Great service , helpfully suggestion when ordering , would come back again

The place is clean, the staff is friendly and the pizza is delicious! This will be my main pizza go to place always.

First time buying pizza here and it was great. I would like to thank the ladies at the till for guidance through my first order. The service is amazing & Most importantly, the pizza is top tier.

Had a BBQ Chicken pizza. The only thing you could taste was BBQ sauce. The chicken on the pizza was tasteless and rubbery. Definitely not made fresh.

In MY opinion the worst pizza ever..I tried them twice and both times was utterly disappointed you would think for their price you would get a decent pizza but literally disgusting..5 slices had no toppings at all and the others once picked up the entire THIN layer of cheese would just slide off..really really bad and not recommended…and to top it off I ordered a creamy chicken and the pizza tasted so sweet I could almost swear it was bbq.

Would give negative ratings if I could. Order was placed at 1741. at 1820 order still not ready. Was told will take 15 minutes. The restaurant is not even busy. If you want bad service this is the place to go.

Might be one of the worst meals I’ve ever tried to eat. Felt like I was eating uranium it felt that fake. Pizza was delivered on its side so all the toppings came off. One pizza didn’t have extra toppings that we ordered and paid for.

Ate two slices and couldn’t stomach anymore and neither could my partner. Please save your taste buds and buy from somewhere else.

Also, what’s the point of a plant based pizza if it comes with mozzarella…. Just a side not.

Choosing the double cheese option is genuinely worthwhile. My son couldn't contain his excitement as he jumped from one slice to the next!

Friendly staff, just a shame we couldn't get refreshments at discount after our order was made.

Ordering from their website was always hit or miss, but it's way more miss these days. They haven't delivered 2 of my orders in a row so far. They don't answer the phone and the call center promises a call back but doesn't. Not worth the cheap price - try Romans down the road - better pizza and you always get your order.

I was most disappointed with the 2 pizzas I purchased. No flavor. The.tikka did not taste of Tikka flavors. not much toppings. chicken was mean amount. Base was thin a.paper. very disappointed. I use to love pannarotris but I will not buy pizza from them again. very unhappy with the 🍕

It cannot possibly get any worse than Pizza Hut. I bought from them twice. The first experience was so horrible that I am ashamed I went back there again. Basically if you're looking for some dense heavy bread with practically no cheese (if your looking for a decent cheese pull forget it) and no toppings, I counted like 10 pieces of what looked like ,chicken, and no bacon. Both times I had to wait for over an hour. I cannot believe they actually sent me that food. Just Horrible.

We recently ordered staff lunch from Pizza Hut Glenwood. It was delivered in record and the Pizza's were absolutely amazing. Best pizza we've had in a while

I ordered pizzas online. 1hr 25mins later I received ice cold pizzas and undercooked chips. Just before the delivery I called the call center twice to follow up. The 1st I was told the manager will Call me back. The second time the customer service agent was meant to follow up and call me back. No call back. I tried calling the store direct, twice, no answer.
How sad. The SA franchise is such a let down. The service seems to be going from bad to worse.

Visited panarottis musgrave for breakfast this morning. The service was excellent. Food was delicious, just a very chilled vibe. Hazel was our waitress and she was awesome!!! Will def be back!!

The food is great but you guys can improve a little bit more on customer service. Very good.

This was by far the worst experience at any PizzaHut I have ever had.
We placed an order at a specific time and were told to wait the usual time (20-30 mins) only for the food to take away longer than anticipated.

I decided to go check in to see what's going on after an hour and asked the guy at the front what's going on. He said nothing and just looked at me with a blank look on his face. I said I've been waiting an hour, can he tell me what's up, he said it's almost done. I asked how long do I wait for because they told me a short amount of time and it's been over half an hour of that time and absolutely nothing is happening. I asked what's the hold up, does he have any answers for me, how long do I wait until my order or how far along are they and he just keeps quiet the entire time. This guy switched to ignoring me and tried serving other customers and even told a lady to rather leave her order because it's now going to be too long.

Another lady had placed an order at 5.30pm and it was now past 7 and still had not received her order. The next lady that came and was turned away had also placed an online order and was told to rather leave the order.

Now frustrated, I asked if his silence is going to be the answer or will he tell me when I can expect my order. He would not call a manager or anyone else to come help and said the pizza isn't made yet and will be ready in the next 10-15 minutes. So after waiting an hour, now he's giving additional time, customers are being served after me and recieving bigger orders than mine and mine is only now being made? I said I wanted my food in the next 15 minutes or I want all my money back and I kid you not, the food came in 6 minutes.

They had such poor delivery and workmanship. They had one lady working on all the pizza's and after us were only coming big orders and then leaving the smaller orders from multiple customers for last.

The food was less than mediocre, sloppy and just looked like a mess. If they had been honest with me about the time it would take to get ready or even kept me informed of any delay on their end, I would understand. Especially because I kept going in to check what's going on. But don't lie to me and make me wait so freaking long and neglect my order and then ignore me when I'm trying to get feedback. Aside from that, they had the nerve to send out another customer to call me in because my order was finally ready. I was sitting near the door and able to hear them clearly as they called our numbers. Too many disgntled customers and no one to help things along or communicate with us.....

This is not someplace I would consider going to again. The service delivery, workmanship, experience and food overall would be a 1/5 from me.

The pizza was good but my drink was warm instead of cold. Had to ask for ice which was given to me when I was about to leave (pointless).

The service was poor, the place was empty but the waiter failed to provide adequate service. It was as if he didn't care. Even when I wanted to pay, he took his own time.

Safe to say never visiting the place again.

The feta and roasted veggies was absolutely delicious. My husband and I are non meat eaters so we throughly enjoyed it. Thumbs up to Glenwood pizza hut for a quick delivery and a tasty meal.

The recipe for the sauces chicken and mushroom pizza has changed it’s not hitting the spot like it used to.

The pizza cutter is being “cleaned” more so wiped than actually cleaned with the same water that’s in a bucket, I have seen this happen over and over again.

I’ve seen a staff member handle the pizza with their bare hands as they try to cut it. I’ve seen this happen twice.

There’s smoke in the restaurant it’s never happened in the many times I’ve been here. The smoke is irritating my eyes now I’m ready to pay and leave.

Food was great, it was the weekend rush so extremely busy with these delivery app drivers. Decent spot to have a pizza outside and go.

10/10 for pizza and service!

Our pizzas arrived within minutes of ordering! We had a large vegetarian pizza and a large saucy chicken pizza. Both were delicious and devoured immediately 👌

The restaurant itself was clean, tidy and very welcoming! Highly recommend trying them out and taking advantage of their special deals 👍

Ordered online via Uber Eats. The order took 90mins to be prepared. It took 90 mins for us to receive a piece of undercooked flatbread with some cheese in it. Pathetic, inedible. Chicken strips were soft as well, cheesy fries didn't have any cheese on them. Don't order from here

What a disappointment! I have been to this franchise in joburg and never have I had such an experience. First table we sat at was dirty, so we moved. Then by the 2nd table there was water all over the floor of the booth so we moved again. My boyfriends hot chocolate was made with milk that was off, thankfully, one of the managers changed it for him. Then, because they microwave the hot chocolate, don't know why, the rim of the glasses had crusty dried milk, with sticky sides of the glasses from overflow. The pasta sort of made up for it, but overall, the place was a no. 2 other couples at other tables seemed unhappy as well, which really is a pity.

Absolutely disgusted with the service. I've placed an order via uber eats. I am a vegetarian and got 2 meat pizzas when I ordered 2 vegetarian pizza. I am highly frustrated. I want my money back!!!!

Very disappointed with the meal. Ordered The Boss Deal . Toppings are so sparse the little cheese that was sprinkled over was burnt to a crisp, besides being burnt it didnt even cover to the edge of the base. Absolutely dry and tasteless...waste of money !

I've bought from them recently and their quality of their pizza has decreased considerably. It's actually very disappointing.

The pizza was bland and absolutely horrible, the dough has pieces of plastic stringy bits to it. So each bite you take you can feel something stringy in your mouth and that was absolutely disgusting.

How do you'll expect people to eat something like that? I wasted my money and will make sure I'll never buy from here again!

As a person who was a frequentl buyer from pizza hut, I will surely not be going back. And I would recommend people try other pizza places, unless you want to be disappointed.

My son called & requested for the menu to be sent via whatsapp, this made eat easy to make up our order & speed up the process. It was Sat night the place was packed with patrons. We were met by a very friendly manager who said the wait was about 20 minutes but suggested we could use the seating in the take away area we were happy with that.
We order the Boerista, veg, chicken out, ciabatta roll with cheese & garlic& the pizza pops. Firstly the pizzas are square & big, all pizzas are not short on fillings and taste is completely different from the regular pizza joints we are used to. Everything was tops from the service to the wait & the Devine foods. Keep it up guys

Customer service was fairly good, not too certain about waiting times as I didn't pay attention to that. The Mexican breakfast pizza was average, nothing to write home about as it was extremely sweet. The Panarotti's in Gateway seem to have gotten the mix just right with this dish! The breakfast itself was alright, the Mr's wasn't too thrilled about it. I liked the bacon though, was done really nicely with a good smokey flavor.

Overall, 3 stars as the taste experience wasn't great. We both preferred the Panarotti's in Gateway as the food was a lot tastier. (Forgive the poor image quality, my phone was on the fritz).

PS. The look and feel of the restaurant was quite nice, very chilled.

The pizza here is DELICIOUS ! Very hugh quality ingredients are used and therefore I cannot fault the food.

There is lovely inside and outside seating compromising of wooden finishes which give it a rustic feel.

The staff don't smile and aren't the friendliest , I expected them to help me choose a pizza choice which was an opportunity to upsell but they didn't.
Being really put of with the service but happy with the overall product so well done to the chefs !

Overall if you're looking for a quick bite I would recommend this . It really hits the spot
