, but we did not receive that either. There was no tour or anything to get you acquainted with their facility or services they provide.

For a first time visit, it did not leave a good impression and needless to say, I will not be starting a membership.

Just had my first experience at SweatHouz and loved it! The staff was super kind and explained everything, the facilities were great, and I left feeling very relaxed.

I did 60 min in the private sauna suite (about 30-45 minutes sauna and a 15 minute Vitamin C shower) and 25 min in the recovery room (with a 15 minute hydromassage & Celluma light therapy and 10 minutes with leg compression, venom back heated massage, and the hyperice massage gun). I initially went in thinking that I’d be so bored for an hour in the sauna, but it was so peaceful and relaxing - time fly by! Everyone should definitely try it out at least once

Lovely studio. It's very clean, the staff was kind and helpful. The shower room was appreciated. I only wonder if they should have more than one shower for busy times.

Great place for some health care infrared sauna.
You can visit with our without membership but on my case ended up doing the membership as it was a nice savings. They also upgrade a few u it’s where they get even hotter and couples can go in.

If I could this place 10 stars, I would. I literally came here on a whim as my flight was delayed and then cancelled. The staff, especially, Aaliyah, was kind happy and professional. It was clean and efficiently run. She was welcoming and explained everything to me and then on the second visit, explained everything to my son for his own sessions.
Love the clean towels and essential oil cold towel - my favorite is the peppermint. The vitamins c infused shower left a glow and softness on my skin. The hydro massage was...WOW. Everything was perfect on both visits. (I did the west midtown location in the same week but it fell short) This Peachtree location is what each location should look like.
I came here twice: once when i did a round trip to drop my high school son to an engineering forum at Georgia Tech and then the second was when I flew back to pick him up (we live in Las vegas). It is a perfect way to unwind before heading to the airport and I wish we had one of these in Las Vegas.

I absolutely love this place. They have all the best amenities one could ask for….private sauna, vitamin V infused shower, a beauty bar, and the list goes on. Personally, I do the unlimited membership and go every day but Sunday. I love it.

Excellent place for first time floaters! Super clean and friendly owners/staff.

What a delightful experience. Not only did we get a good education on floating and some pro tips, we also learned how the float tanks work and how they are drained and cleaned after every float.

The whole experience uses technology and good design to make the experience that much more enjoyable. You do everything in one room - the dressing area, the shower and the float pod. After you shower the timer starts on the float pod as soon as the water cuts off. You wipe your face off, hop in the water and relax. The pod and room lights turn off on timers and you’re immersed in quiet and darkness. The last few minutes of the float triggers the pod lights to gradually come back on.

Love it!!! This was my first time visiting this location. I loved the private Suite with the infrared sauna and vitamin C shower. I also did 15 minute Hydromassage and red light therapy. It was so relaxing and clean. The lady at the front desk was nice and very professional. I’ll definitely be returning.

This was definitely a classy place with team members that are well educated in their equipment, the science of floating, as well as the integration with meditation.

Received a tour and overview and EVERYONE I saw leaving the facility was smiling and stretching with glee (just as I was when I left).

I did a float followed by a 50 minute sauna session and was so glad they had the TV so I could just sit and catch a Netflix episode to take my mind off the time and the HEAT!!!

Will definitely visit again and highly recommend. 🙌🙌

Even loved the “Spa Tea” when checking out. Was only 1 carb per can and the perfect refreshing finish to an amazing time.

The staff are very friendly and attentive. Offers Sauna plus Cold Plunge which is quite unique. Major bonus here is that the shower in your personal sauna suite so no need to move to another area.

My boyfriend and I signed up for our first session on Friday night. The facility and staff was very nice. After about 15 minutes in the sauna I got up to adjust the temperate and immediately passed out and now have a concussion from falling and hitting my head. I know this isn’t the fault of the staff, but the reason I’m leaving one star is because as a first time visitor we weren’t given any information into what temperate the sauna would be pre-heated to, how high it would increase so rapidly, or what a safe
temperature is. It started around 140 which was fine, but within 15 minutes and when I passed out it had increased to 180+. I’ve used saunas for years at my local gym and have never had an issue and know to drink water etc. These rooms get dangerously hot way too fast.

I have had my own Sauna for the past 12 years, it's part of my self care … since my new place wouldn’t be ready til October … and I needed to stay on my program … I was so HAPPY to have found Sweathouz! It’s extremely clean, offers a Hydromassage bed and a Cold Plunge, all included in the monthly, unlimited price … which is unheard of … (coming fr CA, all of those services would be priced separately).

Everyone is professional and friendly … Caroline (first showed me around), I see Kayla and Dominique (greeting me at the door) and Brianna, the Manager, stays on top of everything (handling any issues quite easily) … you couldn’t ask for a better group. Just walking in, everyone is smiling … it certainly adds to my good day!

Visiting from Dallas and when I tell you that the service was exceptional you better believe me!

I wanted a sauna experience after my gym workout at the hotel and I saw YouTuber Kirah on Instagram visiting them so I decided to visit. and from point of schedule to departure, it was nothing but a seamless experience. I originally scheduled my sauna experience at an earlier time but due to some transportational “woes” I had to call and reschedule for at least 15 minutes thereafter. Once my travel arrangements were solidified I made my way of course still being a few minutes late due to not knowing where to park.

Upon arrival I spoke with the very polite lady (who also took my calls) at the front who not only scheduled it an additional 15 minutes out, but welcomed my delinquency with her clever plan to ensure that I would technically arrive on time. She provided the basic intro information and then went into the many benefits of the infrared sauna experience and what impact using the different color lights may have. She walked me to my sauna and explained in great detail the entire process.

Upon my departure she asked if i needed parking validation and I said no because I parked on the side of the street. I could tell that that was probably something I shouldn’t have done by the look of her face lol. (Luckily my car was still there). But even her genuine concern at that point made the fact that I might’ve been towed warming. Anyway whenever I am in Atlanta I will go out of my way to visit this SH. ❤️❤️

I went twice to visit to this location a day apart. The 1st time I came alone and it was a 5/5 rating experience wise. The 2nd time I came to be a support for a friend for her 1st visit. My 1st time was wonderful the young lady at the front really set the expectation and standard. I think she has blonde or light brown hair, her name isn't on the receipt. She sent me a text message asking me what Music I wanted to listen to, what color I wanted in the sauna, and what scent I wanted on my cold compress. She also thoroughly explained everything about the pod. This time that I came with my friend T and we booked under my friend's name. My friend got no text message asking her, her preferences and when we got to the place the associate named nakyia didn't give my friend a great 1st experience experience. This visit 3/5 rating. We had to wait at the door for a while for it to get opened although I was calling the number no one ever answered the phone. When we finally did get inside, myself, my friend, and another guy all walked in at the same time, she asked us were we all together I told her no only me and T were together and she paused and said she was confused. I don't know how she was confused when i clarified the man wasn't with us. I had to explain to her me and T were going in the same pod. If she was confused she could have asked if we wanted separate pods or the same pod instead of making us feel awkward. I told her it was my 2nd time so she could have explained too that I would get charged for being in the same pod as my friend and the process of how it works. I really should have gotten a referral rate in that case! We waited in the lobby about 10 minutes which put us past our start time and she wasn't going to explain anything about the pod before she left the room if i didnt inquire. She led us in the pod and asked was there anything we needed before we got started and I said yes, can you explain to my friend everything because it's her 1st time she looked at me puzzled and hesitated to start to explain but eventually did. She then started the time while explaining when she asked," was there anything we needed BEFORE she started the time.WE were on time by more than 5 min to this appointmentand to be treated so impatient! She said nothing about parking validation. I left out the door and had to go back in for her to ask, oh so you need parking validation. I wanted my 1st experience for my friend but no. She didn't tell us how to change the lights in the pod although she acknowledged it while eventually describing the functions of the pod. Im giving a 4 to average both times because the first time was a five🤙 and second was a 3👎

Super friendly and helpful staff, i love that you get a private suite, and they have dyson hot tools & red light therapy in the beauty bar. There’s so much research on the benefits of sauna, plus i always feel super refreshed after!

Perspire Virginia Highlands is the best sauna in town! The hosts greet you with warmth and smiles as your off to a peaceful room of hot meditation. All staff is kind, caring, and personable to provide you the best experience.

Hosts V and Jeramy are so great at what they do! They make you feel as though you’re a long time friend even on the first visit.

The room is always clean and comforting. Feeling like your welcomed is an understatement. With personal messages and amenities to accommodate your comfort; this place truly feels like home.

I would definitely recommend a visit but I would highly encourage becoming a member. And, adding Perspire to your self-care routine!
