Food and service were spectacular. My wife is Gluten Free and they brought out a special Gluten Free menu just for her. Our server was very accommodating to our requests and everything was delicious!
Tryst is a solid spot in Arlington, and I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. Their coffee drink special featuring Bailey’s, vodka, and Rumchata deserves 5 stars on its own—rich, smooth, and with just the right kick! Plus, the drinks here are stiff and absolutely worth the price, perfect for a night out. The service is friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home.
I have to deduct a star, though, because the Vietnamese pork ribs didn’t quite hit the mark for me. They were a bit too salty and had a gamey flavor that I found overpowering. But overall, Tryst has a great vibe, and I’ll definitely be back for those drinks!

We had our rehearsal dinner here back in June, and it was truly the perfect way to kick off our wedding celebration! Taek, the owner, went above and beyond to make our evening special—he helped us select a custom menu that fit our tastes perfectly and even printed out personalized menus for our event, which added such a thoughtful touch.
The food was absolutely delicious, and to top it all off, we had the most incredible tiramisu from the in-house pastry chef. The service was impeccable from start to finish; everyone was so attentive and made us feel well taken care of.
We started with a private dinner in the back with our family (including two toddlers and some allergies!) then opened up the area for welcome drinks as guests filtered in from out of town. It was a seamless transition and the whole staff was so kind and accommodating.
We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are so thankful to Taek and the entire team for helping make our night so memorable!

Beautiful layout and great vibe in the restaurant. Loved the atmosphere. Not overly loud like most places where you can’t hear your own family. Food was exceptional and the service was the best I ever had. Can’t wait to go back.
Came with my partner for a quick bite. The order process was difficult as the menu is on the complete other side of the counter from where you order. The person taking our order assumed we wanted food that we did not want. My partner said “pollo saltado” and he held up a 1/4 chicken, put it on our plate, and hastily moved us along. No communication thru the order process so we got charged $55 for two people and three whole meals, when we wanted two meals. Staff tried to argue that yes this is what we ordered and tried to refuse a refund once we had realized what happened. They then kept loudly talking about us as we sat and finally had a chance to eat. (I speak Spanish well enough to understand)

This was honestly like a better, less greasy version of five guys, lol. The bacon cheese burger, fries and milk shake were all delicious! I spent around $30, but they give decent sized portions... And Just as a heads up, the large fry is big enough to split between two people.

The burger was decent but the cashier taking our order was terrible. She looked at us like we were in some way intruding and spoke to us in the same way. The environment (staff) pretty much gelt the same. It wasn't a busy day at all only two other customers. Find a better burger spot if aren't starving.

I had heard many good things about Tryst, unfortunately either they had an off night or something else..... I had the ravioli, which I knew to be handmade, but when it came time to cooking it, it just wasn't cooked enough! And how do you say that without sounding like you like it beyond al dente (I have made ravioli in Rome and in Positano in cooking classes and I know al dente pasta - this WAS NOT that. It was close to raw) But the worst part was watching the goof ups that the wait staff made, most likely due to understaffing. I mean everyone was waiting and bussing tables, waiters, bartenders, the receptionist and even the cook staff!!!! I would not recommend this place. (I borrowed someone else's photo)

The food was incredible—fresh and delicious which is what I’m accustomed to when it comes to Shake Shack’s quality.
This location’s quality of food was so good that I mistakenly believed that the quality would be the same at the Shake Shack Union Station. Unfortunately, I was wrong and disappointed.
I’ll gladly return to the Shake Shack Pentagon City location when I’m in the area.

I love the food! My only issue was that I didn't realize that the staff wanted you to sit and use your phone to order. Instead, we asked if our order could be taken by the wait staff. They didn't seem too happy about this request.
FYI: You sit at the table, scan the QR code, and order through the website. There is a place to put your table number so they know where to bring your food.

Fantastic service with flavorful and perfectly cooked food. Don't pass on the chocolate bread pudding. The bourbon steak tips and schnitzel pork loin were both excellent.

We had a very pleasant experience today, the services was the best I’ve experienced. I had made a mistake in my order and they were kind enough to fix it for me. Everyone was very nice always smiling, checking in on us, refilling the water. The food was delicious and the best of the best. I really felt very well taken care of and I will definitely be back.
Good hamburgers. Very busy so took a little longer for food to arrive. Root beer float was lacking in the ice cream department.
Just had an amazing lunch with my brother at this restaurant yesterday. It's located right at the entrance of the mall, so it's super convenient. The place was packed, but we decided to give it a try anyway. The chicken combo was absolutely delicious, and I couldn't get enough of their refreshing lemonade, even though it was a bit pricey. From time to time, I don't get the best service, however my recent visit to this Shake Shack location was truly exceptional, all thanks to Andrew. I was pleasantly surprised by the fantastic experience I had today. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted, offered excellent recommendations, and treated to outstanding customer service. He seems to be very knowledgeable of his stations and proficient in multitasking along with helping direct and overseeing his fellow employees.
Andrew's attentiveness and dedication to ensuring a memorable experience completely changed my perception of Shake Shack. Thanks to him, I will definitely be returning to this specific location more often. If you're looking for exceptional customer service and want to be taken care of, I highly recommend coming to this Shake Shack location and asking for Andrew. Just started working at Equity Residential next door and this place has become my go-to. The employees are very friendly and the food is cooked fresh to order!
I ordered a beet salad which I order at many restaurants. I love beets. The beets that they put in there were pickled and tasted terrible. Really ruined a beautiful salad otherwise. And the piece of salmon that I had put on top was not fresh. So had more of a fishy smell. The menu didn't even describe the salad as having pickled beets. The oysters were superb though. As was the chicken sausage flatbread. The decor is pretty bland and not appealing at all. The lighting is terrible.
When did the coating become so ordinary? And the sauce so generic? It’s okay but nothing special.
Had the ricotta ravioli and they were delicious. On their own they weren’t very flavorful, but the sauce was excellent (mildly salty at times but this is usual when eating out at American restaurants overall I fear). The zucchini on the bottom were delicious and went well with the rest of the dish. I’m used to getting only a few pieces of ravioli that are not that great, even at well rated restaurants, so I was happily surprised by these. I feel like getting ravioli is a test of how good the restaurant is - so this one will be worth coming back to for a second time. Service was excellent and the inside is spacious enough that it feels like a good meeting spot. Not too loud, good lighting for an evening meal.
Finally! A burger place on the east coast that can stack up against Southern California burger joints (I'm looking at you In N Out). I love that the ingredients are fresh & never frozen. This makes a huge difference in the quality & taste of the burger & fries.

We started off for the great corn chowder and lobster kind of soup. The chicken and salmon entrees were good but not to the level of the soup. Which was a bit disappointing. Service was good and a quiet atmosphere.
I know why you don’t order food 20 minutes before closing: you get items that looks like this: burnt, old and disgusting . While the wings were good, the takoyaki was…. well you can see below. And after we gave a $10 tip on a takeout order. Disappointed!
First time visiting the Pentagon city location. Absolutely loved it. The food was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff was nice, professional, and friendly. The restaurant was clean and busy. Will definitely visit again. 😊
Such a nice experience. Food was incredible. We got the Truffle Fries, Bourbon Tips and Ravioli. All are winners. Service was great, Deanna was super personable and friendly. We both agreed we hadn't had food this good since Italy (perhaps we don't go out enough). We both agreed the Bourbon Tips were 10/10. As you can see we ate literally everything.
The Triple Chocolate Brownie Shake ($6.69) caught my eye, but I found it disappointing. Very sweet and all those little bits and pieces kept getting stuck in the straw. I'll try something else next time.
I’m STUFFED! Had the pleasure of dining here for lunch and I was blown away for the experience. Was given a hardy greetings and a complete review of the menu. Since it was my first time, the gentleman behind the counter recommended a double bacon cheeseburger with fries. He was spot on with that recommendation. The burger was juicy and had fresh ingredients. The French fries was hot, crispy and made just right. The seating was plentiful and the color design was very attractive. The restrooms were clean, and the entire appearance was very welcoming. I would recommend anyone looking for the first rate hamburger, check out All About Burger!
I tried this brand for the first time. I ordered a combo of 10 wings & 5 drumsticks, french fries, Kimchi, and rice through Uber Eats. The chicken was so good, especially very fresh. I chose soy sauce and spicy for half and half. I loved the spicy one more. It was the first time I tried Bonchon, and I'm definitely willing to become a regular customer. Next time, I'd like to dine in there!
The BEST chicken wings. The flavor, the crunch.. soo juicy and spicy and just amazing. We got the chicken combo, tteokbokki, and the potstickers. Service was fast and efficient and our waitress was so sweet and made sure we always had our drinks filled and had what we needed. Easily one of my husband and I’s favorite places from here on out!!
Chicken flavor was mediocre except for the skin. The prices are high for the sides which is surprising compared to the portions they provide. They don’t have hand sanitizers, and their bathroom doesn’t have soap. Their wifi or internet went down as I was paying and the lady at the register held me hostage for more than 5 mins waiting for the service, while my food was getting cold she didn’t ask me to go have a seat and enjoy the food so she can ring me up when the service is back. ~7 mins later she swipes my card and hands me a receipt with no apology or warm gesture. As we we’re eating at the table all we can hear is her voice yelling from across the restaurant and in the kitchen. Overall, this place is overpriced, not impressing and not a good experience. I’m not going back.

Grabbed a bite here after a long day of shopping, and made the right decision! We enjoyed everything! The cookies & creme shake was perfect, nice and creamy! I had the classic shack burger which never disappoints. Crinkle cut fries came out nice and crispy. As well as the chicken bites! My boyfriend had the Bacon Cheeseburger and loved it. I only which the patties were thicker :/ Staff was kind and attentive which was a plus, the location is kept surprisingly clean! If you are in need of a good burger after shopping stop by Shake Shack!
A very solid fast food option. A bit on the pricier side ($15 for a doubled cheeseburger and a small fries), but the portions are generous. Patties were well cooked and well seasoned; fries were great and seasoned well, but a little bit too greasy for my liking. Good sauce selection. Able to add a bunch of toppings to your burger. They didn’t offer trays, so I had to ask for a little aluminum plate. Restaurant is spacious and clean. Staff is nice and helpful. I’d definitely come back.
Ordered for delivery. The onion ring was very good - very crispy! The bibimbap has a good portion and was delicious although it’s not very authentic Korean style in my opinion. Soy garlic wings were good, but the spicy wings were too spicy for us. Overall, we enjoyed the food delivery from here!
Food is fantastic here and portions are outstanding. They had a decently sized outdoor dining area. We ordered the chicken sandwich, a burger, and the roasted carrots. Also ordered a mixed drink which was really tasty as well. Service was exceptionally slow though and the only thing bringing down the rating. Would def return!
Have patience when you visit this (well, any of their) location. You will likely have to wait a little, but it’s worth it. This is easily one of my favorite burger places, I always order a cheeseburger with a cookies and cream shake. It’s right in the entrance of Pentagon City, so it’s very easy to find. The staff were nice and the restaurant was clean. No complaints on my end!
Overall the burger was good. But the price was bad. Luckily had a groupon. If I had to describe the visit it was a cross between five guys and Wendy's. The burger tasted exactly like a Dave's Single from Wendy's. Don't get me wrong this my favorite fast food burger. But if I am paying these prices I'd rather go to five guys. The fries weren't that great to me. I also don't really enjoy 5 guys fries either. They have that brown like soft texture. I prefer more like McDonald's chick fila fries. The shake was good, I got an Oreo shake. But I'd rather get a shake at steak and shake. The onion rings were decent. We got the half and half. Which means half fries and onion rings. It did come with alot of fries and onion rings to be fair. They also had alot of sauces/condiments to try on your food. I probably wouldn't go back. So many other burger places I'd rather go, but I get the appeal.
Great food, great service, attractive interior. We had burrata beet salad, wild boar tagliatelle, and apple cinnamon bread pudding. It did NOT disappoint. Delicious. Great value.

It's a nice restaurant. Ordering is quick and the wait is short. They have great wine and reservations are easy. Parking is easy and there are booths available for multiple people. They also have outdoor seating in the summer which is great when the weather is beautiful.
Best Peruvian Chicken in the whole DC metropolitan area! We’ve been coming to eat their delicious charcoal grilled chicken for many years now. Great friendly staff and personnel. They’ve got quite few awesome sides to choose from. Try their yuca fries - I’ve never tasted better ones anywhere. We can’t have enough of it! We highly recommend this place both for locals and for DC area visitors. LOVE IT!!!
My experience was similar to most of the reviews. Good burger, plenty of choices, good fries, and seems like a clean place. Burgers and fries are probably better than 5Guys and Shake Shack, but not as good as BTS. I was the only customer in the place today and when my order was ready, they made me come get it at the counter. I realize this is not a table service place, BUT they could have made the effort to come over 20 feet. The place loses on star for being a bit expensive and their ice tea sucks.. see my receipt in photos... $14.50 for a double cheeseburger, small fries, and a drink. The ice tea system is not really a fresh brewed taste and I had to dilute it with 50% water. I could have saved $2.40 by just getting water. Ii
