Tiffany was awful I tried to tell her that the bathroom floor was really wet because when I went in it was so slippery I almost fell.
When I approached her I ask her if she spoke Spanish but she wouldn't answer then I asked her in English if she spoke English and she still wouldn't answer so I told her straight up that she was really weird and she went behind the counter to tell one of her co-workers what I said to her.
I spoke to the manager to complain about it hopefully they won't hire people like Tiffany.
I wouldn't recommend this location if she's around.

Always nice to come back to a family favorite and discover that yes it is still as amazing as last time.

I found a metal wire in my fried rice. Needs regulatory authorities to inspect this restaurant !!!

I love the consistency of the food here. It is great. The biggest complaint at this location is that during dinner rush time, the line gets crazy and there is no where to really stand sometimes the line physically goes out the side door. So just be mindful of when you go.

Jackie was amazing and provided excellent customer service. I came in super hangry and wanted to eat fast. She made sure my order was correct and even gave me a little extra scoop. After a long day of work she turned a bad day into a good day. Thanks Jackie!

Costumer service is not the best.
I asked for teriyaki sauce, and they said they don't carry that. Also, one of the girls working there had a really bad attitude.

Horrible customer service, they have messed up my orders on 3 different occasions, why is it so hard? And after I paid and realized it had happened again and explained myself, they looked at each other and laughed. Not going back👎

Pretty good for little fast food.

Food was plentiful and delicious 😋 Ordered the family dinner. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely a place I would come back for when the mood for some Chinese food hits.

Food is not the best people hype this place up noodles taste like cardboard very limited selection

I have been a long time customer since the original owners. This Hong Kong Express has always had delicious food, generous portions and excellent prices.
The new owners have done a wonderful job in keeping the restaurant food and prices as perfect as the first owners. They are always friendly and they remember their customers.
They have a lot of customers but there is never a long wait.
Be aware they are closed on the weekends. But the husband and wife who own it totally deserve their time off. They've worked 6 days a week for at least 10 hours a day for many years.
Love this place, give it a try.

Very good bang for the buck given the inflation. If you want above average tasting Panda Express like food, this is the place. They give you ample portions. Don't come here for your 1st date unless you and your date are hung over and just need to fill your stomach!

Been several times. There aren't many Chinese food places left but they do it well. The wife prepares the orders and she is efficient and always nice. There are 3 tables so if you go during lunch hour you may be able to sit down.

There's a good selections of chicken recipes, beef broccoli and freshly cook veggies. You can chose combo meals or a'la cart. Best of all price is right. Higley recommended

I enjoy coming here, it's very delicious even though I know it isn't truly authentic Chinese food, but eh... It's still good, I do like the idea that they added the super green entree incase you want to eat healthier or maybe if your Vegetarian. But I like the idea that It has variety.
