We heard alot about this place and the famous $8 breakfast. Finally gave it a try along with some veggie Momos. This meal was amazing! The food came out fresh, the portions are very generous and the service was amazing. We asked to exclude the egg and they even offered more of the chickpea curry. We'll definitely be coming back!

It’s a casual and low key joint that offers decent Thai food at reasonable prices. I do not recommend the spring rolls (which didn’t have much flavour) but liked their vegetarian glass noodles (which contained a lot of tofu and vegetables) and the holy basil shrimp (which wasn’t as spicy as I thought it would be, but flavourful). Service was attentive.

Ordered takeout and 5he chicken wings were burnt. The chicken fried rice wasn't cooked all the way through and the rice was crunchy. Don't waste your time diving here

For this price of 29.9CAD this all you can eat is unbeatable. Food comes extremely quickly, great service, and Sashimi is of great quality! Also loved the ribs, Miso soup, tempura, and various sushi items.
I can't understand how this restaurant has a rating of 3.8, but I don't trust many people's reviews because they just can't judge properly. Can't ask for more at this price point. You can also go to a Western restaurant and pay the same amount of money for micro portions and average food which is just nicely presented. But in terms of food this is fresh and just awesome. Will come here again, especially since it's located to centrally downtown.

Great experience. Food was served fast and delicious. The staffs were very friendly and found the positive energy in here.
Space is great for couple and small group up to 6. The soft-shell crab is the only item got 9/10. The rest was 10/10. Crispy pork belly dish was a hit.
In general, I will definitely be back.

Sooo good, a small restaurant downstairs on Huron street, just off of Dundas. We spoke English but the lady serving us was super nice and explained the dishes to us.

We got the pan fried dumplings, pan fried Bao, onion pancakes, and ja jang noodles with pork.

Some of the best Chinese food I had in a while, everything was a hit. The pancakes were so crispy, the dumplings and buns were properly seasoned without a lot (or any?) of msg. Noodles were also super delicious. I could tell that everything was homemade! If the flavours are too mild, you can add vinegar/soy/chili oil self serve.

Highly recommend you try out a variety of dishes from the menu!

A nice family owned restaurant. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. Honestly, not the best sushi I've had, but the quality was acceptable. The value of the amount you get was good, though and came out rather quickly. We had the spider sushi, green dragon, and salmon plate. All 3 were good but I highly recommend the green dragon rolls!

The customer service was extremely poor. The staff members were impolite, and when we sat down, they showed no interest in our table. We patiently waited for someone to approach us so we could order more, but they consistently ignored us. One of the staff members appeared constantly unhappy and even raised his voice at a nearby table. Furthermore, the food was only mediocre. When we ordered the Peking duck, the wraps were chewy and served lukewarm. The steamed fish also arrived with missing parts and looked unappetizing.

Great experience for a local joint. Fast and friendly service. The only problem is their crispy pork rice, while it’s appreciated that the pork skin is VERY satisfyingly crispy, the pork belly attached to it is also that. Which makes it very dry taste plain.

The food was absolutely delicious ! The place is kind of small and doesn’t look fancy but with what you will get, it’s absolute worth it. The prices are very reasonable, you have diner combo available for 2. The quantity were a bit too much for what I like to eat but I got a too go with the rest. Definitely a place you have to try if you are around !

I was recommended by a friend to give this place a try because their food tasted good. I ordered the tom yum soup, stir fried noodles with seafood.

Everything came pretty quick and tasted great until the 2 clams in the noodles. It tasted a bit unusual but I didn’t pay it no mind at the time because I assumed because of the way it was made. Later when I got home, I started feeling nauseous and then realized I got food poisoning, most probably from the mussels (the right of the pic).

Overall, very disappointed and would not recommended anyone.

Paid $12 and this is how much salmon I received . Doesn’t taste fresh at all
Got the garlic ginger chicken (left) and mixed momo. Very good, simple, tasty food, but nothing particularly special or different (especially the chicken dish). Excellent value for the price which hovered around the $10 mark per dish before tax. Service could be more attentive and without the attitude. I kept asking for hot sauce on the side and the person kept repeating it as "hot sauce" so I was concerned they would put it right on the food. When I asked for clarification that they understood the hot sauce was to be put on the side, he raised his voice and hung up the phone.

They wanted to charge 50 cents for a take out bag lol. Now I gotta be on an hour commute carrying poke with my hand. Maybe manager should take notes from zen Kyoto next door
The owner was nice and let us in 15 minutes before the opening. However, the food was okay, the juicy dumplings had a lot of juice but missing the taste, not enough flavor. Cucumber salad was refreshing but not enough salt/soy sauce.

Disclaimer: they only take cash/ no visa。
Loved the fresh sashimi slices, the hand rolls and sushi rolls were rated good and okayish respectively by my friend. The prices are great for ayce in downtown Toronto the only downside I can think of is no iPad selection like most stores these days. P.S- their tempuras slaps.
The salmon poke bowl was pretty good, but it is pretty expensive for what it is, though not unexpected with any of the eateries along the PATH.

There was a fairly long line when I went during lunchtime, so it seems pretty popular. Things moved fairly quickly, and they were efficient.

There is seating around that general area of eateries, but nothing dedicated for the restaurant location itself.

Average across the board; nothing special. Giving this spot 2 stars because my beef bowl had sushi rice instead of regular rice. A strange experience eating vinegary beef.

All handmade - skin, filling, & even the mincing of the meats!

Taste is mild like grandma made it.

Ordered:
Chicken, Bamboo Shoot, & Wood Ear 🥟
Pork & Green Onion Bun-Cake (texture wise)
Chives & Egg Pockets <— BEST!
Real hand-made dumplings that taste amazing. A cozy and family own place with good vibes.
The place is very small so in busy hours the line is outside. It could be a little bit cleaner, and I think it's time to leave the disposable behind.

Other reviews are right on the money here - this is a good Chinese spot that's neither too impressive nor terrible. The dim sum is a grade higher than what you get from casual takeout but nothing too mindblowing.

The restaurant's most popular dish is the xiao long bao or soup dumplings. The skin is not as thick as Juicy Dumplings and the broth is better, but it's probably not worth the extra price.

Surprisingly, I enjoyed the house fried rice most. Sure it was greasy as heck, but it was delicious and full of flavour.

Overall, a decent option for Chinese cuisine but with so many options in Chinatown, I'm not sure what will draw me back.
Amazing Thai fare. Rich flavour. Ordered wontons, spicy flat noodles with chicken and beef masaman curry. Portion sizes are very decent. Loved the mango sticky rice. Service is excellent.

I actually came here after being disheartened that a cafe was full. I was stressed for studying but I was also hungry. And then I walked by here. It isn’t very intimidating or does it stand out, but it’s this little store down the stairs.

But hey- those usually turn out to be the best places. This was dead of winter mind you, and so I decided to get my favourite dumplings, xiaolongbao (soup dumplings), and another thing to warm up, simple, good egg drop soup- simplest of the soups, and yet the most heartwarming.

It was good is all I can say. Dumplings were one of the best in town, and it’s hard to get good soup dumplings.

The staff has a language barrier, but that’s okay it really didn’t change anything. In fact, made moments more endearing because we’d work harder to communicate with one another, but also was oddly easy to understand through their warmth.

You write your order on a paper, which I almost felt bad for using, being a solo eater, but it made things quick and efficient. They didn’t mind if I watched a video as I ate, it was chill and they weren’t in a rush to push people out the door.

I’ll be back here again for sure, thank you for having me :)
Surprisingly quite good. Got the Jr. sushi burritos with chicken karaage and thought it would be gimmicky but it actually tasted good. The sushi burritos were well wrapped so they didn’t fall apart immediately like other sushi burritos I’ve had.

This place has been on my radar for some time but i just never got around to coming until my uncle's wife suggested coming over.

The beef soup noodles did not disappoint. The rich broth with thick noodle and tender beef. Not bad for beef noodles that I've had in Toronto!

Xiaolungbao, the soup dumplings (not featured in pic) were delicious as were the other Shanghainese dishes we ordered.

We went to grab some sushi because we were SUPER hungry and remembered this place from New York City. We got the Tuna Sampler among other things. Over all, the quality of the food is unmatched. However, if you do not like fushion foods, this place is not for you. Had an amazing lunch and would reccomend to friends!

Hands down best juicy pork bun also called xiao long dang bao. One of the best Northern Chinese Restaurant in town.
The only place that might make it better than this place is a 3 star Michelin restaurant in San Francisco.
For this price it's best to have it here.
The owner is very friendly and sweet.
They only take cash or debit card.
From noodles to dumplings and pies it's all so tasty.
It really brought me back to my childhood living back home in China.
Everytime I come to Toronto I have to walk 23 mins to come here and eat at least 3 to 5 times while I am here.
I took some pictures and those are the ones I definitely recommend to try.
I decided to try out in The Path and I must say I was impressed with the quality of their food. The Sushi Salmon bowl was delicious and the ingredients were fresh. Service was fast and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place for a quick and tasty meal.

Great service, fantastic environment, quality fish...the flavors are a little bit too fusion for my taste
I ordered from them online and was told the delivery guy will call me when he's at my door. Not only the order was delayed, he just left it at the door without informing me. All that wait for food that wasn't even worth the wait.
I ordered the veggie pad Thai but I have a feeling it wasn't really vegetarian.

A Delightful Fusion of Flavors at Thai Elephant Restaurant on Queen Street, Canada

My recent visit to Thai Elephant Restaurant on Queen Street in Canada left me absolutely thrilled, especially after trying their Curry Pad Thai. This hidden gem of a restaurant is a true haven for Thai cuisine enthusiasts like me, offering an array of authentic dishes that capture the essence of Thai flavors.

The Curry Pad Thai at Thai Elephant Restaurant is a delightful twist on the traditional Pad Thai dish. The combination of fragrant curry and the classic rice noodles creates a harmonious blend of flavors that truly tantalize the taste buds. The dish is perfectly balanced with just the right amount of heat, and the use of fresh ingredients is evident in every bite.

The presentation of the Curry Pad Thai was a visual delight as well. The vibrant colors of the vegetables, the succulent shrimp, and the aromatic curry sauce came together to create a stunning plate that made my mouth water before even taking a bite. Each ingredient was expertly cooked, ensuring that the flavors remained distinct yet melded beautifully.

The service at Thai Elephant Restaurant was exceptional. The staff members were welcoming, attentive, and eager to accommodate any special requests or dietary preferences. They took the time to explain the menu and make recommendations, which added to the overall enjoyable dining experience.

The ambiance of the restaurant is cozy and inviting, with warm lighting and tasteful decor that reflects Thai culture. Whether you're looking for a casual meal with friends or a romantic dinner for two, Thai Elephant Restaurant provides the perfect setting to enjoy their delectable cuisine.

In addition to their Curry Pad Thai, Thai Elephant Restaurant offers a wide selection of other Thai dishes that are equally outstanding. From their aromatic curries to their flavorful stir-fries, every item on the menu showcases the chef's expertise and passion for Thai cuisine.

If you're in the Queen Street area and craving authentic Thai flavors, I highly recommend visiting Thai Elephant Restaurant. Their Curry Pad Thai, along with their attentive service and inviting ambiance, will undoubtedly leave you with a memorable dining experience. Prepare yourself for a culinary journey that will transport your taste buds to the vibrant streets of Thailand!

This is based on 3 delivery orders from this location. Finally, a Thai place that carries coconut rice and made the right way! Coconut pad thai was a huge hit. Enjoyed the pad see ew as well. Samosas and spring rolls, i can pass on. Looking forward to trying this place in person.
These dumplings definitely live up to the name! Fantastic chicken and fungus fried dumplings, and the stuffed pork and chive pancakes were great too. $28 all in for enough food for two, and they even gave me a bottle of water for my panting doggo. Highly recommend and will definitely be back to try some more of their menu very soon!

Usually I go into great detail about what I eat but this time I cannot because I ate so much.

The reviews I've seen from other people about the orders being fast were not a lie at all. When you order a hot food item, it comes in piping hot. The sushi comes very fast as well, the hand rolls are a bit smaller because they're making them on the fly.

The hand rolls were rather large and wasn't something I was a fan of, personally. That doesn't make them bad at all.

My favourite item was easily the hot pieces of teriyaki salmon. A critique I would say is that the tempura sauce was very light and didn't really add much flavor to anything.

Outside of that, eat to your hearts content. This isn't a fancy place at all, this is just a place to order food and not overthink it.

Just a warning that this place DOES NOT accept Visa, so make sure you have the right form of payment on hand.

I was incredibly surprised upon seeing the restaurant as its design resembled my high school cafeteria. However, despite its appearance, the food turned out to be delicious and the service was excellent. It offered an all-you-can-eat sushi option that was both affordable and satisfying. In fact, I even indulged in some desserts!
Love the decoration and atmosphere of the place. We ordered the mannam curry, green curry fried rice, and calamari. The calamari and fried rice were alright, nothing too special but the mannam curry was amazing. Would love to go back to try their pad Thai and other curries. Overall a nice trendy place for Thai food but food was average.

Staff here is very friendly. I was craving for mango sticky rice so I ordered it and a tom yum soup aside. The tom yum soup is good, but I was a bit confused about the mango sticky rice 😭 they use mango which supposed to be in salad in my mango sticky rice!! Like, the rice and coconut sauce is good, but the mango was disappointing. Maybe I will try some other item in their menu next time then.

Do yourself a favor and go to first Canadian place instead.. the sushi I got wasn't up to the usual standard I expect from sushi shop, the rice in my salmon sushi was way too much, overcooked, and tasted weird..the Red tiger Maki it supposed to have tuna and tilapia but the tilapia was missing from it for some reason??
Also what happened to giving miso soup with purchases? For some reason this location refused to give the free one you usually get with your $10+ purchase. Bad experience, accidentally ordered from here but will never again. Cutting corners isn't a good look for you. Instead of saving the few cents on whatever you are doing, you are losing customers instead.

This is mostly known as a take out place even though they have plenty of seating area. I have dined in here a couple of times and the service is not bad. I usually get my food delivered from this location and I love their food. The packing is amazing and i have never had any complaints no matter what i order. Lovely place for Thai food on Church street. Though it’s a smaller space, the atmosphere is still great and the outdoor seating was also open for additional tables when we visited. Pricing is pretty comparable to other establishments around the area. Food itself is great as well—we especially enjoyed the mango sticky rice deluxe with ice cream and the bucket cocktail. Definitely going to have to try the jolly rancher one next time.

Great place for Thai food. Their menu has a good variety of different Thai dishes and drinks. Everything was well cooked and delicious. Amazing presentation and very generous portions. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a good Thai restaurant in Toronto.
The hot rice bowl was a real treat! The star of the dish was definitely the beef brisket - it was cooked to perfection and had an amazing flavor. The quality of the beef was top-notch and the quantity was generous enough to leave me feeling completely satisfied.

The combination of the edamame and ginger added a nice touch of freshness and the sauce tied all the flavors together beautifully.

Overall, I highly recommend this hot rice bowl for anyone who loves a hearty, flavorfull and filling meal.
I had an amazing experience with the karaage hot rice and takoyaki. The chicken was perfectly cooked, crispy, and the spicy mayo added a delicious flavor. The dish was very fulfilling, and I enjoyed it a lot

We enjoyed some takeout sushi on Good Friday it was absolutely delicious and made fresh in front of our eyes as we waited! The lovely owner was kind and took great care of us, we can't wait to be back! It's also super affordable AND she made us feel like family :)
Authentic, tasty flavors (yummy like the name!) and a warm, homey vibe make this tiny spot worth a visit. Dumplings, pancakes, noodles and a few dim sum items are available all the time. Dumplings can be boiled, steamed or fried plus there are soup dumplings. Vegetables with garlic was outstanding. Prices are reasonable.

Wow rolltation fell off. It used to be my favorite place but today I got a roll and there was barely any salmon of flavor. All I could taste was carrots and lettuce. Wow. Not even worth half the price.

Edit: They remade my roll to fix my issue and it was the best roll I’ve had in a long time. I didn’t even know there was avocado, edamame and tempura bits in the roll compared to last time. I don’t know if this was abnormal since it was a comp, but I’ll come back at another time to see if a typical roll is closer to my first or second experience. If it’s the former, I don’t recommend coming, if it’s the latter then I would recommend this place.

Hidden gem!
It was my birthday weekend and we had looked for something "different". After trying a restaurant down the street who had a 2 hour wait, and finding that 3-4 other restaurants were closed and/or having private events, we found Kyoto house!
We were a little overwhelmed with all the handwritten signs in the entry way and the lack of "direction" when ordering. We were asked "all you can eat?" and I said sure. I've never been to an establishment like this so it was a bit of a learning curve ;)

We had beef bulgogi over rice, bbq spare ribs, teriyaki chicken, shrimp tempura, yam tempura, and salad. The dressing was amazing and I asked what kind it was and was told it was homemade. Will you bottle it and sell it?? My husband said he'd eat more salad if it had that on it.

On our last sheet I had marked 1 sushi roll (crab and avocado) and it never came so I'm assuming the staff missed it at the top of the sheet so its ok!

They do have a 1.5 hour time limit and the sheet I filled out said if there was an excess of food left you'd be charged.

I would definitely return next time I am in town! I'm now looking for similar places here in Detroit USA

The pictures speak for themselves but let me add my 2 cents anyways. The staff is very friendly and the food here is absolutely delicious. Many other dishes should be pictured here but they were eaten before the thought of pics crossed my mind. The momos are some of the, if not the best in the city. Make sure you try the chow mein, ask for a fried egg on top of if you really want to kick it up another level. The house tea is also delicious, don't forget to ask for a cup. Will be going back to try the Kotthu roti next!
Such a hidden gem! Very unassuming, but the atmosphere was so nice and the food was delicious. Staff were kind and had great recommendations. We enjoyed Tibetan tea, mutton curry, and veggie momos. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting good food!

Overall, i found the place good. I had heard a lot about the food here, so maybe my expectations were very high.

Pros:
1. Tibetan owned place so the food and flavours seemed authentic. This is a small place with 5 small tables, and a kitchen at the back
2. Price is good
3. Food is alright: while I have had better Tibetan food and momos, the food was decent. I had the momo platter, and thupka here.
4. Good location in little Tibet in Parkdale
I recently dined at the Thai Elephant Restaurant. I must say, I was thoroughly impressed! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly and attentive staff and owner who made me feel right at home. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, with traditional Thai decor that added to the overall dining experience.

The menu was extensive, offering a wide range of dishes that cater to all tastes and preferences. I was pleased to see that the menu included vegetarian options, as well as a selection of gluten-free dishes. I decided to try the green curry and it was fantastic! The spices were perfectly balanced and the vegetables were cooked to perfection.

The service was top-notch, with my drinks constantly being refilled and my plates being promptly cleared. The staff were knowledgeable about the menu and provided excellent recommendations. I also appreciated the restaurant's commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly packaging used for takeout orders.

In conclusion, I had an excellent dining experience at the Thai Elephant Restaurant on Queen Street West in Toronto. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a fantastic Thai dining experience. The service was fantastic, the food was delicious, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Five stars!

A great spot with an impressive menu of Chinese dishes in downtown. Always a popular place as well!

Here, we got the Steamed Soup-filled Dumplings with Crab Meat and Pork. The broth could be a bit stronger and more aromatic in flavour, but still a decent choice. The Noodles with Minced Pork in Peking Sauce were delicious, the noodles had an incredible bite and texture to them. And finally, the Camphor Smoked Duck, amazing if you like duck. Some pieces were a tad dry, but that is just being picky. Overall, you cannot go wrong with the dishes here!

This is my go to place for at when I’m on King Street. I usually order the Charisha Bowl which is Sashimi (4 types of fish) with rice, miso soup and salad. I also have the sashimi lunch which is similar. Also good on menu is Volcano Roll, avocado crunch amongst many other special rolls. Their fish is notably fresh, the chefs and lady who serves the customers are super friendly consistently. If you want Japanese at a reasonable price and great service then this is the place.

Pretty dingy looking place but the food was great.
The shrimp crackers for appetizers are a huge portion and were tasty.
The Thai basil fried rice, curry pad Thai and the panang curry were all delicious.
We had the sticky mango rice for dessert and were really surprised by the size of the portion! It was a bit wierd with brown rice but tasted pretty good.
The place is a small hole in the wall but the food was surprisingly good.

They charge $20 for a poke ball and they don’t give soy sauce with it. My friend got 12 maki rolls also no soy sauce. If you want soy suave it will be a $2 charge. What is this? We are paying $20 for a poke ball that is half full and you want to charge for soy sauce on the side? Whats next $2 for chopsticks next?

It looks like just another hole in the wall BUT it is a diamond in the rough!

The service is amazing. Friendly, kind, helpful, and fast! I barely had time to breathe between dishes being served at my table.

The food, oh man where do I begin. It was impeccable! Delicious being both sweet, and spicy. The items were all fresh tasting and come in the perfect bite-sized pieces.

Another props to the staff. They did not acknowledge that my service dog was with me and did not make a fuss about her; which I have discovered is rare in downtown Toronto.

I will definitely be back in warmer weather.

Thank you for a very enjoyed meal.

Pardon for the acct name, my daughter’s idea 😁.

I really am so thankful and appreciative of the outcome of my order earlier today despite the rainy and windy weather, thank you to the person who delivered it with care. It was for a retirement celebration, and oh wow, the packaging, the boxes, were so beautiful , and the goodies inside, mouth watering just looking at the presentation! My colleagues loved them, so deliciously made!

Will surely order again and with bubble tea drinks at that!

We had the chicken curry with some rice, the mixed momo plate and the tingmo bread. Nicely plated. Great flavours. There isn’t much seating and it’s not fancy but it was nice getting it hot. Definitely returning.

We were craving for Thai food and it was late night and saw this place open and took a chance. Had no expectations of the food

The place does look a bit dingy (wish they could make it look more inviting) but you will be surprised by the food.

Firstly good portion sizes and value for money and the server was friendly and helpful.

We loved the green Thai curry with the rice and the pad Thai and the spring rolls and the tofu and the egg plants.
The restaurant made chilli oil was one of the best we have had to date. It was freshly made on the day we dined at the restaurant. (Not for the faint hearted 😄😄).

The menu seemed extensive. Drinks were limited. Desserts were about 5/6 on the menu.

They do take credit card.

Would def return.

Parking around the restaurant is next to impossible esp during peak hour and one may have to park a little further and walk down.

I did notice the restaurant had tons of orders for pick up so it surely must be popular with people living around this area and probably speaks about the food too!

I wasn’t sure what to get at first, so I was recommended the Classic Salmon. I ordered it as a poke bowl and it tasted just as good as it looks! All the ingredients were fresh, and the bowl itself was quite filling. Would definitely try out their other items in the future!

Amazing food. The sushi's were huge and probably double the size of what we get elsewhere. The owners were super sweet and gracious and u can tell are proud of the food they serve. We are 3 different types of veggie rolls and a shrimp roll .all th good was excellent. So happy to have been here. Highly recommend this place.

Pad Thai was extremely dry. The sauce is like ketchup. It comes with 3 pieces of shrimp and 5 small pieces of chicken and mountain of noodles. It was sooo much noodles that makes me feel sick opening the container. It feels like I’m just eating the dry noodles the whole time. Doesn’t even taste like pad Thai. No green onions, no egg pieces. 😬🥵

This restaurant offers delicious food, with large portions, at an amazing value. I'll be honest, I didn't expect to love the food as much as I did. The sauce in the curry was so rich and flavorful, the meat and vegetables were cooked perfectly, and the sticky rice was a great match. If you're craving Thai food, I highly recommend giving this place a try. I will say, however, the restaurant could use a few upgrades in decor, and serving water in beer glasses was an odd choice.

Have had diablo poke bowl from 130 King and Union locations and they never failed me. The portion was always generous and always taste fresh. I visited this location because 130 King closed due to pandemic and I will not visit this location again. I will not recommend this location to anyone.

The best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life, and the service was superb, I just HAD to tip 30% because I haven’t gotten service like that in forever. Ambiance was comfortable and it wasn’t too packed, with lots of options for everyone and drinks too! I’ll definitely be back, and the portions are massive so 2 dishes was enough food for now and for tomorrow’s dinner as well.

I cannot remember that last time I had sushi this bad. Why is my raw salmon sushi using smoked salmon?? How is my tempura shrimp BURNT? It tasted like dried wood. I am not a picky sushi person, or even a very picky food person... this was just... SO BAD... grocery store sushi from Metro is better than this.

I second the previous review about the manager deserving recognition. She does remember customers' usual orders! I miss visiting this place as this is the only place that creates salmon tataki. I do not know of any other restaurants that create this wonderful roll. The service here is prompt and very professional! Not disappointing at all

They deserve more than 5 stars seriously. The manager or who I assume is the manager is so beyond fast and attentive. She remembers everyone’s orders the moment she sees them. The whole team is speedy and hardworking. My fav sushi shop for lunch when I’m at work during the week. Can’t thank the team there enough. Also very reasonable prices!
I’ve been recently buying sushi for me & my family a lot from here! Even though I lived in this neighborhood over 20 plus years & wasn’t a big sushi fan! We always get just the California rolls. But will to try different types as I learn more about them. This place has made me a sushi lover now! Lol . Staff are super friendly & the food is always made to order & super duper fresh & good!

The menu options should satisfy most sushi lovers. Best sushi I've had in a long time (possibly since I lived in Japan, of course I have lived a rural life since then)! The dragon rolls were particularly delectable. Two thumbs up/five stars

Ordered the poke bowl and it was just okay. Not a lot of toppings and it was super bland. Surprised they didn't give us soy sauce to go with it. It was definitely lacking something. I'd stick with their combos, as I like their rolls more. This location also serves ramen, I'll give that a try next time.

Been here only once and picked up their 911 roll. The sushi was decent, although nothing out of the ordinary. I will have to try more from their menu.
The service is good, had my order ready for pickup quite soon.
They have a vast menu and I'll be looking to cross more items of the list soon.

The food was great but the service could use some work. Went during lunch hour to catch up with a friend... our orders got a little messed up and some other issues with the cashier. My sushi was delicious very disappointed that my spring rolls were cold in the middle though.

I am not a great fan of sushi. But, this place serves the best sushi in the downtown for an affordable price and gave me a wonderful first time experience with sushi. The wasabi they serve was not the best though.
Overall, I would recommend if you wanna try sushi for the very first time.

I LOVE this place! I wish they had some locations in Mississauga. The service was friendly and the sushi is fresh. They have a load of variety and you just want to eat everything lol. I'm not downtown that often, but I'd go just to grab some sushi from Sushi Shop 😊

Very good experience at this place. The guy who took my order was very friendly and the chef who made my food was cool too. Did was delicious. A little salty and a bit pricy but it is a downtown lunch spot targeting rich bankers so I guess it's justified. Will definately return.

Return visit... Got the miso ramen. Horrible. Flavor is bland and see the attached picture, I threw out the rest. Told the guy at the counter that it was not good and he shouldn't be selling ramen. He told me people like it. Didn't offer a credit, didn't offer a different lunch. I was happy about my initial visit but I may not give this place another chance.

Great food & great service

Our team from work always find this place for any team lunch or get together.

We all went 4 weeks ago, the food is delicious must try thai ice tea
They have changed their utensils and plates are really nice looking with good amount of food in it

We usually order:
- Vegetarian Spring Roll ( Pho Pia Phak )
- Thai Shrimp Roll (2 Pcs)
- Malay Curry Vegetables With Tofu
- Red Curry (Keang P) Beef With Mango
- Famous Vegetarian Pad Thai (Rice Noodles)
- Curry PadThai Chicken
- Thai Spicy Noodle Beef (Phad Kee Mao)
- My friend loves -Crispy Beef

Beverages:
- Thai Iced Tea
- Molten Lava Chocolate Cake

When we visited a month ago, It was a grand opening so we get 25% off discount and cool game wheel of chair to play which had other perks
The service was really good but to point out they tend to forget about the consistency as we have been eating their a lot we remember how a dish should look and what is not there, so when we ask for it they usually redo it for us.
I hope if they can advertise it more. I am glad to know that now they are available on uber eats, foodora , JustEat
However, It is costly when you order it from online

Good place to grab a quick bite. I go here often as my last stop. Menu hack: everything marked blue is cooked fish rest is raw. I usually look for that since I cant eat raw meat. The quantity is less when u call for fried shrimp and stuff. One of their team member is so rude, she would ruin your mood instantly so limit interaction with her. U will know when u see her.
