Perspire Sauna Studio

Second visit to Perspire, but first time at the Virginia Highlands location. The staff are friendly, helpful and informative (it had been awhile since I had been to a sauna, and they helped set expectations). The facility is very clean and comfortable. There's a television in the room that you can select whatever entertainment or ambience or meditation material you want. And there's a shower for afterwards - definitely needed it.

The staff is always incredibly friendly. The space is clean & modern. The private saunas are amazing --plenty of room to do some stretching if you feel like it! (If you have a membership, you can book a room with a private shower as well.) Having the TV is nice --I can throw on an episode of Queer Eye or Great British Baking Show or a sound bath on YouTube. I feel immediate benefits after a sauna visit. I feel so relaxed and sleep like a baby!

Clean, friendly and convenient! I’ve been coming to Perspire VH for about a year now and can totally tell the difference when I’m not consistent. Having the TVs in the individual rooms makes all the difference with my attention span, lol. Showers and products are top notch too. The staff is ALWAYS super friendly and helpful - shout out to V and Alec!! 10/10 would recommend, I’ve already turned a few friends on to this place, both to this one and one in the DMV!

Perspire is a great place to relax and get a good sweat in for a fair price. The staff here is extremely kind and welcoming. They take time to learn your name and always ensure the saunas are thoroughly cleaned between sessions. I’ve really enjoyed my membership here over the past year!

I’ve been going to the VA Highlands Perspire for months and I love it. It’s super clean and the staff is so friendly (shout out to V!) - my room is always ready upon arrival, perfectly set up, and welcoming with a friendly sign and chilled essential oil-infused towel for cool down time.

It’s going on 2 years at this facility and I can’t be more pleased with the staff’s professionalism, friendliness, and personal attention. The service is top notch. The benefits are scientifically documented. Virginia Highland is my favorite spot for self-care! My only complaint is that they’re not nationwide; I travel.

Absolutely love this place. The font lady was so great let me get in my room 5 minutes before and it was ready. I was so happy. Made my day!!!!!!

Visited for a second time, absolutely loved it. Great customer service. Very welcoming. My room was ready for me with extra towels and a cold essentials oil face towel. The small things matter!
