Terrible service,no service at deli,no idea how to serve at checkout either! Card payments only and sent back into the que after no service at Deli and shouting for someone to assist for 5 minutes.Management needs to go back to college
Evening dining . It's a no go . Loadshedding made it worse with dismal lighting no air movement . Sushi was prepared super fast or was already prepared as we were the only Diné ins for the evening. Dodgy area with scuffels between staff members of other establishmenta right at the door . Off site ablutions with no lighting made it even dodgier . Google maps didn't send us to the right place either . Food price ok . Waitress felt more on edge than wanting to talk casually . Chef not even wanting to talk . Manager hiding behind the counter and less than nothing to do with our arrival or eating or departure. First and last visit . Tempura prawns 4 little crunchy sticks . Dimsum ok . Sushi tasteless bland but relatively fresh . Wasabi nice and hot . Ginger ok . Wanton crispy and golden and chicken inside decent . Chocolate milkshake was more like milk with some chocolate ontop .
No idea what happened to toys from years back. Nowdays just a load of overpriced overrated plastic rubbish. I've decided to buy my daughter a musical instrument for Christmas. Something to treasure not throw away tomorrow

One step short of me actually going to place the order myself at the kitchen although 5 waiters standing right next to our table.no bread? Food was overdone burnt old slither of baby hake. Drinks overpriced as usually the surcharge is for service.Useless manager = useless waiters. If I had a free voucher to return I wouldn't even bother so Ocean Basket save your response
Im updating my review now 1 month later after the 1st reply from the owner that i should click a generic review webpage ,that its a concern that i unhappy with the service. Honestly? Ive had enough of bad service,my review is as crystal clear as it needs to be so address the issue with your staff that have clearly been managed by an even more disappointing manager.
