They delivered spectacularly well on short notice. Cake was delicious. Communication was on point and cakes very affordable too. Will surely be using their services from now.
Ordered a mini cake for my guest and it was delicious.
The time given to me to pick my cake was 2pm, got there at 1:55 just for them to tell I have to wait fir 30mins because the cake is not ready. I decided to buy cup cake and drink to eat whiles I wait the ladies were just not minding me I stood there for about 15mins before getting served mean while I was the only customer there. Their customer service is very poor. They should do something about it.
Their cupcakes are good. The icing is delectable.

The quality of the cakes and the service at this location is getting increasingly bad. Lots of excuses for cakes not ready on time. Workers very nonchalant about customer complaints and very unprofessional. I drive from afar for their cake and it's not ready because it supposedly got messed up on the side; Before that, one cake I got completely fell apart by the time I got it back to the party. Sad because they used to be really good. They really need to do better. In the meantime I am looking for alternatives options closer to me. I was really rooting for bakeshop classic but its going to be a NO for me. The Security personnel is very nice though.
She doesn't work on Sundays but when I called needing my order completed on Monday, she DELIVERED beautifully and on time. I'm definitely ordering again, 😀. Thank you 🙏🏽. All three cakes were delicious too. Trust her. ,💯

Serene environment, friendly staff. Cakes were 6/10 but affordable. Be sure of location because map may lead you to different place. 8/10 experience.
Cupcakes are amazingly great. Their milkshakes/cakeshakes are the best. And their lemonades are tasty and refreshing. Will definitely return.
Nuwa was very friendly yet professional! She responded to my questions promptly and delivered excellently. I placed my order in less than 24 hours to the time I needed it but she came through.

Such a cute shop, if you’re a sweet tooth then this place is for you. Great staff, great menu and a beautifully decorated place for those who love pictures.

Wow, the designs are spectacular and gives the envy and attracts the customer once you step in. The colourful setting gives you the envy of touching evrything and kinda soaks you in you childhood years.
The service is nice , staff very polite and attentive , the items proposed are incredibly satisfying. (The code barre menu , is very a genius idea, such smart idea)
Overall, everything is over all expectations, from the setting which is incredible, hey, your Pacman game machine is a very big plus and I will certainly go back there to explode the record someone set at 8451 of I am not wrong , ah aha ha.
The lady behind the counter is incredibly outspoken, polite and knows how to satisfy customers with what she does , the proof is , just gave a look at how people are rushing there to enjoy the place , nice one 🤗🤗

I got a 6in mini cake (dairy mini) for my daughter's first birthday on the 7th. I started engaging them in the middle of the week. I spoke to a man called Precious (i believe). Customer service was great, they sent across some photos and helped me choose. The cake was lovely, i still have some in the fridge. It's quite sweet(not sickly though, just indulgent) with buttercream frosting, syrup, a whole cupcake, chocolate pieces and 3 full 49g chocolate bars. Vanilla, red velvet and chocolate flavours inside the cake. All that for 150cedis (Aug 2021). I'll definitely be coming back. Thank you Baked Gh!
Customer service from Baked is Top notch! I really love their services and the fact that they deliver on time. You can always count on them for your impromptu cake and cupcake services. They never disappoint ! Their delivery services are also very good! They make sure your package is safe!

Got there @ 8:05 and my cake was waiting for me though my pick up time was 9:00am. Pleasant workers. Got myself couple of pastries too. We will start eating soon. They do have a parking space, access for wheelchairs and comfortable waiting space.
Sorry to give 2 stars but any company that fails to value a customer's time will never be commended by me. Inasmuch as their cakes are tasty, they took extremely long. I ordered a cake as early as 8am, gave them the specs and they told me it would be ready around 2pm. I came at 2pm and now they told me to come at 5pm. At 5pm I showed up and it was still not ready! A planned surprise birthday for a friend was almost ruined because of that. Very forgettable experience.
Lovely, tasty cakes. Excellent customer service and will go all out to give you the best service. A few slips here and there including wrong orders and delayed waiting times but they will always go the extra mile to make up for it. Trusted brand for several years.
They need to improve on customer service. A customer sends money through mobile money and you need to confirm before you give her her stuff. She's made to stand for over 10mins just because they wanted to confirm her payment. How, i mean how? In fact, the lady serving her left went inside and never came back. So someone else had to take care of her and even that it took her quiet some time to locate the phone on which the money was sent.😏😠
