Long wait time and queue. Despite the staff noticing this long queue, no attempt to open all available serving counters. There are 3 counters but often only have 2 counters open to serve customers. Need to do better.

Excellent customer service, Andy and Shah always have a smile on their face. They offer the right services when it can be quite complicated at times and they go above and beyond and helped me scan some very important documents. My favourite Post Office! :)

I had the pleasure of being assisted by a gentleman named Balinden at the Lower Road Post Office in Rotherhithe. The service I received was absolutely top-notch. Belinden was incredibly helpful, patient, and attentive to my needs. He went out of his way to ensure that everything was handled smoothly and efficiently. I went to this post office to return my package not knowing how to. The amazing customer service by Ansuman Parida allowed me to learn how to do this. He was very understanding of my situation too.

Once in blue moon I need to do some business that makes me to use this post office. Since I have no chance Monday-Friday due to opening hour which clearly are not targeting people active professionally, I have to aim for Saturdays. Btw. Not even one day a week, they are open longer to deliver appropriate service, which is disgrace. Typically, I go there with a package etc and they are closed due to technical issue…. I suppose the issue is called: it’s Saturday and we have better things to do.

I love this post office! I've had photo's developed here, created many a wonderful birthday gift! I've also come in great distress regarding topping up my gas/electric and the staff (Baloo and the team!) have always been so helpful, friendly and compassionate - I feel so lucky that this is my local post office. Don’t use this post office.

Refused my package because of space & then lied and said it was because they were on lunch and ‘missed’ the delivery.
Luckily I ran into the driver who confirmed that they turned him away.
I now have to go to the sorting office first thing in the morning and hope that they haven’t sent it back to the sender as the update states. 😡😤

Ignore any bad reviews. Have been coming here for the last 2 years or so. Best post office in the country! Everyone is so helpful and knowledgeable. Fast and efficient. Thank you

They try to make your visit to the post office easy and stress free

I have been going for almost a year now and I have noticed that some dodgy stuff is going on there. EVERY time I'm going to this post office, the same man always charges me for extra stuff that I've never asked for. For instance, I want to send my parcel with 2nd class delivery, and automatically this guy always charges me for 1st class. He is just a total embarrassment to this place, even though the other employees seem nice.

1st time I went couple of months ago to send a parcel, being clear that I wanted it to send it with second class as I don't mind how long it will take to arrive. The guy tried to charge me £2 for first class parcel when I told him twice NO.

2nd time today, to return an amazon parcel through Evri drop off, he told my boyfriend that the printing option will cost £0.50, my bf agreed and then the guy printed the label in color (without saying anything) and charged him £1, when my partner said that he didn't mention anything about being charged extra, even though is the assistant's mistake printing in color when clearly at the beginning he said it would cost £0.50. He replied ''that this is our policy''. So their policy is basically to steal people or take advantage of them by charging them more £££. This is the worst Royal mail I have ever been to. Honestly I don't know how that guy works there still (Asian guy). From my side, I will never go back again and I will make sure to tell my neighbors and friends to be aware and avoid at all costs. Terrible service!!!

Extremely incompetent and slow working staff.
They processed my postage wrong and it came back to my address next day.
They also gave me wrong advice and didnt accept one of my parcels i wanted to send. I went to another post office and they accepted it straight away. This caused me alot of time and hassle.
I am surprised these people can be still employed when they have no idea what they are doing. Save yourself time and dont bother with this branch...

Lovely branch with friendly staff. Berhane, in particularly, is brilliant. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There's no queues whenever I visit this branch and I'm told it's because the manager keeps a close eye on the queues and manage them very efficiently.

I don't know why you guys complain and moan.. this is just a tiny family run post office. Go to the Wandsworth DO if you have concerns. You all living in a Dreamworld having an illusion that you are special.

Berhane and Mercy were absolutely amazing. Never experienced customer service like this at any post office in London. Very friendly and they did not rush me. They were very attentive to what I needed and even told me that they give great customer service because that is what they expect to receive. I forgot a document and they really helped me out directing me to where I could get this in the area. They are a truly merit to the London Bridge team and the post office in general. 😌

I ordered a vacuum cleaner in the sale to be delivered here and I picked it up fine. I ordered another one for a family member and they refused to accept it! So it was returned to Dyson. Ridiculously unhelpful! Why did they accept it the first time but refuse it the second? Why do they advertise services but don't honour them? They need a change of management or retrain their staff properly. A complaint has been raised.

InPostLocker is a great option for receiving parcels and mail when you're not home. Their secure lockers located around the city make collecting deliveries incredibly convenient.

I've used InPostLocker several times when I've had parcels delivered while I was at work. It's so easy to use - you get a text or email notification with a code when your parcel arrives. Just go to your nearest locker location, enter the code on the touchscreen, and your locker pops open so you can collect your item.

The lockers are located in places like supermarkets and gas stations, so there's usually one close by wherever you are. I've found them in prime spots that are easy to access. The lockers themselves are clean and well-maintained.

One of the best things is that you can use InPostLocker for parcels from all different delivery companies. It's not restricted to just one carrier. I've had things delivered there from Amazon, eBay, small independent sellers, you name it.

The pickup deadlines are generous - you usually have at least 3 days from delivery to collect your parcel before it's returned to sender. I also appreciate that if something doesn't fit in your locker, they hold it at the locker location for pickup.

Waste of time. Never available. Pointless point unless they are going to be bothered to empty it

This locker is never available for drop off. Even if the website says differently, it's not accepting parcel because it's 'full'. Inpost really needs to pick up their slack here.

I'm so surprised by the negative comments here so felt I had to write one that reflects what my family and I feel. We've been living in the area for over 10 years and Londis with its Post Office is great, to us they are always super friendly and very helpful, if I forgot my wallet I can take the groceries and pay later, or if I have a parcel I can still drop it off and they process it when the Post Office is opened (different hours than Londis, and then they give me the receipt and tracking code next time I stop by).

Mostly because it's massively irritating that they open and close completely randomly. Also had a parcel delivered there and have not been able to collect it as it was closed for an undetermined period on a Friday afternoon. I had used my very valuable afternoon off to collect my parcel, and it being closed at 2:30pm was infuriating! It's one thing to have odd hours, but at least stick to them so people willing to use your service know what to expect.

Just tried to collect my parcel today, this was my second attempt after failed one on Saturday. Checked the PostOffice website to make sure the branch was open, but on arrival I found this message stuck to the window: "Closed until further notice". What does it even mean?? Will I ever be able to get my parcel? Sent a complaint to ParcelForce, hope they do something about this branch.

I would like to leave no stars but I had to leave one to enable me to write a review. It's quite sad really because some of the staff are lovely but I often encounter the most surly, arrogant and rude postmistress, with absolutely no people skills and know idea how to handle customers. I am a regular customer who has been gradually getting fed up with her attitude, culminating in me walking out mid transaction today, and vowing never to set foot in the place again. To add to this they appear to open and close just when they feel like. An absurd way to try to run a business. The post office should be taken off them, they haven't got a clue.

Service at this Post Office is always courteous but the problem is this Post Office is located inside a pharmacy which is poorly lit (you might think it is closed that's how dark it is!) And the Post Office is not always opened so if you happen to make a special journey to the Post Office and found out it is closed in the middle of the day then you will be very annoyed which happened to me a few times. However when it is opened the service is actually good. As it is only a one-person post office prepare to queue and wait.
