Nie polecam wyschnięta nie dopieczona po upieczeniu ,stara gumowa niema nic wspólnego z pizzą
Pizza nawet niezła, ale najśmieszniejsze i najdziwniejsza jest dopłata 4 zł za oliwę. W wielu miejscach jadłam pizzę we Włoszech i nigdy nie zdarzyło mi się dopłacać za oliwę ani też w polskich restauracjach z kuchnią włoską. Żenujący dodatek.
Amazing local place with a good professional service that gave us a lot of attention in a way to make sure we understand everything or that we can find everything. Very welcoming.

Fajne miejsce na szybką przekąskę. Ceny ok, smak pizzy może nie jest żadnym odkryciem ale jest po prostu smaczne. Takie typowe włoskie bistro, polecam!
Actually italian chefs and staff (some of them!). The pizza was delicious, the carbonara was made the traditional way but with parmigiano not pecorino bc they don’t have it in Poland. And despite a short queue, they made a table for the five of us very quick.

Our family prefers pizzas’ with less batter. :) Salad has been very tasty and refreshing.
The margarita pizza is tasty, and they serve the pizzas really hot.
Staff was great, but the food was bland. We tried two random types of pastas.. I’d maybe suggest sticking to the classic flavors of pizza/pasta here instead of trying something else.. This was not what we expected.

Amazing place fresh home made spaghetti and a very nice big cheese wheel thing
I have no idea what was the name of this pasta with Sausages but I will definitely come take it again, it was amazing, everyone at our table were surprised by it’s deliciousness and creamy taste. Highly recommended!
Its been my first time here, we ordered pierogi meat and Alfredo.
They were very tasty, we loved pierogi meat, it was melting in mouth and flavour of meat was awesome!

Pizza okej. Szału nie ma, ale nie am tez dramatu. Ciasto smaczne i cienkie, sos pyszny, sera za to mało i nie jest najlepszym jaki jadłam, chociaż nie powiem, że jest tragiczny.
Obsługa w porządku, miła kasjerka.
Ciężko mi ocenić klimat, bo miejsce jest w galerii handlowej, jest tłoczno i głośno, ale to pracownicy nie mają na to żadnego wpływu.
Może warto rozważyć zmianę tego sera? Przejrzałam tutejsze opinie i wydaje mi się, ze to najczęściej pojawiające się zażalenie.

Jeden wielki dramat!! Byłam wczoraj po południu, wybraliśmy jedną pizzę na pół. Pizza nie duża ale nie prezentowała się źle. Sprzedawca to jakby pracował tam za kare, rozumiem praca w gastro nie jest najlepsza ale trochę więcej uśmiechu. Co do samej pizzy. Czuć, że składniki najgorszego sortu, pieczarki smakowały jakby leżały ileś dni, sos pomidorowy pozbawiony smaku, serem to bym nawet nie nazwała tego co było na mojej pizzy. Nie wiem skąd oni biorą składniki ale zmieńcie je. Po pizzy dostałam zatrucia pokarmowego. No niestety 1 gwiazdka🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
I had a spinach salad and a pizza Margherita to eat in this Italian restaurant. The pizza was just fantastic in taste and I would return for that. Concerning the salad I have to say, that the ingredients were fresh and it was a huge portion, but I missed a proper dressing. But the taste was good more or less. The service was friendly, but could have been a bit more attentive. As I mentioned already, I would return for the pizza!
Spectacular pasta, both ravioli and ordinary. The tris comes highly recommended. My wife enjoyed the aspagus pizza.
And then they had khinkaly... my guilty pleasure.. a fantastic snack, fresh, juicy and full of flavour!
Quite tollerable wines as well.

Amazing Chinkali and Pierogi! Friendly service!
Szybka obsługa i przygotowanie pizzy (ogrzewana w opiekaczu). Zamówiłem dwa kawałki, margherita była smaczna, drugi kawałek z pepperoni już mniej. Samo to pepperoni było średniej jakości i trochę jednak psuło smak pizzy
Speed of service and attention to customers are very bad.
In my experience other Italian restaurants have more delicious food. We bought pasta Alfredo and pizza capricciosa, and we didn’t like them because pasta was ordinary and had lots of garlic, pizza had a plain taste and was flat, not lush at all.
Long queue outside. Fried starters were almost okay, tasteless. The pasta, Carbonara con tartufo, was amazing, wow. The pizza with burrata, pistachio and Mortadella was amazing as well. The Tiramisu was not so good, the biscuits should be quick-dipped in espresso, not syrup. All in all, great experience! Enjoy!

We loved this restaurant so much, we've been here twice during our stay in Warsaw. The food is of a high quality, tasty and cheap for what you get. The waiter is very friendly. 100% #recommendation for this amazing place!
I had a very good Risotto, was delicious. The only thing is we had to wait very very long for everything to be served, the drinks, the starter and then the main dish. If you have time and want to chill then it’s a good place to go.

Cozy, cute restourant. We ordered margherita and I thought I have never eaten this regardless it was the meal I order mostly. But this margherita was different; delicious . Omg …Probably I was starving at that moment.😄
I ordered Stracitella and it was true love from the first bite! It's really hard for me to find pizza which I'll enjoy (I like to make it at home and compare each time taste/ingridients/dough, etc.). But this one was really great! 🍕

The place has a cozy atmosphere. I had pizza Salame which was tasty. It will cost around 50-60 zl per person with one drink and a pizza. Service is quite fast, however the place was half full. Also it has parking spots around the cafe. In general, recommended place.
During my visit to Vapiano in Westfield Mokotow today, I ordered a pizza, a cola, and a lemonade. Despite the initial acceptance of my order, the experience took a disappointing turn when, after waiting for more than 40 minutes with my small child, I approached the staff to inquire about the status of my order. Shockingly, I was informed that there had been a mistake, and my pizza had not been prepared. Although they suggested an additional 10-minute wait for preparation, I decided not to stay, feeling undervalued as a customer. Additionally, upon settling the bill for my drinks, I observed in the system that the pizza had been added to the order, reinforcing the realization that it had been overlooked and not prepared. This further underscores the lapse in attention to detail during my dining experience. Such lapses in service are unacceptable and significantly impact the restaurant's reputation. Regrettably, this experience has led me to decide against future visits to Vapiano.
A great Italian restaurant. The service was also good enough. We were 4 persons and on Friday night we got accepted without a reservation. All the dishes including the tomatoe soup, the pizza and the chicken liver salad were great! You can choose the ingredients and make your own spaghetti plate, as we did. We will definitely come back!

Ordered Bolognese with fussili via Uber eats; came with wrong type of spaghetti, restaurant happily charged me for olive oil with garlic but did not include it. The dish was tasteless and mushy, reminiscent of dog/baby food. What a mess!
It used to be great Italian restaurant, with smiley and friendly staff, but now even changing olives for garlic in pizza seems to be an issue which cannot be done. Amazing how lack of flexibility can ruin the experience. I think it was my last time in vapiano chain.

The lasagna was good - that’s a plus. However, that ordering system through multiple places - you need to place a separate order for pizza in one line, then go wait in another line for pasta and finish this whole activity in the third line (!!!) for a coffee…
The in premises cards working like once in three tries … simply terrible.
The guys on the open kitchen take orders in pauses between cooking therefore you need to wait kinda long time before even being noticed.

Both food and the service are amazing!
Cola is hot, place is dirty and uncomfortable. Prices are unfair. Dirty plates are everywhere and nobody takes care of them.
Waited 40 minutes for the worst pizza of my life.
Lovely and cozy Italian restaurant with great customer service. Wide variety of pizza and pasta menu plus you can make your own pizza/pasta by choosing your favourite ingredients (39zł). Good place for family, couple, even solo. They have enough space for groups. Highly recommend!
Very friendly table service. As for the seating we had to request specifically not to be placed in the area next to the (open) kitchen and toilets, as initially we were guided there. Food is good but for our taste a bit too much hints of sour (in the tomato sauce of the pizza and via the balsamic vinegar on the salad). Atmosphere is good with much light and not being disturbed by others since tables and seating have sufficient space. A pleasant topic is that one can compose his own pizza or pasta (see pics).
The lady worker is really bad. Change her or you’re gonna keep losing customers.

1.time of waiting, more than 10 min for pasta, over 40 min for pizza, 2.taste and look of food, 3. Not knowing when your food is ready, cause you have to pick it up by yourself and you basically don't hear kitchen staff when they 'yell' that your food is prepared, 4.ordered lamonade 2x-each glass different taste. Definitely not coming there anymore
Smaczna pizza na kawałki. Ciasto niby grube, jednak puszyste i delikatne. Dobry sos pomidorowy i ser. Kawałek pizzy duży, cena odpowiednia. Spróbowaliśmy klasycznej margherity i ortolony, czyli pizzy z warzywami. Na pewno co jakiś czas będziemy wracać.

This new location offer better connection and nicer atmosphere than before. Pizzas are excellent as always, background music are recent italian songs and not the stereotyped ones. Service is sophisticated and smiling. Prices are high but in line with inflation
The pastas are delicious, the ravioli vegetarian pasta specifically is excellent. Prices are a tad high, 35-40 zł for a portion. The ordering system could be improved, on a busy day you can easily stand in line 10 minutes just to place your order and then another 15 minutes to collect it. It is quite confusing. Quality of food as well as flavours are very good.

Food was mediocre and took way too long. There were only two other guests in the restaurant and we waited over 40min for 2 simple pasta dishes, a pizza and a salad. Pasta is something I could do at home at least as good if not better...

The best quality pizza I have ever eaten! Pizza is made with only fesh ingredients and you can get it in good low prices! I really enjoyed every bite of my pizza slice. What can I say other then, I Love IT ;))
I ordered trusting the reviews & expecting nice home-made pasta. I ordered Alfredo. Small portion, too sweet creamy sauce, pasta was "al dente", but may be too much.

Yesterday, we had dinner with friends at the restaurant. The food was delicious and the water Adrian was excellent. He recommended great dishes and excellent wine. We really enjoyed our dinner thanks to Adrian. Wonderful experience 👏
It was really delicious! We tasted 2 pizzas (quattro formaggi and supreme - pizza of the day) and both were crispy and thin. Modern Italian place with good service.
You gotta call it Polski pizza, since any Italian wouldn’t call it pizza. It’s mostly a budget option.

As a person who could eat pasta every day of their life, I’d confidently eat here forever. My favorite by far is the pesto pasta, the sweet creamy sauce and the homemade pasta is the ideal combination! I always lick everything out, nothing goes to waste

The food is soooooo delicious. You can make your own pizza or pasta (just choose from the list what do you want to add to the pizza/pasta). Today I tried tagliatelle with spinach, cream, ham, bacon, olives and parmesan and they were amazing!

I've been there some times with my girlfriend, and we like it. The pizza is a good version of the pizza that you can find in Italy. And both me and her, we are Italian, so we know what we are talking about ! 🇮🇹🍕
Good place for a business lunch, which I’ve had there a couple of times. Can’t say that the food was tasty or not, kinda average and nothing memorable. The coffee was nice though. The place itself is clean and quiet, which is a big plus for the meetings as I’ve mentioned before.
Came with no expectations and they still managed to dissapoint. Greasy, reheated piece of rubber, you cannot call it pizza. DO NOT waste your precious time and money. There is Vapiano on the same floor- fresh, cheaper and better pizza. "Love it pizza"- shame on you for doing my favourite dish such a disservice. Have you considered changing your name to "Hate it pizza"? That would suit you better.
Pasta drowned in extremely sweet cream. Straight to the trash. Sry guys this is not Italian pasta.

A decent pick for a weekend family dinner. You should not have high hopes for dish sizes because they are rather modest, how I see it.
Even though this place is kinda far from the main roads or city center, it's worth spending some time to get here, which is confirmed with always at least few people waiting to get inside. Pizza here is outstanding (one of the best in Warsaw) and possibilities of configuration are endless. There is also a theme menu so ask about it since it always something unusual which is really good. Interior is clean and in a proper Italian style. You are always given a snack while waiting for order which is nice. People working there are nice and always smiling.
Definitely one of the best if not the best pizza places in Warsaw!
