Let me start off by saying don’t completely trust the positive reviews. When I moved in, they would waive the fee of the gate remotes ($100) if I left a 5 star review. Let’s start with the good: Decently quiet community, overall nice people in community, the apartments aren’t the worst.
The bad: In the year that I’ve been here, they’re constantly doing construction, changing things, what have you. Things blocked off, things closed, etc. The gated communities gates are open half the time, hell there was literally 3 months where they were stuck open permanently. If you pay for parking and come home late, I can guarantee you at least 40% of the time, somebody is parked in your paid parking spot. I’ve had a few appliances go out and have to be fixed in less than a year and that’s never happened to me before in any other complex I’ve lived in. The walls are paper thin. You can hear conversations, and people snoring in the unit next to you. For a “luxury” property (and you’re for sure paying luxury pricing) it’s not worth it. Terminated my one year lease and moving somewhere else. I’d assume many properties are trying to bribe high ratings, so make sure you read all the negative reviews. 2.7/5

Manny is the maintenance guy that works at South Blvd and is really nice he was gonna charge me but we talked and helped me out for free! Get this man a raise please to nice!
Great customer service as well!
Manny is the best, he works in the maintenance.m, very professional and friendly too! If you put an order request same day or the day before, they will get it done very quick.
Recently moved to South Blvd Apartments a couple months ago from Miami Florida & its been nothing short of exceptional. In all aspects I am very glad I chose this as my new home. The lobby is beautiful & the ladies working the office are amazing! Vanessa has been a huge help & continues to make us feel at home everyday. Thanks for everything 👍🏻
Copper Creek is a Silverado Ranch GEM!! I was assisted by Tina, she was very helpful from start to finish with my application thru move in! This was the most stress free and happiest move I’ve experienced in a long time! Tina’s Manager went above and beyond to get my paperwork checked and approved which allowed me to get a sooner move in date! The apartment is spacious, clean, & very homey! I couldn’t ask for a better place this far! Thank you to the whole Copper Creek team!

Tara and Tina were amazing walking me through possible rooms and answering all my questions. The property itself is very nice. Quiet, clean and the common areas are well-kept and the facilities are very nice.
Very old buildings, when you move in get a mold inspector to walk through. Many buildings with visible structural stress factors. Very poor electrical wiring and outlets. You can literally smell bleach and other chemicals when you run tap water. No one in my family has hairloss but my hair has been thinning ever since I started showering here. The office people are hardly ever in the office and the working office hours aren't even posted on the door so you don't even know when to come back. Attached is some of the structural cracks in the outside walls. Cracks on every outside wall. The office staff is completely incompetent and refuse to take accountability for there mistakes. As long as the office manager is there this community will continue to decline.
My husband and I moved here a month ago. We absolutely love it here. Marisa, Vanessa and Mary are amazing. We moved from out of state and had so many questions, they were so patient with us.
I know some people complain about the tow trucks towing vehicles. If you pay for a reserved spot like we did you're given a permit to put on your car. If you have the permit you won't get towed. There is plenty of open spaces available for guests to park in.
As far as the gate being broken, things break. It's now fixed. But even before it was fixed we felt extremely safe here. As far as there being construction going on, if you don't upgrade or update things how can things get better? At least the complex actually cares about making upgrades. We did have a couple minor issues when we moved in. We made a maintenance request and the maintenance guy Manny was here the same day. He's a great guy, we had fun talking with him as he was fixing our issues.
We've met some of our neighbors and everyone has been super nice.
This is a great complex and I think you will be extremely happy if you move here.
Expect to need to go to small claims upon move out if you want to see any of your money back. Your move in condition report, photos and other documentation will be useless. Management will force you to go the legal route.

I had clearly called out damages in the condition report when I had moved in. Their management conveniently filled out a "perfect" condition report on my behalf when I moved in, thankfully I did not sign it, and documented damages instead.

They still billed me for the exact damages that I had called out in the move in condition report, and have now taken months to resolve the issue.

Pathetic. Do better.
I had an extremely frustrating experience with them, particularly regarding their parking policy. They enforce strict guidelines on parking, even in the uncovered areas, with rules like no back-ins. The yellow parking tag they use leaves an unsightly mark that persists despite multiple carwashes. My car was towed once, and the markings left behind are proving stubborn to remove.

The recent change in the computer room to accommodate three Peloton bikes, explained by Ryan, the only commendable person in management, seemed promising. However, on a Sunday visit, I was abruptly interrupted during a guided workout by a staff member who claimed the room was closed after office hours, contrary to what I had been told.

This inconsistency in facility access, coupled with a rigid attitude, feels like dictatorship rather than tenant convenience. Moving here may not guarantee peace, as evident in the numerous 1-star reviews highlighting the challenges faced by tenants. Consider the experiences shared by others before deciding to reside here.
I wish to express my utmost appreciation for the exceptional service provided by the staff at this apartment leasing community. Upon deciding to rent an apartment here for my company, I interacted with several remarkable individuals. Initially, Tina exhibited both profound knowledge and a commendable demeanor. Additionally, Natasha, whom I was referred to, demonstrated exceptional expertise and an infectious enthusiasm, coupled with a dedicated approach to accommodating our needs promptly. With their assistance, we efficiently prepared for a successful move-in within a short timeframe. Furthermore, Tara, who facilitated our final preparations, displayed exceptional knowledge and grace, ensuring that every detail was meticulously addressed. Her proactive approach even allowed me early access for necessary arrangements. I am truly grateful for their collective efforts in making this transition seamless and hassle-free.
I’ve been at Copper Creek for almost 2 years now, and I’ve been very impressed with the increase in community activities as of late. From bingo to pool parties to trivia and yoga, there are plenty of opportunities to mingle with other residents and have fun. The amenities are pretty updated and the apartments are clean. They make sure to maintain up-keep, with re-painting the buildings which I appreciate. The parking is not the best, as you only get 1 parking pass (under covered parking) per unit, regardless of how many cars there are, but if you work out a schedule, it’s not too bad. Overall, my experience has been great living here.
Copper Creek has been my safe haven from a past corrupt management company at my last apartment complex. The team here at Copper Copper is so transparent, supportive and fast to react with any of my needs or requests. The property is clean and well kept, I have yet to have any complaints or problems with neighbors or staff. I love the gyms and pools we have available here . I also just got my notice to resign my lease, and I am pleased and excited to continue and live at Copper Creek ♡ oh and I just love how spacious our balconies are :)
I stayed at Copper Creek in Corporate Housing from November 2022 through May 2023. The management at Copper Creek keeps the grounds and buildings looking nice and new. They are doing constant updates, painting of buildings, landscaping upgrades, etc. While I was there they gutted the fitness center and restocked it with new modern equipment. The facility is very clean, quiet and the other residents are respectful of each other.

Overall I was very pleased living here.

Interesting how the last names of the 5 star reviewers match the staff last names lol 😆

Do yourself a favor and read the low rated reviews before considering this place. You can find better options for the price range.

Pool is still closed due to "imminent health hazard" and yet residents are charged amenity fees
I love South Blvd. It’s such a nice apartment complex. The pool, gym, and public areas are really nice. The location is great, and it’s a super quiet neighborhood. My washer broke and they were really quick to fix it, the maintenance guy was really friendly and made sure he did his job. Marissa at the office is super nice and easy to talk to, she makes sure everything gets taken care of, and is always trying to help if theres any question or concern which is amazing.
