I called in to ask for the membership prices. The person who picked up the phone started to voluntarily talk to me in English and listed the gym's offer prices.
I sensed the vibe that the gym only accepts English speakers' clients because she used many terms only English speakers can understand and comprehend.
TBH, I felt uncomfortable with the way she talked; unfriendly and egoistic.
I hope you train your staff to respect any potential clients.

Amazing gym. Would recommend for beginners, however; it does have a lot of equipment for more experienced goers. Personal trainers are very kind and helpful. I highly recommend you to get a membership here.

I spent almost couple of months in the gym. I feel very comfortable in this place, the moment you entered you meet with very nice front desk team, always smiling and supportive.
Coaches are really friendly, never experienced such kind of continuous help, tips and advice. They never try to sell you out any service or product this makes me feel they really care. Much appreciated
Other clients also are very friendly, so the atmosphere is really healthy, used to spend 1.5 hours max in the gym, here I am usually spending more tan two hours each visit and never felt bad.
Conclusion if you want a place which makes you feel home just go to snap gym!

At first, I gave it 3 out 5. As I found it really nice as value for price, the place was really good. And trainers are good.
But it lacked other things as it's only one branch. And has no pool, and for sure, there are other facilities that exist on other gyms for big players.
But the gym owner gave me a call, and he was very friendly and asking why I gave this feedback. And after a very friendly chit chat.
I think any facility with such attention to detail and this level of communication with their clients can always beat any big players in the market
