I had such a phenomenal experience at Damara Spa today. From the warm greetings from the reception staff to such an amazing and relaxing facial done by Ramia. I highly recommend her and will be coming back to her next month!

Worst experience with a spa.
Not only don't have a noticeable organization as they called me 3 times to confirm an appointment.
They also charged my girlfriend for an appointment that I booked for her as a birthday gift. There was a previous call where my card information was captured and clearly was noted on thin air, since it didn't happened.
Also that a regulated profession ask you for a tip, seems so wrong that it makes it just certain about not coming back; it's like if your dentist would ask you for a tip for cleaning your teeth.

The experience was really amazing. My skin is so much better and glowing. High quality service from Neetu. She was very knowledgeable and suggested the best services according to my skin.
The amenities were modern and clean. Thanks Kam for making the experience comfortable.

I wanted to celebrate my birthday in a different way... pampering myself, so I decided to make an appointment at the best spa in Yorkville, Toronto. Since I arrived at Novo Spa, the attention of the reception team was wonderful, my RMT Assia is spectacular, I have no words to describe how relaxed it made me feel. After the massage I had a “Skin Renewal” facial with the best beautician Connie, she checked my skin and explained to me step by step everything she was doing. The result was amazing. Honestly, this Spa is totally recommended.

I go here often because everyone is kind and helpful and every appointment has been better than the last. I recently went and hung out in their lounge and enjoyed their selection of teas. My massages are always so relaxing and their staff are so attentive to my preferences and pain points during the session. Parking is a bit tough in this area so make sure you give yourself enough time to park before your appointment.

I been going around 5-6 months for facial treatment with Conie, and since my 15 years, I have not seen my skin this great as of then. I have rosacea and nobody could’ve helped me as before. I go every week, and I use the products they use themselves. The staff & the place is very cozy.

I made the mistake of trying to book a spa package for my wife's birthday with Novo Spa earlier this week. After trying to book a time slot online, as one would with any modern business, I saw that they only sold gift cards online and you had to call to book an appointment.

I called in and confirmed with an associate there that I wanted the the Novo Escape package for my wife. We discussed available times and landed on a 12:30 massage to be followed by an hour facial. At this point, she began trying to take down name and credit card details over the phone. The associate was deeply struggling with understanding the name spelling and payment detail numbers to the point that I didn't feel comfortable providing them further. I told her that I would make the gift purchase online (for pickup on the day of service) and confirmed that the time was still 12:30 start. I confirmed with her TWICE if this was ok and the time would be held to which she replied yes. I immediately made the purchase and got my order receipt, so I assumed everything was fine.

I got the sneaking suspicion this morning that she had not held the time, so I called to confirm the booking. A different associate answered and confirmed there was no booking under the name provided, and that there was no availability for massage today and other services weren't available until 2. We planned our entire day around the original agreed to spa time, so even if I could get past how frustrated I was with this place the timing wouldn't work.

The kicker is that when I expressed how much this ruined our plans and requested an immediate full refund for the package, I was told that the manager wasn't around and that she "most likely" would refund me sometime next week.

Such a poor experience and with no remorse to how it put a damper on my wife's birthday. Lost customer, and I would not recommend based on this experience.

I've been here enough times to know it's one of the most under rated places in town. My go to person is Riham and she gives the most amazing facials! I've had a really positive experience with her and Neetu who owns the place and also services clients is a really nice and professional lady to deal with as well.
It's an overall great place but if I were to recommend 1 service it would be Riham's facials! That girl has magic in her hands. Also, pretty chatty and peppy to be around :)

It was our first time here, and my partner and I booked a 75-minute couples therapeutic massage. I can honestly say it was the best massage I’ve ever had, and we both had an amazing time at the spa. Special shoutout to my RMT, Sidney, who did an incredible job and was super friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Although it was on the pricier side compared to other places, it was definitely worth it.

I had an amazing experience at Jiva Spa and my skin is incredible after just one treatment! They are so close to the subway station and are so easy to get to! Staff are so knowledgeable, professional, and friendly I'm so impressed. High quality service 👌 I'd definitely recommend

Had the pleasure of visiting Jiva Spa and Cam and Neetu were so kind and knowledgeable about their craft. Their facilities are kept very clean and you can tell they put a lot of care into their work. Would highly recommend!

I had a signature facial on April 19 with Riham and it was excellent! She's very knowledgeable and educated about skin care and my face has been looking better and better since the treatment!

The owners of Jiva Spa are incredibly professional and technical in the beauty industry as they utilize state of the art equipment, modern techniques and quality products. Neetu is very skillful in her trade and performs the procedures with little pain and the results are always outstanding. I highly recommend Jiva Spa.

I have tried many places for laser and i didn’t get as good results as i did with Neetu. Only a few sessions and most of my hair is gone under my arms. They are very knowledgeable and they know what they are doing, I trust them with my future treatments. Will be going back!!!

Great customer service! Kam and Rob made sure we were comfortable and kept us entertained. Rob did an excellent job with my hair and made sure I was satisfied. The spa is clean and bright.

Their laser hair removal service is great! The pricing is reasonable and it's honestly worth the money considering that I'm very happy with the result. The changes are more noticeable after at least 3-4 treatments. The aesthetician who helped me is Neetu, I highly recommend her for laser treatments!

The experience is always above par. The workers are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They go above an depend to make sure you are comfortable and your experience is enjoyable.

The spa itself is beautiful and extremely clean. There are 2 lounges (unisex and women's only) where you can relax before or after your treatment. They provide you with fresh fruit, cookies and hot organic tea.

My massage therapist was excellent. She definitely knew her stuff and worked out all my knots and tension.

I've been going to NovoSpa for over 10 years and even though I've moved to Kitchener, I still make the trek down just to visit.

Went for a body scrub massage with Joao and it was amazing. Left me feeling relaxed and my skin felt amazing. He was very professional and the place was clean and tranquil. This was my first ever massage and now I realize that I’ve been missing out. Wish I lived in Toronto because I’d go every week!! I will definitely be back on my next trip

Someone that works for himself and is always busy I need these times to recharge and both Marco & Joao did that for me. Had an amazing session today! The waxing was much better than I imagined (this is my first wax ever), thanks to Marcos' excellent skill and his constant adjustment to my threshold. Then came the 90-min massage session by Joao. I had had lots of massage before and guaranteed this was top notch! Right amount of pressure, attention to details (he didn't leave out an inch of my aching body) and I loved how he always landed my arms and legs down gently after finishing with them. Prompt email response, professional manner, clean and tidy place. Highly recommended.

First time getting waxed, really painless, Marco did a great job, was very thorough, and checked in with me to make sure I was comfortable.

Also got a massage which was really wonderful, one of the better massages I've had, the right amount of pressure for me and I felt amazing during and after. Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

As a male, I was very nervous/skeptical about this experience (it was a gift). I did not know what to expect and my opinion was that some things spas so are unnecessarily painful (like waxing). In the end it turned out to be smooth & seamless and I feel very rejuvenated from my face treatment here. It was nice & easy.

I have been feeling sluggish during the past couple of days and came across Rebalance 4 Men, as I was searching for massage places. I am extremely glad that I took the chance and booked. Joao was very responsive and was kind enough to accommodate my last minute booking. The body scrub massage felt amazing and it seemed like one of the best 2-hours of my life! I lost count of the number of time I fell asleep during the session. I hope I wasn’t snoring! Thanks so much for that outstandingly relaxing body scrub massage. My skin never felt this smooth and I never felt this reinvigorated. I am ready to face a new day feeling more recharged! I am definitely coming back and I highly recommend.
