Overall good business. The cucumbers in the salad always have a weird crunch compared to other Ocean Basket’s I’ve visited. Could be off or stored weirdly? Otherwise the fish is very nice and great employees.

Disgusted is not the word. I ordered 2 fish and chips and was told the turn around time is 15 to 20 minutes. The order took more than 40 minutes, This is totally unexceptable, with two old people sitting in the car, I would never have agreed to the order if I knew this.

My first ever visit to an ocean basket and will not be my last great food the fish was served on a delightful fry pan which I presume the fish was cooked in.
The fish was cooked to perfection and staff were great.

Our food and service was really good. It's only the atmosphere which is weird. There's barely any music or vibe at this place and the entire mall.

To be honest, it's a really boring mall to visit. Ocean basket looked the best, and they delivered in terms of quality and service.

They even have a jungle gym for the kids. The only part missing is some music to change the atmosphere.

Today we went to OB for lunch and had sushi and fish. Sushi was fine we also had a fish meal and sad to say the fish still had a lot of scales on. We informed our waiter dilin who said he will take it up with the manager on duty and obviously took the pan. We sat there waiting nothing happened manager didn't come to us and the waiter said nothing further. We paid and left. Really not the type of customer service anyone deserves.

I really hope they pay the chef a very good salary. We watched him worked. Hero. Food was delicious. The staff are lovely.

The food was great and service was acceptable. We ordered sushi and prawns and it did take a little long to prepare, but it was worth the wait.
Takeaways can be ordered and if on Discovery Vitality you can receive cash back on some meal options.
The restaurant is wheelchair friendly and has seating both inside and outside. It has no internal restrooms so the mall's restrooms need to be used. No kiddies play area.

One step short of me actually going to place the order myself at the kitchen although 5 waiters standing right next to our table.no bread? Food was overdone burnt old slither of baby hake. Drinks overpriced as usually the surcharge is for service.Useless manager = useless waiters. If I had a free voucher to return I wouldn't even bother so Ocean Basket save your response
Im updating my review now 1 month later after the 1st reply from the owner that i should click a generic review webpage ,that its a concern that i unhappy with the service. Honestly? Ive had enough of bad service,my review is as crystal clear as it needs to be so address the issue with your staff that have clearly been managed by an even more disappointing manager.
