I just had my order through talabat , I received my order missing after waiting for 35min . I tried to contact the restaurant which I explained the staff regarding the issue, she was totally unprofessional , instead of trying to send the missing items and apologize, shes telling me to come and pick the items tomorrow!! And although i told her all most of the customers reviews through talabat is((( items missing))) . Literally this will be my first and last order .

Today I got cockroach in my food. It was in noodle. Very disappointed..I always have eaten food there visiting Ajman city center, but don't think I will come for it again after this incident (((

I visited Panda Chinese Restaurant 10 days ago and had a very disappointing experience. I ordered my meal, but when it arrived, I noticed a small cockroach on the plate. I immediately informed the staff and asked them to cancel my order and issue a refund. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my refund.
This situation is unacceptable, and the restaurant seriously needs to improve their cleanliness and hygiene standards.
I hope that I can give them less than a star 😅

Had a rough experience in this fastfood Panda Chinese , tiring and wanted to grab a food with my colleague we decided to order here , approaching the store 2 ladies was at the moment , 1 at the serving side and 1 at the cash counter , I approach the lady with a good vibe coz for me i was excited to order here because we only come for work here once in a month for our work , this will be the second time the lady asked me from which shop we work and tell the store name and finished my order the next is for my colleague , then she told me "I can only give 1staff meal" so i asked "Shall we order separate bill ?" coz i didnt even get what her point was , she again told me "mam 1 order only 1 staff" so i was confuse and tell her again "Do we have to order 1 by 1" and she replied to me "No mam 1 staff meal only , you are off duty right"
then told her this is our uniform , the lady at the cash counter instead to apologize she explained first and she told us the responsibilities they have to do to give for the staff meal , but the asked nicely first before judging on how we wear but have some common sense to see we are not wearing outside dress , this is our uniform . The lady still explained to my colleague then still we told them this is our uniform . Lost our appetite and never to order here again , by the way the guy last time he approached us warmly and polite taking our orders . Better to put him in the morning shift .

I ordered Chicken Manchurian with rice and noodles 🍜 the taste was good however food was cold.

I had a terrible experience at Panda Chinese Rest. in Ajman City Center. Staff named Mezan was too rude and very unprofessional.

Firstly, he charged me AED 28/- for a single combo, although it was mentioned in the menu AED 27. Tbh, charging AED 1 wasn't my actual concern, but he charged me an additional AED 10 on the bill and after receiving my change, when i asked him to clarify my doubt, he got too angry and was murmuring infront of other customers. Although he was wrong and gave back the actual balance later, he did not feel sorry at all for his misbehavior.

It's really understandable that mistakes happen, but just because he was asked to give a clarification, he should not have behaved disrespectfully.

Not coming back again!

I ordered combo meal,more options to choose and portion was also big however the food taste for me was only average..Free drinks like sparkling boba drink are not always available ending up to choose softdrinks or additional payment for another drinks..

It was one of the worst chicken fried rice ever I ate in my life. The quantity is large but the quality is very worst, there's no tatse, no spicy at all..., please note that large quantity without taste is useless to eat. Cockroaches were roaming on the seats, which was very disgusting to see while eating. Photos attached for reference.

Today was excited to take Iftar there,with the seafood soup and spicy noodle ,it was delicious,,,but the waitress dnt know how to great guest well,,how to served food and how to set the table

Biriyani, fried rice, kunji pathal are a must try.Usually the food and portion size is good here. But the shawaya didn’t met my expectations.It was bland

Quite good place to dine with family. We orders meals and the food and related curry and other items were tasty.

tried Thalassery dum biriyani from here it was good doesn't feel lyk our natile biriyani what i didn't lyk was it was tooo oily

An affordable yet amazing experience, got to celebrate many occasions with top quality food.

We came to Ajman city center, and to have something like Panda Chinese to have some rice and noodles and some chicken, and beef. We avail the combo knowing that we can have all the same plate. We used to have it in a cheaper price of AED32 with soft drinks included. Now they have a combo meal with sparkling boons and some chips included. We asked not to have the added drinks and snack, but they insist to have as its value added to the price of AED40. We accepted it, but to find the chips wasn’t the one which was advertised, the sparkling booba we exchange with water and yet the price still the same. Overall, we are not happy.

We try Neychoru and beef roast. First time I got this much bone 🦴 from the beef roast . 😢

Before was good . Now I will never recommend beef items from here.
