I called in to ask for the membership prices. The person who picked up the phone started to voluntarily talk to me in English and listed the gym's offer prices.
I sensed the vibe that the gym only accepts English speakers' clients because she used many terms only English speakers can understand and comprehend.
TBH, I felt uncomfortable with the way she talked; unfriendly and egoistic.
I hope you train your staff to respect any potential clients.

اسوأ جيم دخلته في حياتي ديق و محدش مهتم بالأجهزة و محدش بينبه على المشتركين يرجع الاوزان مكانها بعد اللعب و أصعب حاجه انه مصنف انه مكيف و في عز موجة الحر اللي احنا فيها بيقفلو كل التكيفات اللي في الجيم و لما تسأل اللي ماسك الشيفت يقولك في مشكله في المفاتيح او اي كدب وخلاص و هما اللي قاصدين يقفلوه و مفيش اي بديل للتهويه هما شفاطين تلاته والجيم كله صاج اساسا ف بيكرهوك في التمرين وخلاص

The gym itself is a bit small and cramped. The equipment is good and the community there is friendly and more than willing to help. They've got good subscription deals and I think this gym is the most convenient in El-shurouk.
Average but the air conditioning system is very bad there are little to no fresh air it’s very hot there you feel bad due to low oxygen levels it’s very crowded
Amazing gym. Would recommend for beginners, however; it does have a lot of equipment for more experienced goers. Personal trainers are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend you to get a membership here.

I spent almost couple of months in the gym. I feel very comfortable in this place, the moment you entered you meet with very nice front desk team, always smiling and supportive.
Coaches are really friendly, never experienced such kind of continuous help, tips and advice. They never try to sell you out any service or product this makes me feel they really care. Much appreciated
Other clients also are very friendly, so the atmosphere is really healthy, used to spend 1.5 hours max in the gym, here I am usually spending more tan two hours each visit and never felt bad.
Conclusion if you want a place which makes you feel home just go to snap gym!

But it lacked other things as it's only one branch. And has no pool, and for sure, there are other facilities that exist on other gyms for big players.
But the gym owner gave me a call, and he was very friendly and asking why I gave this feedback. And after a very friendly chit chat.
I think any facility with such attention to detail and this level of communication with their clients can always beat any big players in the market

Staff are friendly and nice . Not the perfect gym in shorouk . But it worth its money . I like its not crowded . No classes yet but they are developing the gym .

The staff are very kind and helpful. The area for women is very small and has very limited equipment. I think it is very expensive for few amenities.
When you enter the mall, you must go to the second floor and it is in the far corner.

It's nice and not expensive, they have everything you need to train. Just don't go at 7-10 as it's extremely crowded and they some times close the doors.

Spacious floor with variety of machines and numerous treadmills. Good space for crossfit and bodyweight workout. Dumbbells go from 2 kg to 45 kg which makes it suitable for all fitness levels. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and available for assistance. I consider Snap gym to be the best in the area

A budget gym - from the pluses the price and location , trainers are also friendly and helpful. The minuses - machines are very old and not maintained well.
Unfortunately, I faced a bad experience with raw gym management! ( El Sherouk club).
After I informed that I had an exption to postpone my 3 months payment ( for a week)!! Till I get my salary!! In the day of payment, I informed that the agreement has been rejected ( was facke)!! And I had to pay according the new price (out of the offered offer)!
By the way, I stopped immediately to continue with an unprofessional management, who didn't keep their word!!!!!!

It was really a good experience being there, the staff was very helpful and the coach was very good person and he keeps giving you useful tips and information about your body and how to maintain healthy lifestyle.. Really love it
